A Texas woman, identified as Jane Doe, has filed a lawsuit against the Texas Lottery Commission for not paying out her $83.5 million Lotto Texas winnings. According to CNN, Jane Doe purchased a ticket for the Lotto Texas lottery game through an app called Jackpocket, back on February 17 and the drawing was done that same night. Three months later, she still has not received her winnings because a week after she won, the sitting executive director of the TX Lottery Commission banned the use of Apps like the one she used, under Texas law. The ban became effective May 19th according to a lottery commission rep… Jane Doe is suing for the full $83.5 million of her winning lotter ticket.
