Speaker 1 (00:00):
It just takes three minutes to get everything you need
(00:01):
to know today with ninas. What's trending?
Speaker 2 (00:03):
Okay, this is a great idea for Valentine's Day, since
we were talking about it.
Speaker 3 (00:06):
That will not break your bank.
Speaker 2 (00:08):
It's romantic and it doesn't happen all the time because
we've got another planet parade in the sky right now
where you can see five planets with your naked eye.
Speaker 3 (00:16):
So just get a blanket, get a little bubbly ready to.
Speaker 1 (00:20):
Go in a picnic naked.
Speaker 2 (00:23):
You can see Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Mercury, and.
Speaker 1 (00:26):
Your Venus.
Speaker 2 (00:34):
Naked possibly visiting up to with binoculars or a telescope.
You can use that line and see how it goes. Okay,
but that is just a little idea. The best time
to see it is after dusk or on a clear
night away from city lights.
Speaker 1 (00:57):
Double sorry, is there mass or naked.
Speaker 3 (01:04):
Gotta be weird here.
Speaker 2 (01:08):
So if you're a big fan of SNL, or even
if you're not, I think it's fair to say we
can all agree that SNL is a big part of
pop culture and has been for a long time. So
Saturday Night Live is celebrating their fiftieth anniversary with the
special this weekend.
Speaker 3 (01:19):
But before the special.
Speaker 2 (01:21):
To add to the festivities, they are going to be
airing the very first ever Saturday Night Live that aired
for the first time on October eleventh, nineteen seventy five.
Speaker 3 (01:31):
That's nuts.
Speaker 1 (01:32):
It is cool.
Speaker 2 (01:32):
I feel like that's really interesting to see when you
go back and like cool and also how jokes are different,
how humor was and just what was going on in
nineteen seventy five.
Speaker 3 (01:41):
I don't know.
Speaker 4 (01:42):
I think there's also a music documentary covering all of
the music of SNL as well that they're releasing this
weekend or something like that, But.
Speaker 3 (01:49):
I think you're right cool.
Speaker 2 (01:50):
And there's also that scripted movie also that's out on Netflix. Yeah,
that's us about it too, So there's a lot of
things you can dig into to get into it to celebrate.
Speaker 3 (02:00):
And lastly, I just want to.
Speaker 2 (02:01):
Shout out to everybody that thinks ahead and packs their
car with healthy snacks, because if you're doing that, then
you are fighting the one thing that traffic is trying
to do to you. And traffic, thanks to a new study,
is making us fat according to science, because what happens
is when you're in traffic you're so hungry that by
the time you get home, you're tired.
Speaker 3 (02:20):
You don't want to make anything.
Speaker 2 (02:21):
So people are having more fast food or just not
thinking so really, and I'm shouting these people out because
I didn't even think about it. I want to keep
nice snacks in the car all the time.
Speaker 1 (02:31):
It's the traffic making us discipline, no.
Speaker 3 (02:37):
Cars on the road, My goodness can't be my fault.
Speaker 1 (02:40):
That must be something else's fault, probably the traffic.
Speaker 3 (02:43):
It's also easy to justify to yourself.
Speaker 2 (02:45):
You're like, man, I just that in that I'm too
tired to work out, I'm too tired to cook, Like
it's emotionally training to be in traffic.
Speaker 3 (02:51):
I get it. And when you're angry too, that's such
a roller coaster, Anina.
Speaker 2 (02:56):
Right now, I mean I feel this pain like I'm
really really I do fine with it. So I wanted
to just shout out the people that have already been
doing that. And if you don't already have snacks in
your car, maybe it's time to pack up.
Speaker 3 (03:06):
Listen, if that's the takeaway, healthy snacks in the car. Cool.
I like that idea.
Speaker 1 (03:10):
Yeah, okay, cool, I like that runs let's go anyway,
I think that they have a desk that are like
the little elliptical things. Oh yeah, put it in your car, don't.
Speaker 3 (03:21):
I don't think that would work, but try it.
Speaker 1 (03:24):
Yeah, like hit the gas and then do that for
a second and go back to the gay. Yeah, it
should be fine.
Speaker 3 (03:32):
You're not actually that far off.
Speaker 2 (03:33):
There are people that share workouts that you can do
in your car while you're in traffic. It focuses mostly
on your core and like isometric holds, like with your
arms and stuff, like with the steering wheel when you're
like what yeah, and how you hold your abs in
and then like the little crunches and stuff. So there
are things you can do.
Speaker 1 (03:49):
My car time is my Kegel time or theft time
for it. It's a great time.
Speaker 4 (03:54):
There's that what on some medium just let's say to
the beat baby, that's that's just trending.
Speaker 1 (04:06):
Thanks Calvin Hares, your first Date follow up is coming
up right after this, The Jewel Show.
Speaker 3 (04:13):
The visual I know, no knows that Calvin hair is
the same
