I'm so glad you're here. I appreciate you each and
every day. But more than that, I appreciate you showing
up for yourself and going to the spiritual gem. I
remember when I started this, it was like, this podcast

is about showing up mind, body, spirit, integrating new tools,
resources and ways of looking at things that not only
create healing and growth and clarity, but give you some consistency.
So thank you for showing up. The energy is whack

and off the chain. There's no way to simplify it.
There's a lot going on. I know you feel the
chaos and the turmoil. And here's what I find to
be true in chaotic times. It's this call to action
to dig deeper, to get quieter, to get more still.

And I know when it's chaotic, whether it's external stuff
going on, expectations, responsibilities, life happening at warp speed, or
it's internal or it's both. For goodness' sakes, that's what
the energy feels like right now. But when that happens,
it gives us this beautiful time to really see what matters,

see where our priorities are what is critical, so to speak.
So ask yourself, what is a priority right now in
my life? What has to be done? What is my
non negotiable So that way you can show up for
that part or those parts of your lives. Wherever the
fat can be trimmed, where wherever you can knock something

off your plate, delegate, maybe put it on pause a
couple of days. It's not a time to pile on.
It's a time to remove, revise. Mercury is in retrograde.
We all know this, and it's retrograding back into Leo.
It's been in Virgo, which is about analysis and taking action,

you know, the practical day to day. But in Leo,
if you remember when I talked about the retrograde and
the energy in Leo, it gives us this opportunity to
get clear on our passions and our heart's desires. And
I find that sometimes to be elusive if I am
looking for defining what I desire, what I'm passionate about.

I know some things, but I have a hard time saying, Gosh,
what is my heart desire. I want you to marinate
in that in the next couple of weeks. What gets
you excited and enthusiastic. Let's use that word. When do
you get enthusiastic? Think about that these next three weeks,

so between now the middle of August and early September,
it's wonky, it's chaotic. We have a massive full moon
coming up, which is harshly aspected. Full moons create tension
no matter what. They're supposed to create polarity. They're supposed
to kind of pull things apart and create tension in
(03:34):
order to find the clarity that's happening. But then we
have some harsh astrological aspects going on, so it's not easy.
It's going to create turmoil, disease, dysfunction, chaos. So just
know that. And I know for me, when I know
(03:54):
that the temperature is heated up, the volumes turned up,
and that's what it feels like. I know that you
all most likely are feeling this kind of volume turned
up prenetic energetic energy. So we know it's important to
get still, and it's sometimes hard when things feel like
they're moving warp speed. Remember we've got Jupiter and Mars
(04:19):
in Gemini. Gemini is the sign of the mind and communication,
day to day stuff, you know, headed to work, headed
to the grocery store, communications with people in your daily life,
so all of that is amped up. Plus mercury is retrograding,
which creates delays, miscommunications, confusion, so is not only amped up,

it's actually discombobulated. So it's like, Okay, let me give
myself some grace, or maybe give other people grace. And
it's easier said than done. But what I would suggest
is really to tuning in to your own well being
and your own personal antenna. And I've talked about this before,

but I see the spinal cord as like an antenna
our hips. Our pelvis is like this satellite dish, and
the spine is this incredible antenna, And we know it
has nerves and muscles and these neurotransmitters or whatever that
go to the brain. You know, I'm not saying that
correctly from a physiological standpoint, but you all know the
(05:28):
spinal cord is what keeps us aligned. It's so important.
It keeps our organs intact. It is a huge part
of our muscular skeletal system. But for our functionality, it's
like when I go to the chiropractor and I get
an adjustment, it's because there's not enough fluid in my
spine or my back is hurting, or my neck. And
(05:50):
you know when you go to the chiropractory, you can't
just go once. You've got to repeat it because your
body wants to go back into its crunchy, funky, comfortable
little niche is it's gotten in. So it's like you
got to get adjusted and readjusted and commit to it
and trust that it's going to aligned, that it's going
to get healthier. That's kind of what this phase of

