has to do with one unit on their team.

And if there anybody that's been Mike Jackson Superman, that's
been Mike Jackson. He had a pick yesterday for a touchdown.
The week before against the Niners, he had to pick.
So when you're looking at this Carolina Panthers defense for
two weeks now, they had three take takeaways two weeks.

In a row, last week against the Niners, then this week.

And it's when you have a defense that continues to
put the ball in the offensive hands, it gives yourself
a chance. And then when you're able to do that,
when you don't even need the offensive score points. This
is what usually happens. And this is against a really
probably one of the best offensive units in the NFL
in the La Rams. That's how potent a defense is

that takes the ball away can be for your team.
So what Dave Canalis has over there defensively with their
ability to stop plays but then also put points on
the board for your team. I think if the Carolina
Panthers are able to continue this streak, the NFC South spot,
the NFC is self title is up there for the
taking for them if they cane to continue to take
the ball away.

Willie, Yeah, and think about the Panthers. We saw them
on Monday night against San Francisco forty nine ers and.

They didn't look good. They didn't look great at all.

Then they turn around have to play the hottest team

to myself, Man, I don't know if they're going to

I'm saying, man.

way man, this team and the way they use him

off the tape. You're seeing this team, this offense, this

defense all come together as one. He's a young head
coach that you turn on the tape, you hear say
time after time, Hey, just believe in the process.

They're seven to six, leading in the division. And right
now the Panthers are scary. They're a legit dangerous outfit
because of Bryce Young and Dan Canell's the head coach
of the Carolina Panthers.

Rams or Panthers fan, because all we've had to hold

But credit to the Panthers right now, and the Panthers
are one of the strangest teams in the league.

They may be the strangest team in the league, in
the team that the fact that you could have these
terrible losses that really do look.

Bad, and then you can buy to beat the best
team in football. Panthers last seven games, this is them
win lost, win lost, win lost, win, back and forth
and back and forth. Now they go into that even
also strange week fourteen bye, So we're not going to
see them for two weeks.

Bring up the NFC playoff picture is they're going to
include the Carolina Panthers. It's hard to talk about them
without doing this. All right, So they're they're in like
the worst fot you want to be in seven and six. Okay,
they're way down there at the ten. But they're not
gonna lose next week because they don't play Some of
those teams will and then they just have this little
fourth game gauntlet of Saints, Bucks, Seahawks, Bucks. Can the

Panthers get in? I don't think they're a playoff team
right now because they don't win two games in a row.
You gotta win a couple of games in a row.
I love that you beat the Rams, but it would
be very Panthers to go away, come back and then
loose to the Saints. We thought we had something bright shung.
Is this story that we're just waiting to wrap our
arms around. Such a good dude, such a good story.

I said this last week after they got blank twenty

they played the Bucks twice in the last month, and
it's going to turn in a long way towards the

first career pick six. Max Brosner's first game, and it
was not a good one. He finished with four interceptions.

You know, this defense is banged up, no Boats and
no Fred Warner, but they're flipping the field, they're forcing turnovers,
they're winning with special teams.

But when you put it together, what's the leading spearhead
in this team. It's the forty nine Ers defense. And
you got to give credit to old Bob Salad. He
had a rough turnout here in New York.

Readmit himself back in San Francisco, and he's doing it
with a defense who's really believing in getting after the football, playing,
playing with structure, force a gag tackle, when they're doing
all the little things you need to do.

This time, you had to win football games. They had
to go in to Cleveland.

They had three sacks, and you talk about having no name.
Guys believe in this system that can help everybody eat.
And when you watch the secondary, homie, you watch this
defensive line light out, be relentless, getting after the quarterback.
It's all because of Robert Salad and how he's constructing
a defense that can stay on the attack, and it's
comptability in football when you turn on the forty nine
Ers type. So credit the forty nine Ers defense, Credit

Robints Salad, and credit the fact that the Niners right now, Man,
they're scary.

I think the only thing that's more scarier than the
Niners defense is in the exact same division as a
Seattle Seahawks defense.

I remember a few weeks ago where I saw DeMarcus

Five turnovers, a sack, Max Brosner four times for a total,
and held the Vikings offense to a total one hundred
and sixty two yards. Guys, this is a defense that
no matter how many questions you may have about Sam Darnold,
and you know whether he gets under pressure or whatever,
this defense rattles a lot of offenses. Okay, So when
you have that type of defense that can get after

a quarterback, that can put points on the board, that it's.

Really really physical.

You will not only like stableized states for your offense,
but you can dominate teams. And that's exactly what the
Seattle Seahawks.

I look at the Bucks who were getting their head
dunked underwater and need to get up and breathe, and
they did.

six and five. They needed this win bad. You can't
go to six and six and lose the Arizona Cardinals.

It's like, it's fine, it's very winnable. I personally have
the Bucks finishing ten and seven. I think they're gonna
be a ten and seven team. Who knows if I'm
right or wrong, but they're just one of these these
bubble teams right now, there's a lot of them, and
they're fighting against their own division, they're fighting outside the division.
It was a textbook like twenty twenty five Baker Bucks win.
Baker comes off an injury, he didn't put up huge numbers.

Who cares they scored, they're missing this guy, this guy.
They needed to win. So I think they needed to
win yesterday, maybe worse than any team in the league
because four and ozho in zero to four in the
last month and you're out, can't have it.

You're not going to remember Bucks Cardinals in Week thirteen
ever again. But the fact that they got it and
they survived very much going to be a factor down

anything about the Bears or Eagles, and you didn't know
where you were, you were just totally oblivious. And when
the Eagles walked out and the Bears walked out, the
game started. If I were to tell you, all right,
one of these teams is the raining Super Bowl champ
playing in front of their home fans, and the other

team is, you know, on a big stage, maybe a
little skittish, maybe kind of a pretender. And back to
the shallow end, you'd say, well, the Bears are obviously
the champs. The Eagles, I'm not sure they can't tackle anybody,
they can't stop anybody. It's not that the game went
the way it did early, it's how it went. It
wasn't the Eagles offense struggling. It was the Bears running
through the teeth of that Howie Roseman war chest of defense.

All these Jalen Carter and all these Georgia guys in
first round did nothing. They did not make a play,
they did not make a tackle. And instead of just
disparaging them, I will just say, this is the masterpiece
of Ben Johnson.

and Ben Johnson is playing this thing beautifully.

defense schemes is all working for the Bills right now

put the ball in the offensive hands, it gives yourself
a chance. And then when you're able to do that,

probably one of the best offensive units in the NFL
in the La Rams. That's how potent a defense is

that takes the ball away can be for your team.
So what Dave Canalis has over there defensively with their
ability to stop plays but then also put points on
the board for your team. I think if the Carolina
Panthers are able to continue this streak, the NFC South spot,
the NFC is self title is up there for the
taking for them if they cane to continue to take
the ball away.

one of these teams is the raining Super Bowl champ

little skittish, maybe kind of a pretender. And back to
the shallow end, you'd say, well, the Bears are obviously
the champs. The Eagles, I'm not sure they can't tackle anybody,
they can't stop anybody. It's not that the game went
the way it did early, it's how it went. It
wasn't the Eagles offense struggling. It was the Bears running
through the teeth of that Howie Roseman war chest of defense.

All these Jalen Carter and all these Georgia guys in
first round did nothing. They did not make a play,
they did not make a tackle. And instead of just
disparaging them, I will just say, this is the masterpiece
of Ben Johnson.
