Speaker 1 (00:05):
In Huddle is a production of the NFL in partnership
with iHeartRadio, Go with Thang.
Speaker 2 (00:20):
This is the l Huddle podcast. And we are together.
I'm with my premire man, I'm Will Selva alongside m
j Acasta Luise, and we are together in the same room, crazy,
in the same studio, not far apart from each other's
tamos juntos. This is crazy.
Speaker 1 (00:41):
It's a reunion. But the best part is that this
is how it's going to be for the rest of
the seasons. I love it so happy that every week
we will have as my parents call it.
Speaker 3 (00:54):
There's many, many different names for it.
Speaker 1 (00:56):
But the fact that we can be together in studio
doing this podcast, I mean, what a blessing.
Speaker 3 (01:02):
And it's just a sign of things to come for us.
Speaker 2 (01:04):
But Hank, this is amazing.
Speaker 3 (01:07):
I'm very, very excited.
Speaker 2 (01:08):
I'm very excited, just like I'm sure you feel excited
about going to the Beyonce. I'm already fresh merch. Yeah.
Speaker 1 (01:17):
I had a whole back to last me the whole week.
If I like and you on TM though, you know,
I was just there as an observer, cheering people on
celebrity packed Sofi Stadium last night We crushed the everybody
on Mute.
Speaker 3 (01:35):
Challenge, thank god, because.
Speaker 1 (01:36):
We were doing all p s as we can't be
the ones on her birthday to not do it correctly.
But it was an unbelievable concert. Diana Ross came out
and saying happy birthday to her.
Speaker 3 (01:46):
Kendrick Lamar as well.
Speaker 1 (01:47):
But I am concerned for whoever was working audio because
both guests Mike's were not working.
Speaker 3 (01:54):
No concerned. My husband looked over, He's like, oh, they're fired.
I'm like, don't say that.
Speaker 2 (01:58):
But how did she handle it?
Speaker 1 (02:00):
I mean, like a pro h every I mean, the
show keeps going and you know you hear it when
you hear it.
Speaker 3 (02:05):
But we were all.
Speaker 2 (02:06):
About Beyonce and Taylor Swift back to back, unreal right
at the top of their games.
Speaker 1 (02:13):
It's been an amazing concert season. We've been very lucky
here at so far. But why wouldn't you come and
perform here? It's one of the most incredible stadiums I've
ever been to.
Speaker 2 (02:22):
But I don't go to the concerts. I do go
to the movies.
Speaker 3 (02:26):
Uh huh.
Speaker 2 (02:26):
And I saw Blue Beetle It was great. I saw
it with the kids. It spoke to me so much
that I never thought, honestly in my life that I
would see a Latino.
Speaker 1 (02:39):
Superhero, right, and not only that, the whole story was
based upon his family, his roots, the intricacies that we
know about, like the things that only we can fully
understand because we've lived it, right, and to see that
on the big screen, how did you feel?
Speaker 2 (02:55):
It felt surreal because living with the grandmother, that's what
we did and as we talked about before the podcast,
shared a road with my grandmother. And then there's there's
the TV and they're going through the stations and there's
you know, uh Chapulin there and then you know, it
(03:18):
was nostalgic, very nostalgic. And then like he's he's you know,
trying to come to and what what does he get
that he's taking a whiff of vau right, and and
you know, for me it is the mental so so
it was it just really surreal. It's like my kids
like they were looking in wonderment because say like this
(03:38):
is this is my this is my childhood that I'm saying.
And he's like the Latino Peter Parker.
Speaker 1 (03:44):
That is the perfect him, perfect and I think a
lot of folks do him from Copra Kai, which yeah,
he's just such a good actor period. But the fact
that he represents Latinos the way he does, and that
this movie was written and directed and starred by an
entire Latino cast, I mean it was I was beaming.
Speaker 3 (04:06):
So I'm so finally yeah.
Speaker 2 (04:08):
Yeah, George Lopez. Yeah no, they loved it. They can't
wait for a follow up and to see George Lopez.
I've interviewed him. If you ever interviewed him before, George Yeah, okay,
really nice guy. And you know what he would always
do is he would always record his sets, and that's
what some comedians do, and some comedians would then almost
(04:28):
make fun of him, say hey, why are you recording,
because he says, like, this is my job. I want
to be good at this. Got to watch film, yes,
And so he did that. And so I've always been
a big fan of George Lopez. So awesome that I
had a chance to see him in action.
