I have two roommates and I'm the person on the lease,
so I get to make the decision about who stays
or who goes. We have a renewal coming up, and
one of my roommates wants me to kick the other
one out. We've decided that we could offer the place.

We could afford the place with just the two of us,
but we're all friends, and I'm worried it's going to
ruin our friendship. Making my decision a little easier is
the fact that our roommate doesn't really help clean around
the house and has her boyfriend over all the time.
I not worry about our friendship and tell her she
must go, or give her a chance to be a
better roommate and not risk losing her as a friend.

Speaker 2 (02:08):
I'm gonna give you forty eight hours to get yourself
together around this place. I'm gonna give you forty eight

get yourself together and start acting like you're a dog

Angie on Reddit. Angie says, my husband is obsessed with
turning his beer brooding hobby beer brewing hobby into a business.

He has money in savings that he received when his
grandfather passed, and he wants to use it to build
a quote beer empire. I want to be supportive, but
I feel like he's not thinking right and is willing
to gamble our family's future on a half baked business
that is no chance of success. How can you put
you support him though? How can I get him to
look at his plan objectively? Or how can I convince
