Speaker 1 (00:07):
Come on, come on, here we go. It's off the
edge of me, your host, Cam Jordan, I mean, super excited.
Saints are on a winning street. You know, it's been
a while since we feel like the city has had hope.
You know, you back in the public going to the
grocery store, people are like, hey man, we're showing so
much promise. Dang it. I wish we had maybe won
a game or two extra then we boys to take
(00:29):
a real run at not only the division, but a
good playoff run. Oh one game left, we got Atlanta
Hate Week, and you know, I'm just gonna leave it
at that because I think that takes care of itself.
We got we gotta take care of trash Atlanta, who
just had an exemplary game against the Rams with Bjon Robinson.
You know, you got Kirk Cousins willing and dealing, Kyle
Pitts happened one of his greatest seasons. Yet, I think
(00:52):
there's a lot that we have to defend. That being said,
it's can't Atlanta Week and we'll talk about that probably
at the end. It's trash rivalries here. Uh, you know,
beyond that, I think you know, there was a lot
of electric games. We had the uh you know, the
entire defense uh dinner on Monday night watching the trash
Atlanta Falcons beat the Rams. Fine. Whatever. The day before Sunday,
(01:15):
of course, we take care of business in dramatic fashion
against the former number one overall picking cam Ward and
the Tennessee Titans, where your boy may have sealed the
game when they it was a strip sack fumble, but
they didn't call it such. So whatever, fine, just rob
me of what I thought was double digits. I see
it's it hurts and we'll get beyond it. Stripsack fumble
(01:37):
with no no stripsack, just force fumble for Sava sixty
yards whatever. I mean. I'm here to talk about the
guest I'm about to bring on, you know, my my
people's people. You know, when I got to cal I,
I roommated, you know, I had had roommated with his
older brother something. I couched for a couple of weeks
before we kicked him out and made made him become
his own man. Uh. This guy, this guy was always
(02:00):
around cal thought he was going to be a phenomenal
cow bear. Ends up going to u c LA of
all sorts, which fine, you know, good for him gotten
to the NFL second round pick. Eleven year NFL veteran,
made a Pro Bowl, been all Pro. I mean, this
guy's technically better than his brother. Think he's a pick
higher than him. We're talking about Eric Kendricks his time
(02:20):
for this week's Drive for Success Conversation presented by Toyota.
Let's go places. What a hell of a legacy. Technically
better than my brother.
Speaker 2 (02:29):
I would I would take that, you know, yeah, I
mean you will, I think so. But I'll give this
to Michael. I've never seen like a more freakish athlete
as far as like in the weight room, whatever you're lifting,
my brother, could you know what, however high you're jumping,
he could joke absolutely, however fast you want to run,
(02:50):
he can run with defense like I've never seen anything
like it in that sense. But I think I have
a better you know, I'll take a better player.
Speaker 1 (02:57):
Yeah, I mean, just not for the ball, you know,
that's for the ball. You find yourself in every every situation.
I'm like an he could cover any try to get
you come to the Saints like three times. But it's cool,
like you know my call didn't try broad try.
Speaker 2 (03:12):
I need I need you here you know, a true story. Hey,
I thought I was actually gonna get drafted by the Saints.
Actually I took a visit there before you know, the
you know, the pre cop like that, after the combine,
the pre draft. I took a visit there and they
had two picks in the first round my year, and
the first one was like twenty something and then the
second one was thirty one. And they were said, they
(03:33):
were like, hey, listen, you're not going to go past
thirty one. That's what the Saints are telling me. So
I'm telling everybody, okay, trying to think my first round
thirty one, you know, that's the latest I'll go.
Speaker 1 (03:43):
But definitely didn't pick me. That was the good Marshawn Lattimore,
Ryan Ramcheck here then you know, Doule double first round pick,
that would have been great. You know, not neither year
nor there eleven years in just you know, we both
are super Bowl less. You've been you know, we we've
we faced each other in the playoffs twice. You think
(04:06):
so twice the Minnesota miracle.
Speaker 2 (04:08):
Minnesota, I think we yeah, I know, so we beat
you us twice and then once at your home.
Speaker 1 (04:15):
Okay, little Sooners though, Yeah, beat is a crazy word.
The second time you earned it the first time. The
second time, the refs had great aid to send off
Kyle Rudolph in great fashion, major push off. Yeah, but
don't forget to push off. And then honestly, yeah, it
is what it is. Yeah, I'll have nightmares about it
(04:35):
for the rest of my life. Like, it's fine. I
appreciate you tapping it. How's it? How is it? How's
the locker room over at the Niners?
Speaker 2 (04:43):
Man?
Speaker 1 (04:43):
Awesome?
Speaker 2 (04:44):
I feel like, uh, it's it's been really it's been
really fine. It's been really nice, and I've got along
with the guys really well, and uh, you know.
Speaker 1 (04:51):
I feel like.
Speaker 2 (04:54):
I want to say, it's kind of what I expected.
I kind of knew a lot of people on the
teams just from like around the league type stuff, so
I kind of had an idea that it had a
really good locker room, but like being part of it
for these last couple of weeks, it's been like, Okay,
this is really, like this is real deal. Like people
are you know who they say they are, People you
know are about the about that action, you know, and
guys guys like genuinely like care about each other.
Speaker 1 (05:17):
So it's good. Yeah, I mean you sort of know
the guys like George Kittle and of course uh Kyle
Jushek and of course a Bruck pretty you know Arizona boy.
Really good people, you know, and then of course you
talk about the linebacker room even in whatever the status is.
Fred Warner, you know, he was a great, great player.
You're a great player, so it made it made a
(05:37):
lot of sense to me. But beyond that, you know what,
I've never talked about this out loud. How the hell
did you go to u c l A. Yeah, because
it's crazy.
Speaker 2 (05:49):
Yeah, I'm wondering. You know, I actually overcas, actually was
offended by how I was treated by by Cale. To
be honest, you know, I think that I I think
that me and my brother were obviously on the lower
recruited side as far as coming out of high school
with the college. I my brother gained a lot of weight,
(06:11):
you know, he was two thirty freshman year or whatever.
But when I was getting recruited, I was still kind
of sitting around two oh five too oh eight, And
I think people were nervous if I wasn't gonna put
the weight on, you know, I put it on my
freshman year, like, you know, just like anybody, Yeah, exactly,
But I think two were kind of nervous that I
maybe wasn't going to gain the weight or they didn't
(06:32):
think that I was kind of like the player my
brother was. But I'm sitting here like I'm watching me Michael.
