Good Morning Football Everybody presents it by Old Trapper Beef Jerkey.
It's Monday, December first, a fresh month, and we're going
to have some answers by the end of it.
Speaker 3 (00:19):
In the NFL.
Speaker 2 (00:20):
Jamie Eard, I'll here in la As always with my
guy man t I Tayo, and in New York Willie
Cologne hanging out with Kyle Brandt, proudly and hopefully not
still wearing the same T shirt that he wore on Friday.
But honestly, Kyle, I wouldn't put it past you.
Speaker 1 (00:34):
No, I got a whole bunch of these, and I'll
where if the Bears win on the weekend. All the
Bears do is win even on a Friday. Guys, they
are the number one seed right now in the National
Football League. The question is who is in the AF seed?
Because there was some late action last night that we'll
get you that made determine that it's Jamie, it's Mantitayo,
it's Willie Connor, me and New York.
Speaker 4 (00:54):
Should we start the show, will It's good to go.
Let's start the show.
Speaker 2 (01:11):
Welcome, Good Morning Football presented by Old Trapper.
Speaker 1 (01:15):
All Right, I mentioned this Fronco's commanders, this is a
Sunday nighter, and Boat Nicks and Jaydon Daniels.
Speaker 4 (01:19):
We mess you Jaye Daniels badly, and Soda is Washington.
Marcus Mariota is a gritty Betty.
Speaker 1 (01:24):
Did what he could, including tone who works.
Speaker 4 (01:26):
He made a stupid catch one hand.
Speaker 1 (01:29):
Well, you were saying, it's like kind of like a
miniature Odelta lot Way.
Speaker 4 (01:33):
At thirteen is skinny to grab one hand back of
the end zone. Touchdown uniforms look great across the board.
Speaker 1 (01:38):
We're going overtime, though, Froncos get the ball and they
scored the win. It's over right, No, no, no, you
guys got to keep up with a new overtime. It
doesn't end on a touchdown. Erdy first team scores it.
Everybody change changes constantly. It's evolving. Terry McLaurin is evolving
into a touchdown score it overtime.
Speaker 4 (01:54):
Dan Quinn doesn't going for two. We're going gotta have it,
gotta got on up in the game.
Speaker 1 (01:58):
Nick Tonto ends the game. It is over Mariot. Jeremy
Nicholas says wide, I don't just get it there and
he can't. And I was just to give credit to
Benito Mario a filthy uniform twenty seven to twenty six.
Speaker 4 (02:12):
The Broncos never lose, Jamie.
Speaker 2 (02:14):
He worked so hard in that game, and you're right,
it would have just taken a little bit higher flick
of the wrists and nothing would have dropped over and
be a very different show this morning.
Speaker 3 (02:21):
But it's not.
Speaker 2 (02:22):
You know what, The Broncs have handled their business a
ton this season.
Speaker 3 (02:25):
Ten wins for them in.
Speaker 2 (02:26):
The AFC, same with the Patriots, and now there is
a new team atop the NFC, Kyle, and a lot
of it has to do with whatever went down in
Carolina yesterday.
Speaker 4 (02:35):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (02:36):
I don't know if everybody was looking at Rams Panthers
as the game to watch, but I jumped off of
red Zone to watch this game.
Speaker 4 (02:41):
I said goodbye to Scott.
Speaker 1 (02:42):
I'm like, I'm gonna watch exclusively Rams Panthers.
Speaker 4 (02:45):
Bryce Young's great against the Falcons. That's not enough. You
got to play well against a lot of teams.
Speaker 1 (02:51):
And guess what, Matthew Stafford already having thrown one pick,
now throws the pick six. That's Mike Jackson. His actual
name is mike Ye.
Speaker 4 (02:58):
Actually, it's incredible. He's hurt him all before, but he's
never picked off. Look at that birth eleven games.
Speaker 1 (03:03):
Two, first half versus Carolina two. Matthew Stafford double his
interception total against the Panthers on the road, compounding fourteen
to seven.
Speaker 4 (03:11):
Stafford.
Speaker 1 (03:12):
Oh, Davonte. You know, Davante just passed Antonio Gates for
most receiving touchdowns all time.
