Speaker 1 (00:00):
Wow, Hey everybody, It's Tuesday, November twelve, twenty twenty four.
Welcome to the NFL Fantasy Football Show where we're closing
the curtains. Me and your man named g Marcus Grant,
joined by Michael n Florio and LaQuan Jones. And we
(00:22):
are now into week eleven, which means, what we can
count on our hands on one hand, how many weeks
are left in the fantasy regular season right at the
eleven twelve thirsty Thursday fifteen. Yeah, so five weeks left
of the fantasy regular season. The good news is fellasale
a whole bunch of buys to try to navigate through too.
Speaker 2 (00:43):
So that's that's great, that's great. Yeah, who do.
Speaker 1 (00:48):
We we write a letter to do? Who do we
who do we send emails to about this?
Speaker 3 (00:52):
To ourselves?
Speaker 4 (00:55):
I guess equivalent, nothing's gonna happen.
Speaker 2 (00:59):
That's a fair point. That is a fair point.
Speaker 1 (01:01):
It's you know, us, us complaining about not having major
buys during you know, late season weeks is sort of
like you know, my kid asking for a lollipop for breakfast,
like you can ask, Like it's it's absolutely not going
to happen.
Speaker 5 (01:15):
Think about all those weeks six lineups that had no
buys in it. Come on.
Speaker 1 (01:19):
Yeah, anyway, we got a lot to talk about on
the show. We did a mail bag on Monday show.
We'll take some more of your questions that you sent
to is via social media. Also, we'll have our waiver
Wire deep Dies and the guys you can put back
on the waiver Wire as well. But let's start with
some of the big questions for week eleven and beyond,
(01:40):
and you might see a theme with some of these
questions here. We'll start in Dallas, where curtains have been
a big topic of conversation for the last couple of days,
and after seeing the Cowboys offense and seeing how they
were not only blinded by the light but pretty much
rob the blind by the Philadelphia Eagles. Michael LEFLOORYO, is
(02:02):
it curtains for Cede Lamb for fantasy?
Speaker 4 (02:06):
Uh?
Speaker 5 (02:07):
I wouldn't say it's curtains, but I would say he
is much more of a fringe starter, Like I'm not
dropping Cede Lamb if I have him, because the upside
I still believe is far too high, Like he is
so talented. But there was a lot of negatives yesterday,
like ten targets is great, but twenty one receiving yards
(02:27):
that is his lowest in a game since Week eleven,
twenty twenty one, and per our researcher Karean Falconi, he
is the first Cowboys player with ten or more targets
and fewer than twenty two receiving yards since Dez Bryan
in twenty fourteen. Like, this is bad. The volume is
good to see. I am hopeful that with more time
(02:48):
with if the Cowboys pick a quarterback, more time leads
to more chemistry and stuff like that, and he's always
gonna have volume. And he is such a good player that,
like he is someone that still can write this ship.
But look, next week, I'm already thinking about sitting Dak Prescott.
So that's kind of where I'm at with him right now.
Ceed Lamb, you mean right, because we're all sitting Dak Prescott.
(03:10):
I'm sorry, Yeah, Yeah, you're starting, Dak. You have bigger problems.
Speaker 3 (03:14):
Yeah, you're down, Dad.
Speaker 1 (03:17):
It looks like it looks like Dak probably done for
the year considering surgery. I think even the best case
scenario think has n't back in six to eight weeks,
which the way the Cowboys season is going, there's no
need to rush him back, so it's probably done for
Dak so far this this year curtained curtains. It's curtain.
I feel like a nineteen twenties gangster. It's curtain for you,
sure Carton, I was definitely Chappelle, Ok, yeah yeah. Meanwhile,
(03:47):
I'm at Carolina Lakwan. We have been waiting for the
arrival of Jonathan Brooks. Then Chewba Hubbard gets the bag.
Then Chewba Hubbard goes over to Germany and runs up
and down on the New York Giants.
Speaker 2 (03:59):
So is it curtains for Jonathan Brooks?
Speaker 5 (04:02):
Sure? Uh?
Speaker 4 (04:04):
For Redraft, Yes, I mean for the rest of the season.
It's more so if like you hold on to him,
you know, hopeful to get his first start, to see
how excited he's going to be. You know, I just
understand that Tooba Hubber is running away with this job.