You know, Michael played pretty well for the cow Bears,
and I'm like, okay, like it's got to be natural
that I'm nept next because I felt like I was
falling in high school right and it was kind of
like an easy pipeline. It was like I'm already here, hipeline.
It was like my brother's already at school. And so
(06:55):
this is the time I started going to camps. And
you know, my brother, that's kind of like how he
got on the was he was going to camp and
camp to camp and just like outdoing people and getting
offers that way. So I kind of started on the
you know, I saw my brother's trajectory. I was like,
all right, bet, I gotta go to camps. So I
started going to camps. And one of the camps that
I went to was the cow Camp. I went to
a cal camp. I played three what I thought, I
(07:18):
had a great day you know, just like doing drills
one on ones, YadA, YadA, YadA. But after like the
end of the camp, we had a race and I
remember winning the race and then being like as soon
as I won the race, I'm like, I'm that was
it right? They know that I'm certified. I just be
I just won the race, like, and I just never
heard from him, never heard from them, And I'm like,
(07:41):
that was I went to the cow camp out of
the formality. You know, my brother was there.
Speaker 1 (07:45):
My brother's already here.
Speaker 2 (07:47):
I'm not I don't have to use the recruiting tickets
because my brother I'm getting the player's tickets, you know
what I mean. Like it was like I'm already in
the building. I'm already in the locker room.
Speaker 1 (07:54):
I know the.
Speaker 2 (07:55):
Coaches like they know me, they're checking in on me, like,
but I was just never I never got that recruitment
from cal I never. They never even like try to
pursue me. I saw more interest through friends now State,
Washington State, Nevada, Arizona State, Stanford. Sure, but it was
(08:15):
like I had I was low recruited. Like I said,
I'm not like the people I told you was pretty
much whoever I was in contact with like that was
those are the teams. So UCLA came on and the
guy who recruited me was just kind of like listen.
He kind of just stayed on me and was like, listen,
we don't have an offer for you yet, but I'm
(08:35):
going to battle for you.
Speaker 1 (08:37):
And uh.
Speaker 2 (08:39):
Eventually I got that offer and I kind of my
dad went there and the rest of history.
Speaker 1 (08:44):
No doubt. Boy, I kind of want I wanted to
go to u c. L A.
Speaker 2 (08:48):
But I like when my brother was at col it
kind of felt like with you guys too, it makes
this perfect sense. Bro, you were already there and and
it would have been hard for me not to get
account offer and not entertain it, to like not not
be my for the.
Speaker 1 (09:03):
Kindrick the Kendrick brothers at linebacker would have been.
Speaker 2 (09:06):
Like I would have I would have told you being like,
oh no, I don't want to go there, like because
my brother was there, but it would have for sure
been my top because I was.
Speaker 1 (09:14):
Like this is cool, Like why not? Yeah? The takeover?
Speaker 2 (09:18):
Bro counted what what were what what was your top
school besides TOW like what were your It was probably
a USC.
Speaker 1 (09:24):
No, No, USC didn't offer me you of a I'm
a three star bro.
Speaker 2 (09:28):
You say, let's say, let's he I had I had
to go to the old spark get it the cam
say I had earned mine? Yeah. My brother at those camps,
my brother was like listen, Eric, I know, like, I know,
you're a nice guy, but like you need to cut
every single kid in line, and you need to crack
them over and over and over and over. And that's
(09:51):
exactly what I did. I had the most reps of it, everybody,
everybody in line.
Speaker 3 (09:57):
And she got it. Got me, I mean got me
in school. Yeah, okay, Ticky d one to take the NFL.
I was like, U c l A is is Jordan certified?
You know, like that's that's that's tough.
Speaker 1 (10:10):
That's tough. That's tough. I remember. I remember I got
the offer from UCLA and then literally they I was
like yo, yeah, my first visit, They're like, yeah, you
gonn commit to us. I was like, I'm not gonna
commit to y'all. Like we will pull it off for
I was like, damn, you gotta do dumb. Yeah.
Speaker 2 (10:24):
But that's like but like they're not, they're not doing
that with all the recruits. They just have somebody else
in mind be like.
Speaker 1 (10:29):
Yeah, They're like either you're coming or you're not. And
I was like, no, like you're my first visit. I can't.
I can't commit to you guys like I don't know
yoga like that. Ah tough, but you know it worked
out well for us. How many visits did you didn't
taking four out the five. I was trying to bro
I was trying to get to Miami. I was seventeen
at the time, so Pops Pops was like, no, we're
(10:49):
not going. I was like, I was like, what do
you mean. I was like, it's Miami, it's the U.
Speaker 2 (10:53):
He'said, you're just trying to go to Florida. I might
be I only went since I only went to U
c l A. And I only went to wash the state,
I'm like, I don't know why they adn't go on more.
But I really didn't, like I didn't think I had
it like that, because, like you said, talking with the coaches,
they would be like, like, what do you need to
take a visit for?
Speaker 1 (11:10):
You know, like what do you do?
Speaker 2 (11:12):
So I feel like I was kind of like, you
know what I have? I have real offers. I did
not want to mess either, I need to get cool,
like I'll go to U c l A, I go
to this. I was like, I can't be testing the
waters too much.
Speaker 1 (11:27):
I feel like I was the opposite. I was like
I was acting like offers didn't matter. I was like, nah,
you know, Tennessee K coach came to visit. He said
he's gonna offer me. I'm gonna take that as an offer.
And I might have been blowing smoke out my like noah, bro,
They're like, they came in, they offered me, like it's fine,
Like you know, they came in. It's good. Like I
might have more offers, it doesn't matter. And then I
(11:48):
was just like I was like, I really don't want
to go too many places. I look like you of
a a s U. A SU had a head coach change.
And then it was like I was waiting on orgon
for real and Oregon just bro.
Speaker 2 (12:00):
Or Organ actually was on my It was Organ between
Organ cow for my brother and I think it went
down to the wire with that. But Organ was like
Organ really never recruited me like that. I went to
their junior day, yeah, and then they kind of they
kind of fell off. I feel like it was kind
of like that weight thing as well. Yeah, Mike, Mike
was gonna be I think Mike was an athlete for them.
I don't know if they had them at running back
(12:21):
or at linebacker.
Speaker 1 (12:22):
Running back, safety, you know, broch athleticism. It wasn't in
many places, y'all couldn't play where I was. I was
wearing Organ Duck gear all my whole sophomore year.
