start paving another one. So if you're not happy with
where your life is going, you don't have to keep
going down that path. Right, You've got the power to
make a change and create a new direction for yourself.
You are not stuck. You can take control and build

Speaker 2 (04:35):
All right, great quote, chilly, unless you're stuck in traffic

the commanders last night? We were talking about this last week,
the possibility of the NFL having AI refs. We have
a talkback message from one of our listeners, Walter. Is
he on Chile's side who says, yeah, this might be
good or my side says this is a terrible idea.

(04:58):
Chile in the morning, ninety seven point one wash FM.
I'm kidd O'Shea continuing in a conversation we started last week.

Speaker 3 (05:04):
Yeah, so, while Roger Goodell, who's the commissioner of the NFL,
is looking into potentially using AI technology to get more
calls right, because the refs, with their human eyes sometimes
miss things. Yeah, there's a lot of people on the field,
a lot of plays, and I thought it would be
a good idea because honestly, I think sometimes those refs
are biased.

Speaker 4 (05:25):
You don't trust them.

Speaker 3 (05:26):
I don't trust all of them.

Speaker 2 (05:27):
I said, this is a terrible ideat slowing the game down.

Speaker 7 (05:47):
Leave the AI out of the game.

Speaker 8 (05:50):
Let the players play.

Speaker 3 (05:52):
If anything, you can use it for concussion control, you know, just.

Speaker 5 (05:56):
To provide oversight around the safety.

Speaker 7 (05:59):
But other than that, let the game be played naturally.

Speaker 4 (06:02):
Walter, I agree, of course you do.

Speaker 3 (06:05):
But that's he makes a really good point though about
the injury preciation. Yeah, so call people out for their
inappropriate tackles.

Speaker 2 (06:13):

All right, I'm kiddo'she Coming up next. Travel divorces are
on the rise. Probably seen this online, So what exactly
is it? Do you think it would work for you
and your partner. We'll give you all the details about
it so you can decide. Coming up next, Toby and
Chile in the morning, ninety seven point one Wash FM.
I'm kidd O'Shea. We're talking about airport divorces.

Speaker 3 (09:15):
It's not as dramatic as it sounds, but this is
where a couple's temporarily split up after they go through
security or TSA at the airport and they each do
their own thing before meeting back at the gate. Apparently
this helps reduce stress and prevents any conflicts because airport
environment can be really tense.

Speaker 2 (09:37):
I didn't know this is a thing chilly until just now,
and I love it.

Speaker 3 (09:41):
Do you and your partner bicker a lot after you
get to the airport that you find this would be
a good thing for you?

Speaker 2 (09:47):
No, we don't bicker, and we do travel really well together.
So I will give my partner Kyle credit for that. Okay,
But I travel a lot more often than he does
because of my job at Good Morning Washington, and I'm
just very comfortable and relaxed in the airport. I don't
really stressed out about anything. He's a little bit more like,
should we be there? So it's like it would be nice,
like you go do your thing. I'll go do my
thing and let's just meet at the gate. Yeah, what

(10:08):
about you?

Speaker 3 (10:09):
My husband and I also travel well. But I feel
like if we're going to talk about an airport divorce,
what would really stress me out is if I was
with somebody that showed up at the airport later than
I'm comfortable. Wow, so maybe we should get a divorce,
a rival divorce. Yes, that way, right, Like you come
when you feel like you want to show up at
the airport.

Speaker 6 (10:27):
We'll be in Chili's nearly impossible question.

Speaker 4 (10:29):
That's another way of looking at it, all right? What

do you think? The answer is packing and unpacking? Oh,
any type of packing. That is a very stressful part
of traveling because there's always a risk you could forget
to take something. Yes, it's just not pleasurable. That's true.

Speaker 3 (18:05):
Violet from College Park had a date with a guy
who literally had a temper tantrumono over bubble tea.

Speaker 4 (18:12):
Oh more on that next, A Little Love in My Life.

Speaker 6 (18:19):
It's Toby and Shelley's crazy first date.

Speaker 3 (18:21):
In College Park. Violet, we can't wait to hear this
crazy first date story.

Speaker 4 (18:27):
Go ahead.

Speaker 5 (18:27):
I went on a date a couple of years ago
with a mutual friend that I met through some coworkers.
He seems super nice. We were flirting all night long.
Its like we should go get bubble tea. One day.
I was really excited to hang out with him. We
met at Tyson's Corner for some bubble tea, and I
was super nervous for the dates. He was really cute
and he orders for me. He orders his own, and

(18:48):
he ends up not liking what he ordered, so he
goes back up to the front counter and he's like
demanding a refund from them. He ends up not getting it,
so he's super sad about it. He throws his drink
in the trash, like make the scene, and then he
threw my drink in the trash and I'm like, oh,
I wasn't done drinking that, but okay, and then he
said we're gonna get lunch. So we're walking around the

(19:09):
mall and he ends up just walking me back to
his car and he had parked on the roof of
Tyson's Corner and he had in the car and I'm like,
h all, the seats are down already. That's so weird.
And I had to make an excuse to leave the
date because I just was like, this is not a
good experience, is terrible.

Speaker 3 (19:25):
So you kind of understood from the way those seats
were positioned that he was looking for a little bit
of a hookup.

Speaker 5 (19:32):
He just wanted to hook up on the roof of
the mall. He's like, it was on my bucket.

Speaker 3 (19:36):
Lest he actually admitted that to you, Violet.

Speaker 5 (19:39):
Yeah, And I'm like, that's ridiculous.

Speaker 3 (19:41):
If he hadn't had that temper tantrum, would you have
considered it?

Speaker 5 (19:44):
I would have considered it, Yeah, but not for me.
Shobia is dad.

Speaker 3 (19:48):
Did he try to ask you out again for do over?

Speaker 5 (19:51):
Yeah? He texted me like four times, and then he
reached out to our mutual friend and he's like, let's
ghosting me and did he get the hint? Yeah, eventually
he got the hend. Now I'm in a happy relationship,
so everything works out.

Speaker 3 (20:03):

you share that story with us, we'd love to send