Speaker 4 (03:18):
One hundred and seventeen.
Speaker 1 (03:19):
Oh well, seventh all time ever, Dave Canalis, he's making
this thing work.
Speaker 4 (03:24):
On a fourth and three, Briday got it.
Speaker 1 (03:28):
Jalen Coker number eighteen really.
Speaker 4 (03:32):
Really a great throwing by Bryce Shaw and happy to
see it.
Speaker 1 (03:34):
Fourth quarter Rams down. Remember they're the number one seed
right now. Playoff start today, which they don't. Pooka the
bleeping coola.
Speaker 4 (03:43):
What are you doing, Pooka. That's not something that's done
in this sport. But he did it.
Speaker 1 (03:48):
Anyways, He had six catches, seventy two yards.
Speaker 4 (03:51):
Kyn kyn kyen.
Speaker 1 (03:54):
They got those two running backs. We saw Blake Korum
in this one, which we'll talk about shortly. Rams lead
twenty twenty four, but do not sleep on these Panthers.
Speaker 5 (04:02):
On a fourth and two let it go, Bryce Tech Toroa,
Nilan touchdown, Panthers take the lead, fifth league change of
the game.
Speaker 1 (04:13):
Mcnowe's had four touchdowns in three games. He only had
one catch on the day. That was it Stafford strip
sacked by Eric Brown, Big Philip, see you later. That
was a third and ten. They were already in field
goal range. The one thing he couldn't do was fumble.
Speaker 4 (04:27):
He did it. He's furious the Rams lose.
Speaker 1 (04:31):
Afterwards, McVeigh was talked about.
Speaker 4 (04:33):
He overlooked the Panthers. He did not like the question.
There's a tough loss and the Rams never lose there.
Now on to nine and three.
Speaker 1 (04:40):
The Panthers very much alive in seven and six, thirty
and twenty eight. But here's our guy, the guy who
picked six, Matthew Stafford. Mike Jackson on that allure and
that aura of Matthew Stafford this year, talk about it.
Speaker 6 (04:54):
Just kind of play today all week, just kept talking
about how great he is and how he was Superman
with no Kate. It was just like, at the end
of the day, is about who's better today? We were
and we got the ball out twice what three times?
So we got to resume that we want then.
Speaker 4 (05:09):
When you hear that that outside noise.
Speaker 6 (05:11):
And you have the other Yeah, because it's like I
had to keep my composure because y'all was just acting
like the man. Don't get me wrong, he's a Hall
of fame in life. When he's having his Hall of
Fame speech, I'm gonna be thinking about this peach. So
he's great, But at the end of the day, like
it's about who's better that day.
Speaker 2 (05:28):
Superman with no cape though, he still got like he
still can get the job done. He's just got under
the buttons and then all of a sudden he is Superman.
But man, the Panthers just dismantled Matthew Stafford yesterday playing
Great Panthers now a half game back in the NFC
South from the Buccaneers Mantai And a lot of it
has to do with one unit on their team.
Speaker 4 (05:45):
Yeah, the defense has been incredible.
Speaker 7 (05:47):
And if there anybody that's been Mike Jackson Superman, that's
been Mike Jackson. He had a pick yesterday for a touchdown.
The week before against the Niners, he had to pick.
So when you're looking at this Carolina Panthers defense for
two weeks now, they had three take takeaways two weeks.
Speaker 4 (06:02):
In a row, last week against the Niners, then this week.
Speaker 7 (06:05):
And it's when you have a defense that continues to
put the ball in the offensive hands, it gives yourself
a chance. And then when you're able to do that,
when you don't even need the offensive score points. This
is what usually happens. And this is against a really
probably one of the best offensive units in the NFL
in the La Rams. That's how potent a defense is
(06:26):
that takes the ball away can be for your team.
So what Dave Canalis has over there defensively with their
ability to stop plays but then also put points on
the board for your team. I think if the Carolina
Panthers are able to continue this streak, the NFC South spot,
the NFC is self title is up there for the
taking for them if they cane to continue to take
the ball away.
Speaker 8 (06:45):
Willie, Yeah, and think about the Panthers. We saw them
on Monday night against San Francisco forty nine ers and.
