Speaker 1 (00:00):
It's time for Nina's what's trending?

Speaker 2 (00:01):
Do you want to set yourself up for a joyful day,
a truly joyful day. There's a mathematical formula that will
give you just that. Ooh sometimes you just got it
with a pout.

Speaker 1 (00:10):
Doesn't bring me joy?

Speaker 2 (00:12):
Well, if you did like math or numbers, don't lie
is what they always say. The best day ever equals
six hours with family, two hours with friends, one and
a half hours of extra socializing. This is a lot
of talking already, it's stressing me out. Two hours of exercise,
one hour of eating and drinking, and then less than

(00:32):
six hours of work, indulging in only one hour of
screen time and no more than fifteen minutes in a commute. Okay,
that math control that way too much.

Speaker 3 (00:41):
Tell me you're stealing from your employer without telling me
you're stealing from your employer for eight and you're working
at home doing six to say, tell me you're gen
z without telling you you've never had a real job
or any actual responsibilities ever in your entire freaking life.
Without telling me that.

Speaker 2 (01:00):
Now, you can't get mad at the math. It's just
the equation for the best day ever. If you can't
hit those numbers, then you're just gonna have the your failure.

Speaker 1 (01:07):
Okay, he is stressed about it. Yeah.

Speaker 3 (01:12):
I went for a whole year tracking literally every minute
of every day. And actually I was that was while
I was here working on this show. I think it
was like twenty twenty three or something like that. Why,
because I was curious how I was spending all my time. Okay,
never do that.

Speaker 2 (01:25):
I never do that. Sounds like a terrible Yeah, sixty
seconds have gone by noted? Yeah, no, I had.

Speaker 3 (01:32):
I had my calendar, was like, did a bunch of
math and stuff. It's like, you spent four hours doing this,
two hours doing this, one hour doing this, and we
don't know what you did.

Speaker 1 (01:40):
For these hours. And I was like, oh, and I
added that up at the end of the year.

Speaker 3 (01:44):
It was like hundreds of hours that were untracked, and
I'm like, how is that possible?

Speaker 2 (01:48):
Sometimes you just got to listen to your body.

Speaker 1 (01:51):
Yeah, sometimes.

Speaker 2 (01:57):
Why did make it sound so.

Speaker 1 (02:00):
And it likes to talk?

Speaker 2 (02:01):
What? Oh? I thought you was doing that too.

Speaker 1 (02:07):
I'm just thinking of the things my body was saying
a little while ago. Look at that.

Speaker 2 (02:11):
I'm doing a real duet here, speaking of listening to
your body.

Speaker 4 (02:20):
Somebody wants to talk to your body, and I don't
see anybody else around but us, so maybe we can
do somebody talking.

Speaker 5 (02:29):
Why are you all in.

Speaker 1 (02:30):
Indulging that victorious? It's fine.

Speaker 2 (02:35):
As he touches his body and everybody.

Speaker 1 (02:39):
Speaking of.

Speaker 5 (02:42):
Listening to your music like that where people just old
just dudes and deep voices talking to herd at the
beginning of it, like fifteen minutes, baby, you know what
I was thinking.

Speaker 1 (02:53):
I think our body should get together and have a conversation.

Speaker 4 (02:58):
It's been a while since my body to talk to
anybody in person.

Speaker 2 (03:02):
But remember then go to see my body's talk.

Speaker 1 (03:08):
You know, does that have a depocede At the beginning
of that one, I don't think sound no, you can
see it.

Speaker 4 (03:12):
Yeah, we should definitely either. You know what I was thinking?
They were always thinking something. Let everyone know, Hey, baby,
I had a thought

Speaker 1 (03:21):
Anything, Okay, well that I guess this is what's training thought.