Speaker 1 (04:42):
My first in person encounter with George Lopez was on
the sidelines of a Raiders game at the Oakland Coliseum
many many years ago, and he was just he's a
huge Raiders fan, so he was just out there representing
and I just pulled out my phone.
Speaker 3 (04:53):
I was like, George, do mind guy. He's like, yeah,
let's good.
Speaker 1 (04:56):
Yeah. I did a game for like the whole nine
in English and Spanish and Spanglish.
Speaker 2 (05:01):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (05:02):
It was great. He's awesome. He's a good one for sure.
Speaker 2 (05:04):
So yeah. So so watch that movie and then you
discover that I don't I don't drink uhito like.
Speaker 1 (05:12):
So do Okay, for everyone listening, you have to understand
the Beyonce concert was last night and Beyonce had us
out past our bedtime.
Speaker 3 (05:19):
Nobody's upset about it.
Speaker 2 (05:20):
Yeah, it was great worth it. I was probably getting
up for good when going to sleep, right.
Speaker 1 (05:26):
That's no question, no question you were. But I am
like an habitual coffee drinker. I don't know that it
actually wakes me up.
Speaker 2 (05:33):
Yeah, but I need it.
Speaker 1 (05:34):
And like I've been drinking coffee and I think a
lot of Latinos know this since I was a kid,
Like they always gave me just a little bito a
tiny little tea cup, so I have to drink it.
Speaker 3 (05:45):
But like you, the fact that you wake up at
you in.
Speaker 2 (05:47):
The morning, yeah, every day, Yeah.
Speaker 3 (05:49):
To do good morning football, not one sip.
Speaker 2 (05:52):
Yeah, and you know the kicker is my producer who
gets up earlier than I do. He gets into work
at twelve three. Also does not drink coffee. Is that funny?
Speaker 1 (06:01):
Can y'all just like, can you please share what the
seat it is? Because I got a coffee headache?
Speaker 2 (06:07):
Natural adrenaline because every time, honestly, because I get up,
I'm always so concerned that I'm going to not wake
up in time. That's always my biggest that.
Speaker 1 (06:16):
You know what, when I worked morning news, that was
a huge ring. Never happened, thank goodness. But you are
so paranoid because it is gonna wake you up. Nobody
everybody else is super sleeping.
Speaker 2 (06:26):
No exactly. And so I just tippedo through the house
and then get to the garage and then I start broadcasting.
Speaker 3 (06:31):
I'm very impressed, honestly, I'm impressed. You had an entire
wheel of cheese. Name that movie? All right, Well, we've
got a lot to get to. We've got a great guess, Yeah,
what do we got?
Speaker 2 (06:41):
Who do we got? Can we say or should we say?
Make it a surprised? Now we should say, Okay, Alejandro
Viannuva is who we're gonna have former offensive linemen also
analyst as well on this side of this, and also
he's retired military, so we're gonna have We're gonna have
him talked to him about uh, his upbringing, some of
(07:03):
the things that kind of hit him from a culture standpoint,
and talk maybe a little football medicano too.
Speaker 1 (07:10):
Ye.
Speaker 2 (07:19):
Welcome back to the l Huddle Podcast and m J
we have another great guest. I feel like the podcast
has got more handsome. I honestly believe it. This is
now hopefully will be a friend of the podcast. Former
offensive lineman. He is also an analyst as well, and
(07:40):
of course he is a decorated, decorated military man. I
am talking about the one, the only Alejandro.
Speaker 4 (07:54):
That's Miami, Florid. Yeah, so good, completely gone. Yeah is
all Cuban.
Speaker 1 (08:09):
I'm Cuban basically, Oh my gosh, I'm so jealous because
you know, the first thing I do when I touch
back home in Miami is immediately go gets and my
two favorite things, which you would feel is counterintuitive when
you get to Miami, because I was talking about earlier
before we jumped off, like you got to have a
certain look in my way, and I go.
Speaker 3 (08:28):
Straight for like the yummiest, sweetest food.
Speaker 1 (08:31):
But you can't really find it here in La That's
a whole other discussion and people will drag me for it.
But Portos is not the same the food that you get.