Speaker 4 (06:49):
They didn't look good. They didn't look great at all.
Speaker 8 (06:51):
Then they turn around have to play the hottest team
in the NFL in the La Rams. And I'm saying
to myself, Man, I don't know if they're going to
survive this one either. But Brian Shungman fourth and two
reign in his face. He goes, hold my gatoradd I
got this? You want to shootout against Matthew Staff And
I'm saying, man.
Speaker 4 (07:05):
What what? What's in?
Speaker 8 (07:07):
What's in Bryce Young's cheeriolds for him to perform this
way man, this team and the way they use him
in this game particularly, they use his mobility, get him
into the.
Speaker 4 (07:15):
Edges, moving that pocket. They didn't they didn't have him.
Speaker 8 (07:17):
Sitting in the well like they did against San Francisco.
Speaker 4 (07:20):
We're far him.
Speaker 8 (07:20):
It's hard for him to dissect when you look out
Bryce Young in this game, he played to the strength.
He didn't stay stagnant. He moved, He dipped, dink and dunk.
He did everything he needed to do to propel this offense.
And if you're if you're Dan Canell's right now, the
confidence he's really laying on the Bryce Young is popping
off the tape. You're seeing this team, this offense, this
(07:42):
defense all come together as one. He's a young head
coach that you turn on the tape, you hear say
time after time, Hey, just believe in the process.
Speaker 4 (07:50):
Believe in what we're trying to do. Now.
Speaker 8 (07:52):
They're seven to six, leading in the division. And right
now the Panthers are scary. They're a legit dangerous outfit
because of Bryce Young and Dan Canell's the head coach
of the Carolina Panthers.
Speaker 4 (08:01):
This is a fun outcome.
Speaker 1 (08:02):
There's a fun outcome for are neutral faners, not a
Rams or Panthers fan, because all we've had to hold
on to our only foothold on the NFL this year.
Speaker 4 (08:10):
But nobody's great. Who's great? No, the Rams are great.
Speaker 1 (08:12):
There are number one in all the power rankings and
they're the only great team.
Speaker 4 (08:15):
In the league. I don't know about that. What just happened.
Speaker 1 (08:18):
They just went to the Panthers and lost, and Stafford
all of a sudden through.
Speaker 4 (08:21):
A couple of picks.
Speaker 1 (08:22):
So in this season of just disarray, where all these
young quarterbacks are good and the old ones aren't in
it's fun now that we have even more because now
I don't know what to handle it all. The Rams
are still good in the Rams arenn me be the Rams?
But credit to the Panthers right now, and the Panthers
are one of the strangest teams in the league.
Speaker 4 (08:37):
They may be the strangest team in the league, in
the team that the fact that you could have these
terrible losses that really do look.
Speaker 1 (08:44):
Bad, and then you can buy to beat the best
team in football. Panthers last seven games, this is them
win lost, win lost, win lost, win, back and forth
and back and forth. Now they go into that even
also strange week fourteen bye, So we're not going to
see them for two weeks.
Speaker 4 (08:58):
And let's let's let's talk about it.
Speaker 1 (09:00):
Bring up the NFC playoff picture is they're going to
include the Carolina Panthers. It's hard to talk about them
without doing this. All right, So they're they're in like
the worst fot you want to be in seven and six. Okay,
they're way down there at the ten. But they're not
gonna lose next week because they don't play Some of
those teams will and then they just have this little
fourth game gauntlet of Saints, Bucks, Seahawks, Bucks. Can the
(09:23):
Panthers get in? I don't think they're a playoff team
right now because they don't win two games in a row.
You gotta win a couple of games in a row.
I love that you beat the Rams, but it would
be very Panthers to go away, come back and then
loose to the Saints. We thought we had something bright shung.
Is this story that we're just waiting to wrap our
arms around. Such a good dude, such a good story.
Speaker 4 (09:43):
Just let us love you.
Speaker 1 (09:44):
I said this last week after they got blank twenty
to nine. Let us love you, Go away, rest, relax,
do whatever, and then you have four games to let
us love you, Bryce Young. In the meantime, We're not
going to unless you can at least win two games
row hell of a win. Got to put two back
to back.
