All right, guys, This one is from Brie and Covington.
I'm in a mood because my ex husband had an
emergency surgery and he texted me to tell me that
he was fine, but he'd be in the hospital a
few days. We joked about my potato salad and he
said it would be perfect since he was on a
soft diet. I have a great relationship with him despite
us being divorced. I even get along with his wife.

(00:23):
I made potato salad for him and told his sister
that I could drop it off so she could take
it to him. She told me it's rude to take
food to another woman's husband. Me and her have been
cool up until that point. How can she tell me
what's right or wrong with my ex husband. When my
ex husband said he wanted my potato salad, should I
take it to him?

Speaker 2 (00:43):
You know what? I think the respectful thing to do
is to call the wife and ask her if it's okay.
That would be the ideal thing. And honestly, his old
potatoes had a dead damn good though that we got
to bring it to the hospital. Is it really that good?

That's what he wanted.

Yeah, but he might not need that.

Speaker 1 (01:33):
It doesn't matter what he wants.

Speaker 2 (01:36):
What do you eat it?

Speaker 3 (01:38):
That's not soft diet, that's not what doctors want you
to eat. Potato salad, Well, crazy, that's what he wants. Yeah,
it's full of mayon eggs.

Speaker 1 (01:49):
It's full of cholesterolf eggs.

Speaker 2 (01:54):
I guess. Yeah, but I was on jello. That's what
I was on.

Speaker 1 (01:59):
I was on jello, no sugar, no sugar, and no
cholesterol in jello. But yeah, but tell me you're right.
She could call his wife, she says, she gets along
with his wife.

Speaker 2 (02:12):
So that's what you gotta call. That's what the guy
and the sister got to do. What it is that
is that that's that man's that's that woman's husband. Yeah, yeah, yeah,
that's disrespect.

Speaker 1 (02:26):
That's all all right, we have time for you.

Speaker 2 (02:28):
Nobody in my house with no potato Saturday. It ain't
talking to jacket. That ain't that can't happen.

Speaker 1 (02:33):
Okay, we have time for for another one. This one
is from Lawrence and Salisbury. Laurence says, I've made some
mistakes in the past when it comes to cheating on
my wife. I came clean to her and promised I
would do better. I wish I never told her anything
because she said she forgave me, but she uses it
against me every time she gets mad. Forgive and forget

It is not working in this situation. How do I
regain her trust?

Speaker 2 (03:02):
I'm about to sit with you for coming clean. That's
what I'm really say that Well what what what? Now?
Look how much dirty? Come and clean and done? Look
how dirty is? It's just nasty that you could have
just you just shut your damn mouth. You just you
messed it all up. I'm just disappointed in you. You
just didn't really you didn't do this. Right now, I
don't know how you're gonna fix it with her, and

People just can't hold it though. Now they just can't

But you know, I guess he was going under the
premise that we do say we want honesty. We do
say that we want you to honest with us. Now
he was honest with her, and now she uses it
against him.

Speaker 2 (03:59):
That's what I mean. Lie. Lies have always worked, They
have always worried. Line has kept a lot of people together. Lie.

Speaker 1 (04:09):
Oh go ahead, what yeah? She then you have to
worry about coming clean?

Speaker 2 (04:16):
What are you? You know?

Speaker 1 (04:20):
Then there's that, there's that, there's a foreign concept. I
think that's just one concept to them.

Speaker 2 (04:28):
Yeah, gotta take it there.

Speaker 1 (04:29):
