Amanda’s cousin, Amy Brown, host of 4 Things with Amy Brown and co-host of The Bobby Bones Show joins us today!

Amy shares her inspiring story of how she decided to sell her home after receiving a significant sign from her mother. She discusses how Amanda's advice on changing her address numerology played a pivotal role in her journey, especially as she was navigating the challenges of a divorce.

Amanda and Amy discuss the power of manifestation and planting seeds in the universe. Amy believes that by envisioning her desired outcome for her home, she was able to attract the right opportunities and that sometimes what might initially seem like a step backward can actually lead to significant progress.

Amanda reminds us that being pulled back can actually propel us forward - we are constantly learning, growing, and evolving. Don’t forget the importance of divine timing - trust your intuition and have the courage to walk through the doors that open for you (even if they aren’t what you were expecting)!

The school of life is in full session this year. Challenges can be learning opportunities, so continue to work towards the highest version of yourself, and believe that self-care leads to greater clarity and receptiveness.

Remember your own resilience: when things go wrong in life, be proud of how you handle it. You are strengthening muscles, becoming stronger and more capable. Try to have an attitude of gratitude and continue to ask yourself “what am I learning from this?” or “what is this preparing me for?”.

This is a year of resolve and resilience. You are going to move through this, don’t get stuck in the frustration and wallowing. You may think your life is falling apart but really it’s falling together!

Speaker 1 (00:08):
Hi everyone, It's Amanda Rieger Green. Welcome to Soul Sessions Today.
I have a special guest, my cousin Amy Brown, host
of Four Things with Amy Brown podcast and co host
of The Bobby Bone Show.

Speaker 2 (00:21):
Welcome Amy, Hello, happy to be here.

Speaker 1 (00:24):
So I have an interesting numerology story to share and
Amy can give you the details. But you all know
about address numerology, and there's a couple of podcasts if
you are totally new to numerology and address numerology is
confusing to you. But Amy just bought a home and
sold a home and while she was in the midst

(00:48):
of the discernment process and the decision, address numerology came
up and I said, Okay, if you're selling your house,
you've got to change your numbers, and here's what you do.
And sure enough, she did these things and has a
pretty amazing story with her address numerology. And we'll talk
more about address numerology, how to do it, what it entails,

(01:12):
but I want you to hear from her because I
love it when it clicks.

Speaker 3 (01:17):
So to back up a little bit, Amanda was on
the Four Things podcast with me a few months ago
or so, and I was thinking of selling my house.
I believe you told me to do it the first
of May, so maybe it was even more than a
few months ago. But you said something about the moon
and the something around the first of May, ish May
fifth or sixth seventh.

Speaker 1 (01:38):
Because usually when I recommend address numerology and changing the
vibration and the energy of your house aligned with whatever
you're calling in in your life, in your home, your environment,
I like to align shifting the address numerology with some
kind of astrological cycle or I always encourage the first
of the month, so a new moon, a full moon,

(02:00):
or the first of the month, because the energy shifts,
and it's like so when you're intentional in the energy
and you utilize it, it just creates more umph.

Speaker 3 (02:09):
Okay, well I was looking for umph. So we must
have talked in April, because part of me thought, well,
I'll just go ahead and put the post it in
my mailbox now and I'll get into what that was about,
because all of this was new to me. If you're
listening right now and you're like, what is address numerology?

Speaker 2 (02:26):
I had no idea.

Speaker 3 (02:27):
But then when Amanda and I were talking on the
podcast about this, she was breaking it down for me
and then told me to change my address numerology to
an eight because I was currently at a two, so
I needed to put a six in my mailbox and
I just did it on a post it note. But
because I wanted the oomph, I waited until that time

(02:48):
in May that you suggested I do it, and I
went out there that day and I put the post
it in the mailbox.

Speaker 2 (02:55):
Six plus two itals eight.

Speaker 1 (02:57):
So when you're doing address numerology and they're a blog
on this will link in the show note that breaks
it down on how to do it and the one
oh one of it. But her address added up to
the energy of the two and six plus two equals eight.
So she wrote a six down, put it on a
post it note, and put it in her mailbox to

(03:18):
equal eight and eight, as you all know, is the
energy of abundance manifestation, and it creates a tremendous amount
of empowerment. But I usually suggest to realtors to people
selling buying selling real estate when they're wanting to sell
a home, the eight is the number. That's the one, like,

(03:38):
there's not any other number that is just the go
to one oh one basics.

Speaker 3 (03:43):
I think it's really cute when you say, and as
you all know, eight is the number of abundance, and
I'm laughing and I'm like, I never knew that, and
now I know, though, So just for anybody that doesn't know,
because it can sound very you know, just like for
I talk.

