It's National Teachers Appreciation Week, and of course we hear
the Steve Harvey Morning Show. Love our teachers and our educators.
Here's some facts and some stats on the teaching profession.
Thirty three percent is a percentage of teachers who leave
the profession within the first three years. Teachers earn less
compared to other professions requiring similar levels of education, and

ten hours is about the average amount of hours a
teacher works in a day. So we got to shout
them out and say thank you for all the teachers. Yeah,
that's a whole lot. Love teachers man.

All day every day because I ain't no way I
can help the board with his homework.

Yeah, John Nay, I am not smarter than a sixth
grade Now.

Favorite teacher, Steve Mss Vivian Adams, Miss Cleveland, Miss Cleveland.
I met Miss Cleveland's kids, Miss Cleveland Vivian at Ray Davis,
senior psychology teacher. Uh, he changed my life.

Yeah.

Some great teachers were you in. Miss Vivian Adams was fourth,
Miss Cleveland was seventh, eight ninth, and ray Davis was twelfth.
He came to my house and told my father, your
son has potential to be something. But he running with
two bad people, and if y'all don't straighten him out,
they're gonna get him out in these streets. Oh, that

was the last time. It was the first time white
person have been in our house in the last time too.