Speaker 2 (12:31):
Like I actually, I actually came to this realization that
like there's like every school in the n c A
wants to be as cool as Organ, you know what
I mean, Like, let's just be let's just keep it
above like I mean as far as five hundred forging changes,
as far as the merch in the and the and
the bell's been whistled and you know, the tech. They're
(12:55):
like they've always been the one setting at the bar
on that. And I feel like, you know, other people
have cool thing in cool traditions and you're not saying
or is the best, but I'm just saying, like everybody
tries to be as cool as that.
Speaker 1 (13:05):
Oregon band was going crazy at the time. Dennis Dixon
was a quarterback when I was coming up, I was like,
this dude's delete man. Yeah. They came in and they
like like coaching staff came in and I was like bawling.
One game. I was like, yeah, they're going to send
this offer. They sent it to my boy Dion Jordan,
and I say, yeah, I know that makes.
Speaker 2 (13:24):
That's a that's a pretty solid offer from Yeah. Pretty, yeah,
it's pretty He just opinioned.
Speaker 1 (13:30):
He was pretty Ye. Yeah, I mean he went number
three overall. Fine players, A solid player, solid as long
as they come. You know, I'm a six four defensive
end in high school to seventy and he's a six
seven and a half two hundred and twenty pounds d
d N tight end.
Speaker 2 (13:45):
Wide receivers are like, arms are like.
Speaker 1 (13:48):
Yeah what four weeks? Man? It's fine? Did Like what
what weight have you always played? That? Have you like
checked high school to seventy that's crazy, six four two
seventy I'm this year I played six four two seventy five. Yeah,
that's crazy. That's pretty cool. Yeah, I feel like this.
I mean, you know, college, you saw me in college,
I was bigger than you know, I probably like somewhere
(14:09):
somewhere cal I got to like three really we were
three four, man, So you know what I'm saying that
four I the four inside of tackle shade to the
inside of tight end. You got to play bigger ball.
Speaker 2 (14:21):
I remember Cashing March came into u c l A,
and he was he was like a three tag. He
came in. He came in way bigger and like as
he transitioned in college, like his whole body change, and
it actually set him up for the league better. Yeah,
I feel like he would have been originally.
Speaker 1 (14:38):
No doubt. I still think I might have been the
reason why he didn't come to CAL, and I'm perfectly
fine with that. I think I hosted him and I
like he was just so he was. He was like
a five star at the time. I'm sure he was
talking to third person. I was like, this guy is
not Cal material. And then he had a hell of
a hell of a run in the league.
Speaker 2 (14:55):
I said, you know what's he's one of the best
athletes I've ever seen period. Like he gets wing a
baseball bat, he can hit him tennis ball, golf ball.
Speaker 1 (15:02):
Like he's just a phenomenal athlete. Anyways, you know which
we haven't even talked about us. See, clearly I didn't
get the offer. You didn't get the offer, and Pete
Carroll coached my dad. I didn't get the offer, which
is crazy, but they did. They did.
Speaker 2 (15:15):
They did send me letters and like asked for tape
and stuff like that, so like they did more than Cal.
Speaker 1 (15:19):
Essentially No, Yeah, apparently, like bro, we had si Quon
Thompson at one point, whose brother is Shaq Thompson. Yeah,
like we just don't go after family, Like why wouldn't
that translate? Yeah, that was he was. He was baller
to ball and his brother was even I mean, I
(15:41):
mean like they dropped the ball. Sorry, Tosh Lupo is
the coach, the new head coach over Cal. Ship's changing.
Speaker 2 (15:47):
But anyways, circle too, because he was the he was
the recruiter there, right.
Speaker 4 (15:53):
He was.
Speaker 1 (15:55):
He became the d line coach, my sophomore, the recruiter.
Good dude, great dude. All right, let's get back to
the NFL situation, because I mean, you did you did, however,
just beat the usc QB last last Sunday. You know,
you guys played the Bears with Caleb Williams. Uh you
know Roman doings a, you know, just the Pac twelve remnants.
I know they already picked him by then. It's weird.
(16:16):
It's weird to say out loud, but you know what
was that? What was that? What was that game? Like?
I mean, you guys go down to the wire forty
two thirty eight, last one, you know, the last week.
I saw the frame where was like you had DJ
Moore in the corner end zone waving his hands like
pick me, pick me. Caleb out there wheeling and dealing, flailing,
you know, the fingernail paint with the spirals totally, you know,
(16:37):
you putting that thing on people.
Speaker 2 (16:39):
It was gritty. I mean they came down to the wire. Uh,
you know, I feel like, uh, watching the two offenses,
you know, go gets Chellie was pretty nice.
Speaker 1 (16:48):
You know. I feel like, uh, you know we.
Speaker 2 (16:51):
As far as coordinators, Go Shanahan and Ben Johnson are
like the by me. This is me playing against both
the team, you know, me playing against both of them.
There's just so many adjustments and so many changes they
make during the game that yeah, it's like a it's
like a real chess match.
Speaker 1 (17:08):
Real football, real real high I Q.
Speaker 2 (17:10):
So I feel like we we definitely saw that, but
you know it was gonna take this a little you know,
a little bit of a little bit of grit on
the Niner side that they got the bed.
Speaker 1 (17:19):
Yeah, I was saying. When it comes down to it,
it's like all these the pre snap dressing, Like I'm
just like, bro, like, let's go do it with the
simplest game plan. I hate where we going, Like no,
we got this check for for the three three bout
one if but if it's three by one and the
tight ends at the point, Like no, no, no, no, this
just simplifire for us, Like this, let's just make it
like it make a dummy ball. Let's just see how
how strong they are.
Speaker 2 (17:40):
No, and I mean and the like we talk about
how complex, you know, both these offenses are. But at
the same time, like quarterbacks now as well, like they're sliding,
they're they're they're so athletic, they're so more much more agile.
Speaker 1 (17:54):
You know.
Speaker 2 (17:54):
Obviously they have their their their times where they're in
the pocket and they're they're you know, obviously they need
to make those throws in the pocket. But like the
ability to extend plays is like it's like a standard now,
Like it's a standard across the entire Like it's crazy
how it works, and it's and and and it's really
changing the game, you know, it's really fun.
Speaker 1 (18:14):
To watch, you know what I mean.
Speaker 2 (18:15):
You know, and it's not fun to a certain case.
In certain cases, it's not as fun to be on
the defensive side of it and you're going against it.
