A student created documentary about Southern University's Human Jukebox Marching Band,
has been honored with a twenty twenty five HBCU Sports Emmy.
The creators were presented with the award last month at
a ceremony in New York City. The ambitious project was
submitted as part of a forty thousand dollars national HBCU

Sports Broadcasting Grant. Students plan to use a grant to
create scholarships and to donate some of the funds to
the Human Jukebox Band. The full documentary will be made
available on YouTube later this summer. Congratulations as you that's