Speaker 1 (04:01):
About all my soul sessions. People they hear me talk
about the eight because we're twenty twenty four is an
eight years, so most of them are up to speed
on this, and they're like, okay, we know, we know,
but if you're new out there and listening, numbers have
vibrational frequencies and characteristics. The one, if you think about it,
is about the I, the me, the empowerment of individuality

(04:24):
and so on and so forth. However, the eight, if
you turn it on its side, it's the infinity symbol.
And the only other single digit number that is a
closed loop is the zero. So the zero and the
eight have infinite qualities, and the eight really opens up
infinite possibilities when you work with its vibrations.

Speaker 3 (04:47):
So I obviously wanted to make my house an eight.
And since that moment, I have told many people about
Amanda's blog, including my realtor, because she almost didn't believe
what was happening. Before we even went live with my house,
we had scheduled a broker's open, which is something that

(05:08):
she was going to do off market. So I guess
realtters do that and they invite other brokers, and you know,
they put out like a cheese tray or something and
then show people and then the hope is you get
an offer and you don't have to officially list it.
So she had some specific relaters in mind she wanted
to invite, and she was scheduling the broker's open. Meanwhile

(05:31):
I was clearing the house. I had gotten a dumpster
and just was, you know, taking seventeen years of my
life because I have recently gotten divorced, and that was
part of the reason why now I'm selling the house.
And I don't think I've ever thought I would get
a dumpster and keep that in my driveway to clean
things out. But if you're able to do that, I

(05:53):
highly recommend it because it makes the process that much
easier because I think some things I was just holding
on too. Now. Obviously, if I could donate it, I
would donate it. If I needed to pass it on
to somebody else, I would but then there was seventeen
years of life where Ben and I had accumulated a
lot of stuff, and I have lost both of my parents,
so you could imagine in my attic too, after inheriting

(06:17):
all kinds of things, like, there was just stuff that
needed to go. So I did my process of clearing
and cleaning out that energy, and then you know, la
la lah getting ready for this broker's open and that
was going to be on Thursday. And on Tuesday, we
get a phone call. Someone wants to see your house

(06:37):
and I'm like, well, what, it's not even available. She goes, well,
I did put it up as like a teaser, like's
coming soon, and I guess someone saw it and they
reached out to me and they want to come see
it tonight. And I said, Miley, I have a dumpster
in my driveway, a big red dumpster, and stuff is everywhere.
She goes, well, you've got three hours, and I said, okay,
Well the dumpster can't move, so they're just gonna have

(06:57):
to know that that's not normally there. And my kids
had just gotten home from school and they had friends
over and I was like everybody. For the next three hours,
we were cleaning and organizing and making this place stunning,
and we got that place in.

Speaker 2 (07:11):
Tip top shape.

Speaker 3 (07:14):
We were pulling out of the driveway when the person
was pulling up to come look at it to meet
the realtor, and you know you're not supposed toic. Here's
just be long gone. And then we went and just
drove around. I remember it was pouring rain and we
were just driving looking for something to do, waiting for
them to look at it and make their decision. And
I got back home talked to Miley. She said, Hey,

(07:34):
I think they really liked it. They're going to go
to dinner and they're calling me tomorrow. They're going to
talk it over at dinner. So I get a call
the next morning and she's like, they made an offer,
and I said what. And the way it was all
working out because they're a couple, they didn't have a realtor,
and so therefore they were going to save three percent.
So I ended up ultimately selling my house before it

(07:56):
ever went on the market and got what I was
asking for.

Speaker 1 (07:59):
This is incredible for a couple of reasons. Does this
always happen when you shift your address numerology and happen
this rapidly?

Speaker 3 (08:06):
No.

Speaker 1 (08:07):
However, a little backstory on Amy and her talking about
cleaning house and the dumpster. She and I have many
personal conversations about cleaning house and how when we literally
clean house, we are also helping our nervous systems, cleaning mind, body,
and spirit, and both of us usually approach those things

(08:28):
because we talk about this. When I'm organizing or cleaning,
I set the intention that I'm also reaping the benefits
of internal cleaning, whether it's of my head, my heart,
but moving cleaning, making a shift, making this decision, and
the finances of it too, getting your financial ducts in

(08:49):
a row, looking at numbers. That's a big process. The
other funny thing that I didn't even think about until
I'm hearing you share this story is with the energy
of the eight It's like when you have the motivation
or the adrenaline or the push to do something, it's
like boom, you make it happen fast. So the fact

(09:10):
that the house was kind of a wreck, you have
the dumpster out in front, but you're like, okay, kids,
like everybody, double down, we're gonna clean up. And in
three hours, y'all got the place cleaned up. The dumpster's
still there, but y'all are driving out as the people
are driving in. That's one of the things about the
energy of twenty twenty four. Remember I've said this, use
it when you have it, So whether something external prompts you,

(09:34):
or you have a burst of creativity and focus clarity,
use that. And on the converse side, when you're exhausted,
when you're low, when you're overwhelmed, take the beat and
the pause because the energy will accelerate back up. The
eight on its side is the infinity is like a
roller coaster. It can swing high to low, so you

(09:55):
want to ride the waves of the high and surf
the low essentially, But that's a good reflection of how
to utilize the energy, even though it may feel fast,
accelerated too quick, but you made it happen.