But man, it is cool to see where the game
is is changing, and like how how certain aspects of
the game, you know, they come and go, and then
certain trends stay around a little bit longer, and then
you know, some trends have a small window, but then
(18:37):
they come back full force. It's just crazy how like
the league just is ever changing. I think that's why,
you know, I'm still in love.
Speaker 1 (18:43):
With it absolutely.
Speaker 2 (18:44):
Bro.
Speaker 1 (18:44):
Getting first got to the league and you had like
like NFL streat was like Russell Wilson, you know, like
like Russell, we used to be like wheeling and dealing
the wide receivers be like, oh, get loose TI to
locket really like no, yeah, no route whatsoever, Like just
do what they want, Like, hey, ar me because this
dude Russell's out here, will and deal if we haven't
seen this like this Colin Kaepernick at the time, Cam
(19:05):
Newton and then.
Speaker 2 (19:06):
Aaron Rodgers, Aaron Rodgers needs to just have it was
just Aero slants two by two aero slants and then
someone get open and you know, it was like and
now these offenses are like you gotta bring you know,
you gotta, you gotta.
Speaker 1 (19:18):
It wasn't a birth division and I was like, yeah, yeah,
you know this is what we want. Now there is
levels levels concepts. They're running concepts. I mean, I mean,
you know, as the d lineman, you know, I'm in,
I'm in the defense meeting and they're like, yeah, you
gotta watch out with the dragon concept. Hey I know
what dragon seven, but hey, just hearing like foreign language.
(19:39):
And now now I'm like an outside linebacker.
Speaker 2 (19:41):
I'm like, oh, it's really.
Speaker 1 (19:46):
I gotta relate to wait, wait, but to become new
to it is okay if there's a motion, oh I'm
I'm I'm in. I'm on a whole new world. Bro.
This this year has expanded my mind in so many
different ways. It's real. Yeah, yeah, see you know what
the ship that I I've always like enjoyed ignoring I
is no longer. I'm like, oh, I should have been listening.
(20:07):
Who would have known that?
Speaker 2 (20:08):
The first four using the respect though, like that that
vision off the ball is crazy, Like you know, there's
a lot of moving parts, a lot of counting, a
lot of a lot of like you know, you know,
as my job. You know, I'm you know, we're off
the ball. We had a we had to look at
formation sacks, you know, to the field of which is
the boundary, where's the running back at? Who's the running back,
who's the receiver. It's a lot of like little pre
(20:30):
snap you know, adjustments.
Speaker 1 (20:33):
Man, oh yeah, oh my god. And I'm over here
just trying to get trying to make sure my da
is go ahead and know that the nub's coming there side.
So they like, Bro, you didn't tell me it was nub.
I'm not gonna lie to you. Bro, that motion happened.
I was worried about taking him to the flat. I
was not worried about your numb And now I get it.
It comes full circle. Boom. You gotta thing.
Speaker 2 (20:55):
You gotta open your vision, you gotta open your stand
third eye.
Speaker 1 (20:59):
I need a third eye.
Speaker 2 (21:00):
The football team does a click that you know, was
there a little rivalry there because because Kelebi was went
to USC versus he you know, did U s la
that you are?
Speaker 4 (21:09):
No?
Speaker 2 (21:10):
I never played against him, you know, I feel like
I you know, I feel like, you know, I feel
like with Jared Goff, it was like I played with
Jared in college, you know what I mean, So like
every time you know in that Jared's my guy, but
it's like every time we play against it there, it's
like we matched up in college. We matched up when
he was the Rams, and matched up when he was
with Detroit. You know, it's like I feel some type
(21:31):
of you know, yeah, like I know me and him
have had some battles. You know, it's like a little different.
Caleb was just kind of like, man, what is this
gonna do? Like, where is he gonna run? You know,
where's he you know running? It was, yeah, it was
an he's faster than I thought he'd be. Oh he
slides for sure, Man, I said, what the hell?
Speaker 1 (21:49):
Hell he really take off for real?
Speaker 2 (21:51):
No, but we never want to see quarterbacks have success
right never.
Speaker 1 (21:55):
You know. That was that dumb orrment. Ah. And now
you know, now we're on a Windis Street because like, yo,
could we could we have had this confidence at the
beginning the year out here like rolling in the cast
like we don't even care who we play right now?
We got we got trash Landa coming up this weekend.
It's man to win. It feels better winning now. So
(22:17):
you guys play for the number one seed this week? Huh, Seattle,
how's that? How's that feel you? I mean you guys
coming off a short week, already short week. I mean
I feel like the process that the process of how
things are done here is really well, is really really good.
So it's like I feel like we have that process.
Now we got to stick to it, you know, study
our pony. I'm gonna have to watch the film after
(22:38):
this probably, you know, just just just a just a
just just died pro.
Speaker 2 (22:42):
You know what I mean. It's that time of season.
Stay locked in and let's get the job done. Like
you know, it's gonna be a big, big night game Saturday.
I mean, what mark do you want? So like, this
is what this is what the greats, you know, this
is anyone when we were kids, this is what we wanted.
This is what dreams are made of. So like, let's
still live our beans and let's take advantage of the opportunity.
(23:04):
Let's have fun doing it.
Speaker 1 (23:05):
We'll be back in a minute. Before you, before you
signed with the Nighties, were you looking at any other
NFC teams, Like at this point, I'm out of it.
I'm out of it. So I'm sort of just like
hating on everybody, you know, I've got some like I
hope everybody loses, But which NFC team looks strong? The
entire NFC West feels.
Speaker 2 (23:24):
Like Yeah, I mean, I mean there was I had
I had my eyes on that bunch of a bunch
of teams where I thought, you know, would would be
a good fit for me as far as like culture wise,
and like you know, obviously they have to have a
need for me as well too, so it's like you
can't just like it's got to be a double sided
type of relationship as well.
Speaker 1 (23:41):
So I feel like there was a couple.
Speaker 2 (23:43):
But you know, I feel like just thing where I'm
at now is like everything just makes complete sense and
it just feels right.
Speaker 1 (23:51):
So I'm I'm happy about it. Fum one, you can
feel that type of way, you know, Like.
Speaker 2 (23:56):
I mean just just this is the most football I've
ever watched in the entire our year. Like what do
you mean, I mean, like most football on TV wise,
Like you know, the last ten years I've been watchings, yeah,
watching you know who. Yeah, even in duck to college.