Speaker 3 (08:41):
A let's talk about you. You're doing great, You're super tan.
Speaker 1 (08:46):
I think your best life is how Florida talk to
us about the switch over to now the media side
where we are as an analyst.
Speaker 3 (08:52):
How does that been going for you, especially doing it?
Speaker 4 (08:54):
And no, no, I'm not I'm not in the media.
I don't think that I'm in the media.
Speaker 5 (09:02):
That come on, But actually I mean and and I
and I said this when when I got done playing,
they asked me, because you know, Spanish is my first language,
I speak much much better than I can speak in English,
and they asked me to uh to do the the
playoff for Fox and the super Bowl with a with
(09:22):
a Cuban commentator and a Mexican commentator from from l A.
Speaker 4 (09:26):
So the three Spanish there's three people speaking three different.
Speaker 5 (09:29):
Dialects of Spanish talking about American football. Was such a
such an intriguing and such a you know, thought provoking
idea that I said.
Speaker 4 (09:38):
You know, what, what what? Why not why not give
it a try?
Speaker 5 (09:41):
Because I know for a fact that nothing can almost
get back at me before speaking in Spanish, it's you know,
it's it's a very free way of speaking in about
a sport that I know very very very well.
Speaker 4 (09:52):
And so for me, it was a it was a pleasure.
It was it was very cool, very fun experience. But
I'm not not doing it right now. I'm not gonna
do it, deliacy. No, I'm not going to keep up
with it. No, no, I can't.
Speaker 5 (10:04):
Yeah, if if they offered me something like UFC, you know.
Speaker 2 (10:08):
WHOA okay, all right, so UFC you're really into.
Speaker 5 (10:14):
No, I just I like in Spanish, I feel like
it's a lot more accepted to have an argument and
to have a discussion, and it's just what everybody does,
you know, and and and just like you I heard
you guys talking about I grew up.
Speaker 4 (10:31):
Mexican Columbian.
Speaker 5 (10:32):
You know the characters, and it's very apparent, just like
it is maybe in w w E in the United States,
to have certain personalities when when you're doing a podcast
or or or.
Speaker 4 (10:45):
Talking about a game. And so for me, it was
very very fun. I like different characters, I like different players.
Speaker 5 (10:50):
I like to relate them to, you know, to sort
of characters in our daily life. You know, when you
have somebody who a quarterback, who's who's who's controversial, who
doesn't want to go along with with everybody else, Uh,
you can equate them to different characters.
Speaker 4 (11:05):
So for me doing in Spanish, it's very, very fun.
Speaker 5 (11:07):
I really enjoyed doing that, But I don't know if
I could do it every single day.
Speaker 4 (11:10):
It's my job for regular season games.
Speaker 2 (11:13):
I mean, I know those Fello novellas, we grew up
watching them, and we were talking about it just how
the tella novellas they're really there's a there's an end
to them right where it's it's there's an end. But
but but like in like if you watch Days of
Our Lives or any of those other it's like they
go they go on for thirty years, right, It's like, Yesmino,
(11:37):
so did you grow up watching like That's like I
grew up watch that, We grew up watching that grew
up you know. Uh, you know we always talk about
Jess Betito. Those are some of those those iconic shows
that we would watch growing up.
Speaker 5 (11:51):
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Speaker 4 (12:00):
I think it was a Columbian maybe or Mexican god
to be.
Speaker 2 (12:09):
There was, Yeah, there's a lot of hope.
Speaker 1 (12:16):
But to your point, like I think, there's a lot
of times I remember having to do highlights in Spanish
when I worked at the local level, and it is
there's just it's hard to explain the difference in like
the the warmth, the personality that comes.
Speaker 3 (12:33):
Out when you're speaking in your first.
Speaker 1 (12:34):
Libr It's like there were things that I would say
on my Spanish broadcast during the highlights, very very few
times were both of my sports casts the same for
the English audience and the Spanish speaking audience, But there
were times where would overlapped, like if it was a
baseball game, right if I'm talking about the Padres this
was in San Diego, and the highlights in Spanish just
they just hit a little different.
Speaker 2 (12:53):
They just ye, well they're more exciting.
Speaker 1 (12:56):
It's just like the manner is and almost like the
inside jokes that the community has.