the year feels like. And through it and on the
other side, there's so much treasure. And in order to
find this treasure discover it, you got to be like
a detective, a detective of yourself and your soul. And
sometimes when I am getting very honest, so when you're
tuning in your spinal cord, I want you to think about,
(06:35):
what is my honest truth right now? What is my
body telling me. Whether it's a work scenario that is
really creating tension for you, it's your personal life and
personal relationships, if it's your health, whatever you have going on,
what do you know that is true for you right now?
(06:56):
That would add value, add health, add vitality, add peace.
Ask yourself those things if I could do one thing
today for myself that would create a sense of health
and well being, what would it be for me? A
lot of times it's just take a break. And sometimes
(07:21):
that break is five minutes. Sometimes it gets to be
a little bit longer. But take a break and breathe pause.
I encourage everyone to at least once a day. And
you can do this, whether it's when you get up
in the morning, when you go to bed at night,
when you're driving in the car. This is an easy
free thing to do. Kind of move your hips side
(07:43):
to side like you're adjusting your pelvis your satellite dish,
you know, tune in, tune in, adjust your satellite dish,
and then elongate your spine, roll your shoulders back, lift
your chin up, create space between the heart and the throat.
Roll those shoulders back so they feel aligned, like, oh,
(08:04):
let me just adjust my posture. And then you can
use your imagination and imagine your spinal cord is illuminated
and then you have a beautiful column of golden white
healing light coming down it. So using the imagination, using
your physical movement inhaling, exhaling, rolling the shoulders back, maybe
(08:28):
you roll your neck a few times, whatever feels good
to you, just adjust your body to create length, integrity,
breath space, alignment and let it out so inhale and exhale.
That reset is helpful. It's helpful for your nervous system,
(08:51):
your clarity, your self awareness, and it will help you
just in those moments to say what is true for
me right now? Is healthy for me right now? And
maybe it is silence and stillness, or maybe it is
taking a beat before you respond to an email or
(09:11):
make a phone call or go to meet somebody for
an appointment, just getting centered. I remember earlier this year,
I have a client, really amazing guy, like super dad,
super ceo, all the things right and like a loving
human being, just enjoyable guy. Right. He works in the
(09:34):
hospital system. He's the CEO of a hospital. But I
would say to him, hey, before you walk into work,
which the hospital is already chaotic, can has things going on,
acute things, and he, you know, is overseeing people and
healthcare workers and patients and patient care and numbers and
you all that are in healthcare, you know, right, But
(09:57):
I would say, when it's just you, just take a
moment and breathe align yourself where you can have a
moment of stillness thirty seconds. I'm not saying sit in
the car and meditate for ten minutes thirty seconds of
breath well being, say a prayer, set an intention condition
(10:19):
your day. That is my number one go to is
today I'm available for And whether I do it first
thing in the morning or I forget and I do
it middle of the day, I always have the choice
to take responsibility in an intentional period of time. We
all can do that. And right now that's your gold
(10:42):
because the more stillness you intentionally create in the small moments,
that's what gives you the opportunity to have this antenna
that is sharp, clear, aligned, in tune, and you will
hear when your truth comes through. You will hear that
voice of intuition. You will receive the divine guidance for
(11:05):
your path forward in whatever circumstances are showing up, especially
creating disruption. So just remember that, tune in and become aware.
The episode that I did a while back on the
(11:26):
root chakra and energetic boundaries, that is a great one
to revisit because tuning in to yourself but really strengthening
your energetic boundaries. Right now, it's imperative because volume is
so turned up in the field that if we don't
(11:46):
find our stillness, our sanity, our peace, our breath, we
can get lost in all the frequencies we have going on.
It's like turning on the radio station. I've used this
example before, but I'm going to remind you. You remember
when we had a dial on the radio station and
(12:06):
you'd be going out of town and you'd be listening
to one radio station and another one would start coming through.
That's what the energy field feels like right now, two
or three frequencies radio stations trying to come through on
the same channel, and that's really hard to interpret. It's
hard to tune in. So it's like you're adjusting your
(12:29):
dial this month. It's like you have to keep fine
tuning it. You don't have to do anything, you get
to do it, but think about yourself as this finely
tuned antenna where you're trying to get the clearest signal
and radio frequency and practice that on the daily as
(12:50):
best possible. So we've got mercury retrograde. We've got this
full moon. It's an Aquarius full moon, which happens on
August nineteenth at two twenty six pm Eastern time, so
you adjust your clock time for that. It's at twenty
seven degrees of Aquarius. That means the sun is at
(13:10):
twenty seven degrees of Leo and the moon is in
opposition at twenty seven degrees of Aquarius. Figure out where
that is in your natal chart. What houses is this
moon falling in? Meaning the moon at twenty seven degrees
of Aquarius and the Sun at twenty seven degrees of Leo,
and the polarity of Leo and Aquarius. It's so empowering.

