Speaker 1 (00:00):
It's time for Nina is what's trending?

Speaker 2 (00:01):
Before I really get into this story, I want to
ask you this question. Do you think you would enjoy
music the same if you knew that your favorite song,
your favorite artist that you were listening to, was a robot,
Like it wasn't really their them, it was just their.

Speaker 3 (00:15):
Voice looked their AI stuff that people are doing. It's crazy.

Speaker 2 (00:18):
Yeah, Like, if you knew that was happening, would you
enjoy it as much? I've thought about that. It would
depend if I like the person who produced it. Like,
you know, if somebody that I liked made a track
but it had an AI voice, I'd probably still like it. Really, yeah,
I feel like it just takes away so much of
the integrity of the song and singing it with the
emotion and all of that kind of stuff. All of that,

(00:38):
to be said, is because Universal Music is going to
offer their artists AI models of their own voices. Wait what,
so they can use those models to create music however
they want.

Speaker 4 (00:48):
It can be as fake as they want.

Speaker 1 (00:50):
But it's not the same.

Speaker 4 (00:51):
That's what I'm trying to say. That's why I asked
you that question.

Speaker 3 (00:54):
Yes, it's not this, Yeah, I wouldn't dig that if
it was like somebody that I liked a lot and
it was just an AI version of them. No, But
if they took AI and made a really cool song
with like AI singing the hook yeah AI voice or whatever,
then maybe that'd be kind of cool.

Speaker 1 (01:08):
Right.

Speaker 3 (01:08):
Also, I'm kind of doing that with my own music
that I'm making.

Speaker 2 (01:12):
Not to criticize you, but to me, it takes away
from the integrity of the artists. But it continues to
say that they will be able to sing in different
languages without having to learn the languages.

Speaker 5 (01:22):
But that's not a spun either. I feel like whenever
they have to learn the language, yeah.

Speaker 4 (01:26):
Like did you get to accent like des Basito? Remember
when Justin Bieber did this.

Speaker 5 (01:30):
But then also, if they go to another country and
try to sing it, they're not gonna be able.

Speaker 4 (01:33):
To sing it. Like they're gonna be like, hey.

Speaker 5 (01:35):
Guys, we're gonna skip this song the AI it's.

Speaker 4 (01:38):
Gonna play in set shit, right.

Speaker 3 (01:39):
They probably have technology where you could sing into a
microphone and they would run it through processing into AI
and singing in a different language.

Speaker 1 (01:44):
I bet you they do.

Speaker 4 (01:45):
But that's so crazy. Well, that's not the only way
to use it.

Speaker 2 (01:50):
Then after these artists pass, then they can still create
new music using the artists' voices. So you know, like
Michael Jackson, Like there could be new Michael Jackson songs
right now.

Speaker 5 (02:00):
I would not listen to that. That's not Michael Jackson.
That's someone else using Michael Jackson exactly.

Speaker 3 (02:05):
Okay, So that's why I say producer, Like, if a
DJ made a track and like used AI, then is
kind of cool because they're that's what they do, right.
They may they may then produce me like lower somebody
that's like they made Michael Jackson doing something, that'd be
kind of cool. But if it's somebody just trying to
pass off Michael Jackson makeing new songs.

Speaker 1 (02:20):
Yeah, I don't know.

Speaker 2 (02:20):
I just think the whole thing makes me feel uncomfortable.
But it's coming, so here we go.

Speaker 4 (02:25):
Interesting.

Speaker 2 (02:26):
This is really interesting too. Employers are finding new ways
to bring workers back into the office and the latest
the latest incentive are as desks. They want to give
each employee their own desk, and that is an incentive
to bring them back.

Speaker 4 (02:39):
Honestly, that's a pretty good incentive.

Speaker 5 (02:41):
I feel like I have friends who that's their biggest
like what they get mad about is when going back
in the office, they don't.

Speaker 2 (02:46):
Have a desk to sit at right because they have
to sit it like couches and stuff like shared workspaces. Yeah,
so now saying that you get your own desk is appealing. Also,
they've got fancy coffee, yoga classes, DJ parties.

Speaker 4 (02:58):
Oh I would love that's fun. Okay, let's do all
those things and.

Speaker 2 (03:03):
Get your own. Dumb everybody back to work. Lastly, the
new trending phone is the flip phone. AKA they're calling
them dumb phones, which is actually I don't like that.
I don't like when you call things dumb like that.
But they're calling them dumb phones, and they're making a
comeback because gen Z says, they just want to be present.
They don't want to be addicted to the social media,

(03:24):
they don't want to be addicted to the noise that
comes with smartphones in that tech. They just want to
be at present.

Speaker 3 (03:29):
They have a smartphone to film a video about their
journey being present with a flip phone.

Speaker 5 (03:35):
It is on.

Speaker 2 (03:39):
But man, no ki as, motorolas, all of those have
made to comeback.

Speaker 4 (03:44):
What are we doing, like, we're not helping?

Speaker 3 (03:48):
Okay, so I got this flip phone and my whole
life is totally different, not really at all, though.

Speaker 1 (03:55):
My iPhone more for filmings.

Speaker 5 (03:57):
They're calling fling okay, like I'm or not being.

Speaker 1 (04:00):
Present and texting because texting on this thing is hard.

Speaker 5 (04:03):
Yeah, I got a pre keip three times?