Speaker 2 (09:58):
Panthers are undefeated in games that they played in where
they have won by three points or less five and
oho this season. Kyle, I think that had something to
do with the last point that you just made. However,
my mind when completely blank after looking at that NFC
playoff picture. Bring it up again, because was it not
just last Thursday when that bear was on the right
side of the screen. Was the bear not lurking up
(10:19):
until today?
Speaker 3 (10:20):
Because it's just so large and I feel like it's
staring right at me.
Speaker 1 (10:24):
Yeah, and I all I've been told about the Bears
is they haven't beaten anybody.
Speaker 4 (10:28):
They can't beat anybody they beat up on these terrible teams.
Speaker 1 (10:32):
They just absolutely beat the hell out of the rating,
NFC champions, raining Super Bowl champions. I will talk about
that game in a little bit like as you know.
I was there, I was with the people in the crowd.
It stunned in Lincoln Financial. But I mentioned that the Panthers. Guys,
they played the Bucks twice in the last month, and
it's going to turn in a long way towards the
NFC style. Why don't we check in on the Bucks
(10:53):
right now because they've played It was Cardinals box. I
don't know if it jumped off the marquee, but here's
what happened yesterday. We're back in Tampa. Baker's out there.
He was in a sling.
Speaker 4 (11:02):
Then in the last game, looking looking.
Speaker 1 (11:07):
Alone, we can store Kristin Works, a great athlete, all
pro left tackle touch it a tunny wide open.
Speaker 4 (11:14):
Even the lineman loved Tristan word. Look at that took
the big fell off.
Speaker 1 (11:17):
Who did that? That was awesome? It was a Baker No, no,
not a chance. But look Bucky's back.
Speaker 4 (11:22):
Fucky touched it down. It's a great to see him back.
He missed seven games, guys, seven.
Speaker 1 (11:28):
And the Buccaneers eventually beat the Cardinals and get to
seven to five they needed.
Speaker 3 (11:32):
All right, Viking's supposed to be in town.
Speaker 2 (11:35):
Highly emotional playing Sam Darnold and the Seahawks.
Speaker 3 (11:37):
Well, it's also.
Speaker 2 (11:38):
Emotional for an undrafted rookie making a start.
Speaker 3 (11:41):
That is Max Brosmer.
Speaker 2 (11:42):
Everybody doing what I'm pretty sure I mean, I've never
played quarterback before. Man, tie what you're not supposed to do,
which is cough that one up, especially when you're under
pressure from DeMarcus Lawrence. Intercepted by Ernest Jones the fourth
return for an eighty five yard TV man. That was Jones'
first career pick six. Max Brosner's first game, and it
was not a good one. He finished with four interceptions.
(12:05):
Fourth quarter now Seahawks fall nineteen to nothing lead, and
then Zach Charbonay capped it off with the throw the
cork out for Charboney on that seventeen yard touchdown.
Speaker 3 (12:14):
Seahawks win this one.
Speaker 2 (12:15):
Twenty six nothing, Viking shut out for the first time
since seven.
Speaker 7 (12:19):
Manti roll this head over to Cleveland, where the San
Francisco forty nine ers will take.
Speaker 4 (12:23):
On that man. Dyn't not Dylan, come on shut first
start at home, Shadu will start off. He's hot.
Speaker 7 (12:31):
It's Harold Fannon Junior, a fellow rookie, for a touchdown.
Speaker 4 (12:35):
They would eventually go for two.
Speaker 7 (12:36):
On the next play, they would go up eight to seven.
Speaker 4 (12:39):
Shaudure's fourth completion for thirty plus yards this season.
Speaker 7 (12:42):
Third quarter, forty nine Ers leading ten to eight and
then brought Perdy fakes his handoff and goes.
Speaker 4 (12:46):
In for six. But the celebration, guys, is one to
be old.
Speaker 7 (12:50):
That's that's called the Dougie, but I think he changed
the name.
Speaker 4 (12:54):
Fourth quarter forty nine.
