Speaker 2 (00:17):
This is the band is riding all of radio bar none.
Can't nobody on radio do what we do.

Speaker 1 (00:28):
You can have a variation of what you call yours
and I got no problem with none of them. But
this the band is riding in the world. Welcome to
the ride, y'all. Just thought i'd take some time to
do that. You know, I'll be back to my normal tomorrow.
Sherley Starberry calling for real Mississippi Monica Jr. And the
legend that is nephew Tommy Junior. What's going on with
your man?

Speaker 2 (00:48):
Let's talk about this other. Can you just talk about
you know, we talk about success.

Speaker 1 (00:52):
What's three key steps that we miss on our journey
to get successful?

Speaker 2 (00:57):
Three things that we need to have. Number one thing
I will save for last.

Speaker 1 (01:05):
The number one thing, the number Here are the three
things on success you must come to terms with Number one.
Failure is a part of success. It is a part
of the process. You have got to understand that you
are about when you set out to succeed. You are

(01:26):
about to fail. Buckle up, it's coming. But that is
the testing part of it because when you fail, it
produces two things. Failure, first of all, is a wonderful teacher,
because all those things that young people say, man, I

(01:48):
just keep taking als. The main als man, the mails
you call it they maint losses them is lessons. All
my als was lessons. So is a part of the process,
the number and it's and it's difficult. So you're going
to fail. So now the second part is the part

(02:10):
that when you do fail, what do you do? And
that leads us to the second part of success. You
can never ever give up. I don't care what happens.
You just can't do it. You cannot quit. You have
to stay with it because as you fail, you've got

(02:31):
to understand what it's for. It's for the lesson. So
now that's the second part. Now here is the biggest
part of success that people overlook. Gratitude is gratitude. Man,
It's being grateful for not just where you are, but

(02:52):
you have to be grateful for what you've been through
and you have to be grateful for where you are
going because it is the what happened to you and
what's going on now that causes people not to be grateful, gratitude, sticktuitiveness,
never ever giving up and then understand you have to

(03:17):
be able to address the failures, period man, and then
you can have it now.

Speaker 2 (03:24):
Is it hard? Yes, yes, it's hard, but it's doable.
And congratulations to all of you that are doing it.
