Speaker 1 (00:00):
Give us three minutes and we'll give you everything you
need to know for the day with Nina's what's trending?
I see you, I see you out there, Fibermaxingo, grubhub
sees you too. What did you order on grubhubs this year?
I'll tell you that it's delivered its report of twenty
twenty five. The most popular things that we were eating
is actually surprising, and fibermaxing is a part of the trend.

(00:21):
And I will break it down because there's a specific
food that I'm actually really surprised by. Honestly, good for
you in just a second. But first remember Ryan lockedy, Yeah,
Ryan Locked or what the hell however you pronounce his
last night Olympic Who is the Olympic swimmer?

Speaker 2 (00:35):
Is this the one that went viral for they he
like stole something to do?

Speaker 3 (00:39):
Oh wait, no, I'm thinking of somebody else.

Speaker 1 (00:40):
He did have a scandal that led to a ten
month suspension. I don't remember his scandal. I remember him, No,
it was the other guy that smoked weed. Well, he
had some type of controversy back then. But he has
six Olympic gold medals and he's auctioning off three of them.

Speaker 3 (00:55):
Whoa.

Speaker 1 (00:56):
He says that the metals represent memories that he'll carry
for life. He wants them to do more than just
sit on a shelf. So he's auctioning them off and
you can own a gold medal that you never want.

Speaker 3 (01:07):
He wants to make money. I mean, hey, that's sweet.

Speaker 1 (01:11):
We were just talking about celebrities that go in the
DM trying to get money from you, you know whatever,
for scams.

Speaker 3 (01:16):
But Ryan might.

Speaker 1 (01:17):
Actually really be helping it out. At least you can
in exchange, at least you get a medal. Yeah, it's
not a one way.

Speaker 3 (01:23):
It's so weird.

Speaker 1 (01:25):
You're just like bragging on that, Like there's a gold
medal that I didn't win.

Speaker 4 (01:28):
Yeah, that is weird.

Speaker 2 (01:29):
You hang it up in your room.

Speaker 1 (01:31):
I mean it's.

Speaker 3 (01:32):
Pretty cool, though. I've never touched a gold medal.

Speaker 2 (01:34):
You have?

Speaker 3 (01:35):
You touched an Olympic gold medal? What would you do
with it? Why don't want to touch it? Actually? Yes,
it represents what have Yeah.

Speaker 4 (01:43):
When well, so in twenty sixteen, that Olympic team won gold,
the gymnastics Olympic team, okay, and they did a tour
of champions and I got to meet them.

Speaker 3 (01:53):
And you locked the medal, Like, how did that happen?
They had their medals with them and you touched it.

Speaker 1 (01:59):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (01:59):
I was like, oh no, this wasn't twenty sixteen. This
was twenty twelve because I was a.

Speaker 1 (02:02):
Kid, okay, and I was bugging out.

Speaker 2 (02:05):
It is cool.

Speaker 3 (02:08):
It represents like peak physicality. Yeah, it's dope. I think
it's cool.

Speaker 2 (02:13):
The gymnasts to wear it and like, how freaking cool
like they are? Yeah, I don't see it, Like why
would I want to own one?

Speaker 3 (02:18):
Yeah I did. It represents pea physicality unless I'm the
one pointing to it that I got off of eBay.

Speaker 1 (02:26):
I don't want Ryan. I'm good on that. Yeah, I
said you have to earn it, then it means something. Yeah,
well you could earn the title of top fibermaxer in
your group chat.

Speaker 3 (02:36):
Awesome.

Speaker 1 (02:36):
If you were on grub hub this year, ordering beans,
beans were the breakout star. According to grub Hub, it
jumped one hundred and thirty five percent. So fibermaxing has
been one of the food trends for this year, which
is just increasing your fiber and then protein and all
that kind of stuff. So people are eating functional foods
that's actually good for them, which is a good sign.
But beans top the list. Tinned fish is also on

(02:58):
this list, Cold Foam and match getting extra.

Speaker 3 (03:01):
Love cold Foam.

Speaker 1 (03:02):
It's just funny because in years past where we've talked
about the same exact thing where grub Hub does like
a year end review, and it was always like wings
or pizza or like you know.

Speaker 3 (03:10):
The usual suspects.

Speaker 1 (03:12):
But now we're talking about beans, Tinfish, cold Foam, and
Macha Fiber Max Machia Fiber Max.

Speaker 2 (03:18):
If you're gonna grub Hub, Macha, just go walk and
get you a macha because I feel like that is
the Macha vibe, is you're walking to.

Speaker 1 (03:24):
Go get it, because this is a fake macha vibe. Dang,
that's all right, you went, and that is what's trending.
