Friday story for the day. Let's go back to a
March afternoon. It was sunny and Boy Scout Troop nineteen sixteen.
They set out on a bike ride near Laurel Hill,
park that's in Lorton, Virginia, and what started as a
really joyful outing, stopping to admire the old Lorton Reformatory
(19:45):
and to take some pictures, well, it quickly turned frightening
when fifteen nine year old troop leader Laurent Lee collapsed
while checking on his son's bike chain, going into cardiac arrest.
Speaker 4 (19:58):
And in just an instant, the troop and parents Day
sprang into action. A Lorent's son was there and he
watched in shock as fellow scouts and leaders, mainly those
who were just freshly trained and CPR, worked with calm precision.
One of those was the thirteen year old boy named Rafael,
who started chess compressions on the leader and he rotated
(20:18):
with other leaders to maintain aid.

With guidance from nine to one to one dispatchers. They
kept Lee alive until EMTs arrived and miraculously he was
breathing and he had a pulse, and.
Speaker 4 (20:30):
After several days in the hospital, including time in the ICU,
he made a full recovery. And of course he gives
credit to his scouts quick action and also the proximity
to a road and wearing a helmet, as well as
the skills of first responders in the hospital staff.
Speaker 3 (20:46):
Six months later, the troop goes back to the park.
Lorent reflects on the bond forged that day, thanking the
Scouts and the leaders, whom he calls his guardian angels.
Speaker 4 (20:56):
And because of that experience, Lorent has committed to health
and preparedness. He's urging everybody else to stay on top
of their health, and he himself plans to get CPR
certified to pay it forward.

Who knew that that day on the trails would become
so much more than just a bike ride. It became
a story of courage, teamwork, and a community ready to
act in a moment of need. It's a story that
feels good on a Friday, one we thought we would
share because we really do need more good, especially now.

fire missile that is fired from a drone that hits
this orb over the ocean near Yemen, and it does nothing.
It has no effect. It bounces right off and it

keeps flying.

Sounds to me like the United States Air Force is
testing some really cool stuff over near Yemmen.

But this was brought forth by whistleblowers saying that the
government is keeping this information from us and that that
is something that they cannot explain. Therefore, I think it's
from another planet.

people have witnessed things. It's not just these folks who

March afternoon. It was sunny and Boy Scout Troop nineteen sixteen.
They set out on a bike ride near Laurel Hill,
park that's in Lorton, Virginia, and what started as a
really joyful outing, stopping to admire the old Lorton Reformatory
(19:45):
and to take some pictures, well, it quickly turned frightening
when fifteen nine year old troop leader Laurent Lee collapsed
while checking on his son's bike chain, going into cardiac arrest.
Speaker 4 (19:58):
And in just an instant, the troop and parents Day
sprang into action. A Lorent's son was there and he
watched in shock as fellow scouts and leaders, mainly those
who were just freshly trained and CPR, worked with calm precision.
One of those was the thirteen year old boy named Rafael,
who started chess compressions on the leader and he rotated
(20:18):
with other leaders to maintain aid.
Speaker 3 (20:20):
With guidance from nine to one to one dispatchers. They
kept Lee alive until EMTs arrived and miraculously he was
breathing and he had a pulse, and.
Speaker 4 (20:30):
After several days in the hospital, including time in the ICU,
he made a full recovery. And of course he gives
credit to his scouts quick action and also the proximity
to a road and wearing a helmet, as well as
the skills of first responders in the hospital staff.
Speaker 3 (20:46):
Six months later, the troop goes back to the park.
Lorent reflects on the bond forged that day, thanking the
Scouts and the leaders, whom he calls his guardian angels.
Speaker 4 (20:56):
And because of that experience, Lorent has committed to health
and preparedness. He's urging everybody else to stay on top
of their health, and he himself plans to get CPR
certified to pay it forward.
Speaker 3 (21:09):
Who knew that that day on the trails would become
so much more than just a bike ride. It became
a story of courage, teamwork, and a community ready to
act in a moment of need. It's a story that
feels good on a Friday, one we thought we would
share because we really do need more good, especially now.

the House Overside Committee, I guess had a hearing.

Yeah, they were talking about unidentified aerial phenomenon, which we
referred to as UFOs. Right, they declassified this video and
they presented it. And in the video there's a hell
fire missile that is fired from a drone that hits
this orb over the ocean near Yemen, and it does nothing.
It has no effect. It bounces right off and it

keeps flying.
Speaker 3 (22:51):
Sounds to me like the United States Air Force is
testing some really cool stuff over near Yemmen.
Speaker 4 (22:57):
But this was brought forth by whistleblowers saying that the
government is keeping this information from us and that that
is something that they cannot explain. Therefore, I think it's
from another planet.
Speaker 5 (23:10):
Oh Lord, that there are aliens.
Speaker 4 (23:13):
That are fine around. And by the way, plenty of
people have witnessed things. It's not just these folks who
are testifying under oath.
Speaker 3 (23:21):
Look, I'm not going to say that I don't believe
that there is life on other planets and whatnot.
Speaker 5 (23:28):
I do believe this.
Speaker 3 (23:30):
However, I don't believe in this case that it's some
bizarre alien craft. I mean, we've got stuff we don't
talk about that we test every day in this country.
Somebody from the White House or the Situation Room, can
you call in confirm Pentagon? Hello, please come on, they're
already blowing whistles down on Capitol Hill. We'd love to

I was driving on the highway and I saw a

are going to get eleven million dollars in restitution after

years of poor living conditions, including mold rodents and heating failures.
Most of that settlement is going to go toward rent
debt relief. V DOT is alerting drivers to some major
weekend roadwork on the northbound lanes of the Belway between
Leesburg Pike and the GW Parkway. Triple lane closures will

begin tonight and they'll repeat again on tomorrow night. The
Washington Commanders now one and one on the season after
a twenty seven to eighteen loss to the Green Bay
Packers last night. The Commanders will host the Raiders next
