So if you've ever hosted a holiday meal and found
yourself sweating over the stove instead of enjoying the party,
you're definitely not alone. The good news is that with
some simple planning and a few short, smart shortcuts, you
can avoid most of the stress and actually enjoy the celebration.
So here's some suggestions for the daily meal, and you

guys can kick some suggestions of your own if you like.
But if you want to cut down, you know, make
it easier on yourself. You can make a shopping list
at least a week ahead and shop five to seven
days before the actual meal. So that's a tip. I
can't do that. What's wrong with that?

Speaker 2 (00:43):
I don't want to buy my produce that far in advance.

Speaker 1 (00:46):
Oh so you're just going to be in the kitchen
while everybody else is enjoying the party.

Speaker 2 (00:51):
Did you hear, mister bush?

Speaker 1 (00:54):
I don't want to buy my protein. That's funny, vegetable
program All right, here's another tip. You can ask guests
in advance to bring specific dishes or help with prep.
That's a good one, right, yeah, I like that? Huh anything?

Speaker 2 (01:13):
What do you have? Chef?

Speaker 1 (01:14):
Tommy? Chef to go ahead?

Speaker 2 (01:19):
They're gonna help me do what.

Speaker 1 (01:23):
They're just gonna bring something and help you prep.

Speaker 2 (01:28):
I don't know. Listen, if we tell you to bring
ice cups and stuff that means you can't cook, ask
me for that.
