Texas Representative Jasmine Crockett has officially filed to run for
the US Senate from Texas, just hours before the filing
deadline on Monday afternoon. Crockett, a Democrat, aims to unseat
longtime Republican incumbent John Cornyan. Her campaign comes just as
Democrats aim to flip at least four Senate seats to

regain control of the chamber in the twenty twenty six
elections next year. As she launched her campaign Monday night
in front of supporters, Crockett said, quote, there are a
lot of people that said, you gotta stay in the House.
We need your voice, we need you there, and I
understand that, but we need what we need is a

bigger voice. So Jasmine crockett slogan is Texas Tough, and
she feels that she is best positioned to build a strong,
multi racial, multi generational coalition and pledges to focus on
addressing the cost of living and holding President Trump accountable.