You know, we got USC, we got you know, you know,
we got the Rams. Whatever. I'm watching that film. Majority
(24:19):
of my time during the week, I barely watched the
TV copy of Mini Games. But this is the most
I've been like sitting on the couch watching a lot
of football games, having the you know, you could put
the four different screens up at once, and I'm like, man,
when I figure that out, I was like, oh, I'm okay, man,
I'm watching boom boom. Watching all these games.
Speaker 1 (24:36):
I enjoyed a red zone for real.
Speaker 2 (24:38):
But yeah, but I really realized, like, okay, as I
sat back and looked at you know, a lot of like,
you know, qualities in these teams, Like, uh, you know,
the thing that I liked about the Niners was just
like they were just getting it. Like they were just
scrappy and obviously it wasn't as clean, you know, they
had some adversity, but it was just, you know, the
scrap was there, and I love that scrap, like you
know what I mean, Like that's just like right coming
(25:00):
from we talked about you know, how low you know,
three star recruits, you know what I mean, you got
you gotta get gribbed me, I gets strappy. So I
just liked that a lot, you know, when I was
watching that from Afar and part of it now not.
Speaker 1 (25:12):
Sing nick Nick Bosa goes down Bryce Huff all of a
sudden turns it up. You got uh you know you
talk about brock Peridy goes down, Mac Jones enters his
own era exactly next man up, next man up mentality,
and it's it's it's like they don't miss a beat.
I understand it. From the other side, I'm like, so
(25:32):
I love when I love when good defense is playing well.
Speaker 2 (25:36):
I think I think it's the testaments of like the
lock Like I said, you ever talked about lock rom earlier?
Its locker line and coaching like yeah, you know, and
just the standard is standard, you know, heading to your eleven?
Speaker 1 (25:45):
How how you treating your body?
Speaker 2 (25:46):
Like?
Speaker 1 (25:46):
And it did you has routine changed in terms of
how you take care of your body, how you watch film.
Speaker 2 (25:52):
I've had a great I've had a great routine, you
know what I mean Like this, I think that some
Scott was propelled me to get to this point. Obviously
there's a little adjustments and little nuances that I add
or subtract as.
Speaker 1 (26:02):
It goes along.
Speaker 2 (26:02):
But you know, I I as I was on a
team this whole year. You know, I made it was
very diligent in my training, was very dilgient in my
bodywork and maintenance, and just kind of just kept that.
You know, that was a huge thing about me coming
here as well as like, you know, the bodywork is elite,
and you know, I had some contacts in the area.
Who are you know, I just kind of took my
plates on my team back at home, so I just
(26:25):
kind of took it from there. But I feel great. Shoot,
I mean that was that. That was the longest I
had gone without hitting anybody, right since I was in
sixth grade.
Speaker 1 (26:35):
Amazing touching the field, I.
Speaker 2 (26:38):
Like, I started feeling like I was like, whoa, Like,
I haven't felt this. My shoulders are so yeah, body's
doing good.
Speaker 1 (26:47):
You know.
Speaker 2 (26:48):
I sick to my routine. You know, study habits are great. Yeah,
I'm a.
Speaker 1 (26:53):
Pros pro man.
Speaker 2 (26:53):
I just want to get it done and and help
out any way.
Speaker 1 (26:55):
I care right to a Super Bowl contender, which would
be you know, if you guys make it the dance
in Palo Alto, because I refuse to call it the
San Francisco super Bowl, Like your stadium is so far
removed from the actual Bay. It's like the Warriors saying, like, l.
Speaker 2 (27:10):
It's like that's what I figured. I realized that, Like
the Bay is, you know, huge, it's different than LA
but because it's like it has the Bay you running
through it, obviously, but.
Speaker 1 (27:17):
Like it takes getting it.
Speaker 2 (27:19):
Getting around in LA is like you know, it'll take
you an hour to get here, take you thirty minutes
to get here, forty five minutes to get here. So
it's like it's kind of like me going to Uglan,
me going to you know, San Francisco, Me going to
Palo Alto, me going you know, it's like, okay.
Speaker 1 (27:33):
I see what you do there. You threw you through
the two Bay area cities out there, and then you
throw pal Alto. No, No, I.
Speaker 2 (27:38):
Don't know San Jose, you know, you know, Santa Clara whatever,
you know.
Speaker 1 (27:42):
I'm still new to the South Bay. So yeah, touche.
I mean you know what, what what would it be
like to like, yeah, we'll talk about this later. You also,
you hit the Super Bowl, I'm calling you immediately, like,
hey know what, both Kendrick brothers get a Super Bowl
that'd be fire. Yeah. Since I'm not in the playoff running,
I can root for you, you know, thanks fre fre Yeah.
(28:09):
Like you know, when I think about where you're at
now and you have like this this upcoming game, you
treat it sort of like a super Bowl if with
everything on the line, a number one, like your top
of your division is clutch. You need that.
Speaker 2 (28:23):
I feel like the focus has to be just like
I mean, it can't. You want to be the same
guy every week, but like, yeah, focus this week needs
to be like locked in, locked in, like you know
what I mean, like focus, focus from here on out.
You know, I feel like, like you said, you know,
every every game is like almost playing for him now,
so you gotta be locked in absolutely.
Speaker 1 (28:43):
I just thought about this. You had, like, you know,
the most time you've ever had off this this season.
Did you add any new cars to the collection. I
know you're a big car guy.
Speaker 2 (28:50):
I did add a new car this off season, and
it was a nineteen eighty six. You gotta look this up.
A nineteen eighty six honed a Sea r X. I
told you I'm gonna teach you how to.
Speaker 1 (29:02):
Drive manual in it.
Speaker 2 (29:03):
Yeah, yeah, bro, I'll teach you how to drive six ship.
It'll be hard to get in initially, but once you
get in it, you'll Once you get in it, you'll
fit in it.
Speaker 1 (29:12):
You and d'anil hunter Bro like, I don't. I don't
understand how he's a car guy. He's taller than me.
Speaker 2 (29:16):
Yeah, he's definitely, he's the biggest car guy. What the
hell is this?
Speaker 1 (29:21):
A souped up and you just see things off like
fast and furious, the original one, like hell, yeah.
Speaker 2 (29:27):
My neighbor had had a CRX throwing up. He had
a He had a CRX and I used to walk
by it on the way home from school and it
was a red one and I was like, man.
Speaker 1 (29:35):
One day, I'm gonna get one of the bro. I
literally just looked up the CRX. It was a red one.