It really has this connotation of Aquarius, humanity, the future,
the direction in which we are going on a collective scale,
the growth forward in very dynamic, revolutionary, radical ways, and Leo,
which is this element of sovereignty, shining our own light,

being true to ourselves and our souls. So it's what
can I do in order to contribute to the greater whole?
Aquarius the humanitarian and Leo the center of the solar system,
the Sun, the ego. Leo represents the healthy development of ego,
(14:24):
and it's like we are bridging our ego with our
higher consciousness through this full moon. And there is this
square between Jupiter and Saturn and this square. Let me
give you a heads up on this. We're gonna have
three passes of it. The square happens on the full
(14:46):
moon August nineteenth, then it will happen again on Christmas Eve,
and then it will happen in twenty twenty five for
its third and final time on June fifteenth. What does
that mean. We've got Saturn retrograde right now and it's
squaring Jupiter, which is moving direct when both planets change signs.
(15:10):
Saturn will be moving direct in December and Jupiter will
be going retrograde, so they will hit the same point
and square again on Christmas Eve the third time. Both
planets will be moving direct in June of twenty twenty five,
and they will square again. When we have three passes
(15:31):
of an astrological aspect, it's kind of like this, and
this happens all the time. It happens with planets in transit,
but the three passes the first time it brings something
up and it can usually be either illuminating or explosive
or drastic. And this is a square, which is a
hard aspect means something is being brought to the surface,

so it can be pinpointed or tension can be released
or you under stand, wait a minute, this feels great
or this feels horrible, Like something is being brought to
your attention. So it's like the first pass during this
full moon, which is already a heightened, intense energy, something
may come to your attention that is either shocking, jarring, frustrating,

and it could be on the world stage, it could
be in your personal life, and it may not be disruptive.
It depends on what you've got going on astrologically, where
you are personally. There's a multitude of factors happening. But
anything that grabs your attention, whether you love it or
it pains you to the core, write it down. Pay

attention because this will be kind of amazing, kind of
fun and curious to see what unfolds between now and
let's say Christmas Eve around the end of the year.
Because the second pass is like, okay, this is the
midpoint of the journey. What have I learned since then?
(17:03):
What has unfolded? What has transpired? So you like gather
these data points and then once we go through that
second pass, we will move forward to the third pass,
and the third pass usually signifies resolve, clarity. The finish
line or the finality of something that has come full circle,
(17:27):
but it's usually transformational. So just know whatever shows up
for you this week and in the next few weeks
of this month, because the energy is erratic, take notes,
and also know, because we're in retrograde and some other
astrological aspects, you may not have all the facts and
(17:49):
it's likely not going to be resolved immediately because whatever
is coming up feels karmic. It's deep seated stuff in
the soul, and our natural incline is immediate gratification. I
need to address this. I need to get it done.
I need to do it right now. And guess what.
It's kind of like the polarity of that whatever is
(18:09):
coming up saying I have to do this right now,
it's probably something you should say. Let me sit back
and marinate on this, and I would encourage you, and
I'm encouraging myself as I say this. I'm taking notes
and have been practicing this. Hold off, Amanda. More will
be revealed. You may not have all the facts. Don't
(18:30):
jump to conclusions just yet. Sit back, observe, gather the data.
You are being grown, you are being shown, you are
learning something, and I'll tell you what I trust that
I can feel and discern better today where I'm being
(18:51):
reactive versus responsive. And I've worked on that a long time,
a lot of you have. And I find when I
sit back and I allow some things to unfold, I
usually not only show up more clearly and calm and
with my wisdom, things usually just are a little easier
(19:16):
or more organic. And it's about divine timing, not Amanda's
timing all the time. I mean, I love immediate gratification.
We live in a microwave culture where it's like I
want it, and I want it now. We have access
to so much, but it's like sensory overloads. So patience
is important. And if we go back to the numerology
(19:39):
of twenty twenty four, and if we go back to
the numerology of twenty twenty four, we're in an eight
year and a couple of the things that have become
most apparent in the energy of this year and the
(20:00):
eight or the cornerstones of resiliency and resolve, and the
resiliency is this ability to really first of all, roll
with the punches and go with the flow better. But also, okay,
can I step back, what am I learning? What is
this showing me? How is this teaching me something? What
(20:20):
other information do I need? It gives me this pause,
and then I can respond better or from a healthier
place or out of a heightened emotional state. And that's
the other key right now in this energy is if
you are in a heightened or a depressed emotional state,
like if you're just up really high or you're down
(20:42):
really low, it's easier, better, healthier to allow yourself some recalibration,
so you come back to a position of neutrality or
stillness or equilibrium before you respond or engage. And is
that easy? No? And it takes a little bit of
(21:03):
time and attention. And that's what I think most deeply
we are being shown right now is developing this deeper
sense of faith and trust, which speaks to the resolve
of I want to heal, I want to grow, I
want to show up in my light and shine my light,
(21:23):
shine my talents and gives trust the way forward, trust
my intuition, my resources. But I also want to move
more happily, healthy and gracefully in the world. And is
all of this stuff just an overnight thing that we
learn and assimilate. No, It's like the resolve of Yes,
(21:47):
I am a spiritual being having a human experience, and
I am here to grow, to evolve, to heal my soul,
to show up, to shine my mind light. I have
unique talents and gifts. How am I showing up and
not only giving and being of service through my talents
(22:09):
my light? But how am I recognizing my value my importance?
And that is so challenging for us sometimes to receive,
to trust, to know. But those are the muscles that
really are being flexed. And I tell you what The