Speaker 3 (10:08):
I will say I did have this surge of Okay,
this is what we have to do, and we're doing it.
I've even here in this new house that we're in
because all of that happened quickly too, Like the day
I got an offer. The house I'm now in came
on the market and we made an offer, and I
was buying and selling a house in a matter of
twenty four hours. I mean, obviously we go the thirty

(10:31):
days for different paperwork, but the way it all panned
out when I went to the closing, they were less
than twenty four hours apart because of how it all
timed out. So it was really cool how quickly everything
came together and the perfect house came available for me
and I had been looking at other houses and it
wasn't until we had that offer in hand that this

(10:54):
one that we're sitting in right now came available. Actually,
I think we were driving around. It was when driving
around looking for something to do, and it was raining,
and Stashira was pulling up stuff on you know, redfin
and Zillow, and she's like, what about this one's to
share as my daughter, and I thought, well, okay, and
we did a drive by and then it wasn't until

(11:15):
the next day that I could get my realtor to
look at it and anyway at all.

Speaker 2 (11:19):
It is pretty wild how it worked out.

Speaker 3 (11:21):
But I will say I've needed a lot of energy
here too, and I don't have that same surge that.

Speaker 1 (11:29):
I had to talk about the an.

Speaker 3 (11:32):
I was very very motivated, and I never knew that
maybe that was because I had changed that energy and
I was writing that and feeding off of it. And
I also will side note the only reason why I
even sold my house, which if you're into address and numerology,
you're probably into signs. And I freaking decided even put
my house on the market because I saw a cardinal

(11:52):
and my mom comes to me. As a cardinal doesn't
mean every cardinal I see it's my mom and I
feel something. But there have been times where I do
have a piece come over me about something and she
comes at the right time. And there was a time
I saw her when I was just exploring selling a
house and I was at an open house and I
saw the cardinal in the backyard, and I was really

(12:13):
nervous to sell my house because that was a scary
thing for me to do as a single person now
and to take that on. Ben always handled all of
that sort of stuff for us, and I just wanted
it to be easy on the kids, and I wanted
us to stay. And when I saw the cardinal, my mom,
you know, I just feel like for me, it was
the Holy Spirit just came over me of sell your house,

(12:34):
Everything's going to be fine, and that was a really
beautiful thing. And then that led to me talking to
Amand about it, which led to me putting the six
in my mailbox, which led to me basically selling my
house in thirty seconds, which is bonkers, which is why
I've passed along Amanda's blog to so many people.

Speaker 1 (12:49):
It's magical how it works, and it's not just you know,
change your number is going to change your life. Because
one of the things that I'm reminded of is we
discussed this probably a year and a half ago. I
was in Nashville with Amy and we were just driving
around and she pointed out a couple of houses. She's like, Gosh,
when it's time for me to sell my house, that's

(13:10):
what I'm looking for. This style, this size that just
feels like me right now and the version of life
I'm in. So she was already planning seeds in the
universe and envisioning. And when I drove up to her
new home that I've gotten to visit and is lovely
and she's getting to make it her own for she
and her children. But when we drove up, I was like,

(13:33):
oh my goodness, this is the total vibe, the look,
the style, the setting that you have pointed out to me.
That is what you envision that feels like this version
of you today. So you had been planting seeds and
obviously been preparing and doing the practical work. Because manifestation, numerology, astrology, signs,

(13:58):
all of that stuff, it all works together. And it's
remembering this divine timing. But also when there's a knock
on the door or you heed the call and you
have the courage the empowerment to walk through it and
then being able to get have the cardinal and you know, yes,
you get to see cardinals all the time and they
show up, but there are those certain times where I

(14:20):
know for me and you've told me many times, I've
saw a bird today and that was so mom because
I had just asked for clarity. Or sometimes we see
signs and it's like we get this wave that washes
over us, like you said, the peace that passes all understanding,
the Holy Spirit, and it's like all as well, I
am in divine timing, I am directed in my steps,

(14:43):
I am safe, I am going to be supported.

Speaker 3 (14:46):
Yeah, and I was able to downsize, which feels so
much more like me, and a like a weight has
been lifted. And originally we only.

Speaker 2 (14:57):
Bought the house.

Speaker 3 (14:58):
We were at because it was close to where my
was staying in his assisted living home, and then eventually
the plan was to move him in and he did,
and that home also carried a lot of heavy memories,
including where my dad spent his last night before he
ended up in the hospital on life support, and just
some other big family moments took place in that home.

