(00:41):
such as fruits, vegetables, and plant based versus taking your
medicine as food. He's been in health and wellness space
for over fifteen years with a bas Bachelor of Science
and Hospitality Management Operations at the University of Houston where
I graduated from. Please welcome to the Money Making Conversation Masterclass.
Jeff Kate, how you doing?

Speaker 2 (01:01):
Jeff, Hey, I'm good brother, I'm good. Blessed by the best,
Glad to be on your show. Thank you for having
me up in Chicago.

Speaker 1 (01:08):
It's gonna get cold this time of the year. It's
getting Is it getting cold now?

Speaker 2 (01:11):
It's getting Okay, we're halling it. We're haleand listening. The
other day it was sixty five seventy degrees, so you know,
it's mid November, so you gotta get down to any
gritty so it's gonna be cold, Medeter style.

Speaker 1 (01:23):
I'm telling you some. Chicago one of my favorite cities.
Great food, great people. One thing I know is about
are you born and raised in Chicago?

Speaker 2 (01:32):
Born and raised on the south Side, south side? Right
or die?

Speaker 1 (01:35):
I don't know what it is about you south Side
Chicago's Chicago Chicago into what is how you said in
Chicago chagog y'all have an energy like I've never found
I'm talking about I've been in I've been in New York.
I'm from Texas, but it's something about the energy and
the love of the South side of Chicago. Before we
get in at your interview, where does that come from, Jeff?

Speaker 2 (01:59):
You know, I don't. I don't really have a finger
on that, on that pulse, on that because all of
Chicago's great from west side, north side, east side, south side.
And the beautiful thing about Chicago. You know, you have
two baseball teams. You have the Cubs, you have the
White Socks, but there's only one Chicago Bulls and one

(02:20):
only black Hawks. So you know, uh, it's it's beautiful
all over. I think we have a dynamic landscape from
from our downtown and it's one of the most beautiful,
fantastic views landscapes than other cities. You know, I can't
put a finger on it. I'm just glad to be
part of Chicago and being on the south side, you know,

(02:42):
so it's.

Speaker 1 (02:43):
A great City's when he says that, and I know
it gets uh you know, talk about that that that
winter time, but in the summer it's by from June
to August, you gotta go to Chicago. It is beautiful,
the food's fantastic, the people are great year round. But
that winner, but that winner is bitter that winter between

(03:04):
November and fabywhere whoa they got some weight? Knowing you
in Chicago brother, and.

Speaker 2 (03:11):
Loves visitors, It loves business. Come on, come on, get
some this wendy city man telling me I'm glad you
were here. You graced our presence here in Chicago. I
got a chance to hear you on the radio a lot.
I mean, you know, with Steve Harvey producing that show. Uh,
you know, it was great, It was great. So I'm
glad you put your footprint down in here.

Speaker 1 (03:30):
Absolutely, I'd love it. Now let's talk about because you know,
if you're gonna talk about weather conditions and lifestyle, health
and welderness plays a major part in that jail. So
why did you get into health and welderness game?

Speaker 2 (03:45):
You know, that's a good question. Thank you, Sean. You know,
I've been in I've served in corporate America, first Fortune
five hundred companies in the areas of sales, food and
beverage operations, as well as healthcare, worked in hospitals and
have really focused on the dietary and nutrition departments. Being
a management, being a director, And I love that lane

(04:10):
because it allowed me to see a lot of things
that's going on in healthcare. But more importantly, why are
people there? You know, why are people being in these
type of environments. Some of it is obviously due to
probably genetic code, body composition, toxins that we breathe in,

(04:30):
the food that we eat, the sodas that we shouldn't
be drinking. There's a lot of things that are in
our community that leads to inflammation, that leads to diabetes,
high blood pressure, unfortunately, obesity and cancer. And so, you know,
having my background from hospitality management and eventually co owning
a healthy restaurant concept focusing on high fiber, high protein,

(04:54):
low car meals and using that leverage to go into
the healthcare market, it just allowed me see that I
had a different lens on things, and just being able
to use my experience and focusing that and focusing on
that and leveraging it to really get even more deep
into help and wellness by being and certified helping Wellness
coach from the Institute of Integrated Nutrition. And I really

(05:17):
like to I'm passionate about it of living a healthier
lifestyle because unfortunately, I lost my both of my parents
six years apart to cancer. I lost my father to
pancreatic cancer. I lost my mother to breast cancer. And
you know when I when that was devastating, obviously, and
it happened right as a younger, as a young man,

(05:38):
and being able to use that becoming vulnerable, using my
my my message and being able to amplify that to
touch other people, to add value and impact. And from
that I did write a book called Battleground Cancer Managing
your Mental and Physical and Spiritual well Being or the Fight.

