Speaker 3 (01:02):

feeling good, but I know it's also a very big
weekend for you.

Speaker 2 (01:08):
Yeah, I'm feeling good, but obviously for you know that
reason because I'm going to Boston to see my kid
at her graduation, trying to believe that it's been four years. Yes,
but I'm also glad that I've pulled off getting my
mom something for Mother's Day. We'll leave it at that
because I'm pretty sure she's probably listening to us on

(01:30):
the podcast. But knock on wood, it arrives by Sunday, Yeah,
which is unbelievable to me. Okay, because for me, I'm
consistently late on things like that. But yeah, it's going
to be an interesting, big weekend. But it's an interesting weekend.
So there's just a lot of stuff going on anyway.

they don't do it often enough. Right, and many of
you shared how often you keep in touch with mom
and dad? Apparently we've got somebody in Rockville who wants to,
I guess join the conversation.

Speaker 2 (05:52):
Yep, so jump into the talk. The numbers eight sixty six,
nine two, seven, forty three sixty one. We're always open
to hear from you, and we will next. Last time
you called your mama or your parents, Toby and Chilly
in the morning, it's ninety seven point one WATCHEFM. We
were talking about this yesterday.

Speaker 3 (06:11):
How twenty two percent of people feel bad they don't
call often enough, And it looks like a lot of
you want to keep the conversation going.

Speaker 2 (06:18):
So Nile from.

Speaker 4 (06:19):
Rockville, Hello, good morning, Toby and Hilly. Hello, how often
do I call my mama? Well, my mom has passed away,
it's been like five years. However, when I was younger,
like in my twenties, I would call her all the time.
It's like we had a great relationship. It was mother daughter,
but it was more like friendship too as well. You know,
if I had problems with you know, Lloyd, trouble or anything,

(06:40):
I'd call my mom about it, and she was that
mom that would just be there and understand. I think
she really appreciated that too.

Speaker 3 (06:47):
I definitely had that relationship with my mother too, Nile
before she passed away. But unlike me, you actually also
had that with your dad and frequently calling your dad
is he still with us?

Speaker 2 (07:00):
Or did he also pass.

Speaker 4 (07:01):
He passed too.

Speaker 1 (07:02):
He passed two years after.

Speaker 4 (07:03):
My mom passed away. And yeah, So I just say
to everyone out there, talk to your parents. And I
have a fourteen year old son now who's getting ready
for school and we talk all the time.

Speaker 1 (07:12):
I call him all the time.

Speaker 4 (07:13):
That was your day and he's like, hey, Mom.

Speaker 3 (07:16):
The real test will be when your son is in college,
like Toby's daughter is, yeah, and they're no longer under
your roof. Like, isn't that gonna be the biggest test
of all? How often are they reaching out, Toby?

Speaker 2 (07:28):
Because you barely get them on the phone right now,
I'm more out. No, I have to text the family
group chat between her mom and myself and my daughter
to even get a response from my daughter. Sometimes.

Speaker 1 (07:42):
Oh no, okay, okay, so that's what you test.

Speaker 4 (07:44):
I can't really say nothing now, but I guess I'll
just have to wait and see, you know, if I
get a phone call.

Speaker 2 (07:50):
Well, now now I gotta go call my daughter and
my parents. So thank you. I've been very busy afternoon.

Speaker 4 (07:57):

Speaker 2 (10:09):
Why don't you tap the talkback microphone right now if
you're signed in listening to our iHeart app and tell
us what you think are the most attractive features in
a guy. There's a new survey out and it breaks
down some of the more attractive features in men. Will
run down the results of this survey, share some of
our thoughts coming up in just minutes with Toby and

(10:30):
Chilly in the Morning TIX twenty four to ninety seven
point one wash FM Toby and Chilly in the Morning, Chilli.
There's a list of the most attractive features in men.
They did a survey and they found certain features that
they say that women like. Now I'm going to ask
you about some of these features because personally, I don't

(10:51):
know where I stand on some of these features. But
they say that you find dark hair to be attractive.
That's number five, right, beard to be attractive, blue eyes,
a bald head, and a muscular physique is the number
one most attractive feature and men according to this survey.

Speaker 3 (11:11):
Yeah, I'm surprised that muscular feature or physique is number
one because wasn't it just last year that, oh, dad
bod was like the thing that women loved. How did
we go from having a dad bod to muscular physique? Personally,
I prefer the dad bod now. I think what made
this headlines in this particular article was that a bald

(11:31):
head came in very close second, right, And typically that
is a huge insecurity among men that when they're losing
their hair, they feel like they're not as attractive. Hey,
ladies apparently love it, guys, and you have a shaved head.

Speaker 2 (11:44):
Yeah. For me, I fought the future for a long time.
Then I realized something. It looked ridiculous that I was
fighting the future. So I just shaved it and I
prayed that I could pull it off, because there's some
people who, yes, you know, you can't pull off the
bald head even if you shave it, you know what
I mean?

Speaker 3 (12:00):
Yeah, And I think that for again, personally, bald head
is fine as long as you're not doing the comb
over thing that to me looks like really really ridiculous.

Speaker 2 (12:11):
I call that the flying nun. Yeah, not flying nun. McGillicuddy.

Speaker 3 (12:15):
So yeah, so fellas, listen, the ladies apparently have spoken.

Speaker 2 (12:20):
Right, it's okay to have about Yeah, you go ahead,
so shave it. You won't do it. You have some
thoughts on this ladies eight six six nine two seven
three sixty one, or guys that are attracted to men.
I would love to hear what either side thinks this morning.
So give us a call. You know where to find us.
And you can also use the talkback microphone too if

(12:42):
you want. You when you're signed into your iHeart app.
If it's just easier, leave us a quick voice note.
We would love to hear what you think about the
most attractive features in men. It's ninety seven point one

is a leftover kid's food?

Speaker 3 (14:12):
Leftover kid food? Do you see your wife doing that
finishing off your kid's plates?

Speaker 2 (14:19):
Is that why you guess that? Barbits are also the
other part of it's me. If you know we're out
to dinner, there's a chicken tender left on the plate,
or a scuba mac and cheese, or.

Speaker 5 (14:28):
The couple fries, we're both kind of picking at it.

Speaker 3 (14:30):

We want to introduce you to a chef who has
lin like any other.

Speaker 3 (17:57):
His name is Anthony Thomas, and he's not really to
to any one kitchen. He's actually turning to sidewalks, metro stations,
and a bunch of landmarks around the DMV and turning
it into his own cooking stage.

Speaker 2 (18:09):
And this man is ready to cook. He just shows

Through their head. They're probably thinking, what is this guy
over there and doing it? Fuddy have that fire flame?
Why does he have that real?

Speaker 3 (18:57):
You know?

Speaker 2 (18:57):
And that was from an interview that Chef Anthony did
with Fox five in DC just the other day. People
seem to love him.

Speaker 3 (19:06):
And just so you know, Chef Thomas has been cooking
professionally for seventeen years. He mostly does catering and private
events for crowds big and small, so this is really
a great networking opportunity for him to be out front
and center.

in person, get ready, you're gonna get more than just

at the boublaz concert and he's saying that lyrically and
all that the moment, it kind of spoke to us
and it was kind of understood that that was going
to be our song.

Speaker 2 (20:42):
Yeah, I didn't know that we had a song, but
if that's the case, then it would have to be
this song that closed down the Magic Kingdom called Happily

and that song came on, it was a special moment
you guys shared.