Speaker 4 (04:07):
Where's the emojis? Are they not here? So we talk
about Justin Timberlake's mug shop for a second. Yeah, have
you seen it?

Speaker 1 (04:14):
Pretty?

Speaker 2 (04:15):
Why does he look so pretty? Yeah, that's what I'm saying.
He does look really pretty. It's like you went there
with his own ring light.

Speaker 4 (04:22):
It looks like he did.

Speaker 2 (04:24):
So we're just still following the story about Justin Timberlakes.
Do you why that he got the other day? And
that is that his lawyer plans to vigorously defend him
in court. So if you haven't heard the update, Justin
is claiming that he had one martini and the reason
why they took him to jail is because he refused
a breathalyzer test at the time.

Speaker 4 (04:42):
Yeah, okay, you aren't you allowed to refuse? Yeah, but
then I think they still arrest you, Is that right?

Speaker 1 (04:46):
I think so?

Speaker 3 (04:47):
I think I think if you refuse, then they still
take you down to the station, right, I think they
do too.

Speaker 4 (04:53):
I'm not sure do you have a mugshot for any reason? Well?

Speaker 3 (04:56):
I have, yeah, but when I was younger, I'm sure
it's been it's gone by when I was eighteen, I think,
so it doesn't exist anywhere.

Speaker 1 (05:02):
I would think that's cool. I was just scarious.

Speaker 4 (05:07):
Anyway.

Speaker 2 (05:07):
His court date is coming up July twenty sixth, so
we'll see how that plays out. But there's a bunch
of random celebrities that are defending him like he's just he's.

Speaker 4 (05:14):
Always on the right path, he's so good. Okay what
I mean, Man, that part doesn't make sense.

Speaker 5 (05:19):
But I will say, someone released a video footage of
like him driving his car and they're like, justin Timberlake
driving his car after drinking, and it's like he.

Speaker 1 (05:27):
Was no, I was just going straight.

Speaker 5 (05:29):
Yeah, And I'm like, bro, that looks like my car,
like I could have been like just driving down the street.

Speaker 2 (05:33):
You know, you just got to pay attention to the facts.
When you watch all those law shows, you just pay
attention to the facts. Yeah, speaking of if you are
not watching Presumed Innocent on Apple TV, please let me
highly recommend that to you. Because it is amazing. It's
the one with Jake, Jill and.

Speaker 4 (05:47):
Holl in it.

Speaker 3 (05:47):
Oh.

Speaker 4 (05:47):
Okay, TV shows.

Speaker 2 (05:49):
House of the Dragon season two had its premiere last weekend. Yeah,
and for all the super diehard fans, this is a
little scary because the premiere was really low. Not a
lot of people were watching, and that happens that kind
of you know, means the show may not last as
long as you hoe. I know.

Speaker 4 (06:05):
I'm sorry, Victoria, but I.

Speaker 5 (06:06):
Didn't even watch the premier. I watched it like a
day or two later. Like so many things were on
this weekend. You had like Bridgerton, you had Hasse a Dragon.
I was watching this other show called Lioness, like I
had so many things to do.

Speaker 4 (06:16):
I'm sorry, but that's right priorities. So if it's not
at the top of the priority list, then.

Speaker 5 (06:21):
I'll make it. I'll make it to talk this Sunday
and it's going to the top of my list.

Speaker 2 (06:25):
Quick, all of the Taylor Swift fans get together and
watch House to the Dragon and make it pop.

Speaker 4 (06:31):
Got it, guys? Okay, this is pretty wild.

Speaker 2 (06:35):
Chewing gum is trending, and it's trending because teen boys
are using it to chisel their jawline. So what some
gum brands are actually marketing their products as tools for
achieving a chisel jaw line, calling it jaw defining gum.
What if you've noticed even if on social if you scroll,
there's all types of videos that teaches you different exercises
to sculpt your face, like face yoga and all this.

Speaker 4 (06:57):
But for guys, there's this like plastic thing that you
put in.

Speaker 3 (07:01):
Yeah, it's like a jaw exercise or thing that what
is it?

Speaker 4 (07:05):
You just chew on it.

Speaker 1 (07:05):
It strengthens your jaw.

Speaker 4 (07:07):
Yeah, but like by doing what you're just sitting in there.

Speaker 1 (07:10):
You bite it.

Speaker 2 (07:10):
I have, I have it, but I didn't get it
for that. I just got it to strengthen my jaw.
But like, what's the benefit of a strong jaw other
than the chisel.

Speaker 1 (07:21):
Well, I have j so I figured like that.

Speaker 3 (07:26):
Lock lockjaw kind of basically, So I figured doing that
would help strengthen the muscles so they're not straining all
the time. But I have never used it yet. I
still have used it, but I didn't know that it
could strengthen your jolling.

Speaker 2 (07:37):
Yeah, you're chewing gum. You guys want that chiseled line.
That's what they say.

Speaker 3 (07:42):
He's at the gym just chewing gum. I'm doing my gummies,
my chewies. How many chewies did you do today?

Speaker 2 (07:47):
Bro?

Speaker 4 (07:50):
That's pretty funny.

Speaker 2 (07:51):
However, dental professionals are advising that you should only do
this in moderation because it can cause complications. Bro, that's
not funny, but just you know, be careful out there.
That's what's trending.