(06:01):
And you know I did that rushan just out of
having to put us up here and in my heart
and pen that book. It wasn't about reviews, it wasn't
about getting stars rated and everything. It's really about getting
a message to people, hundreds, maybe thousands of people to
understand the importance of living a healthier lifestyle and that

(06:23):
if you keep doing the things that you're doing from
a non poalistic standpoint, a non plant based standpoint, then
your body is going If you're not listening to your body,
it's going to be detrimental.

Speaker 1 (06:38):
Wall no cancer. I'm a cancer survivor. I always say
a survivor because in twenty fifteen I was announced that
I had thyroid cancer. So now it's not always tied
to a lifestyle. Is a cancer is? That's why it's
such an evil or such a well when you hear
there was a toxic turn when it's said you are
a member of the cancer club. But I will tell

(06:59):
you that it is a battle. It's a battle every year.
I constantly take tests twice a year to make sure
that it stays where it's supposed to be, not in
my body. But I do know that health and lifestyle
plays a role. And you've shared us two dramatic stories
about the loss of your parents, which I you know

(07:21):
understand that it is heartbreaking. I lost my parents. You
know it's something you will never forget. But in the
process of saving lives now jail, is there age range
where we should start looking at ourselves going, you know,
because you know, when you hit fifty, you just trying
to live. Now, okay, forty You're just stupid, you know,
you just you don't even recognize twenty. You just out there,

(07:43):
just wild and ow, I'm gonna live forever. But certain
points in your life you start realizing, I better eat better.
What are those? Do you have a chart or do
you have a trigger point where you go, Okay, you've
lived this life style like this, but hey, at this
point you need to start looking at this.

Speaker 2 (07:59):
Yeah, yeah, that's valuable. I think for me, I can
early answer for myself. You know, we must know our body.
We must know our body first. We must listen to
our doctors. But at the same time knowing thyself, loving thyself,
and understanding there's triggers and that age range I think
for us as males, particularly black males, you know that

(08:20):
age of forty, going into that range between forty and
sixty and above. We have to get those tests done,
We have to get our physicals done. We have to
understand that the things we used to do, as you said,
in our twenties and early thirties, you can't do that
anymore going into an older as an older gentleman. For example,

(08:45):
there was a time I had to really cut out
my consumption of soda. Some people call it pop, some
people call it soda, right, or call it drink, whatever
it is. And you know cancer sales as you know
love sugar. Well, the thing about soulda is there's so
much high frutose corn syrup in there. You know, that's
a chemical compound that serves no nutritional purpose or value,

(09:09):
and at at a moment in time, over time, it
can really clog your arteries and lead, you know, lead
to some other things down the path. So for me,
it's really about understanding that nutritional content. It's about reducing
what's on your plate. Hey, we're about to hand some holidays.
You got to be able to. Hey, have some control,

(09:29):
you know, being able to I call it crowding out.

Speaker 1 (09:36):
Let me assure you this, Jeff, because you know, when
I do these interviews, there always has to be a
platform of understanding your value. What do you bring to
the table. How are you changing people's lives? Let's go,
let's start right there. How does one get in touch
with Jeff? And when one gets in touch with Jeff
through his lines of communication, what is that call or
that user expecting.

Speaker 2 (09:58):
So as a healthy lifestyle specialist, first, I empower and
partner people to transform unhealthy choices into an active environment lifestyle.
And through three sixty Health and Wellness Network, people can
connect with me at JEFFK three sixty dot com. It's
my first name, last name, three sixty dot com. People

(10:18):
can link to me on my social handles. They can call,
they can set up a text, they can email me.
We can do a discovery call through my Calendi link.
And it is about adding value and impact because I
have a couple you know, programs that take a deeper
dive into one's health journey. I need to understand and
build it. Pork with a prospect and client so that

(10:40):
I can understand what's going on with you in terms
of mindset, diet and exercise, because I believe this, you
really can't have one without the other. You know, you
can take all the vitamins, all the all the nutrients,
you can drink all the water, you can do four
or five times workouts throughout the week, right, but if
this ain't strong, what you're reading, what you're downloading, all

(11:03):
the scrolling, that you're still unhealthy. Yeah, you can have
as many degrees as a thermometer. Right, you can get
all the proper rest, but again, if you're not eating properly,
if you're not exercising, then you're still unhealthy. And we
all know that it's good to be mentally fit health,
you know, mentally and physically fit and spiritually and emotionally fit.