He is keeping Jonathan Brooks as a rookie abbey where
if it ain't broke, don't fix it. Like I don't
understand why they were rushed Jonathan Brook's back and try
(04:25):
to take off of Touba Harbert's play because this guy
is performing at a high level. On an offense that
it's not exactly the most explosive, not exactly in the
right direction of where Bryce s youung should be in
his development. But therefore Bryce Young's playing a little bit
better these last couple of weeks, and then this run game,
it's going to be on Chooba Hubber's back, because that's
been working since since Andy Dalton took over as the starter.
(04:47):
So I honestly feel like, you know, Jonathan Brooks for
Redraft folks, you know, he's just gonna sit on the
bench until we see some life or Chuba Hubber gets
a late season injury knock on wood that does not
happen because I have too many shares.
Speaker 2 (05:01):
I mean, I do think this was sort of this week.
Speaker 1 (05:05):
It was kind of a sobering moment I think across
the fantasy industry because I think that wasn't unanimous, but
all of us sort of believe that at some point
Jonathan Brooks was going to step in and take over
this job. It felt like Chuba Hubbard was kind of
a bridge to their next running back, right. They figured
out pretty quickly that Miles Sanders wasn't Itchuba Hubbard had
a good year last year and we all sort of
(05:27):
assumed Tuba was just keeping the seat warm until Jonathan
Brooks got healthy. Then they kept slow walking Brooks's return.
They finally activate him and he doesn't play this week,
and Tubay they've recommitted to Cuba and he's playing well.
It does feel like the Jonathan Brooks ascension has been
stiff armed a little bit. Maybe there is some value
(05:48):
down the road, so maybe for dynasty folks, you're still
holding on. But to your point, Lakwan, I think in
redraft leagues you know he's at best a handcuff right now,
and that's it. There's no there's no real value. I
truly hate the Panthers for this. Just frustrating because it's
not how this was supposed to go like at.
Speaker 2 (06:09):
All, not at all.
Speaker 1 (06:11):
Speaking of frustrating, Floria, I take no pleasure in asking
this because you know how I feel about this player.
Speaker 2 (06:15):
But is it curtains for Javonte Williams in Denver?
Speaker 5 (06:20):
Yes, yes, yes, yes, it is a rap. It is
over the fat singing, whatever expression you want to use.
He had one carry in Week ten against the Chiefs.
He had he played just under thirty percent of the
snaps nine routes two targets. His role now is the
(06:41):
worst role you can have. It is the role where
you don't get enough volume and enough work to be
a fantasy asset in your own right, but you see
enough work where you ruin the prospects of another player
because Aldrich estimate fourteen carries fifty three yards. But if
he is not ding any work in the passing game,
(07:02):
that makes him a pure floor type of play. And
you also got to worry about bo Nickson steiling rushing
yards and rushing touchdowns. So Javonte's presence might make it
where like I don't feel good about any of the
Broncos running backs, but for him, it is over.
Speaker 2 (07:17):
You cannot start him at all moving forward right now.
I mean, you're right. I don't I don't want you
to be right, but you're right.
Speaker 5 (07:25):
Let it go.
Speaker 1 (07:27):
I know it just but I guess what's frustrating is
that the usage just fell off a cliff, right. It
wasn't like it was like there was gradually less usage,
like he was getting gradually fewer snaps or touches. Everything
was sort of static until it wasn't right, Like, I mean,
the weeks before this, right week nine thirty seven snaps,
(07:48):
Week eight, forty one, Week seven, you know, thirty eight.
It was all kind of around there about between thirty
five and forty snaps a game, and then this week
sixteen with one Jerry with two targets.
Speaker 3 (08:00):
On Payton him hitting with the you can go ahead
and clock out chief, I.
Speaker 1 (08:04):
Mean yes, but at the same time, and we talked
about this on Monday, Shola Kwan, I mean you were,
you know, telling you saying that that you know, Audrick
estimate has arrived. He's here now, I'm That's why I'm
kind of like, is he though like this, this seems
cool for this week, but then next week did Sean
Payton wake up and realize that, like, oh, I just
I don't know. This feels like a Javonte Williams day,
(08:25):
Like I don't know, he stated at JW.
Speaker 2 (08:28):
Marriott.
Speaker 1 (08:28):
So I'm gonna give the ball to JW in my
backfield or something like that, Like I don't, I don't.
I don't know the logic here, and that's why, like
I want to believe that it's not over.
Speaker 2 (08:39):
Maybe it is, maybe it's not. I just don't know.
I just don't know.