Speaker 5 (13:03):
Yeah, I would say that you know that the office
of Lineman.
Speaker 2 (13:14):
Yes see, Like though some of the things like like
that I can so I'm Nicaraguan, right, So for me,
we would say things differently if we would say Bia,
you know instead of Pila, right, or you don't say
you don't say you, we say you know instead of right.
So would would that ever trip you up? Alejandro? Would
(13:36):
you like No?
Speaker 4 (13:37):
I love it, I love it.
Speaker 5 (13:38):
I love I love the diversity of Spanish in different languages.
I love that the capital of Latin America is here
in the United States. Is crazy, you know, the capital
of English speaking the English speaking sphere of angles is
not maybe the United States and maybe it's maybe somewhere,
but the capital of of all the Latin people, the
(13:59):
Spanish speaking culture is here in the United States. And
so I think you get you have to embrace that
diversity of you know, there's there's a lot of Venezuelans
that have come to Miami with so Venezuelans are all
over just you know, flooding everything with Miami, with their
food on.
Speaker 4 (14:20):
Their language.
Speaker 6 (14:21):
They're there there, there, there their little things, and so
I I what I particularly enjoy now the most is
seeing the two Spanglish between the West Coast and the
East Coast.
Speaker 5 (14:33):
Very very but it's but it's still Spanglish, which is
crazy to me. You know, I can't I can't speak Spanglish.
I'm trying to learn how to speak Spanglish, but I
could either Spanish or English. But out in l A
and l A they're able to make it super super quick,
and they do it here in Miami as well, but
they feel something. You know, you can start to notice
how some people feel very very unsure when they only
(14:55):
speak in Spanish. Yeah, and obviously you know, only speaking
English as well. But I'm still I'm still you know,
either I either speak Spanish here in Miami or speak English.
I can I do both, but the comparison of the
two Spanglishes is becoming very very interesting. They can only
speak Spanglish. They cannot speak English or Spanish.
Speaker 3 (15:11):
Spanglish is its own language. It is like I'll fight
for that one.
Speaker 1 (15:16):
Yeah, whoever disagree, So no, it is a completely different language.
But Hana, we want to talk about Spain for a minute,
because actually the game of American football, the NFL is
growing pretty pretty quickly.
Speaker 3 (15:28):
Over in Espana.
Speaker 1 (15:29):
So for you who has you grew up there partially
your family's from there. Like, can you see the NFL
really growing in Spain, because I've met a ton of
NFL fans from all over Spain.
Speaker 5 (15:42):
Oh my god, if if there was a quarterback that
was not very tall, cannot be very tall those Yeah,
very normal looking, Spanish looking, you know, Latin, look at
any any origin. And he played the quarterback position and
he was a very skillful, fast paced you know, like
(16:05):
hurry up two minute offense. Yeah, uh spoke Spanish and
and and bat bunny was all over the place.
Speaker 7 (16:12):
Yes, you know, if that, if that would have happened,
I think the Spain will switched immediately into American football
because it is so it is a lot funner to watch.
Speaker 5 (16:24):
I do think that sometimes sometimes soccer just inspires like
you know, nationalism, like my team is better than your
watching a sport that is ninety nine passes. I've tried
to watch soccer and I can't. I can't do it.
It's just just too close to boring. Yeah, it's like
(16:45):
maybe like baseball, you know, but American football is very
very exciting and people Spanish people are extremely competitive, people
from up north and face basketcal people have a lot
of pride of it being super super super competitive, and
so I you know, without a doubt, I.
Speaker 4 (17:00):
Think that it would be a sport that will take off.
Speaker 5 (17:02):
But you got you have to find who can we
do to play the game with without without really big
people and it's funny for me to say that, you know,
as big as I am, but very big.
Speaker 2 (17:12):
Yeah, being the Toledo Galicia, you know what, right?
Speaker 1 (17:19):
You know?
Speaker 2 (17:20):
I like, you know what. I was curious about it
as we're we're talking and we're we're speaking a little Spanish,
a little bit of English. Do you dream in English
or in Spanish? Don't I dream in Spanish? No?
Speaker 5 (17:33):
I don't know if I dream in with words, you know,
I don't know if maybe this is crazy, man, I
can't remember having dreams.
Speaker 7 (17:40):
You know.