(11:26):
That all comes together as pieces of the puzzle.

Speaker 1 (11:30):
Well, you know, it's like cause you always say that
health and wealth go hand in hand. A lot of
people think they can buy health through wealth, but really
you can, which is a certain point where money came
by you longevity. So as one, and I'm gonna go
back to my question that I asked earlier about like

(11:50):
you know, I'm in my sixties now, so I really
monitor what I eat now. I just want to help
people who are listening to the show, because this show
about entrepreneurship, small business owners, people who want to live
a good life with people who have children. I want
to see their children, you know. And so one calls

(12:11):
you at a certain age, do you talk to them differently?
If so, how do you talk to somebody in their twenties, thirties, forties,
fifty and above.

Speaker 2 (12:22):
So most of my clientele is really over thirties, you know,
actually forties, between thirties and forties and above. And that
conversation really is about one's health journey, and that health
journey revolves around you know, what are you eating obviously,
what are you eating, What are you doing for exercise?
How are you getting enough rest? Are you doing a

(12:47):
lot of mindfulness things? Are you meditating? Are you being
grateful when you wake up? Are you doing any type
of gratitude journally? All these things, these little tweaks and
adjustments really help our longevity because you know, obviously in
the Midwest, I'm not getting a lot of vitamin D emma.
You know, it's out there in Texas and Arizona and California.
You're getting that natural vitamin deep. But again, one has

(13:11):
to understand the importance of self in terms of self discovery,
listening to our bodies, understanding what we need. Because I'm
going to tell you, if one keeps going down the
path and just eating snackabules and drinking soda and not
eating proper fruits and vegetables and making it a colorful
plate and crowding out the things that are necessary, then again,

(13:35):
as you age your body, it will catch up with you.
They will catch up with you. So I like having
those one on one conversations and understanding, you know, sometimes
I even do a survey. I like to get people service,
like to understand what they're doing, what they're consuming, how
they're going about their day, because it's important. And I'm
not saying one has to, you know, make a chart

(13:58):
of what they're eating all the time. But why not
a diary? Why not I'm going through seven days a week.
You know, we have cheap days. I have cheap days.
I like certain things like the next person right on
on weekends, however, what are we doing Monday through Thursday,
Monday through Friday? Does making impact to this and our
gut because we got two brains. We got the brain
and we got the brain down below, which is the gut,

(14:21):
and they connect, you know sometimes, you know, we'll shawing
is about your your social life, your home environment, your family,
your education. There's so many things that allow us to
choose what we want to eat.

Speaker 1 (14:37):
But just tied to stress too, you know, because yes,
I was going to say that, yes, stresses are powerful.
I will tell you something. When I'm stressing, I just eat.
I don't care if it's quote unquote like you say, unhealthy. Pop.
I got pop, I got a Germany place, a Germany cake.
I'm gonna eat it because somewhere in my mind it
just triggers me into that I don't care. Stress does

(15:01):
that for me. It puts me in that I don't
care mode. But the conversation I'm having with you is
trying to stop people from going there, and so when
they're going there, like you said, your majority of the
people who come to you definitely above thirty and for it,
which I think is smart because now you're starting to
look beyond the fast life, the quick life. You know,

(15:23):
you're starting to have doctor's appointments and they're telling you
about your high blood pressure, your cholesterol, telling you are
you exercises, are you stretching? Is the overall is this
interview about the food or this interview about the three
sixty platform of physical, mental and what you eat?

