So I was in college at the time. I went
to Barnes and Noble if I had just gotten back
from the gym for it looked like a hot mess.
So I'm sitting there reading cosmol because it was popular
back in the day, and this like super attractive guy
sits beside me and he's like, hey, like my article
is in there, and I'm like okay, and he points
out like this like first date story in like the
Cosmo magazine. So we start talking and my first thought

is like, okay, he's like a model and I look
like a hot mess, and you know, what does this
guy want to do with me? So we exchange numbers.
We started texting, and so he's like, do you want
to go to this bar? And I'm like sure, whatever,
and we're drinking like Cosmos and I'm like yeah, he's
like way out of my league and tell me about
how he's going to school to be a med student
and he's like yeah, so like my wife. And I'm
like time, oh, your wife and he's like yeah, my

wife at home. Yeah, And he's like but I think
he would be like a really good match for us.
And I was like what so then he reveals that
the Cosmo article was complete lie, like I never really
wrote that. I just wanted to talk to you, like
red flag number one. And he's like yeah, like we're
like polygamoust or like expanding our relationship. And I'm like,
uh huh.

The whole thing about the wife was like a gigantic
red flag open marriage, Like hey, you.

Speaker 2 (01:09):
You do you?

Speaker 1 (01:10):
I mean, I'm open minded, but uh te it something.

Speaker 2 (01:14):
You like start out with? Do you like, hey, by
the way, my wife and I like to like do
stuff like that. And then would you be interested so.

Speaker 1 (01:21):
You did not become the sister wife. Have you moved
on since and found it happily ever after?

Speaker 2 (01:25):
Or no? Yeah, I went through a couple of you know,
deep bags after that, and then I'm actually married. I
have two kids now, so old circle. I guess that
all looked up.