Speaker 5 (17:41):
I've always been asked that question. Maybe I would have
to say that I'm always constantly trying to learn new languages, always,
always always trying, and I think that as a lady,
I've started speaking French. The Haitian culture here is very interesting.
I love, you know, the Haitian food.
Speaker 3 (17:59):
You know, being able to Spanish French.
Speaker 4 (18:01):
Yeah, well creole, the creole this here, it's for me.
I'm trying to speak French.
Speaker 5 (18:06):
And when you don't speak a language very well, you
tend to use three or four words constantly all the time.
Speaker 4 (18:12):
So I use incredible all the time. Kai, I use
it all the time constantly.
Speaker 5 (18:16):
Yeah, and then and then it translates into my English,
and I use the same words all the time, and
when i'm maybe when i'm dreaming and when i'm thinking,
I just feel like I'm using the same five or
six words that I'm that I'm that I'm repeating almost
almost daily because I'm trying.
Speaker 4 (18:31):
I'm trying to pick up a language.
Speaker 5 (18:32):
From from a skill set that is that is a
lot lower than English, so I have to almost adapt
all my vocabulary to that skill level.
Speaker 1 (18:39):
You're already checking off things on my own bucket list,
which was to learn French. So this is another reminder
for me to get on it and then we'll practice
if you're in Let's let's keep with the dream theme,
because I think this is a bit of a dream
to see an NFL game overseas. Just going back to
Spain for a minute, because one thing about the stadiums
over there, in the soccer stadium specifically, whatever you think
about the game itself, the fans and the passion in
(19:02):
the stands are on match crazy. Yeah, which stadium in
Spain do you think is most likely to have an
NFL match? I'm gonna I don't think it's in Madrid.
Speaker 2 (19:15):
I said, that's what I said, no, no, no, no, no,
it has to be Madrid a thousand. They're not gonna
let that happen, not Ina.
Speaker 5 (19:26):
No, no, of course, they will, of course let it happen.
I think the Madrid as of late is the city
that has the best.
Speaker 4 (19:33):
To offer, not just I wouldn't say just logistically.
Speaker 5 (19:35):
I was all the flights you know that come to
an amazing airport, But I would just say the city itself,
uh is as I mean. I personally never like going
to Madrid when I was a kid. I feel that,
you know, we were speaking about accents earlier. I have
my own accent from my own province down south, and
then you go to Madrid and you lose your accent
and you start speaking like Marius. So I always hated
(20:04):
the You know, all my buddies will go to Madrid
and lose their accent, and I always I hate to
go to Madrid. But the last five six years that
I've been going there, it has changed tremendously. It is
incredibly clean, it is super diverse, very welcoming. It is
taking leaps and forwards, you know, in terms of the
amazing city.
Speaker 4 (20:22):
That has become. And I would if I were you know,
king of the castle and making that decision. I would
have it.
Speaker 5 (20:30):
I would have which, I would have the Dolphins, I
would have the Yes, the Dolphins and the forty nine ers.
Speaker 2 (20:39):
Oh, those are teams right here, those are teams.
Speaker 4 (20:43):
Here's play and why why would you not? How could Madrid?
Speaker 1 (20:48):
Because this I think it would be amazing, but is
like a holy ground over there, especially not sports wise.
They'd be like, no, this is the real football football,
you know what I mean? Yeah, Like that's when I
think that there would be a little bit more resist
(21:09):
But I would love to see him.
Speaker 4 (21:11):
People from Madrid want to party. Did you tell him we're.
Speaker 3 (21:13):
Going to do very fair?
Speaker 4 (21:14):
There's a.
Speaker 2 (21:16):
Very fair I think I want to go to Madrid.
Speaker 3 (21:18):
You've never been to Madrid. Out of ten, ten out
of ten, recommend.
Speaker 2 (21:22):
It, Alan. This has been a great conversation. I feel
like we could talk to you for a long time.
So I appreciate Please come back, Yes, please come back
at his movie handed also go to Tempo, So really
appreciate it. We're still gonna call you a TV analyst
even though you're not gonna do it. I'm sorry, but
we're gonna call you a TV analyst. You did it
(21:42):
you call the Super Bowl? You were doing a different accent,
stiffid you know, yeah, yeah, yeah, thank you so much.