Speaker 2 (15:45):
You know that's good. I use a three tier approach.
You mentioned it earlier. It's about the mindset, diet and exercise,
and the mindset really is about I truly believe in
the power of I AM affirmations and being able to
be mindful when you are having some gratitude. I keep
trying to say, have an attitude of gratitude, so the

(16:06):
powerful I AM affirmations. I used to use this different
letters from the alphabet. You know, we can go with
the letter A. You know, I am able, and B
I am blessed, and C I am courageous. You know,
you can go down the list and say E, I
am exceedingly prosperous, or G I am grateful. My favorite
is H. You know, I am healed, and I am healthy,

(16:27):
and I am happy. We know these things consciously, right.
You can say these things right all the time, but
it's about intention. You have to have intention, You have
to have balance sometimes, you know, Reshonda, you have to
press that pause button, that reset button. You live a
busy life, right, you have a lot of things going on.
Sometimes you have to take a moment for self I

(16:50):
call that self care. Self care is the new healthcare. Right,
then you go onto that, you go into that diet.
Now it's about understanding what you're putting on that plate.
And you never want to make sure you put too
much meaning, you know, overfeeling it. You know right who
coming off the plate and all that you want to
you want to crowd out some things.

Speaker 1 (17:10):
You know, well, thanks you, you know, thanks you. Christmas time.
We have some time we gotta celebrate. But you just
say about cheat day. Now, cheat day. There are periods
where you can't celebrate yourself. But it's also a period
about self care and sticking to your plan. Now, let's
talk about that, because like you said earlier in the interview,
everybody know your body. Everybody's body is different. I don't

(17:31):
respect the person six foot five eat like a person
five ft the level or person four ft the level.
But you have to know your body. And I would
tell you that is an honest state. I know my body.
I can tell when illness is about the case, I
can tell when the cold is about to come, I
immediately take night quill. I tell everybody I don't wait

(17:51):
till cold gets me. I said, Okay, something's not right.
I keep day quill and night quill in my cabinet.
If it's something I feel is coming, then guess what
I grabbed me at night quill. I'm a day quill.
I'm just telling you knowing your body, but a lot
of people it will ignore the signs. Do you coach
people to understand that part of the equation to accept responsibility, Jeff,

(18:15):
of knowing your body.

Speaker 2 (18:18):
That's very important that you that you say that in
terms of that question, because as we get older, if
we don't listen to our bodies more. Your body is
your temple, it will break down on you. And I
and I share the same sentiment with the day quill
and the night quill. I feel certain things. Something triggers me.
I don't care if I'm in a cold environment or
I'm in a crowded environment. Something tells me, nah, my

(18:40):
throat is kind of different today, you know. So for me,
I do the Sometimes I'll do the DayQuil night quill.
Sometimes I'll do something called emergency or airborne get loaded
with uh you know, certain properties that's going to help
build your immune system. Because it is about understanding your immunity.
You want to build it up as much as as

(19:01):
much as you can. And I think by by taking
vitamins of course, eating plant based foods, eating eating certain fruits,
I think that can ward off a lot of things.
But it also depends upon the environment you're in. If
you're an environment where there's some you know, things are airborne. Now,
these these these viruses manipulate and they change and they adapt.

(19:23):
So we have to listen to our bodies more. And
if we don't do that, as you as you said, well,
things can get worse. And I don't want to be
on day quota and night quote every single day. I
don't want to take certain things all the time. What
I want to do is hydrate with water, preferably alkaline
water we're getting in the cold winter musks. I want

(19:43):
to drink my black tea, my red tea, my green
tea with the little dash of honey, no sugar or no,
no no honey or sugar at all, just bland. Yeah,
it doesn't taste right, but that's okay. And with that water,
you know, add some strawberries, add some mint, add some ginger.
All these things will build your body up, will build

(20:04):
your body up for these upcoming As you said once
recalled months.

Speaker 1 (20:08):
Don't go anywhere.

Speaker 3 (20:10):
We will be right back with more insights from Money
Making Conversations master Class. Welcome back to Money Making Conversation
master Class with me Rashawn McDonald.