Speaker 4 (08:43):
Oh my god, Sean Payton will be the most hated
coach in the Fantasy Streets next to Arthur Smith if
he does that, If he goes back to Javonte Williams
and Audrey Esime doesn't touch the ball at all next week,
this week, like, I'll be very angry.
Speaker 2 (08:57):
Are there? Smith's doing thing that makes sense?
Speaker 5 (08:59):
Now?
Speaker 1 (08:59):
Though they put in Russell Wilson, they're throwing to George
Pickens there, you know what I mean.
Speaker 2 (09:02):
Look, they're using.
Speaker 1 (09:03):
Jalen Warren and Najie Harris together like their offense makes sense.
Speaker 2 (09:08):
We can't be mad Arthur Smith anymore.
Speaker 4 (09:10):
Let's not summon him before he becomes toxic, because I
really do feel like he listens to this podcast.
Speaker 3 (09:15):
When the Fantasy Streets, Arthur Smith is.
Speaker 1 (09:18):
Like a referee. If you're not saying his name, that
means he's doing a good job.
Speaker 2 (09:22):
That's it.
Speaker 5 (09:23):
If listen to this podcast, I have a lot of
apologizing to do.
Speaker 1 (09:28):
If Arthur Smith listened to this podcast, we hadn't fired
a long time ago, because he would have called the
higher ups to get us moved out of here.
Speaker 4 (09:33):
So I think we're pretty safe. I got a couple
of practices on the way this week anyways, So.
Speaker 1 (09:41):
Sure, make sure they're not ticking. We did some mailback
questions on Monday. Would do a mailback questions here on
Tuesday as well.
Speaker 2 (09:49):
The first one from let me.
Speaker 1 (09:52):
Pull this up right here A Jay Herbow enthusiast uh lakwan,
who ask you this one?
Speaker 2 (09:57):
Do we drop DJ Moore?
Speaker 1 (09:58):
I mean, I know times are tough, and is it
tough enough that we're moving on from DJ Moore?
Speaker 4 (10:03):
I'm never the one to drop players who name sells.
DJ Moore is one of those guys, like it's the
back end, you know, trade deadline is over, so I'm
kind of just rying the ship with him for the
rest of the season. Like I'm I can't see myself
just completely giving up on him because he's still one
of those explosive players and it just falls in a
bag of like if I can't ship them off for
(10:24):
something in return, I'm just going to ride into the
ship just goes down to the bottom of the sea.
Speaker 1 (10:28):
Yeah, I mean, as bad as it is, DJ Morris
kind of the guy that still is getting the majority
of the looks, getting the majority of the opportunities, So.
Speaker 2 (10:38):
He's just hard.
Speaker 1 (10:39):
It's hard because it's sort of like what you talked
about with Javonte Florio, like he's getting enough opportunity that
you can't completely rid yourself of him, but he's not
getting enough that you feel great about having him in
your lineup every week.
Speaker 2 (10:51):
That's the worst place to be, Florda.
Speaker 1 (10:53):
This one from Joe Saviano is worthy. I presumably Xavi,
you're worthy now unworthy of our lineups?
Speaker 5 (11:00):
Yeah? I would say so. Like in his last two games,
six targets, one catch, eleven yards and he has not
topped forty yards in five consecutive games. He was boom
or bust. There was this period in between when Rashid
Rice got hurt and when they had DeAndre Hopkins, where
(11:22):
like it was like, all right, Worthy's getting in a
volume where we could start him because the upside a
lease is there. The volume is gone. We haven't seen
the upside. I loved Worthy as a prospect. I know.
The joke after week one was like, how did the
NFL let the Chiefs get this guy? It's just not
happening right now. The offense is running through d hop
and Travis Kelce and the run game as it should be.
(11:43):
So Worthy right now is a better real life piece
for the Chiefs than he is for fantasy, and he
is dropable, I would say for fantasy purposes.
Speaker 1 (11:51):
I mean you look at sort of how they use him,
and like he's got he's got five games with fewer
than twenty receiving yards. He has four games with more
than twenty receiving yards. Like, if he doesn't score a touchdown,
you're pretty much getting nothing out of him. He's essentially
he's one Dale Robinson with a better forty time not
even that though, he's not He's not even He's not
(12:13):
even getting the usage that that Wan Dale does. But
if everything is short, it's sort of gadgety. They have
not figured out what to do with him. For all
the speed that he has, he's not really a downfield threat,
or at least they haven't used him as such. Yeah,
I think at this point we can just move on
and sort of see what happens next year. But this year,
I don't think it's happening for Xavier Worthy, which by
(12:34):
the way, continues a long track record of the Chiefs
being bad when it comes to drafting wide receivers.
