I always feel good when I get a chance to
spend time with my granddaughter, and so yesterday I just
it was one of those times where you have a
moment you want to freeze forever. She was just like, oh, Lot,
we have to do a dance party and so she
so She's like, Alexa, play dance party music, and then
she was like again again again, And I was exhausted.

I got my workout, but I had so much fun.
I love that little I love her so much.

Well, my faith in humanity has been restored. I found
out that my dad's headstone is cracked, and he's buried
in Minnesota, so it's not like I can just drive
out there and check. I called the caretaker yesterday and
he immediately went out in check. He sent me pictures
and he fixed it. Now, this might be part of
his job, but he was so kind and so helpful.

And grief is weird, even after nine years. It sneaks
up on me sometimes, and it's been sneaking up on
me this week. And so to get this news was really,
you know, having feel in some sort of way. But
his kindness meant everything to me.

out that my dad's headstone is cracked, and he's buried
in Minnesota, so it's not like I can just drive
out there and check. I called the caretaker yesterday and
he immediately went out in check. He sent me pictures
and he fixed it. Now, this might be part of
his job, but he was so kind and so helpful.

And grief is weird, even after nine years. It sneaks
up on me sometimes, and it's been sneaking up on
me this week. And so to get this news was really,
you know, having feel in some sort of way. But
his kindness meant everything to me.

get the treatments they need so that they can live
with cleft palates.

Israel is confirming the leader of Hamas was killed by
Israeli forces in Gaza. Officials say ya Ya Sinoir was
killed Wednesday during a heavy gun battle. He's accused of

that smiling is contagious. In fact, researchers found that the
amount we smile during a conversation is significantly influenced by