Speaker 1 (20:23):
You know, it's really interesting. I'm talking to Jeffkaid. He
founded a three sixty health and wellness network. He uses
three pillars to elevate your well being. This show is
about you and the mindset is one died and exercised.
He recommends you take foods as your medicine, such as fruits, vegetables,
and plant based versus taking medicine as food. And I'm

(20:45):
not saying that like I was just saying about knowing
my body, I can tell when an illness is about
to come. I'm just let everybody know this. When your
body tell you tells you an illness is about to company,
it's going to come, it's how you handle when it's
coming your way. And that's why I say I have
medicine and I'm not treating medicine as an end all

(21:07):
because it can be guess what, I didn't eat the
right things. I didn't drink juices. I didn't wear a mask.
I'm on a plane with a bunch of people I
could wear. That's the thing about the COVID is that
you can now wear masks comfortably when you, you know,
proud of environments and people not looking at you like,
why are you doing that? Well, I'm wearing it because
guess what, you might have something I don't want. That's

(21:30):
part of the process that we have to be honest
about the lifestyle, the environment, and some ways don't trust
the obvious anymore.

Speaker 2 (21:38):
Right Jeff, that's right, that's right. We have to be
a little bit more adamant and as you said before,
being accountable to self. I think when you're more accountable
to self, that's your closure. That's your closure. It's like
you have a shield protecting you.

Speaker 1 (21:55):
And with that being said, let's talk about sticking to
your plane. Because I brought it up, and so I'm
a guy. Everybody gets on the diet, everybody say I'm
a little better.

Speaker 2 (22:09):
You know.

Speaker 1 (22:09):
I used to teach aerobics and the beginning of the
first two weeks of aerobics, you couldn't find a place
in the room. Then that third week you start in space.
That fourth week h planing space. It started all again
with people coming there with these I got a plan,
I'm gonna stick to it. How do you get people
to stick to the plant? Jeff, this is what you do. Now,

(22:30):
come on, help out people out because they want to
call you.

Speaker 2 (22:33):
Okay, yeah, I appreciate that, I will say, and I'm
an example there. It's tough. It's tough. It's tough because
we all fall off the bandwagon. We it's you know,
the ebbs and flows of life, right And in order
to do that, in terms of sticking with the plan,
you know, you still have to understand it's okay to

(22:55):
fall off the bandwagon a little bit, but what you
cannot do. Give me an example. When we're learning and
we're expanding our mind, our brain expands amplified, it's never
going to shrink down to the original size. However, that
gut you keep eating the wrong foods, it expands, it expands,

(23:19):
it expands, and when you fall off that bandwagon, it's
hard for that that stomach, your gut to get back
to where your original weight was. And in order to
do that, you have to take a long, hard look
in the mirror, because guess what, fitness is not a
straight line. Fitness is not a straight line. And so

(23:41):
we all have to start at the starting line. We
all have to have that one step. And it's not
taking a big step, it's incremental steps, you know, the
same there's a big staircase, right, how am I going
to get there? You're gonna get there by one step
at the time, one step of the time. And you
can't punish yourself right because you fell off the bandwagon
once or twice. What you do have to do is

(24:05):
be accountable. You be accountable to you in terms of
what you want to do in terms of your outcome.
So I show a lot of tough love. You know,
I'm also a varsity tennis coach, so I'm coaching. I'm
still playing, you know. I'm out here at HF High
School in Flossmore. I coach in the city. I coach
out here, so I'm very active all the time.

Speaker 1 (24:27):
But when you're used to pushing young athletes beyond that
no point or that frustration point or I can't do
any more point. But that's how part of the transformation process,
because I really want to get into not so much
your head, but the people who are listening to this show,
because you they're the ultimate decision maker. They are the

(24:48):
ultimate people who will wake up and go, I want
to change, to transform, and sometimes that transform process. Transforming
process we all know, Jeff, is not overnight. How do
you get people and it's there like a window, you said, well,
give me thirty days, or give me sixty days, or
give me ninety days. How does that work to frustrate

(25:08):
to slow down their frustration.

Speaker 2 (25:11):
No, that's a good question, Sean. You know, we all
know transformation is a process, and you can't never really
put the cart before divorce. You have to have patience
with self, you have to have trust. Transformation requires change
and if you're not changing your idol and sometimes you
have to transform the conversation and narrative that's going on

(25:32):
in your head, because see, what you don't change, you choose. Ultimately,
what you don't change, you choose. So I like what
you said thirty forty five ninety because that's what it is.
It is about taking that first step thirty days and
let's see where we are in thirty days. And then
it's forty five and then it's ninety. You know, I
have a couple of programs and one is like a

(25:53):
quick start jumpstart thirty to forty five days, and I
have a long ring what's going to twelve weeks? And
we talk about different things, different midsle This is digitally based,
but it is about being accountable because you and I.
You can't do push us for me. I can't do
push us for you. But what we can do is
to be accountable partners. Right, I have that accountability partner
and that's why I step in as a coach.