(15:19):
And we only lived there four years, so the energy
there was like, oh, it was hard for me and
the piece I feel in this home, even though I
don't try to think too much about what anybody else
is going to think, but someone may take the direction
as like this is a step backwards or downsizing, because
I think the way we progress, especially here in America,

(15:40):
it's like, oh, well, the older you get, you have this,
and then the more square footage you have or whatever.
It's all relative, right, But I'm just more so wanting
to encourage that for me, what may appear as a
step backwards is five steps forward.

Speaker 1 (15:55):
Well, I always say movement is movement. Sometimes when we
think we're moving backwards, it it's like a divine setup,
like we're being pulled back to propel further. And I
always remember that, Yes, there are times when I am
stuck or stagnant, and I've learned to just let that
pass and feel uncomfortable in those moments. But a lot

(16:16):
of times, instead of looking at it as moving backwards,
I just look at as it is movement, and it's
either reorienting me or showing me something I missed in
my rear view mirror. And I think one of the
things that you're bringing up now that you and I
have discussed a little bit recently is being in the
school of life. One of the things that you're bringing

(16:41):
up now that you and I have discussed a little
bit recently is being in the school of life and
how life is this continual journey, but we are always learning,
growing and evolving. Sometimes it feels like we're devolving or
moving backwards, but we are in this constant flux. And
what I find empowering is taking my temperature often meaning

(17:05):
wherever I am in life, reassessing and evaluating, so I
know what do I love today, what do I like,
what's important to me? What feels not just right size
but wise sized for me today? And this new home
of yours, not only is it a great fit for
you and your children, and it feels comfortable to you.

(17:27):
You get to make it your own. It feels wise
size for where you are and who you are today.

Speaker 3 (17:35):
And I will say too, just even for our connection
as a family, because with the divorce, I have my
kids every other week now, so I get them fifty
percent of the time. And the way our bedrooms are
lined up here, I can be in my bed and
look down the hall and I see her room, in
his room and their bathroom, and we're all right there.
So they come to my room way more. I'm in

(17:57):
their space way more. I can say hey, and boom
they pop out, and then there they are. We're so
tight now and it's been really special. Whereas the way
our house was arranged before, because I was downstairs and
they were upstairs, and I get at the design of
the house. You know, may not matter, you can still
be close as a family, But for us, I've just

(18:20):
enjoyed being so close to them in this way because
I don't get to see them as much.

Speaker 1 (18:25):
This is what is pretty great because it's creating intimacy,
and that is an intention that we've both talked about
intimacy in friendships, in family, in romance, in just any relationship.

Speaker 3 (18:38):
I don't know that them being so close to my
room is going to just kidding, just kidding.

Speaker 1 (18:43):
Well, I mean you do have doors on your own
week off, but I'm just gidding. You're remodeling, And the
other thing is, you know, in your some remodeling, they've
had to share a bathroom, which we all know what
it is like to be in a bathroom with multiple people.
But you know what it has in me getting to
spend some time with you and your children recently, I

(19:04):
see a different closeness where they want to come and
sit and hang out and you and I've talked about
that especially Amy has two teenagers now, and teenagers, as
you all know if you're a parent, they are wanting
to do their own thing and have their own schedules
and their life and their friends. But the visit I've
had with Amy recently, we've spent a lot of intimacy

(19:26):
and quality time, and the kids feel closer just in general,
even in their energy and intimacy with me as someone
they know in their life. But I come in and
I get to spend you know, a handful of days,
but it's felt more intimate. So that intention and this
home is cultivating that.

Speaker 3 (19:46):
Yeah, And I'm thinking about how my son, Stevenson, it's
a neighborhood where he can ride his bike so much more.
We didn't have that before, and you know, we maybe
had some other things, like we had a pool there.
We don't have a pool here, And I thought I
was going to really miss that, which I kind of
do on the hot days. But they're friends coming over
and swimming. But watching him ride his bike so much

(20:09):
instead of just being on his video games, which he
does love his video games, don't get me wrong. But
he's outside way more than he was at the other house.
And so it's just a reminder of simple things are
really nice, like the simplicity of our environment. Now it
just feels good and I'm trying to soak it up.

(20:34):
I don't know what energy that is when it comes
to the address numerology of if you're wanting to cultivate that,
like what would someone's number need to be, or what
do they make their number like, if they're wanting that intimacy,
that connection, that family time.

Speaker 1 (20:48):
That the number six. I'm smiling over here because it's
the number six. The number six is the energy of
hearth and home nurture, comfort, family safety, security, and the
number six in any home really cultivates that sense of
safety and security, an intimate private life like your home life.