Speaker 2 (29:40):
A no, just like this, but I got a black
one now, so let's clean. Hey, I'm telling you, I'm
telling you when you come to l A, yeah, you know,
we'll get it. We'll get we'll get some we'll set
up some cameras and we'll teach you how to drive.
Speaker 1 (29:55):
Let's be good. Let me show I'm scarred. My brother's
first car was a man Bro. He had a Suzu
Rodeo or banger, and I stalled out so many times,
like in an intersection.
Speaker 2 (30:04):
Listen, you sawed out, but you didn't have someone to
teach you like me. I'm gonna teach you myself. I'm
gonna teach you the right way because I remember what
I had to learn Originally. There was the way I mean,
no shade am, no shade up my mom at all,
love moms, love you mom. But the way my mom
taught me how to try and stick shift, yeah, versus
how my dad taught me. At the time, it was
(30:26):
two different like styles. So now like I have my
own style of teaching, and I think I'm really I
can get you going pretty quick.
Speaker 1 (30:34):
Instructor yay. I taught myself because my brother refused to
teach me because my parents refused to like forbade him
to teach me.
Speaker 2 (30:42):
He didn't want to. He didn't want to share the car.
Speaker 1 (30:45):
No, I think it was more long. No. No, I
was perfectly fine with him driving me everywhere, like I
had a chauffeur. My oder brother was elite at that,
but I was like, you know, I like I like
to trick off on like random like side missions and
so I steal his car and like Roe, like, what
are you gonna do? Tell parents? So then I stole
the car. You have to cover me. You're my older brother,
you have to cover for me. I used to stall
(31:05):
stall out and like probably was ruined in the gear
like the little gear plate man Jake in that thing.
H just just to go get a slurpy roll over,
sonic shout shout out to the to the or I'd
ride I'd ride over the freaking little Caesars for fight
dollar pizza pizzas. I used to buy a fight dollar pizza,
take him to lunch. I used to eat five slices.
I used to sell the other five for everybody does
(31:27):
every everybody? Hey? But I got two sights for a dollar?
What's up?
Speaker 2 (31:30):
I used to I used to just all right, get
my money bag. My stomach is full winning.
Speaker 1 (31:38):
What's your favorite car of all time? Favorite car of
all time? I'll say three. I'll say that's one.
Speaker 2 (31:51):
I'll say the Porsia corre dt mm hmm, that's one
of my newer ones. And I'll say it uh ar
through for Nissan GTR.
Speaker 1 (32:06):
I just love those cars. I know that on GTR.
There was words before that meant nothing to me, but
it was the model. It was the type.
Speaker 2 (32:15):
Yeah, yeah, okay, sure, that's hard because I like, there's
that's that's my list, like I have like a finger list,
but yeah, that's that's a nice short, concise list.
Speaker 1 (32:25):
I feel that. I feel that mine used to be
in Eleanor. I saw it in Condo sixty seconds and
I said, yeah, of course I want that.
Speaker 2 (32:30):
Then I like, like, I like a four GC over
eleanor personally like two thousand and five for GT.
Speaker 1 (32:37):
I mean I'm more along the lines of like A
sixty seven like super beat you But but hey, but
you you, I know you're guy too. I knew I
always wanted a portion. One day, I'll get it, probably
this birthday, like bye by. By my birthday, IM probably
gonna get in my first let's do it car. I
told you I was waiting for allocation. It's so yeah, okay, okay, okay, okay.
(33:00):
So by the time you know birthday rolls around July, baby, Actually.
Speaker 2 (33:03):
You'll never go wrong with that car. It'll be it'll be.
The Porsches are bulletproof, it's just like durable. They're great value.
Speaker 1 (33:11):
But did you make that up? Their bulletproof.
Speaker 2 (33:15):
I mean, I'm just saying, like you could drive your
Porsche to the race track, race it all day and
then just drive it home.
Speaker 1 (33:23):
And because.
Speaker 2 (33:25):
For performance.
Speaker 1 (33:27):
Is bulletproof will take you at work.
Speaker 2 (33:30):
They're durable, They're very durable. And Hair told me, hey,
when you start going to dispensive cars, you know, and
they have issues and it gets pricey. So like if
you spend your money on a Porsche, like it's gonna.
Speaker 1 (33:42):
Last, like get that, it's gonna be better value. You know.
I accept that, just just you know, you know what
I want. I want that g T three r S.
I want that little tail fan will I need I
need the Harws. While I'm going how I need? People
like how the hell did he fit in the thing?
Speaker 2 (33:59):
And bubble hop though, like the bubble top I felt exactly.
Speaker 1 (34:04):
It was me. It was me and my dtackle, Brian Mazie.
Speaker 2 (34:07):
We both hopped in at the exactly because once you
get in it, you're sitting in your bucket exactly, and
then at the top the top of the porch is
like this so your heir.
Speaker 1 (34:15):
Can fit it really is I was like yo, I
was like, I can't get in here. I said, yeah,
this is Yeah, I just gotta figure out the right time.
You know, I gotta find a fire watch and a car.
Tell me, tell me about this this smiley face tattoo. Bro, Like,
you keep throwing it up there and I'm like, but
why there though, Like it's just so random. In between
(34:37):
the people I was with.
Speaker 2 (34:39):
I was with a bunch of friends and we were
on a bachelor party and we were in Barcelona, and
you know, it was like there's ten guys at a party.
Everyone's like, if you're not down to get a tattoo,
and I'm like, let's all get tattooed smiley faces, like
you're not down, and I'm like I'm down. At this point,
I had no tattoos, Like this is your first tatt
(35:00):
I'm like yeah, I'm like cool, whatever.
Speaker 1 (35:01):
Let's get one.
Speaker 2 (35:04):
And then everyone's like, all right, I'm gonna get one
on my thigh, and I was just kind of like,
I don't want a smiley face on my thigh. Like
if I'm gonna get a smile of race, I was like,
I want to get it on my hand. And if
I get it on my hand, it's gotta have red eyes.
So I just like, but if you can see like
the guy who did the tattoo, he he had, I
(35:25):
was like one of the last people to go. So
at that point he was over. He was mad that
he had a tatt eight grown ass like smiley faces,
like he probably he as an artist, He's probably like
I'm better than this, Like is this smiley faces, Like honestly,
we're paying But like at the same time, I was
like he was annoyed.
Speaker 1 (35:45):
So you could see that.
Speaker 2 (35:46):
You can see the reflection of him being annoyed in
my tattoo, which is a great thing to take that
it's not a smile. Let's actually I think it's I
like it. It's better that it's not connected like this,
the circle isn't fully connected. I like that it has
a little character to to the like he was like,
it up, I'm not perfect. Why would my first tattooing perfect?