Speaker 1 (26:14):
So are you? So that's great you saying that, because
again you have to compare or be able to have
somebody be your cheerleader or encourage you. Now, that's when
each partnership partnership can be your wife can be your
girlfriend can be your partner. Now when it comes to you,
are you there number one cheerleader? Or you bring another
person in that they consider close so they can be

(26:38):
engaged in the program, or this is solo attempt by
that individual and they're under your guidance to see it
through the program successfully.

Speaker 2 (26:46):
You know what, No, that's that's a good question. I
appreciate that. So I look at things being solo based
because I believe each and one of us, each each
and every one of us are unique. We have our
own We're very unique, we have our own energy footprint.
And most people like to work one on one because
it's individualized, right. Some people like to say, well, can

(27:06):
I bring a friend or can we do a group?
It just depends because everybody it's different. People have different
body compositions, people have different outcomes, they want different weight,
they had to have different weight management issues. So good question.
I've dealt. I've had more success with one on one.
I'm not. I'm very open to group, but it's been

(27:27):
pretty much solo one on one because then I can
they can get in my head, I can get in
their head, we can work together. It's more of a partnership.
And yeah, I am the biggest cheerleader. However, it is
up to you if it's to be, it's up to me.
So you have to you have to. You got to
take the bull, you know, bob the horns and do
what you got to do. But I'm here to God
because guess what, at one point in my life, you know,

(27:50):
I was in the two hundred plus pound club, and
I didn't. It didn't feel you know, my clothes didn't
feel right. I felt sluggish. I didn't. I wasn't. I'm
slim like you, and I'm like, how is this not
working for me? What's going on? And I had to
take a hard look in the mirror. Now I'm back
down in my college way bruh at one and I
feel great.

Speaker 1 (28:11):
You know that's great to hear, though, Jeff, because what
happens is stress. I'll tell you that stress is a
is an evil, evil world to be hanging out in.
And if you don't clear that up, That's why he's
saying to you and everybody who's listening, is that you
can bring another person into the three sixty wellness network

(28:34):
if you want to. But they are operating at a
different stress level. They may be getting up at a
different stress level, they may be going to bed at
a different stress level, the type of work that they do.
Maybe they may have a child, They may be in
a bad relationship or a great relationship that you may
not be in. They may have a cheerleader and you
may not have a cheerleader. So in the end, Jeff,

(28:57):
I have to believe that, like you said, it's on you.
I'm telling I said, not saying you, but on you
as the individual who wants to make the transformation. Correct.

Speaker 2 (29:08):
That's correct, you know you said it, big Gushan. You
know stress, stress kills. Right, there's different stressors that affect
people differently. And we're living in a different dynamic world now,
a different world, and there's more inflammation and diseases that
are coming across our paths. And we have to understand

(29:31):
that everybody is bio individual and their stressors or their
triggers are different from mind and yours. So I have
to say you have to heal from the inside out,
but from the outside end. You have to start with
your mind. You have to start with your heart. Where
are you? And and once maybe you start to do

(29:51):
these or or say these affirmations or understand that you
are the great I am, that's part of us greater
see that is in need as in the world. So
you have to understand that you have the power to
choose the what you don't change, you will choose. So
I believe in an in an acronym with health. You know,

(30:14):
H is for healing. Whatever you're going through, You're going
to grow through it. E is about that energy, that
unique of footprint, because energy is everything and like attracts
like a always have an attitude of gratitude. Thank your
creator for giving you grace and space to wake up.

(30:34):
And it's always good to be six feet up versus
six six feet under and just be appreciative of God's
favor and grace over your life. We talked about t
you know, transformation. Transformation is a process, so understand what
that self care can do for you. Sometimes you just
gotta be silent and just pause and be grounded and

(30:56):
get on with your day and l you know, well
I put the tea before they are But you know, love,
loving thyself is very important. Be true to yourself, be unapologetic.
You the final age and that health is the human
connection happiness. That's why I create the Ultimate Health and

(31:17):
Happiness Program. It's for you to understand how your body works,
how your mind is shifting through these dynamic times right,
being able to just be centered And if you don't
take the necessary steps to improve you, then no one
else will. Because think about it, how can you be

(31:39):
of service to your clients if you can't even serve yourself,
You can't do it. It's too much going on, you know,
it's too much, too many distractions.