Speaker 3 (21:53):
That always great. Another pretty yeah, we could have kept talking.
Speaker 2 (22:03):
We could have kept talking to him too. That The
thing is like we've got time restrictions, but we just
don't care so much that I.
Speaker 3 (22:10):
Felt like it was just one of our literally one
of our cousins, just in the living room. But one
thing we will not have to set in alum for
will is week one?
Speaker 2 (22:18):
Yeah, kickoff or a.
Speaker 3 (22:19):
Couple of days away. That's it. Like it like it
sneaks up on you so quick. I feel like we
were just at the super Bowl and now that's it
week one.
Speaker 2 (22:28):
Well, so lots of great matchups. What's one that that
you would say you're looking forward to the most? I
know it. It probably has to do with the finn
Come on rights.
Speaker 3 (22:40):
Low hanging for absolutely. I'm going to the game.
Speaker 2 (22:42):
Okay, are you I'm going game?
Speaker 1 (22:44):
Yeah?
Speaker 2 (22:44):
It's a diehard I'm excited.
Speaker 1 (22:46):
However, I have a little bit like I feel a
way about it because the last time the Dolphins were
here last season playing the Chargers. And let me tell
you something, a lot of Dolphins fans in that stadium
we lost, bro, Yeah, we can know.
Speaker 2 (23:02):
Right, especial in that division, the same it goes really
for the Chargers, right, exactly exactly. That's important, and.
Speaker 3 (23:08):
That is why it's not just because I'm a huge
Dolphins fan.
Speaker 1 (23:10):
Guys, there is a lot of I think every year
there's this big expectation for the Chargers, right, but now
this year where they paid their quarterback a mega, mega contract,
all of the rumblings around their star running back. Yep,
there's just so many things around this team that on paper,
every year we look at it and we're like, why
are they not in the playoffs?
Speaker 3 (23:29):
Why are they not making a deep run in the playoffs?
The talent is there, yep?
Speaker 2 (23:32):
What is happening? Yeah, clearly so.
Speaker 1 (23:35):
And I know as a fan of a opposing team
who played them and lost that you can never discount
that team ever. So it's going to be a very
interesting matchup, a great way to open up a SOFI
stadium here ongels.
Speaker 2 (23:48):
So for me, Monday night football in the Bill Yeah,
I mean yes, right, And I'll tell you why specifically
because I feel like the Bills aren't being really talked
about enough on the national stage. Because they have been
set aside with the advent of hard knocks and with
(24:10):
Aaron Rodgers being there, and the Jets have this young team.
DJ Reid came out and said that their defense has
the potential of being better or the same as the
eighty five Bears and the Legion of Boom Bold right,
very bold, but they've got the players to potentially do it.
Speaker 3 (24:28):
CJ.
Speaker 2 (24:28):
Moseley in middle and then obviously on the other side,
Sauce Gardner and Quinnin Williams and Robert Solid running things.
I mean, a lot of pressure on them, so I
want to see how they respond to it. And then
for the Bills, with them perennially, year in and year out,
there's this expectation that they will get over the hump
(24:49):
and make it into the Super Bowl. But it just
feels like they've been cast aside or just not talked
about enough, because I think there's a lot of pressure
on them to not only win, but get to that
Super Bowl.
Speaker 3 (25:04):
I like this, It's gonna be good. This is the week.
This is the week where we can have all of
our hopes and dreams and expectations for the thing because
nothing has happened yet.
Speaker 1 (25:12):
Yeah, nothing has happened yet, and I didn't want us
to be left out because I know all of our
colleagues across every show have to answer this question, Oh
what super Bowl prediction on September?
Speaker 3 (25:24):
What is today? September fifth?
Speaker 2 (25:26):
Yeah, September fifth, September fifth. You want to go first fiction?
Speaker 3 (25:30):
But who can you see?
Speaker 2 (25:31):
Sort of really do you want to go first? Show?
Speaker 1 (25:34):
I think? And I made this mistake last year when
we got real close to the super Bowl in picking
against the Chiefs.
Speaker 3 (25:41):
I'll admit it. I can own my stuff. I can very.
Speaker 1 (25:44):
Difficult project crush, yeah, tragged, dragged, It's fine.
Speaker 3 (25:49):
I can take it.
