Speaker 1 (00:00):
It's time for Nina's what's trending. There's a new Grandma
bought named Daisy who's trending. Oh boy, Daisy is trending
because she's taking on the scammers. So there's a company
in the UK whos created ai grandmother bought Daisy. And
the reason for Daisy is so that she can keep
scammers on the phone, talk to them about normal sense,
basically keep them going and going and giving the scammer

(00:21):
hope that they may be able to just like work
over this sweet old lady and then at the end
they get got and like eventually have to hang up.

Speaker 2 (00:28):
That's a great way to deal with scammers when they
call you.

Speaker 3 (00:30):
I mean, that's so funny.

Speaker 2 (00:31):
Yeah, Hey, how are you doing. I'm good.

Speaker 4 (00:35):
I just got some gardening to do today, you know,
getting a slow start on things. But that's fine when
you're retired. Are you near retirement? Tell me a little
bit about yourself. I don't talk to many people.

Speaker 2 (00:45):
So that's Daisy right there, doing good, doing the Lord's work.

Speaker 3 (00:48):
If you will.

Speaker 1 (00:48):
They're like, ma'am, give a credit card, credit cards, Wow,
my credit is three. Let me just tell you real quick, trouble.

Speaker 2 (00:56):
I haven't had one of those in years. I do
everything in check.

Speaker 1 (01:00):
It's funny because if they do stay on long enough,
Daisy gives them fake information. So Daisy plays them essentially.
But the way that Daisy works is that it's not
something that anybody can just buy. It's this company that
just listed all of these fake numbers that Daisy answers,
so all the scammers get access to those first. This
is only in the UK right now, But if Daisy
really makes an impact, who knows, maybe Daisy'll have a

(01:23):
new friend named Bertha.

Speaker 2 (01:24):
Who knows.

Speaker 5 (01:25):
Or it would be really great if all the cell
phone companies got involved in this, and on your phone,
you know, it's like answer, decline and then send to Grandma.

Speaker 6 (01:34):
Oh, that would be great.

Speaker 3 (01:38):
And then when the call is anybody there?

Speaker 5 (01:40):
Yeah, And then when the calls over, you get a
text message with the voice of the copy of the call.

Speaker 1 (01:44):
Oh that's entertainment, it's fine.

Speaker 2 (01:49):
I love that idea.

Speaker 1 (01:51):
Speaking of entertainment, Trader Joe's is now a tourist destination.
Wait what, Yes, people from other countries around the world
come to the United States to.

Speaker 2 (01:59):
Visit trade joke. Really yes, odd thing.

Speaker 1 (02:02):
One country in particular is actually issued warnings in their
airports for people that are returning from the United States.
This is happening in Korea because in Korea, the and
everything but the bagel seasoning is banned. Actually it's abandoned
most parts of the world because in it poppy seeds. Oh,
poppy seeds are what opium comes from and can is

(02:25):
a drug essentially, So other countries are like, no, you
can't have poppy seeds. Everything but the bagel is just
off the limits for you.

Speaker 2 (02:32):
That sucks drug test. I had a couple of poppy
seed muffins this morning, but then ye.

Speaker 4 (02:40):
Don't a lot a lot of mountains.

Speaker 2 (02:44):
I'm being corrected on that.

Speaker 4 (02:49):
You know how much poppy you would have to eat?

Speaker 1 (02:56):
Apparently, how to use everything but the bagel season is
apparently it does show up a drug test.

Speaker 3 (03:02):
Wow, So.

Speaker 2 (03:06):
Everything but the bagel season is your hack. I don't
know why Trader Joe's is so popular.

Speaker 5 (03:11):
It's literally a company that private labels everything.

Speaker 2 (03:14):
So it's like it's like Trader is amazing. It is amazing,
but you don't understand.

Speaker 3 (03:20):
This is why I don't get it.

Speaker 5 (03:21):
Trader Joe's is a company that has a bunch of
products that are actually other people's products that have a
Trader Joe's label on it. This this is a common
thing that people do in business, like you know Kroger
or Kirkland Brand or whatever, that's all Trader jose is.
It's literally the same stuff with a Trader Joe's logo
on it. And everyone is fooled by this thinking it's
some original products.

Speaker 1 (03:45):
Disagree. They started back in the eighties, back in Californy,
a private label store. No it yes, yes, this is
a lie.

Speaker 3 (03:58):
I don't know what you're reading.

Speaker 2 (04:00):
Oh my god, this is a trader.

Speaker 1 (04:04):
Yeah.

Speaker 5 (04:05):
Also started as a market thing. It started as a market,
started as a market. No pictures of health food store.

Speaker 2 (04:12):
It's a picture.

Speaker 3 (04:15):
I need.

Speaker 2 (04:16):
Okay, well you are it was my computer.

Speaker 3 (04:18):
Then your computer is a dummy.

Speaker 2 (04:20):
Here's the thing.

Speaker 5 (04:21):
It started as a market and the guy who was
running the market realized you could steal everybody at the
market's product and put his damn logo on it, and
now you have Trader Joe's.

Speaker 4 (04:32):
Okay, well, some bobbies I heard it started as a
guy by the port in. His name was Shoo and
he was like, I will trade you this banana for
that box of guys.

Speaker 2 (04:44):
See he went to a farmer's market.

Speaker 3 (04:48):
Everyone's cabbage.

Speaker 2 (04:50):
I don't think it. I got that. That part was,
Oh my gosh, you go just went at it because.