(21:13):
That's not your reputation, your public life. It is that
sense of intimacy. So we'll have to do your address
numerology and depending a nine. Okay, when you add up
just the numerical portion of your home, So twenty two
oh seven Stargate Lane, that's not her address. But you
when you're doing the address numerology, you don't do the
zip code. You just add up the numerical part of

(21:36):
the address. So when you add it up and reduce
it to a single digit, what is it equal nine?
Nine okay? And the number nine is the number of integrity, completion, surrender,
being at the close of a cycle. So if we
want to change it to a six, is your intention
for the next six months because I always recommend if

(21:56):
you're shifting your address numerology, you give it six months
to let it do its work, create its mojo and
its vibe, because it takes a hot minute for it
to settle. But is that what you would like to cultivate?
What are some of the things your intentions between now
and the first of the year.

Speaker 3 (22:13):
Let's say, well, definitely what I just shared about the
intimacy and the connection with my kids that is happening organically.

Speaker 2 (22:20):
Though even though we're a nine, I.

Speaker 3 (22:23):
Feel as though we have six energy already. I think
that maybe just some organization, which.

Speaker 1 (22:30):
Okay, well, of course, and I'm smiling because that's what
I would recommend for you right now, because you are
doing some remodeling, You're changing up some furniture. You know,
you're getting drapes for certain rooms. There's things that you're
doing in your house to organize it. So I would
recommend the four. But remember this, the base foundation of
your home is a nine, and the nine is the

(22:51):
sum of all the numbers that come before it. When
you add one plus two plus three plus four plus five,
pus six plus seven plus eight, that equals thirty six.
Three plus six equals nine and three six nine is
a beautiful code. But you get all of that. So
the nine always creates a sense of integrity. It can
be kind of intense because it kind of pushes you
to go on the highest path all the time. But

(23:13):
for you, if you want to organize, get your remodels done,
get everything situated in its ideal place. So it's comfortable
and feels like a solid foundation. That's the energy of
the four. So how we calculate that. What we will
do is.

Speaker 2 (23:31):
Can I guess?

Speaker 1 (23:32):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (23:32):
Okay, I'm a student here, I'm in the.

Speaker 1 (23:34):
School of Life's in the school of life.

Speaker 2 (23:36):
Okay.

Speaker 3 (23:36):
So since I'm a nine and I need to make
it a four, that means I need to make it
a thirteen because three plus one would be four, yes, nine, ten, eleven, twelve, thirteen.

Speaker 2 (23:46):
So I add a four.

Speaker 1 (23:48):
Out of four, and nine is a magical number. It
wouldn't be that way like if she had an eight,
she'd add a different number. But she has a nine,
So she's going to write a four down on a
post it note. And my recommendation with that is always
on the post it note. When you do this, you
write some intentions out on the back of the post
it note. It is my intention that this home will

(24:10):
cultivate and nurture fill in the blank. Thank you for
the fill in the blank. This home is creating so
sense of stability, solid foundation, organization, continuity. I would add
continuity in there for sure. So it just feels like
you're creating a lifestyle, a routine, a healthy lifestyle, an

(24:31):
intimate environment organically, you know, you can throw in all
those words, but write your intentions. And I would suggest
anybody changing their address numerology and we'll look at the
dates and stars and come up with something for amy.
But the first of the month is great to shift
your address numerology, or I would say a new moon
versus a full moon. And on that new moon, when

(24:54):
you sit down, get still and quiet, light a candle.

Speaker 3 (24:57):
How do you know when it's a new moon? Get
because maybe that's what was happening at the first of May. Yeah,
that's why you told me that.

Speaker 1 (25:03):
Don't so you can search it and say, you know
what is what are the new moons of X, Y
Z month? And you can see there's no moon every month.
There's a new moon every month and a full moon
every two weeks. There's a lunation where we either have
a new moon or a full moon, so every two
weeks we're in either a cycle of initiation which is
new moon, or a cycle of closure. And if you're

(25:25):
lost on all of this, then do it on the
first of the month, because there's like an energetic shift
or change. And the first of any month is always
about initiation, new beginnings, so new moon or first of the.

Speaker 3 (25:37):
Month, okay, which speaking of full moon since you just
said it, and it's a whole nother podcast, but just
remind me I have my parasite pills and I need to.

Speaker 1 (25:45):
We've been we've we've talked about cleanses and the four
is great for cleansing and clearing. By the way, so.

Speaker 3 (25:53):
And dandelion te and dandelion te like and you all
know this.

Speaker 1 (25:57):
I talk about how intuition, wellness, mind, body spirit connection
is not just sitting and meditating or looking for signs.
It's also taking care of our physical body, our temple.
So I've done a parasite clans recently, a pretty massive one,
and Amy has all of her stuff to do that.

(26:18):
We're both using the same company that has supplements to
help you do it in a safe way. So if
you're thinking about a detox or a parasite cleanse, you
definitely want to seek out a practitioner to help you
do that rather than just go get all the things
because you want to be mindful of your body. But
I have also been drinking dandelion tea which helps with
the liver and the kidneys, and just flushing things out.

