Wednesday morning?

Speaker 3 (00:23):
I'm feeling good because I love a good love story,
and you know where I'm going with this. I'm very
happy for Taylor Swift and Travis Kelsey. They got engaged.
I guess it happened August tenth, but the announcement was
made yesterday on Instagram, so congrats to them.

Speaker 2 (00:40):
I am very excited about this as well. It is
going to be the wedding of the century.

Speaker 4 (00:46):
Oh yes.

Speaker 2 (00:46):
Now, I don't know how we are going to feel
about this, and we can talk about it a little
bit later on, but you know, it's going to be
all over the place for the next probably seventy two hours.
But it's going to defy the news cycle, that's for sure.

Speaker 5 (01:02):
It already is.

Speaker 3 (01:03):
It's at least it's positive story that is taking the headlines.
But talking about seventy two hours, I think that's about
a fair amount of time. I think anything beyond the
end of this week is gonna feel very overkilled. Some
people would say it's already overkilled, but hey, let it
simmer for a few days, and then I agree with you, Toby.

(01:24):
I think we need get past the store.

Speaker 2 (01:27):
Give them their moment, and then let's carry on, please,
because people are gonna get very very cross, especially those
people like you were saying off the air a minute ago,
those people who are in relationships where you know the
clock is ticket.

Speaker 4 (01:42):
Uh huh like you. The girlfriends are like, well.

Speaker 5 (01:45):
Well, Taylor, no comments on that. I have no comments.

Speaker 4 (01:48):
Why can't we get engaged? When are we going to
get engaged?

Speaker 5 (01:51):
They may have already heard that multiple times.

Speaker 4 (01:54):
That's right.

Speaker 2 (01:55):
But you know what, I feel good about that too,
because you know what, she makes me better.

Speaker 5 (02:00):
And that's all I have to say about that.

Speaker 2 (02:02):
Hey, I just want to know how they kept it
quiet for two weeks.

Speaker 5 (02:06):
That's unbelievable to me.

Speaker 2 (02:08):
Anyway, It's gonna be everywhere You're gonna read all about
all things Taylor Swift, from the ring to what Travis
Kelsey was wearing to the backyard and more. We'll get

This would be your morning mindset from Scott Belski, who
says you don't get rewarded for thinking outside the box.
You get rewarded for building a better box. You don't
get rewarded for thinking outside the box. Scott Belski says,
you get rewarded for building a better box. See, it's

(05:31):
not just enough to think outside the box. That's easy
to do. It's building the box that that's where success
is found. Scott Belski. Thanks for your morning mindset this morning,
and by the way, if you need to read it
again or hear it again, you can find it to
Toby and Chilipage WASHFM dot com. Stay with us because

(05:53):
coming up in just a few minutes.

Speaker 3 (05:55):
I know we were talking Toby about you looking for
some low I guess energy your impact exercises because you're trying.

Speaker 4 (06:02):
To rehab your knee.

Speaker 3 (06:04):
Yes, well, what better way to get ideas than asking
those who make us a part of their deck.

Speaker 5 (06:09):
That's right, it's early in the morning.

Speaker 2 (06:11):
You might be going to get a workout in right
now eight six six, ninet two seven forty three sixty one.
They got any low impact workout ideas? Would love to
hear what you do or what you've done before, So
call now and share with the classes. We all strive
to be more fit together. It's ninety seven point one

(06:34):
wash FM, Toby and Chilly in the morning. We'll get
to your thoughts next. Now, there are people who swear
by these resistance bands. Seriously, I've never I've never heard
anything quite like it until I was in the hospital
and they came in with this band and they said,
try these exercises. And they stood there and watched Toby

(06:56):
and Chilly in the morning. It's ninety seven point one
wash FM, and I could I can tell you that
maybe if done repeatedly enough, they might get tiring. But yeah,
you know, they just they are very low resistance, they're
very very low in weight. I don't know what excuses
I could make to not do anything with them, but

(07:18):
you know.

Speaker 4 (07:18):
Hey, and they're also kind of low energy.

Speaker 3 (07:20):
I mean, you don't have to hurt yourself as you're
trying to rehab some parts of.

Speaker 4 (07:26):
Your body, mainly your knees and your leg.

Speaker 3 (07:29):
But that's just one example of a lot of stuff
out there that you can do, even just sitting at home. Toby, Yeah,
that's not going to require a lot of energy or
impact as you try to get.

Speaker 2 (07:40):
Stronger Jonathan and Bethesda. So what's a low energy exercise
that's not so boring like this this exercise band.

Speaker 7 (07:50):
I've just had a machine under my desk so I
don't even think about and I use it all the
time and it gives me a great workout.

Speaker 4 (07:56):
I'm just sitting there working.

Speaker 5 (07:57):
It's perfect.

Speaker 3 (07:58):
Yeah, thanks for calling with that. But I wonder, like,
if you're pedaling under your desk. How much energy are
you really exerting? That's the key. And also don't want
to be sweating either while I'm trying to work.

Speaker 5 (08:10):
Let me look around, Jillie.

Speaker 2 (08:12):
Would we have enough room to use one of those
here in this little studio we're in.

Speaker 3 (08:16):
We may have room, but I don't know that we
can get permission to put anything in here because it
is a shared space.

Speaker 5 (08:23):
Yes, that's right.

Speaker 2 (08:24):
We probably get told on Casley, good morning at Warrenton
low energy exercise, what do you do walking?

Speaker 7 (08:31):
Seriously, just a short walk even ten or fifteen minutes.

Speaker 4 (08:35):
It clears my head, loosens up my body.

Speaker 7 (08:37):
And just resets my mood without needing any hyper gym clothes.

