are changing how much they spend on Halloween candy This year.
According to Empower, the average American planning to spend is
planning to spend two hundred and ninety six dollars on candy, costumes, decorations,
and entertainment. So to save money about a quarter. Yeah,
that's a lot. To save money about a quarter reuse

here's a question, what costume of yours would you like
