Because you as much as I lie. I can't. I

No, I'm not running up there. I can't do. Just
keep some tissue with me, you know.

I don't want to lie and go at the same time.

I feel like I'm lie at the wrong place. I
might lie in the woods and I ain't gonna make
it to a restaurant.

I might lie in church, right, get up in church?
Ain't nobody lied in church?
Speaker 2 (00:47):
And stop y'all so oh, y'all so wrong. Just's some
pastors than lied in church? What is y'all talking about? Yes, yes,
in church, I'm lied.

I told the pastor the sermon was great, and you're
lying to his face?

All right. I got nothing from that message. I definitely
lied to the usher at the door. I definitely lied
to him.

Would you rather no more carbs in your diet or
no more dairy in your diet.
Speaker 2 (01:27):
Because it's for me, it should be there.
Speaker 3 (01:29):
I shouldn't have no, Yeah, I shouldn't be on dairy
or you refer back to would you rather number one?

Because if I eat dairy to get the bubble bu
but I got to have some smoke good every now.
Speaker 1 (01:47):
If I got to have carbs, I would probably die carves. Yeah,
I think you're right. All right, we're just talking about
this guy's off the air.

Would you rather drive from New York to l A?
Speaker 1 (02:04):
Or would you rather fly in a middle seat on
Spirit Airlines flying?
Speaker 2 (02:10):
I'm in the middle spirits. I am not. I am
not gonna make that drive from New York to l A.
That right there? You know how many BUCkies that is?
That's just too much. That's too much BUCkies. Oh BUCkies
the rest stop.
Speaker 3 (02:28):
I drove from LA to Atlanta, and I don't want
to do that ever again. So I'm getting into middle
seat as well. Yeah, mag When I moved back to
a t R, I drove my truck back. I wouldn't
putting it back on the Yeah, I'm that wasn't shipping
it no more because the last time that I shipped
they didn't give it my truck till two weeks later.
Speaker 2 (02:45):
I was just ubering around.
Speaker 5 (02:47):
LA.
Speaker 2 (02:47):
I'm not doing that now. Put us in the middle seat.
Speaker 1 (02:50):
Okay, all right, would you rather sleep in your backyard
for a whole week or or with the doors unlocked?
Speaker 2 (02:58):
You're gonna be in the house, but the door is unlocked.

Well, she didn't say that the birthday.

If you outside in the yard, you got a door
on your yard. No, no, no, no, I don't know what.

The Burden
The Burden is a documentary series that takes listeners into the hidden places where justice is done (and undone). It dives deep into the lives of heroes and villains. And it focuses a spotlight on those who triumph even when the odds are against them. Season 5 - The Burden: Death & Deceit in Alliance On April Fools Day 1999, 26-year-old Yvonne Layne was found murdered in her Alliance, Ohio home. David Thorne, her ex-boyfriend and father of one of her children, was instantly a suspect. Another young man admitted to the murder, and David breathed a sigh of relief, until the confessed murderer fingered David; “He paid me to do it.” David was sentenced to life without parole. Two decades later, Pulitzer winner and podcast host, Maggie Freleng (Bone Valley Season 3: Graves County, Wrongful Conviction, Suave) launched a “live” investigation into David's conviction alongside Jason Baldwin (himself wrongfully convicted as a member of the West Memphis Three). Maggie had come to believe that the entire investigation of David was botched by the tiny local police department, or worse, covered up the real killer. Was Maggie correct? Was David’s claim of innocence credible? Season 2 - The Burden: Empire on Blood Empire on Blood is set in the Bronx, NY, in the early 90s, when two young drug dealers ruled an intersection known as “The Corner on Blood.” The boss, Calvin Buari, lived large. He and a protege swore they would build an empire on blood. Then the relationship frayed and the protege accused Calvin of a double homicide which he claimed he didn’t do. But did he? Award-winning journalist Steve Fishman spent seven years to answer that question. This is the story of one man’s last chance to overturn his life sentence. He may prevail, but someone’s gotta pay. The Burden: Empire on Blood is the director’s cut of the true crime classic which reached #1 on the charts when it was first released half a dozen years ago. Season 1 - The Burden In the 1990s, Detective Louis N. Scarcella was legendary. In a city overrun by violent crime, he cracked the toughest cases and put away the worst criminals. “The Hulk” was his nickname. Then the story changed. Scarcella ran into a group of convicted murderers who all say they are innocent. They turned themselves into jailhouse-lawyers and in prison founded a lway firm.