Speaker 5 (12:41):
But you know it's gonna happen now, right.
Speaker 3 (12:43):
He's gonna go off.
Speaker 2 (12:44):
He's gonna go for like a buck twenty this week.
Speaker 5 (12:46):
Yeah, he's gonna catch a super Bowl winning touchdown now.
Speaker 1 (12:51):
In Februo, absolutely, I mean somebody but everything, it's the Bills.
I mean, it wouldn't be a super Bowl winning.
Speaker 5 (13:04):
Yeah, AFC Championship losing touchdown, That's what I meant.
Speaker 1 (13:09):
Besides, he can't really do that because Mikole Hartman is
still on the roster and that's pretty much his job
right now.
Speaker 2 (13:17):
One last one, this one for you, Lakwan.
Speaker 1 (13:19):
I mean we sort of talked about this, but what
the heck happened to Javonte Williams?
Speaker 2 (13:23):
Like what what exactly do we pinpoint it? Is it
just Sean Tayton? Uh, it might be Sean Bayton.
Speaker 4 (13:30):
I mean he's just he's been like it's been rumored
that audra Esimate was going to get more snaps as
the we goes on, and he just catched in last week.
So it's more so like, all right, well not a liar,
And Javonte Williams wasn't terrible, like he was serviceable, but
I guess he's seen something at practice with audre is
just showing up and being explosive, like he's He's one
(13:52):
of those running backs that you want to have as
your workhorse because he's hard to bring down. He has
explosiveness to him. And listen, Javonte Williams, he's had time,
he's had a shot, and maybe you know, it's just
time to move aside and let the young buck get it.
Speaker 1 (14:05):
Everyone was supposed to be Julia McLoughlin, Like, wasn't that
the thing? This is gonna be a little deal.
Speaker 2 (14:11):
Yeah.
Speaker 5 (14:12):
Yeah, there's a whole bunch of fantasy analysts who are
changing tweets from McLoughlin to Estimate right now.
Speaker 3 (14:18):
Oh they're deleted.
Speaker 5 (14:20):
I mean the drum.
Speaker 1 (14:21):
Beat was for Julia mcgloughlin this whole off season, and
like Estimate was like all right, well maybe, and now
it's like, oh now it's Audric Estima's world.
Speaker 2 (14:29):
Man. I mean just just I don't know.
Speaker 1 (14:31):
It's like Leonardo DiCaprio, when somebody turns twenty eight, you
just move them aside and you bring somebody else in.
Speaker 2 (14:36):
I love that.
Speaker 1 (14:42):
This is what happens when I get a good night's sleep.
This is the this is how I am. Anyway, thank
you all for your questions. As always, you can hit
us up on Twitter individually, you can hit us up
at NFL Fantasy on Twitter.
Speaker 2 (14:54):
Yeah, and we'll try. We'll try to do more of these.
Speaker 1 (14:55):
We have not done enough mail bag segments, so we
will be better about getting some of your questions involved.
Didn't know what we do on the show. All right,
Gonna take a quick break. Stick around for more of
the NFL Fantasy Football Show. Back here on the NFL
Fantasy Football Show.
Speaker 2 (15:13):
Let's sun our attention.
Speaker 5 (15:14):
To the deep dive waiver wire.
Speaker 2 (15:18):
If we are diving deep in this one, Lakwan, who
might we be looking for?
Speaker 5 (15:22):
Ah Man?
Speaker 4 (15:23):
If I'm on the waiver wire and I need explosive,
If why isn't it mvs. Marquis Valdez scandling Man? Honestly,
he becomes the biggest playmaker for the Saints offense at
wide receiver. If we're gonna be honest, I mean, I
hate deep diving like this for a Saints wide receiver
because honestly, there is no really other options. So if
you want Derek Carr to be explosive, he loves throwing
(15:44):
the deep ball. I'm not gonna say it's a plug
and play of a Rashiet she heats role, but it.
Speaker 3 (15:49):
Kind of is.
Speaker 4 (15:49):
So if I can get some of these opportunities to
have the explosives as a flex, Like I said, you
gotta be down bad in the fantasy streets, were gonna
get an MVS off the way. Rewired this late in
the game when I.
Speaker 1 (16:02):
Was putting together the list of sleepers for the week.
I got to mvs's name and I'm like, I do this?