Speaker 5 (04:57):
It's not Sweet Jo Love, Sweet Joe's Feels products, Trader.

Speaker 1 (05:03):
Sweet Joe Joe's dream on t R A I t
R Food to the masses anyways, other Trader Joe's people,
you feel me and this is ridiculous. That is what's
trending Trader Joe's today. Just to get in your face,
I'm gonna send you all the pictures, all the cute

(05:25):
things that I buy.

Speaker 3 (05:25):
Girl, you can fool yourself all you want.

Speaker 2 (05:29):
Ployees gonna need to stay calm for this one.

Speaker 1 (05:31):
Okay, everybody stay calm, because Taylor Swift did drop a
holiday collection. It's gonna be okay. She did release a
holiday collection that includes ornament, sweaters, accessories, home decor, a
table runner that's got a.

Speaker 2 (05:46):
Bad word on it. It's lyrics from one of her songs.

Speaker 1 (05:50):
She also has a multi colored gemstone ring that Swifties
believe is kind of a tease about her next tailor's
version release. I want reputation Taylor's version, so well, you
better look at that gemstone ring and see if that
lines up almost your I don't worry.

Speaker 3 (06:05):
I love that.

Speaker 5 (06:06):
Every time she drops something, there's always going to be
a line in that story that that Swifties believe.

Speaker 1 (06:11):
But they're right, they're right Land ninety nine point nine
percent of the time.

Speaker 2 (06:15):
Yeah right, Brad.

Speaker 1 (06:17):
Consul her fans money or she knows how to take
care of her fans right.

Speaker 2 (06:24):
To use the people with they woll science, she's the
group of music.

Speaker 1 (06:32):
Oh I love Goopop's got me, Goop's got all of me.
Science has just revealed a new way to protect yourself
from sharks while surfing.

Speaker 4 (06:41):
O good.

Speaker 1 (06:41):
So if you plan to take a little holiday getaway
that includes surfing, get ready to get some LED light
strips and stick them on the bottom of your surfboard.

Speaker 2 (06:48):
I thought you're gonna say angles surfboard.

Speaker 1 (06:51):
Oh so, actually this is kind of interesting since there
was quite a boom in shark attacks. I believe it
was last year in Australia and then other parts of
the East Coast. But they did a study to try
to figure out a way to keep the sharks away
from wanting to eat the surfers because they look like turtles.
So now the light, there's like a shadow that bounces
off of it, so they get a little bit confused

(07:12):
and they can't see it.

Speaker 2 (07:13):
So you protect yourself on making it.

Speaker 4 (07:15):
Look like a clerb in the ocean, right, unless you
get those cocaine sharks you know.

Speaker 2 (07:20):
By Miami.

Speaker 4 (07:21):
They're like there because they you know, all the drug
runners will drop their cocaine in the water and prom
with sharks like eating the cocaine things.

Speaker 2 (07:28):
If you have lights there, you're just gonna attract the sharks.

Speaker 1 (07:31):
They're like, it's baby. Sharks are the number one that
scares me. But I would go to a shark party
just to see that.

Speaker 2 (07:39):
They don't want me. They're busy.

Speaker 4 (07:41):
Those sharks won't attack you. That's too easy talking. And
they were gonna swim over there, they' when it swam
back away. Next year, I'm swimming so much, I promise. Yeah.

Speaker 2 (07:59):
Okay, another news.

Speaker 1 (08:00):
Some people are going to be excited about this, others
kind of disappointed. But Google Maps is now deleting history
older than three months. So if you're a sketch ball
and you've been doing dirt, then that's good for you
because Google Maps is already clearing your path.

Speaker 2 (08:12):
Did you go there because part.

Speaker 1 (08:15):
Of that is this thing that you know, Google Maps
is a place where a lot of people catch cheaters
because you can see like where they've gone, because they
forget that the Google Maps location like stores itself in there.
You can see where people have gone without attracting. Really,
so the reason.

Speaker 5 (08:29):
I'm disappointed in this is because I don't save the
places that I want to save, and that's I'm.

Speaker 2 (08:35):
Now going to I'm not going to know where to go,
so right, that's the other thing.

Speaker 1 (08:38):
So if you want to not opt into the delete
three months history, you got an email in your Google
account and then there's a link that you click on
that says I opt out and I want to keep
my stuff, or you can use Google takeout to back
up your information as a fil So.

Speaker 3 (08:52):
What why does that email sound like spam guarantee?

Speaker 2 (09:00):
I don't guarantee.

Speaker 6 (09:02):
I deleted that email. So there's got to be another
way to do that. But we swammers are getting so good.
I get email from myself, I swear to god. I
get emails from myself and they're like.

Speaker 5 (09:12):
Hey, we've been watching you do those crazy things you're doing.

Speaker 3 (09:15):
I'm like, name the crazy thing.

Speaker 2 (09:19):
Sure you weren't just like those cocaine sharks looking at
your stuff.

Speaker 5 (09:22):
I actually actually asked them. I was like, is this spannel? Like, oh, yes,
they spoofed your email. I'm like, oh, because it looks
like it's.

Speaker 3 (09:28):
Coming from me.

Speaker 2 (09:29):
So that's another term for spoofing.

Speaker 3 (09:31):
Yeah, spoofing.

Speaker 2 (09:33):
I've never been spoofed, but I kind of wanted.

Speaker 3 (09:34):
Yeah, it's kind of fun to see email from yourself
and you're like, oh, you say it.

Speaker 2 (09:38):
That spooping sounds really weird, And that is what's trending.
