I'm a former professional quarterback who dreamed of creating a
pipeline to bring smart football minds into the game. I
said Darcy and said, like, I like to hire two

coaches who happen to be female. She said, heck, yeah,
go for it. It's not like I'm doing this to
bust up the good old voice, flook. They just happened
to be women. When you're looking to hire the best people,
maybe if you're opening up the pool to everybody, you're
getting even more exceptional people. This story will be told
by NFL head coaches, owners, and of course the women themselves.
We'll talk about how we're getting more women into the pipeline,

and we'll even go deep with Commissioner Roger Goodell. You know,
you said that you were an average football player, so
maybe you wouldn't make the NFL, but say it was average.
Just said, I've been obsessed with this sport since I
was a kid. I'm living my lifelong dream and I