Should I do this? And I'm like, I'm like, there's
got to be somebody. I'm like, like there's a good matchup.
There's got to be somebody else in New Orleans and
I'm scrolling through the wide receivers and I'm like, I'm
like Dante Pettis. No, oh, man, I forgot he was there.
(16:23):
End Yeah, forty nundred legend Dante Pettis. I'm like, no,
that's gont happen.
Speaker 5 (16:28):
You know.
Speaker 1 (16:28):
I was like, I was like, what is a Kevin
Austin Junior. I have no idea.
Speaker 2 (16:32):
I'm like, if you're looking at wide receivers in New Orleans,
it kind of is MVS.
Speaker 1 (16:37):
I mean, I know some people are trying to make
Mason Tipton a thing, and I'm like, I don't think
he's a real person. Just it's it's kind of mvs.
I don't I don't know, man, I mean, you're not wrong.
It's just gross. It's just gross, that's all. That's all. Meanwhile, Florida,
the guy that you have on your list, you know
who could use a team like him, the Jets.
Speaker 2 (16:57):
But you know they would never, they would never bring
in a guy like this.
Speaker 5 (17:00):
Mike Williams has one catch, one catch as a Pittsburgh Steeler.
He has already done more than he has as a
New York Jet. And this is the thing, Like, he
played nine snaps yesterday and ran just six routes, barely
any involvement. Yet he caught the game winning thirty two
yard touchdown. And what I think this shows is that one,
Mike Williams can still play, and two that there is
(17:23):
upside here because the Steelers have been searching for another
option in the passing attack not named George Pickens. And look,
Van Jefferson, he's just a guy. Calvin Austin. They're generating
touches for him, but they need another out wide wide
receiver and Mike Williams. Look, I'm not telling you you
(17:43):
could start him next week, even though it's a good
matchup against the Ravens, we got to see him play
more and get acclimated in this offense. But I do
think there is upside where come the end of the season,
you could be plugging him into your lineup, especially like
look at his schedule after this week again, the Ravens, Brown's, Bengals, Browns, Eagles, Ravens.
That's five matchups in a row. He ends the fantasy
(18:06):
season with the Chiefs. You don't play him there, but
that's five good matchups in a row. So the floor
might not be safe, but the upside is high. Once
he's out there and playing the full allotment of snaps,
I could see him being very fantasy relevant. So at
him now while he's.
Speaker 2 (18:20):
Cheap and you could just kind of stash him on
your bench.
Speaker 1 (18:23):
I mean, what we saw in week ten was sort
of what people anticipated, right that he's a guy who
can be a deep ball threat with a quarterback who
throws a pretty good deep ball, and you know they
connected once. It was one that counted, and maybe that
is the sign of things to come for them.
Speaker 2 (18:39):
Maya's very much. It's I was a seasonal, it's weekly.
Speaker 1 (18:43):
It's Will Disley, and we've been talking about the Chargers
offense and how it really has taken a step forward,
how Justin Herbert's actually getting to throw the football a
little bit more.
Speaker 2 (18:53):
And will Disling.
Speaker 1 (18:54):
The numbers aren't great, but he's getting a lot of targets,
he's running routes, he's getting opportunities, and mostly because of
the fact that we have four teams on a bye
this week, and you've got some pretty good tight ends
that are not going to.
Speaker 2 (19:10):
Be available for you in week eleven.
Speaker 1 (19:13):
I mean you're going to be missing you know, the
Browns are all right, sorry that's the wrong week, look
at the week ten, but you've got the Buccaneers who
are off, which means you don't have Kate Otten this week.
Speaker 2 (19:24):
The Cardinals, so no Trey McBride.
Speaker 1 (19:26):
If you are, you know, a psycho and you're trying
to plug either Jatavian Sanders or Theo Johnson into a lineup,
those guys are not going to be available. So you
are going to be missing some tight ends this week.
And that is of course not knowing what Dalton kincaid
status potentially could be for this week against Kansas City
as well, after he got banged up on Sunday so
you might be in the need for a tide industry,
(19:47):
and well, Disley could be your guy who's getting a
lot of opportunity and a charger offense that seems to
have rediscovered the forward pass at this point. So if
you're adding somebody, you're also probably releasing somebody who goes
back in the free agent pool.
Speaker 4 (20:01):
Olq oh, Sterling Shepard, Man, get him out of here, man.