(26:41):
But if you are going to do a parasite cleans,
parasites in the body, they come out on the full
moon because our bodies are mostly water, and it pulls
out like sugars and certain things that attract parasites because
we're yes and sarahtone level. So any practitioner who is
knowledgeable around this would tell you, Okay, here's what I

(27:04):
want you to start taking these certain medications or cleansing
detoxifiers to pull out the parasites, and then you have
other things you take to healthfully remove them from your body.
But also for you and for anybody else out there,
And this has been true for me. I knew I
had some things going on in my body, and sure

(27:25):
enough I tested positive for parasites. But oftentimes I find
because we do have healthy parasites and bacteria in the body,
but we can also get external things and listen, like
you can get them from kissing your dogs and being
out in the dirt or eating you know, unclean fruits
and vegetables. There's multiple ways to get also other environmental toxins,

(27:47):
because this wasn't just a parasite cleanse, it was toxins.
But all that to say I have found when I
have tested positive for unhealthy external parasites in my body,
it is been after or around a time in my
life where I have taken on unhealthy behaviors, maybe had

(28:09):
unhealthy parasitic relationships and things in my life. And it's
amazing how externally a lot of times those things can
manifest internally. And that may sound very wu or magical,
but both times that that has come up for me,
it's been after a season of a lot of taking

(28:31):
on mentally, emotionally, physically things in my life where my
system has been overwhelmed, my immune system has been compromised,
and then sure enough my body has parasites so.

Speaker 3 (28:44):
Well, or insert any other thing that potentially could be
going on. I mean, it just makes me think of
body keeps the score, Yeah, which is not woo, it's science, Yeah, exactly.

Speaker 1 (28:55):
It's all interconnected. The body does keep score and it
does tell you what is going on. And it's such
a great litmus test when there's physical ailments or deficiencies
in the body to what could also be happening externally.
So again, regulating and being mindful and clearing those things
it does help with obviously your health and wellbeing. But

(29:17):
to me it also it helps my intuition, it helps
my inner compass. It's all interconnected, and that's what's so amazing.

Speaker 3 (29:26):
I think the ultimate goal, at least for me as
I'm working through some things right now and mind, body
spirit connection is just working towards the highest version of myself,
which doesn't mean you show up is that every single day,
but in all the different ways. And like you said,
I think when your body is in tune or you're

(29:47):
taking care of it in all the different ways, things
are more clear and you're more open to things, even
me being open to my mom being a cardinal or
receiving message is or saying little prayers of like I
would like a sign like this would be helpful for me,
but then I also have to be in the right
space to receive it. And I feel as though when

(30:08):
I'm doing the things that take me to the higher
frequency so that the highest version of myself, I'm more
in tune with.

Speaker 2 (30:17):
All of that.

Speaker 1 (30:18):
Plus I know this because we've talked about it, Like
you're happier and you're lit on fire. And your creativity,
which you're an extremely creative person. That's one of the
things that I love about Amy. She exercises her creativity
often and follows through on it, and I don't always
follow through on my creativity. So I love it when

(30:39):
we get to spend time together. But that highest version
of yourself being open and routinely engaging, calling it in
through whatever your practices are, or however your practices evolve,
because mine are always evolving. But I know some of
my go tos, and for me, something like address numerology.
Anytime we move or something is going on, I will say, okay,

(31:03):
let's assess the address numerology and if we can shift
this vibration. Not only do I change the address numerology
in our home or in my office. You can do
it in the car, you can do it lots of places,
by the way, But I do it with intention, And
then I usually am very conscientious of my attitudes and
behaviors around that. What can I do to contribute to

(31:27):
whatever vibration I am seeking to integrate? So changing your
address to a four cleaning house, organizing solid foundation your renovations,
doing a parasite cleanse, cleaning internal house like literally a
parasite cleanses internal.

Speaker 3 (31:49):
I need to clean my garage in a big way
right now, and then I want to clean my Yeah,
my insights.

Speaker 1 (31:55):
Yes, and your insights. So are you gonna do all
this tomorrow? No? But when you do shift that address numerology,
you also have some other things that are on your
to do list, which the four loves the to do list,
and you just do them one at a time. I'm
going to start cleaning out my garage, I'm going to
start my parasite cleanse. I'm continuing on the renovations, and

(32:16):
then next thing, you know, within six months, come the
holiday season, you're gonna be like, wow, and we'll have
to do a check in, you know, come the end
of the year where you are in your whole mind, body, spirit,
practice what you've learned, but also the house, the kids,
and how life feels. So you can look back at

(32:37):
the end of this year and say, wow, I bought
and sold a house, I did renovations, and all the
other things that are materializing in your world.