Speaker 7 (12:55):
Forty nine Ers go for a punt and Gauge Larva, Dan,
rookie from South Carolina, must the punt. The forty nine
ers recover the ball. Guys, it was windy yesterday. That's
a hard position for an undrafted rookie. He's not happy,
but somebody that is happy has brought perty.
Speaker 4 (13:09):
He will hit Jawn Jennings for a seven yard touchdown.
Speaker 7 (13:13):
The forty nine Ers will win twenty sixty eight at
Benston nine and four and remaining the seventh seed in
the nf scene. After the game, cat Wolf caught up
with Christian McCaffrey and here's what he had to say.
Speaker 4 (13:28):
It's huge.
Speaker 9 (13:28):
I think anytime I'm able to step on the field,
you know, it's a blessing.
Speaker 4 (13:31):
I thank God every day for it.
Speaker 9 (13:33):
I got great teammates, great coaches, man, And today was grimy,
but we got out there and got to win.
Speaker 4 (13:38):
And so I'm proud of our guys.
Speaker 9 (13:40):
And now we get a little time to rest, recover,
come back ready to go. You guys are with all
the injuries, so everything you've had now within a game
of the NFC West the Rams lost today.
Speaker 4 (13:50):
What is this last push of the season look like
for you guys in the fight of this seam.
Speaker 9 (13:55):
Just keep the urgency, keep the intensity, take it one
day at a time. I love the character in our
locker room and love the guys we get to go
to battle with every day.
Speaker 4 (14:02):
Man thankful for him.
Speaker 9 (14:03):
So you know, it's just continue to grow, continue to
get better, all right.
Speaker 2 (14:08):
So that was a run through a three NFC playoff
vocals who all locked in a spot so far December
First forty nine Ers, Seahawks, Bucks, Willie. They all got wins,
but with the forty nine Ers in that seventh spot
in the wildcard at nine and four are They at
the top of that group that caught your attention yesterday.
Speaker 8 (14:27):
Yeah, and that's because of the Niners defense.
Speaker 9 (14:29):
Man.
Speaker 8 (14:29):
You know, this defense is banged up, no Boats and
no Fred Warner, but they're flipping the field, they're forcing turnovers,
they're winning with special teams.
Speaker 4 (14:36):
CMC is to stabilizer for the offense.
Speaker 8 (14:38):
But when you put it together, what's the leading spearhead
in this team. It's the forty nine Ers defense. And
you got to give credit to old Bob Salad. He
had a rough turnout here in New York.
Speaker 4 (14:47):
He had to.
Speaker 8 (14:47):
Readmit himself back in San Francisco, and he's doing it
with a defense who's really believing in getting after the football, playing,
playing with structure, force a gag tackle, when they're doing
all the little things you need to do.
Speaker 4 (14:59):
This time, you had to win football games. They had
to go in to Cleveland.
Speaker 8 (15:02):
They had three sacks, and you talk about having no name.
Guys believe in this system that can help everybody eat.
And when you watch the secondary, homie, you watch this
defensive line light out, be relentless, getting after the quarterback.
It's all because of Robert Salad and how he's constructing
a defense that can stay on the attack, and it's
comptability in football when you turn on the forty nine
Ers type. So credit the forty nine Ers defense, Credit
(15:23):
Robints Salad, and credit the fact that the Niners right now, Man,
they're scary.
Speaker 4 (15:27):
They're scary. I know.
Speaker 7 (15:29):
I think the only thing that's more scarier than the
Niners defense is in the exact same division as a
Seattle Seahawks defense.
Speaker 4 (15:35):
I think.
Speaker 7 (15:35):
I don't think there's another defense that's putting.
Speaker 4 (15:37):
Up more points.
Speaker 7 (15:38):
I remember a few weeks ago where I saw DeMarcus
Lawrence running to the end zone twice and that was
in the first quarter.
Speaker 4 (15:44):
Yesterday, it didn't change. I mean, Ernest Jones had to
pick six, they had.
Speaker 7 (15:49):
Five turnovers, a sack, Max Brosner four times for a total,
and held the Vikings offense to a total one hundred
and sixty two yards. Guys, this is a defense that
no matter how many questions you may have about Sam Darnold,
and you know whether he gets under pressure or whatever,
this defense rattles a lot of offenses. Okay, So when
you have that type of defense that can get after
(16:11):
a quarterback, that can put points on the board, that it's.