Speaker 1 (25:51):
Very difficult for me to at this point to pick
against that team. They're just so dominant, so strong, so
even kel even in last year when they were like,
oh they're rebuilding, Oh they have so many rookies. Oh
name a storyline and they surpassed it.
Speaker 2 (26:08):
I agree, you know, I agree. You know it's it's
my mom. You know, she always says you'll get pier
though you know, it's like okay, and she she also
like she made up I believe a phrase, it doesn't
even exist, but she says you'll get bier Vista, Right,
So like somebody that really doesn't care, you'll get Biard this,
You'll get Biard Dista. Yeah, And so I think that's
how the how Kansas City approaches it, right, It's like,
(26:31):
does it matter if Tyreek Hill's not there? There's changes?
Sky Moore's the guy, Darius Tony he's healthy, he's not healthy,
Clyde Edwards Larry's not around. I mean botha right. So,
so I think that's how they feel they're always going
to be in the mix. I think I think it's
going to be probably in the NFC Championship game, it's
going to be the forty nine Ers and Eagles again,
because I think they're the two best teams in the
(26:52):
NFC in my opinion, And I think that the forty
nine Ers will finally get over the hump and make
it there, but not by a mutt, not by much. Yeah,
it's definitely gonna be tough because listen that the are
loaded on defense, but they've got a new offensive coordinator,
new defensive coordinator, so there's some changes there. And then
I think on the other side, I'm going to say
(27:14):
that it's not going to be the Chiefs, but I
think it's going to be the Bengals who end up prevailing,
and that they're going to be facing the forty nine
Ers in the Super Bowl. Oh my god, that's that's
what I'm picking. Because the Bengals play the Chiefs hard.
Speaker 3 (27:28):
They do right every year, remember every year Patrick felt
away about it.
Speaker 2 (27:31):
Yeah, yeah, and so that's that's what I think. But
but honestly, the Bills could be just as easily there. Yeah,
and I mean even the Jets, they've got the talent.
But I think it's Bengals forty nine Ers part three
in the Super Bowl because already face each other twice.
Speaker 1 (27:48):
Well, I feel like we have a bit of an
opportunity here on the All Huddle podcast because I'm sure
you've seen the commercials and the spots about the script. Yes,
it's a fantastic the fact that format, yes makes me
feel a way.
Speaker 3 (28:02):
But I think that we can do it.
Speaker 1 (28:04):
So that is I am giving us homework for the
next week. Okay, glad to see how we can manipulate
this like which noveda woant to be.
Speaker 3 (28:13):
What is the storyline? I think there's something here because
if you really.
Speaker 2 (28:17):
Want drama, Oh but it's the drama and then looking
into the camera. You know, this is dramatic, and this
thing is like my parents would watch the novelas And
I might have said this before, my dad was way
more into it. That's like if I literally was telling people, yeah,
I'm really in the days of our lives, you know,
(28:37):
but my dad is s C S as a persona men,
you know what I mean, always would anticipate.
Speaker 3 (28:44):
Pretends that he's not.
Speaker 1 (28:47):
Every story line, my mom and my theos would be
watching and my dad's just in the kitchen like, no,
I'm describing it.
Speaker 3 (28:54):
I'm describing a beer. Wait, didn't she died in the
last episode on Huh? That's what I thought, dad.
Speaker 2 (28:58):
Yeah. And also and listen, I I crushed hard on
a lot of the actresses on.
Speaker 1 (29:03):
Them, I mean Talia in every everybody named Madi mad Maria.
It goes on, Yeah, you're talking looks exactly the same.
One thing about latinas. We're not going to age.
Speaker 3 (29:15):
No, no, I'll tell you right now age.
Speaker 2 (29:19):
And you're never going to say my mom has never
Like I said, I I just discovered her age like
like two weeks ago.
Speaker 3 (29:26):
I'm sure shocked. Yeah, I still say my mom is,
but now she's owning it.
Speaker 2 (29:32):
She looks good, right, Yes, I think I saw it was.
Speaker 3 (29:37):
Samahayak posted that she turned fifty seven.
Speaker 2 (29:40):
Ma'am. It's great.
Speaker 1 (29:41):
I hope, I truly truly hope. That's all we have
it for this week's al Huddo. We will be back

the real ex's and o's baby. Yeah, I cannot wait.
Speaker 2 (29:54):
