Man, Hell, let me ask you some other Have you
ever applied for a job you know you weren't qualified for?

Speaker 2 (01:09):
Yeah? What was you saying in the interview? What I
thought they wanted to hear? Yeah?

Speaker 1 (01:19):
Yes, trustworthy, Yes, compunctual work. Here's the one who the
biggest works well with others. Every time I said that,
I knew, I knew that was going to be the
problem to work well with others. Yes, I'm a team player. Yes, yes,

knowing good and.

Speaker 2 (01:41):
Well I'm not. I'm not a good employee.

Speaker 1 (01:45):
Man. I just was never cut out to be a
great employee. I always knew that. I always knew that.
I never wanted to work for somebody.

Speaker 2 (01:54):
How did you know that?

Speaker 1 (01:56):
Well, I knew it when I didn't like I didn't
like nobody telling me what to do. Yeah, and started
with my parents, but due to the way we were raised,
I was unable to voice that opinion. So I held
that in until I until both of them passed. So

but after that that applied to everybody else, and I
took it out on everybody too.

Speaker 2 (02:24):
Since I got to do what my mom and daddy say.

Speaker 1 (02:27):
Do everybody else gonna get what it is everybody else,
And so I was never cut out to bill a
good employee.

Speaker 2 (02:40):
Just wasn't you know.

Speaker 1 (02:42):
And now you're an employer. But yeah, you know you've
you've you've mastered that though I don't think you have
a boss.

Speaker 2 (02:50):
Now.

Speaker 1 (02:51):
Yeah, the word team if you break it down, Uh,
there's an M and an E.

Speaker 2 (02:57):
In it for me.

Speaker 1 (03:01):
Yeah, then there's a T E A in it which
is T which I don't take none of.

Speaker 2 (03:10):
I don't do T.

Speaker 1 (03:16):
And then the reason I don't really fool it around
with the team, it's because I ain't no eye in it,
so I already knew that wasn't gonna be for me.
I don't need me being a team player because Waye
is the eye.