Speaker 1 (36:05):
You know, so that that was the first one. I
didn't know that was the first. That was about first.
I'm gonna get me. I'm gonna get me one. I
look at it. I look at the wedding band. Bro,
that's all. I'm the only one locked in. I'm like,
I'm locked in if I don't wedding ring I got
my wedding like I'm added in, I'm inked in, bloody
and blood out.
Speaker 2 (36:21):
You gotta you gotta chat it on you.
Speaker 1 (36:23):
Yeah, for sure. You know That's what I'm saying, Like
that's the only one I got, like show you. I'm like,
I got to show now wife. He's like, Yo, it's
faded over the years.
Speaker 2 (36:34):
I mean, you're you're I'm not gonna touch my smiley
though smiling needs to be staying. It needs to stay bad.
I need I needed to say as bad as I
wish he did worse on it?
Speaker 1 (36:45):
Why between the like between the knuckles, Joe, Like, I
just feel like it was a good place to put it,
like like it's random.
Speaker 2 (36:53):
I don't know.
Speaker 1 (36:53):
It makes me want to do like what it is
like your thumb.
Speaker 2 (36:57):
You got some dirt, will think it's a samp like
sometimes like is that a sampoo?
Speaker 1 (37:04):
You better?
Speaker 2 (37:04):
I need some street cred on the end of that.
Speaker 1 (37:05):
You know, what's the respect of my smiley face?
Speaker 2 (37:10):
I need some street crash, you know.
Speaker 1 (37:11):
I need that. I need that. I said through that,
what what are you looking for? What are you looking
forward to next? Not tattoo wise? Now are you still
pushing the curl activator. No, oh yeah, I got curl cream.
Speaker 2 (37:21):
I saw I got curl cream.
Speaker 1 (37:23):
Oh I got that on dead switch lanes. That's what
it was. Look, I'm gonna just misstep on the switch lanes.
Speaker 2 (37:28):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (37:28):
Yeah, But I just you know, I'm you know, I
think that.
Speaker 2 (37:34):
I think there's a lot of things that I'm interested in,
you know, as far as obviously football is always will
but like I love, I have a passion for cars,
you know that. You know, I have a passion for
getting to know people's story as well. I feel like
that's that would be an avenue that I would be
curious to join it on. Like you know, I feel like,
you know, you do the podcast thing. I would want
(37:56):
to be asked. I want to I like asking.
Speaker 1 (37:58):
Questions to know. It's always it's always fun to know
the why. I agree, So I think that would be,
you know interesting. I'm just exciting to see my kids.
Girl up. I mean it's cool. Top up two now.
Speaker 2 (38:10):
I'm oh, dad, I gotta I got a girl.
Speaker 1 (38:16):
You know what's up? Children go get snipped now. Trust me.
I had baby boy, first baby girl. Laughter, Then I
had girl girl. I don't know if you I don't
know if any man is ready to have more than
one daughter. It's real. I the Welcome to the gang,
Welcome to the game.
Speaker 2 (38:36):
But uh yeah, boy girl, it's pretty perfect perfect, Like, hey,
look at look at us.
Speaker 1 (38:42):
I got two hands. God gave me two eyes. I
can I can watch I can watch both of them.
I'm over here plates Zoe covers Bro.
Speaker 2 (38:49):
And just just like, wait, how old are your kids?
Speaker 1 (38:51):
Now? How old? How old? I got a ten tanks
ten at the very top. That's Glory's nine, Nia's seven. Uh,
Chanelle just turned five? Yeah, I got I got ten
through five, and everybody's active, and everybody got multiple sports.
Speaker 2 (39:07):
And I'm looking at my wife like it is five,
just sitting there just like absorbing everything. He's being like
he just fully understands.
Speaker 1 (39:15):
Mean, she don't. She's mean. She's the tailing. She's she's
the COVID baby. Bro. Yeah's socially inept COVID baby. Bro.
Like if it if it's not not mom, she really
don't like us. She and to be clear, she just
doesn't like me. Like I'm like, yo, everybody loves me,
not her. She's like, hey, bros, you know what, though,
(39:39):
She's gonna give you a run. The whole, you know
what I mean, Like yeah, oh yeah, she made a no,
she's like you're not my favorite. I'm like, you know what,
I don't have a ranking system because that would hurt
your feelings if I did.
Speaker 2 (39:50):
And I just feel like all the like, So I
feel like I like the categories myself as a being
a good kid, you know what I mean, like being
pretty pretty easy for my parents have managed. But I'm
a smart ass, so like, yeah, I may do the
right thing. Yeah you know you can count on me.
But like if you say, oh, Eric, did you, like,
(40:11):
you know, did you do your homework, I'm gonna be like, no,
I didn't, like oh no, no, And then and then
they'd be like and I'll be.
Speaker 1 (40:20):
Like, of course I did my homework.
Speaker 2 (40:22):
I'm just to get so like the amount of hard
times I gave my parents for no reason, just because
like at a at a trivial for me. I feel
like that if I get that back, is gonna be like,
oh one of them is gonna be just like you.
Speaker 1 (40:37):
I know.
Speaker 2 (40:39):
So once I start getting messed with in that way,
that's when I realized that I'm gonna lose all control,
because then that's gonna be kar Yeah, it's gonna be
a big, a big spoon of my own medicine.
Speaker 1 (40:51):
It happens, mm hmm.
Speaker 2 (40:53):
And I also like instigate sometimes two where it's like
it's two people have a disagreement. I kind of like,
get get in, I get a bullpop. I wouldn't let this.
It happened to me bro, I get a bullet, I
get a bull of pop born.
Speaker 1 (41:07):
You know what I mean.
Speaker 2 (41:07):
I kind of so like that is like, those are
the two things I worry about the most. Everything else
is the grid. It's that's fair.
Speaker 1 (41:16):
I mean, you're you're you know, you're the middle child
of the of the three, the lower three, you know,
so the second, the second boy son, I always say,
is the best child anyway, So it just says what
it is. Yeah, we're I agree, Thanks for validating me.
I'm like, the first kids a child kids, and the
second kid, we're the best, and then there's a third kid.
(41:37):
You're like, oh, that's we're done now, So what do
you what are you excited about? Man? Come on, in
five days, I got I've got a I've never I've
never actually been out of contract before. I've never played
without guaranteed money. I've never really been out of contract.
