Now, why are you feeling good this morning? Chili?
Speaker 4 (00:34):
My son had a good day in school yesterday, really
day number three of a new school year, and yeah,
all things considered, it was a good day. As he's
adjusting to new schedule, new teacher and all that stuff.
Speaker 2 (00:47):
It can be tough on a kid, really, you know,
like there's an excitement, but it quickly wears off from
what I remember.
Speaker 4 (00:54):
Well, because the honeymoon period ends when Okay, oh I've
got friends. Yay, my friends back, and then oh so
is learning right, so is doing work?
Speaker 2 (01:05):
And then they come with the words home work, and
that's always.
Speaker 4 (01:11):
It's not really it's not really a thing these days
like it was when you and I were kids.
Speaker 3 (01:15):
Oh man, they said.
Speaker 2 (01:16):
I remember one year the teacher sent us home on
the first day of school homework.
Speaker 4 (01:20):
I was like, what, yeah, gen xers, we know because
now these kids are spoiled. They don't have to do
no homework. A very different.
Speaker 2 (01:27):
Bombs come in and they're like, make some friends, Relax,
we're gonna read this.
Speaker 3 (01:32):
Okay, cool. Class dismissed a feeling good.
Speaker 2 (01:36):
I'm feeling good because I found I found something that
they used on me at the hospital online after I
called over to the hospital to talk to the outpatient.
You know, how do you know how they had like
a transitional nurse, like an outpatient kun of me.
Speaker 4 (01:50):
It's important to say that you found something to treat
the wound on your leg.
Speaker 3 (01:55):
Yes, I'm sorry, Yes, you're right.
Speaker 2 (01:56):
So in case you didn't know, I was out for
a while dealing with an emergency surgery to get a
wound to clear an infection out of my leg, and
they treated it with this honey. And we talked about
it yesterday and I looked all over for the honey.
I wanted the same brand that they had in the hospital. Well, finally,
(02:17):
after scouring through Instagram, I mean not through Instagram, through
Women's called Amazon, I found it good and I'm like
thankful that it's coming in a few days. God willing
the sooner the better, Please Lord, let the mail hurry
up and get here.

a Justice Department investigation into DC's crime stats, pushing back
on President Trump's claims that the numbers were altered, and
(03:37):
she also rejects the idea that the federal law enforcement
surge amounts to a takeover. Federal prosecutors in DC will
no longer charge people with felonies just for carrying registered

Speaker 4 (05:26):
This is where we share a quote to get you
into a better morning mindset.
Speaker 2 (05:30):
Now I'm gonna butcher this guy's name because I always do.
Pallo coohalo?
Speaker 3 (05:36):
Is that right?
Speaker 2 (05:37):
Pallo colho coe lho. If you know the correct pronunciation
of that last name, feel free to call us at
eight six six ninet twenty seven forty three sixty one.
But he says, the minute you think of giving up,
think of the reason you held on so long. The
minute you think of giving up, think of the and
(06:00):
you held on so long, that original passion.
Speaker 3 (06:04):
It matters.

good to go forever and ever.
Speaker 6 (07:23):
Amen.
Speaker 4 (07:23):
What would it be, Oh, just being handy around the
house and fixing stuff that breaks. Honestly, it really save
us a lot of money in time.

had twenty four hour room service, who knew, I had
to go home and cook for myself. And that's when
I realized I'm not very good at cooking for myself.
So I went and did the door dash and uberretes thing,
and then I realized door dashing uber eats expensive.
Speaker 4 (07:55):
Yeah, really expensive.
Speaker 2 (07:57):
So I probably need to figure out how to cook
for myself self. It's better and more substantive than say,
girl cheese sandwiches.
Speaker 4 (08:06):
I think the skill really lies in the people who
can walk into their kitchen, look to see what's in
the pantry, in the fridge, and whip something up. There
is talent that's.

Washa fmsus smell the team, Chillie.
Speaker 3 (20:37):
Who is the friend with the grudge? And what's the
grudge all about?

It's about the Commander's specifically, he's been a lifelong fan
of the team and after Dan Snyder took over, and
you know, there are a lot of fans who were
not happy with how the organization was run. But Dan
is gone, and yet my friend still almost in every
conversation related to the team will bring up Snyder. I'm like, dude,
it is time to let go of the grudge. The
(21:01):
guy is no longer part of the team.
Speaker 3 (21:04):
Guys, not even in the country.
Speaker 2 (21:05):
Last I checked, he was on his yacht off the
coast of France. I mean, time to move on, dogs,
time to move on.
Speaker 3 (21:12):
I get it.
Speaker 4 (21:13):
You feel like he did you dirty somehow, Okay, you
know whatever. You can feel some sort of way, But
any grudge that you have against anybody in your life,
I'm not personally somebody who likes to hold on to grudges.
I can feel badly about something and then I try
to let it go. I don't think you're the type
of person. Do you have any grudges?
Speaker 3 (21:31):
I have time? Yeah, why am I gonna let you
live rent free? In my mind?
Speaker 4 (21:36):
A great way to put it exactly what you know.
Speaker 3 (21:38):
I'm not saying I was always that way.
Speaker 2 (21:41):
It took me time being a grudger to get over
being a grudger.
Speaker 4 (21:45):
But and maybe I'll give you six months. All right,
I'll let it live in your head for six months.
But after that it is time to make peace with you.
Speaker 2 (21:53):
After six months, it's not a grudge anymore. It's an obsession.
Age six seven forty three sixty one. Got a grudge?

D and Laurel went quite the distance for a first date.
Speaker 3 (22:24):
It's an international affair you can't miss.
Speaker 5 (22:27):
Next, it's Toby and Kelly's crazy Laurel.
Speaker 3 (22:31):
D What happened?
Speaker 6 (22:33):
Went to Texas and I.
Speaker 8 (22:34):
Visited a friend who I had known over the years,
just casually and we go to breakfast.
Speaker 6 (22:39):
It turned into lunch and he literally had a fight
to catch.
Speaker 8 (22:42):
A few hours later, and he goes, what.
Speaker 6 (22:44):
Would happen if I shot my shot?
Speaker 3 (22:46):
And I'm like, wait, is this a real thing?
Speaker 8 (22:48):
So that conversation evolved into him saying his favorite artist
is going to be performing in kate Town in a
few days and he would love for to go to
the concert together.
Speaker 6 (22:56):
So I pulled up by information on my phone. I'm like,
are we really going to do this? It seems kind
of silly.
Speaker 8 (23:01):
We're one or two drinks in and he's like yeah,
and so I leave my phone. I got it back
and I'm like, if I come back, and the chickets
like already purchased, we're going to go, And so I
come back and he pushed the.
Speaker 6 (23:11):
Information on the phone. Chicken was purchased. So four days
later I got an applight to go to South Africa.
So we went and had a great time and the
best first.
Speaker 8 (23:19):
Shake so far.
Speaker 4 (23:20):
Please tell me it ended happily and that maybe you
saw each other again.
Speaker 8 (23:27):
Well, I stayed with him like the whole time while
I was there, So we thought.
Speaker 6 (23:30):
Each other for the next three to four days. Yeah,
you know, we went fight, seeing, went to dinner. We've
done a bunch of things.
Speaker 2 (23:36):
Yes, I've heard there's a lot of things to do
in South Africa, but that's more than just shooting one shot.