Speaker 1 (31:50):
That's what people don't understand is that you know, if
you can't open your door because you are not in
a healthy situation, because eventually, you know, if your science
said we open the day to come, you got to
be open to day to cloud. Now the fifteen thirty,
Hey man, I had a bad morning. My you know,
I wasn't feeling good today. Nobody wants to hear that
if they are trying to get that service at a
set time that you're supposes are offered. That's why that's

(32:13):
why I have you on the show. I have a
show because a lot of people, we have dreams, we
have jobs, we do forty hours a week, we have
businesses that we run eighty hours a week. But if
your health is not right, if your diet is not right,
and that's what the three sixty Health and Wellness Network
is all about, that's what that is why you founded it.

(32:34):
How do we get in touch with you, Jeff again?

Speaker 2 (32:37):
People can reach out to me and connect with me
at www dot Jeff kthree sixty dot com, j E
F F C A D E three six zero dot
com and they can actually schedule a discovery call, health
journey call with me. You know, they can send me
a personal email, they can send me a personal text,
they can connect with me my social handles. It's really

(32:59):
a bigmmunication hub. Some of some of my videos are
out there. They can purchase the books, one of my books.
I'm not here to sell books. I'm here to offer value.

Speaker 1 (33:09):
Well sell change and change comes through your books. And
if that's one way that people can connect and understand
who they are through your personal journey, and guess what
promote it because otherwise we you know, I always understand
the word authenticity is thrown around a lot, and only
way you can gauge a person's authenticity if you know

(33:30):
who they are. And if reading your books and watching
your videos or listeners to this interview point you in
the right direction and want to know more about Jeff
k didn't do it because he's an individual that I
have on my show to be able to let everybody
know the journey can stop immediately if you don't take
care of your health, and nobody, no one is sadder

(33:53):
than the people who love you when your health is
shortened because they have a dream and oftentimes they don't
tell you they want to live a long life with you. Two.
Whether it's your child, whether it's your loved one, whether
it's your husband, whether it's your wife or your mate,
all these in all your family members, okay, and your

(34:13):
co worker. So don't make anybody sad because they because
you fail to understand your value. And that's what this
interview about is with jeffkad to talk about his three
sixty Health and Wellness network. Again, I always tell people
one more time, Jail, you know, just in case after
my little public ex please they plead they may have
heard us one more time. How would get in touch

(34:35):
with Jeff?

Speaker 2 (34:36):
Hey Q, I appreciate that. It's www dot JEFFK three
sixty dot com, jff C A d E three six
zero dot com. Connect with me. Let's have a conversation
about your health journey and how we can improve that.

Speaker 1 (34:51):
There you go. I like the way he closed down
with now, thank you for coming on money making conversations
about the class. Jail, appreciate your.

Speaker 2 (34:56):
I appreciate you, bro, I appreciate you. Thank you.

Speaker 1 (34:58):
I tell you may I don't tell you health likely
you know, you know, just a personal statement is that.
I know that you know doctors and told me my
blood persons want eighty. They wouldn't even let me leave
the room. Okay, hey, you're not going anywhere until that
comes down. So and it was stress related. So I

(35:19):
know the power of stress. And I know the power
of eating. I know the power of sleeping. I know
the powers of the right relationships. But in the end,
it's how you take care of yourself, transforming to be
the person you want to be for yourself. You cannot
achieve longevity if you're doing it for somebody else. I

(35:40):
will promise you it will be short lived. Do you
agree with that, Jeff, I do.

Speaker 2 (35:46):
I do. It's about It's about being able to take
care of self. And that's why I talk about self
care is the new healthcare. If you don't do that,
you won't be able to serve others. You have to
be able to take care of self first and foremost.
It's imperative, you know, not just not just in yesteryear,
but right now currently. Take care of yourself, take care

(36:09):
of your mindset, take care of your diet, take care
of how you exercise, because you can't have one without
the other. There are pieces of the puzzle for a
complete you three sixty style, Health.

Speaker 1 (36:21):
And Wellness, the network that you should be listening to.