Speaker 2 (32:47):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (32:47):
School of life is in full session real lately, I
feel as though I'm learning a lot here with watering
my yard and learning how to take care of it
because I have way more grass than I've ever had,
and it started to die was bought this house in
the heat of summer, and then there was an irrigation system,
and I'm out there every morning, like with my coffee
and my new water hose that I got at home

(33:08):
depot and my little you know, the little sprinkler thing
that goes back and forth, you know, and I would
watch it and make sure that it lines up perfectly
so I don't waste it on the street or waste
it in the driveway. And just learning how to do
that sort of stuff, because again, I owned five houses
as a married woman, and I was always working too,

(33:29):
but Ben took care a lot around the house and
finance wise, so when it comes to yard stuff, handy things,
figuring some stuff out, managing the finances and what I'm
able to do, and buying and selling a house by
myself for the first time, Like, there's just so much

(33:49):
that has come along with that, a wealth of knowledge,
and I just have to be bendy with it too,
because as we learn, there's been a lot of hiccups
and frustrations and things along the way, and I have
been breathing through a lot and just continuing an attitude
of gratitude in all of it, and thinking, Okay, what

(34:12):
am I learning from this now, because this is preparing
me for something down the line, Like everything is a
stepping stone to learn or share with others so they
can gain wisdom through it. I don't have any yard
tips for y'all really, other than my little water thingy
and that you should water between six am and ten am.
It's the prime hours. Don't do it in the middle

(34:33):
of the day or it'll evaporate and then the grass
isn't getting what it needs. But that's just one tiny example.
But when things go wrong too in life, and when
you're going through something like a move, a divorce, a death,
there's this top five things that can be very stressful.
While I did put the six in my mailbox at
the other house, and it made it an eight and

(34:54):
it's sold so fast, and that is just bonkers to
think about, and it was really cool and I couldn't
stop talking about it to people that I was encountering.
It also came with its stressors and its challenges, and
looking back, I just can say that I'm proud of
how I handled some moments. I mean, I almost lost
it a few times here and there, doing it all

(35:14):
my own. It's been frustrating at times because I'm like,
I want a partner, But I know that I'm strengthening
those muscles and I am just grateful for it all.
And I know that I can look back and be like,
I did that. And I think that when we do things,
whether big or small, we should congratulate ourselves. Our brains

(35:35):
like that recognition. And so if you're facing anything today
that is new to you and maybe you didn't handle
it perfectly and you had to learn a lot, and
you've made it through, you can look back make sure
that you congratulate yourself.

Speaker 1 (35:49):
That's crude.

Speaker 2 (35:50):
You're stronger for it.

Speaker 3 (35:51):
Yeah, And I would have never thought I could have
done all that I've done the last few months, all
by myself.

Speaker 2 (35:55):
And you're capable. You are.

Speaker 1 (35:58):
Yeah, we are resilient. And that is a huge energetic
theme of twenty twenty four is resolve and resiliency, and
I find that to be a big cornerstone of the
energy of the eight is resolve and resiliency. This element
of it's a determination. It's like I'm going to move
through this. It may be hard, but I can do this.

(36:18):
I have resources, I have friendships, I have God given
talents or abilities, and I'm not alone. I've got a
faith that is there and is always carrying me. Yet
I also can be resilient. You know, when there are
speed bumps, potholes, roadblocks, how do I move around them?
How do I reorient? And so being flexible. I love

(36:41):
that you brought up being flexible.

Speaker 3 (36:42):
And if you wallow and just let it overtake you
and you just sit with the frustration for too long,
it is not serving yeah, in anyway stagnation.

Speaker 1 (36:54):
And also what Amy shared about taking pride and being
proud of ourselves reflecting on it. Yes, it is good
for our brains, like one oh one basics, it is
good for our brains. But to take a minute and
to pause and assess where you are, where you have
come from, what you have learned, how you are growing,

(37:14):
and doing that taking that temperature check every few months
is really amazing. There's a group of women I'm working
with in this conscious collective and we've been doing a
lot of our personal astrology and numerology, and we have
so many synchronicities and things that line up. And one
of the assignments is whomever is in the same personal

(37:36):
year in numerology, with you, reach out to them, talk
about what you're experiencing, you know, connect the dots together.
And one of the gals in the collective, she and
I are in the same personal year in our numerology,
and she reached out to me because I had asked
everybody to do it, so she did her homework, and
of course I'm leading the group, but she's reaching out
to me, and everything she shared with me got me

(38:01):
thinking about my year, the energy of the eight, how
I was reflecting on it. So it's pretty amazing too
when we spend time and reflect or proud of ourselves
or recognize our accomplishments, our growth, our healing, to share
it with with people you love, share it people with
you that you're safe with, because a lot of times,

(38:22):
for me, I can be proud of something or see something,
and then when I share it, like with you, for example,
you'll see two or three things that are amazing that
I don't see in myself, and I know I do
that for you, I'm like, yes, and you did this
and oh my gosh, this came together.