Speaker 4 (08:43):
Total game changer on those low energy days here here.

Speaker 3 (08:46):
That is my favorite low energy as well, and especially
being out in nature, it does something else for your
mental health too.

Speaker 2 (08:53):
If I could only get my knee heeled, I would
be happy to join you on one of those short
walks five to ten minutes.

Speaker 5 (09:01):
I could pull that off.

Speaker 2 (09:02):
Anybody else have a low energy exercise routine that they do.

President Trump's push for more death penalty cases make a

whole federal crime surge ended early yesterday with a deadly shooting.

(10:53):
It was the cities first since August thirteenth. The Justice

India is the deadliest country for taking selfies. That accounts

that's worldwide. That analysis was based on Google reports of

under my own label.

Speaker 4 (13:43):
Wow, Geness, that is a huge change.

Speaker 3 (13:47):

when you're going for groceries?

Speaker 6 (15:48):
I too, but my husband does not.

Speaker 4 (15:51):
I see. I think we were married to similar men.
That is.

Speaker 3 (15:55):
That is a very frustrating thing when they bring home
something that's going to expire like.

Speaker 2 (16:00):
Tomorrow or it's already expired. I mean, I'm talking about
a friend. I would never be talking about myself. I
would never do that.

Speaker 5 (16:09):
No, never.

Speaker 2 (16:11):

Speaker 2 (19:40):
It's a love story, baby, She said yes, and he
popped the question, Travis Kelsey, Taylor Swift. Everybody's talking about it.
Who are we not to talk about it? So we're
going to get into it, the ins and outs of
the engagement that has the world captivated. How did it
stay secret for so long? What are the details? Did

(20:03):
Dad spill the tea on anything. We'll talk about it
next as Toby and Chilly in the Morning. Continue Toby
and Chilly in the Morning.

Speaker 5 (20:13):
It's ninety seven point one wash FM.

Speaker 2 (20:17):
In case you missed the news, Taylor Swift is engaged
to Travis Kelcey. The news broke yesterday afternoon. That two
confirmed it. Apparently it happened like two weeks ago. So
I just have no idea, Chilly, how anybody kept anything
that quiet for that long.

Speaker 5 (20:35):
But it's got everybody talking today.

Speaker 4 (20:38):
Oh, it sure does.

Speaker 3 (20:39):
Social media all over the place, people reacting to the
big news, and people reacting to.

Speaker 4 (20:44):
The ring and the photos and all that.

Speaker 3 (20:47):
Then I saw an interview with Ed Kelcey, Travis's dad,
where he actually spilled details about the proposal.

Speaker 9 (20:57):
He made a borol garden around and gazebo and in
the place where it is in at least some it
now got her out there, jenery, so let's go and
have a glass of wine. And she got out there,
and they got out there, and that's when that's when
he asked her.

Speaker 5 (21:12):
News beautiful.

Speaker 2 (21:13):
You seem like you have a problem with the dad
being proud of his son for popping the question to
the biggest celebrity on the planet.

Speaker 4 (21:21):
I don't think I have a problem with him being proud.

Speaker 3 (21:23):
I just don't know that i'd want my parents to
spill the tea in the details and take that opportunity
away from the couple.

Speaker 4 (21:30):
I don't know.

Speaker 2 (21:31):
It's interesting the way men and women look at things
like this, because honestly, I don't really know that it's
a big deal. If my dad wanted to talk about
me popping the question, he'd probably be like, hallelujah, Yes,
finally it's about time.

Speaker 3 (21:46):
Well, I bet you are feel in some sort of
way about this being such big news, because as a
man who's in a relationship, I'm guessing the girlfriend's going
to start dropping hints about being engaged like a lot.

Speaker 2 (21:57):
Of other women. You're assuming that's not already been happening.

Speaker 4 (22:02):
That's right. Do you feel more pressure now to propose
to her?

Speaker 2 (22:06):
I'll be dodging calls probably for the rest of the day.
Other than that, I have no comment on the marriage situation,
popping the question, or the proposal thing. Yes, of course,
And for all guys who are involved in a relationship
like that, where you're starting to hear the biological clock

(22:26):
going like this or whatever.

Speaker 5 (22:27):
Yeah, blame Taylor, but Chilly.

Speaker 2 (22:31):
Speaking of Taylor, I'm so surprised that none of her
friends spilled the tea on this entire thing.

Speaker 4 (22:39):
They're her friends, they would never That'd be a.

Speaker 2 (22:41):
Pretty odd thing for Taylor to say to her friends,
especially given who her friends are.

Speaker 5 (22:45):
Hey, don't say anything about this.

Speaker 2 (22:48):
Is there anything odd that you've ever been asked to
do by a friend?

Speaker 5 (22:54):
What was it?

Speaker 2 (22:55):
Eight six six nine two seven forty three sixty one.
Let's talk talk about this coming up with Toby and
Chilly in the morning.

Speaker 5 (23:03):

get your take on it. Toby and Chilly in the
morning ninety seven point one wash at them. Harrison Ford
and Jay Leno.

Speaker 3 (23:15):
Yeah, they hadn't spoken in over a decade, but Harrison
reached out to Jay and asked him for a three
D print replacement for his toilet seat.

Speaker 2 (23:24):
Eight sixty six nine two seven forty three sixty one
is the number if you've got thoughts on this request.
I did not realize it was almost a decade or
over a decade, And Harrison Ford picks up the phone
and is like, hey man, yeah, I need a three
D printed commode.

Speaker 3 (23:44):
Well, because he was having trouble finding a suitable replacement,
and I guess he knew that jay Leno, of all people,
had some equipment to recreate said commode seat.

Speaker 2 (23:54):
It must be one heck of a commode seat, because wow,