of twenty twenty five. But I always work backwards and forwards,

and I tell you what, it has so much good
stuff for giving you some guidance and a roadmap, and
there's totally some astrology thrown in there. You know, I'm
speaking numerology, but of course if there's important astrology going on,
I pulled a little bit of that in. But you
might find that helpful. So the guidebook, the audio companion,

right there. But I encourage you to flex some spiritual
muscles and over the course of the next three weeks
between now and early September, it's a time of strategic
planning and revising. So it's like you're digging deep on
a soul level and you're redefining your personal strategy, your

personal meaning, your personal vision, and that stuff is deep.
So that's why I've got told you I've got a
guidebook that'll help you give you some journal prompts and questions.
But for now, coming back to where we started, what
is priority for you? Name, maybe your top three priorities.
And yes you might have family and kids, work, whatever

it is, those things are important. But make sure in
your top three, apart from the day to day the
stuff that is your absolute priority on your plate, at
least one of the three is your spiritual health and
well being. What is it in your spirit in your
soul right now? If you were to feel, experience, receive
(24:50):
that would help you to feel whole, safe, enthusiastic, revite
a lot. What is it in your soul? What would
enrich your spiritual health and well being right now? Ask
yourself those questions. And I'll close by saying this as
(25:12):
we move into September, and I'll certainly do the September
energy forecast closer to the end of the month. But
September first, Pluto is retrograde right now, and it will
back up into Capricorn, and it will be in its
last little stage in the last degree of Capricorn through
November nineteenth, and after that Pluto will be in Aquarius
(25:36):
the next twenty years. On the same day, Urinus revolt
shock in awe, download psychic information. Crazy things can happen.
Electric vaults of lightning like all sorts of stuff. Urinus
retrogrades the same day. Pluto backs into Capricorn on September first,

So while Mercury will station direct August twenty eighth, the
energy field is still wonky and disoriented, I would say
through September fourth, ish, arbitrarily, So just no more will
be revealed. Whatever is going on personally or in the collective.

Your sovereignty, your stillness is imperative. So sharpen your antenna,
tune it in continuously, fine tune the radio dial, find
your stillness, but really get clear on your priorities in
life and in your spirit, because that's where your treasure is.

In the months ahead. This energy essentially sets the stage
on a personal level and on a collective level for
the months ahead and as we move into twenty twenty five.
So it's a very enriching time, even though it's tumultuous
and challenging. We're being grown, we're being expanded, we're being evolved.

Trust that as best you can, and for goodness sakes,
do some sweet things for yourself. Have fun, laugh, be silly,
be lighthearted, because it is intense, and that laughter and
that easiness and joy and fun is like liquid gold

for your vitality, your health, and your well being. So
for me, I'm just like, oh gosh, Amanda, don't take
yourself too seriously. And it's funny. This is what I'm
thinking of with that. And I think I've shared this,
but I had a spiritual mentor and she used to say, Amanda,
did God wake up today and say, Hey, Amanda, I'm
(27:54):
going on vacation. Could you please run the universe? And
that was her way of saying, a man, you're not
the sinner of the universe. Quit playing God. And in
the sweetest way, it was like, Okay, surrender, let go
let God, you know, give it to my guides, give
it to my higher self, give it to the universe.

And just her saying that it would make me laugh
because she was calling me out, but it would also
just take the pressure off of my energy field and
I'd be like, you're right, I forgot to ask invite
my higher self in. I forgot to invite God into
my day. So invite God into your day, your higher self,
your guides into your day, because they are there to

help you. They're there to help all of us. We