Speaker 2 (38:40):
Look at what you've done.

Speaker 1 (38:42):
But like, I'm not gonna like cheerlead myself as much
as someone I love or loves me no matter what.
Is so also sharing where you are, whether it's struggle
or whether it's beauty, sharing it with people you feel
safe with and support you no matter what.

Speaker 3 (39:01):
Yeah. And I just want to say too, Amanda and
I aren't always this serious. We have been having fun
and there's definitely been some goofy moments and we can
share a lot and laugh with each other and at
each other. And I think it's important to have that
in your relationships too, to be able to laugh at
yourself in those moments of frustration or mess ups or whatever,

(39:26):
and then having people that will also be there for
you but laugh with you, and then once you're through it,
ask like, Okay, what does this make possible? And even
if there's nothing going on, I feel like we still
have laughter and fun. I just think this has been
a more serious, big thing that has happened in my life.
But I'm thankful that you were here these last few days,

(39:48):
and I've enjoyed our time with some of my girlfriends
that have come over and things that we've done, and
sitting out on that back porch and laughter with you,
I think is one of my favorite things because I
love your laugh and there's a lot of things that
make me think of your mom and my mom some
of your mannerisms, and yeah, you're laughter of things. Well.

Speaker 1 (40:07):
And for those of you who don't know, Amy and
I are not blood cousins, but our mothers were best
friends and both of them are passed away, and they
we were talking about this about how I think my
mom said there are things Amy's mom's name is Judy.
There are things I know about Judy that I will
take with me to my grave, and that she took

(40:28):
with her to her grave. And we were like, oh,
we get to do that. So I always called her
mom aunt Judy, and she called my mom aunt Lisa.
So we've just always they said, oh, yeah, you're just cousins.
So that's how we are. But yes, we're not always
this serious. In fact, we're usually pretty bonkers and goofy.
But that is what you know, helps us to both

(40:48):
roll with the punches with the absurdity of life, especially
in the more challenging or intense times.

Speaker 2 (40:55):
So kind of makes you wonder like, well, is it
all absurd?

Speaker 1 (40:59):
Most of the time it is, Oh, okay, that's what
I like, so seriously, yeah.

Speaker 2 (41:05):
Or can you just look at it.

Speaker 3 (41:06):
It's like, Okay, life, this is really funny right now. Okay,
I'm just gonna roll with it. And what is going
to happen now? Because of this?

Speaker 2 (41:13):
And gosh, you.

Speaker 3 (41:15):
Could probably go back through your life and look at
different things that you thought were just so difficult and
devastating and horrible and if you made a room to
grow from them, then you can have a gratitude.

Speaker 1 (41:27):
For them and see whatever silver lining or what God
was divinely setting up that you like set back. Yeah.
I have a good friend and he always says, man,
you may think your life is falling apart, but it
actually may be falling together.

Speaker 3 (41:42):
Yes.

Speaker 1 (41:42):
Yeah, And on that note, here's to things falling together
coming together in a beautiful way for you and wishing
you a beautiful journey in your new home and the
new foundations it's creating in your life. And if you're
interested in address numerology. If this is new to you,
you can look in the show notes. There's a blog

(42:04):
on it and a couple of podcasts. Because it is
a lot of fun, but more than anything, it helps
you create clarity and intentionality and looking forward to the future.
What are you creating and how are you setting those
intentions today and now. And you can find Amy on
the four Things podcast with Amy Brown. She's got a
fabulous podcast that gives all sorts of life experiences and

(42:30):
real life understanding of day to day so it's super relatable.
And she's obviously on the Bobby Bones Show, so if
you listen to country music, you likely hear her every
weekday morning in the car. Thank you for joining me
today and sharing your journey an amazing story with address numerology.

Speaker 2 (42:48):
Well thank you.

Speaker 3 (42:49):
And if you're just hearing about address numerology for the
first time, or you share it with someone else and
they're like what I mean, you can also just look
at them and say, well, what, it can't hurt It's
not going to hurt anybody to go put a post
note my box. Because I had a meeting with my
financial advisor the day that I put the post it
note in there, and I told him and he sort
of looked at me and he was like huh. He said,

(43:10):
you know, I've always had this philosophy of like, if
it's not.

Speaker 2 (43:13):
Going to hurt anything, why not.

Speaker 3 (43:15):
Yeah, And I could tell you he's a little bit unsure,
but I appreciated his support even in his uncertainty. So
I'll just pass that message along too, like, this isn't
hurting anything, if anything, it's an intention, it's a prayer,
it's this is what I want and energy is very
real and that is my house story.

Speaker 1 (43:35):
Love it.

Speaker 3 (43:36):
That is my eight story and it's pretty cool. So
thank you for your help.

Speaker 2 (43:40):
And that, Amanda.

Speaker 1 (43:41):
