The president of Florida A and M University, has issued
a public apology to Alabama State University after the band
announcer for fam you made an offensive remark about the
Alabama State Honeybees dance team. Now, the Honeybees are the
full figure dance team that performs with the Alabama State
Marching Band. Just as the Honeybees wrapped up their field

performance at this past Saturday's game, this is what famu's
announcer said about them. Take a listen and congratulate them.

Speaker 2 (00:30):
They're now Wait he said that only speaker ad he
way most stupid.

Speaker 3 (00:43):
Wait a minute. He said that on the speaker at
the game.

How dumb is this?

Speaker 1 (00:48):
Du Yeah, and he's been doing this for a long time.
He referred to the ladies like I said, as a
new face of Ozembek. The remark made waves on social media,
sparking outrage ross the HBCU community. The announcer's name is
Joe Bullard and he's been the voice of the marching
one hundred band at fam you since nineteen seventy five.

Why are we even trying to make that an issue though,
cause that's how regular people look like this. I don't
even understand why you're trying to dog these sisters out.
They're out there dancing, they're looking good. They fine, they

they do it. They move.

this old and not understand that these things come with
the consequence. You don't get to do this, humiliate a