I mean, since you know Godwin and Mike Evans you know,
where injured. We were hoping that he could step up
and be, you know, that guy in that offense that
they could be targeted heavily. But twenty two receiving yards
per game since week seven, only three targets per game
since week seven. This is not you know, Baker Mayfield's homeboy,
(20:24):
like his bro since you know they were you know,
college teammates. But it's like he's completely out of here.
There's nothing there. It's Kaden's offense. He's going to see
most of the bay him Sterlan Shepard, you were gone
out of Benro you were now on the wire.
Speaker 2 (20:40):
It was a.
Speaker 1 (20:40):
Weird game for Baker Mayfield because lately he made some
wild plays and you know, he gave the Bucks a
real shot to win against the forty nine. But then
you go back and you look at the numbers and
they weren't great.
Speaker 2 (20:54):
They really weren't.
Speaker 3 (20:55):
No, they were not great.
Speaker 2 (20:58):
They were not great.
Speaker 1 (20:59):
I mean, like to watch to watch him playing and
to see what the statistics were afterwards. I mean, one
hundred and sixteen yards, just one touchdown, fewer than nine
fantasy points. Maybe it's because me being a nervous Niner
fan and just felt like he was carving them up,
but really that was not the case at all. On
Sunday and certain Shepherd not getting a lot of opportunity.
(21:20):
Lurio grand opening, grand closing for Kamani Vidal, I guess, huh.
Speaker 5 (21:24):
Yeah it's over. And Vidala is someone that I have
been stashing on a lot of teams since like July
and being like, you just watched one injury. This kid
was gonna show you what he's got. It took a
injury to Gus Edwards just for him to get on
the field. And I know that first game where he
caught the like thirty eight yard touchdown or whatever it was,
I was feeling great. Actions speak a lot louder than words,
(21:48):
and the Chargers' actions are they just do not trust
Kamani Vedel. When he was the RB two, we saw JK.
Dobbins routinely touching the ball twenty twenty five plus times.
He did not have a game with ten touches in
it in the four that he was active. Then Gus
Edwards is back, Kimani Videl is back to being inactive,
and Gus Edwards had more touches yesterday than Videll had
(22:09):
in any of the games that he was active. So
it clearly is going to take an injury to JK.
Dobbins for him to get more of a workload, And
even then they might just use a whole bunch more
of Gusts and have him be sprinkled in as the
RB two. It probably takes two injuries for him to
become fantasy relevant. So it pains me. I'm very fearful
(22:30):
that once I drop him will be the week that JK.
Dobbins eventually suffers an injury. I'm not rooting for it,
but that is my fear. But I think for right
now it is fine to throw him back on the
waiver wire.
Speaker 1 (22:40):
Yeah, I mean, even if there were an injury to
somebody ahead of him. Who's to say that Hassan Haskins
doesn't step in there because he got a little bit
of run and a couple of touches yesterday as well.
So there's definitely no guarantee that, you know, somebody else
not being available and necessarily jumps in there and makes
things okay for Kamani Vidal and that you know, again
(23:04):
there's another guy. I think we were really touting before
the season started that it just has not worked out
for at all. I was very surprised going through and
looking at roster percentages to see the number of rosters
that gave Davis was still on.
Speaker 2 (23:17):
It's about thirty percent across all platforms. That is way
too much. I mean, first.
Speaker 1 (23:24):
Off, gave Davis is sort of the eternal cardio king,
and it hasn't mattered where he has been. I mean,
it was that way in Buffalo, it's that way in Jacksonville.
I mean nineteen yards in the lost to Minnesota. He
has not had more than sixty five yards in a
(23:45):
game so far this year, didn't have two touchdowns they
both gave him in the same game and a loss
to the Bears. But I mean gave Davis he seemed
like a wonderful teammate, Guys seemed to like him, but
he really is just getting the steps in out there
more often then there's just no way to justify keeping
him on a roster. It doesn't matter who the quarterback is.
(24:07):
I don't care if it's Trevor Lawrence. I don't care
if it is Mac Jones. I don't care if they
bring Mark Brunell back. He's just not getting targets, no
reason for him to be on as many rosters as
he is at this point across fantasy football. There you go,
wait to clean up your roster and help you a
little bit better for the stretch run. Because we only
have five weeks left until the fantasy playoffs starts, so
(24:28):
time to start getting your house in order meantime. That
will do it for this edition of the NFL Fantasy
Football Podcast. They happy, safe and healthy, do good and
live well through waiver claims in everybody, and we'll talk
to you again tomorrow.
Speaker 5 (25:00):
Don't none. Yeah,
