Tiffany says, I just wrapped up a huge project at
work with a teammate who barely contributed beyond keeping management
updated on our progress. I did all of the heavy lifting,
but I didn't mind him handling communication. That is, until
we represent it, until we presented the project.

Speaker 1 (00:23):
He took over the meeting, talked over.

Speaker 2 (00:26):
Me, kept saying things like I decided or I created,
as if I hadn't been the one who did the
actual work. When I mentioned it to my manager, he
laughed it off and said, my teammate. My teammate told
him I'd been helpful. I'm serious. Do I gather proof
and take it to my boss or HR or just
let this one go and make sure it never happens again.

Speaker 1 (00:49):
Wow?

Speaker 3 (00:49):
Yeah, I sew you ain't say nothing that to me?

Speaker 4 (00:53):
Yeah, because he was talking excuse me, excuse me.

Speaker 3 (00:57):

I've never had a corporate I had one corporate job,
work at an insurance company, and good.

Just what did you do?

And I don't like meetings and all this here.

Speaker 1 (01:30):

Have a meeting with him, have y'all?

Play and I'm talking about in a corporate meeting?

You okay? You know what do you have seen him
in a meeting?

What do you have to share with us?

Nephew, he don't be talking about what they talking about
on the table. You be talking about stuff where you
get that super n whatever they talking about. He has
not focused on what the meeting is about. It's the
craziest thing I ever seen in my life. Do y'all
walk out of there with all the money?

Speaker 1 (02:12):
Y'all remember the corporate he went in there?

Speaker 4 (02:16):
Yeah? But wait, do.

Speaker 7 (02:17):
Y'all remember the corporate meeting in Philly at a restaurant
and we were lay coming in and he sat at
the table with a lot of executive managers that were
clients of ours depot. Yes, he and there buttering the bread,
eating the bread, telling people will get to you in

Speaker 4 (02:41):
The head you just you just you just be quiet,
don't you worry about I.

Speaker 3 (02:49):
Didn't know why the black dude was talking.

Speaker 1 (02:53):
Because it was his team, was the leader.

Speaker 7 (02:57):
Yeah, he was the vice president of the region, because
he was the one that called the meeting.

Speaker 1 (03:03):
Perhaps what that's.

Speaker 4 (03:05):
The craziest thing I ever seen.

Speaker 3 (03:07):
I lean over, I lean up. Why he was talking?
I said, brouh, you're watching tone man, watch toe.

So we walk into the restaurant. He realizes what he
has done. He runs to the table where we're sitting.
Where have y'all been?

Speaker 3 (03:34):
You got to me by myself. I didn't know who
the dude was. He the lead, He the leader. I
have told this dude to be quiet.

Speaker 1 (03:43):
Weiz have a lot of fun on this radio show,
on and off the air. Oh okay, So your advice
to this lady was she should have handled it in
the moment, right.

Speaker 3 (03:56):
Oh yeah, man, you ain't ben take no credit from me.
I haven't done all the work.

Speaker 4 (04:00):
You gotta blast him on the spot.

Speaker 1 (04:02):
Yeah yeah, Well is it too late though? Since she didn't,
is it too late for her to do something?

Speaker 3 (04:08):
No, I'll get my iPhone and I'll do a video
and send it out.

Speaker 1 (04:12):
To company email saying what he's a love.

Speaker 3 (04:16):
Y'all just want to show you this is all of it.

Speaker 6 (04:19):
And then I show footage of all the film and
stuff that work I did and all these emails.

Speaker 3 (04:25):
Oh yeah, I'm gonna take credit for it. Yeah. No,
it ain't gonna be no nice nice video though.

Speaker 4 (04:32):
Yeah. OK, don kneel, don'n niel, ain't done anything.