We're hitting the whole new stratosphere here. You know. The
(41:58):
only goal I think I had for this year was
something I was like, I was like, find a way
to get to one to twenty five. That happened, and
so I had to readjust goals like to make one
thirty if possible. And now I got one hundred and
thirty one sacks. So like I'm in I'm in mode
of all right, what next, I gotta get to one
hundred and thirty five. Let's just let's get double digits
(42:20):
and we'll see what takes us. So we'll hit ten
sacks this week. I'm at nine and a half. It's
time I need it. Yeah, I thought I had in
the ten sack I finished bro I closed out the
game last week with what it should have been a
sax trip fumble on cam Award, but it was a strip,
so it was a force fumble. I think lit'sten as
(42:40):
a force fumble. And he picks up the ball, throws
it and they called it incomplete and I'm like, well,
that's still a sax trip fumble or whatever. It's not allegedly,
but he was because he picked it up and he
picked it up. You can't throw the ball twice in
a play. He was in throwing motion, ball comes out,
that's strip. So then he picks it up. But just
(43:03):
that makes zero. Now I know the truth.
Speaker 2 (43:06):
Now I know he get you know because you because
you force the fumble. It's not a throwing most not
a throw if it's a fumble. No, it's just because
if it's a throwing motion, then it's a complete pass.
Speaker 1 (43:18):
Worry sack strip though, that's just like, no, no, this
is what I don't get.
Speaker 2 (43:24):
It's a it's a it's a strip fumble.
Speaker 1 (43:26):
Yes, if he jumps on.
Speaker 2 (43:30):
If he jumps on the ball and then you tackle him,
sack fumble if you guys get the ball, sack fumble.
If he picks the ball up and throws the downfield, No,
incompletely pass. That's the second time he's throw And that's dumb.
Speaker 1 (43:42):
That's so it's like that's like when the quarterbacks have
been like, throw the ball and I'm like, the first
time because he didn't throw it the first time because
it was a fumble, but it was a throwing mostly
the first time. I think you should take the fumble
on this bron the fumble I'm going for legacy here, broke.
It was gonna be a fumble regardless. It was a
sax trip fumble. You should have But how fast did
(44:03):
he pick it up? Like it was a perfect bro.
Speaker 2 (44:06):
It's just like like it was a perfect he was
just like.
Speaker 1 (44:16):
I hit the ground, I walked right back up and
by then he had already got the ball. Fun and
what the fudge? Bro, Like, just be unathletic, like you know,
like the Philip Rivers been at Roethlisbergers of the Old World.
Speaker 2 (44:30):
It's the it's the you got lucky, you know, the
ball fumble. Just jump on it, Like, why are you
making it? You know, why you doing something crazy?
Speaker 1 (44:37):
Bro? You're twenty one. Your body feels amazing. Will you
get it? He's been hit a couple of times and like, no,
he doesn't have like the wear and tear of a
ten year vet. No, he's he's year one out and
out there acting as such. Bro, he's standing in the pocket,
slipping out like running around or he looked like a
little kid in the backfield.
Speaker 2 (44:57):
Yeah, he made some breast when Yeah, I mean, you know,
obviously we watched a lot of film, but you know,
watching this film until we played on a few weeks ago. Yeah,
I was like, okay, hey, I had a gator roll
on the roll, like hit him with a sack, Gator roll.
Speaker 1 (45:14):
I got the first sack off of technicality, like he
was falling forward and like you know, dimed one, bro
like dimed one. He touched ground. Oh why are you
a complaining? You should have been a two piece not
a one piece, Like I'm green because he didn't.
Speaker 2 (45:33):
He didn't throw the ball. He fumbled the ball, then
he picked it up. By the way we call game,
at least you, at least you don't know what it's
like to get a sack taken from you by a
defensive end.
Speaker 1 (45:47):
It's not that's we earned that. You're never I've gone
through this conversation with double D Tomorrow David so many
times when a linebacker, Oh I got a sack. Nobody
is ever going to talk about how many sacks you've
ever had in your career, go talk about hold on.
But that's it.
Speaker 2 (46:01):
There's so many things, there's so many things like that
that that come up for having sacks, and you know it,
sacks are important for everybody. But when line this is
the difference between linebackers and defensive n's getting getting getting Uh,
this is the difference between linebackers and defensiven's getting sacks.
And like when linebackers get a sack. Okay, we get
a sack and then we're wrapping them up bringing it
(46:22):
down and you guys may jump in and get a
little piece of it before he hit the ground.
Speaker 1 (46:25):
Cool.
Speaker 2 (46:26):
That turns in to you guys the next the next
that weekend, after the game, linebackers are just moving on
to the next game. We're we're worried about you know,
close left, close right, where the plaz is coming from.
We're worried about the next game. At this point, the
linemen are putting up an argument for getting a half
a sack on that, and then all of a sudden,
when we're about to play the next game, we look
(46:48):
back and are like, wait, I thought I got a
full sack for that. Oh no, Cam took half of
my sack for that I had I had him fully
wrapped up myself then, and then it's just like, what
do I argue about? Do I do I care good
as much about the saf sack because I know he
can does.
Speaker 1 (47:06):
Definitely, do I know he's gonna put terms of the legacy, bro.
Nobody cares if you gonna have thirty sacks of your career.
Guess what, only you and other linebackers care. I'll say
he might have. He might have fallen off already. It's
all right. I'll wrap it up from here. That was

We're had to the final week of the year. Say
(48:21):
say it's got the can Atlanta Falcons and they're playing
at such a high level. We gotta go in with
the Kave plan. We gotta go execute. We gotta play
our brand of football. Now. I don't know who that
leads us implication wise. I've been told we can get
in high as like second to another vision. I don't
give a damn about none of that because I can't
make the playoffs. All I care about is walking out
with this win. We gotta go in Atlanta and show
(48:44):
you know, we are the better team. You know we
have we have things that you know. We caught a
hot streak, undefeated in December, won our games in November.
You know the fact that we're rolling now, peaking at
the right time, just not in the right positions. Because
I think we've got a great locker room. I think
we've got great talent on on our team, and now
we have to reposition ourselves for whatever to come. As
(49:07):
that as an offseason does, because come Monday, it's especially
off season for the new on the Saints, but for
the rest of the league, the injured playoffs. I'll judge
them biasedly because I think if every year is the
Black Girls Super Bowl, but it's not. I'm heaviedly disappointed
and we'll talk about it next week. Appreciate you guys
for tapping in. God bless who that always levels forever
