a bully and he hit her nephew with a dump truck.
He's only four and she can't control him because his
daddy wrestles with him and says it's to toughen him up.

his dad to stop being so rough with him and
set a better example for our son.

Well, it's not the being rough the part that's going on.
It's how he's raised as a person.