Speaker 4 (16:14):
Really really physical.
Speaker 7 (16:16):
You will not only like stableized states for your offense,
but you can dominate teams. And that's exactly what the
Seattle Seahawks.
Speaker 4 (16:22):
Defense has done for majority of the season. KB.
Speaker 1 (16:25):
I look at the Bucks who were getting their head
dunked underwater and need to get up and breathe, and
they did.
Speaker 4 (16:29):
So. Here's the deal with Tampa.
Speaker 1 (16:30):
They went into a buy a month ago and they
were six and two and everything's coming up.
Speaker 4 (16:34):
Baker MVP of this.
Speaker 1 (16:35):
Coming out of the by, they knew it's going to
be Patriots Bills Rams. It's a tough stretch, and you think,
let's win two out of three of those Patriots Bill's Rams.
Speaker 4 (16:42):
They lost all three. It was not great.
Speaker 1 (16:44):
They lost all three of them, and they're like, oh crap,
six and five. They needed this win bad. You can't
go to six and six and lose the Arizona Cardinals.
Speaker 4 (16:51):
They got it. They're alive the rest of the schedule.
Speaker 1 (16:53):
It's like, it's fine, it's very winnable. I personally have
the Bucks finishing ten and seven. I think they're gonna
be a ten and seven team. Who knows if I'm
right or wrong, but they're just one of these these
bubble teams right now, there's a lot of them, and
they're fighting against their own division, they're fighting outside the division.
It was a textbook like twenty twenty five Baker Bucks win.
Baker comes off an injury, he didn't put up huge numbers.
(17:14):
Who cares they scored, they're missing this guy, this guy.
They needed to win. So I think they needed to
win yesterday, maybe worse than any team in the league
because four and ozho in zero to four in the
last month and you're out, can't have it.
Speaker 4 (17:25):
They gritty, ugly.
Speaker 1 (17:27):
You're not going to remember Bucks Cardinals in Week thirteen
ever again. But the fact that they got it and
they survived very much going to be a factor down
the stretch.
Speaker 4 (17:35):
Keep an eye on Tampa.
Speaker 2 (17:35):
Bucks Panthers two of the last three weeks of the season.
The Panthers will also host the Seahawks in that week
seventeen games, so look out for that one.
Speaker 3 (17:43):
I and rappaport Let's review.
Speaker 2 (17:44):
Once again, it was Brown's Niners with Shador Sanders getting
another start sixteenth to twenty five, Buck forty nine and
a TV in the Browns loss.
Speaker 3 (17:52):
Did the rookie get another star?
Speaker 2 (17:54):
Well, we see him again in Week fourteen, and Shoudoor
Sanders watch continues.
Speaker 10 (17:57):
Should door Sanders is going to get another start, Kevin
Sefanski told reporters after yesterday's game, Definitely at his moment
you saw the touchdown, definitely had his whatever the opposite
of moments where he also saw some discussions on the sideline,
But clearly he's.
Speaker 4 (18:09):
Working through with Jerry Judy. He's a rookie. There's a
lot going on.
Speaker 10 (18:13):
He's getting better and the team needs to evaluate.
Speaker 4 (18:16):
That is what.
Speaker 10 (18:17):
Earned Shador Sanders another start, manned up starting again after this.
Speaker 4 (18:21):
The Cleveland Browns need to come.
Speaker 10 (18:22):
Out of the season knowing whether or not they have
a franchise quarterback, knowing whether or not they have a
quarterback on the roster.
Speaker 4 (18:29):
That's viable moving forward. This is all part of it.
Speaker 10 (18:32):
This is essentially, guys, what this year was about for
the Cleveland Browns.
Speaker 4 (18:35):
So yes, Shador.
Speaker 10 (18:36):
Sanders is going to get another start against the Tennessee
Titans next week, potentially more after that.
Speaker 4 (18:42):
At one situation, we.
Speaker 10 (18:43):
Are tracking for the Innanapois coach, the reeling Indianapolis coach. No,
it's not the broken leg, fractured fibula for Daniel Dillonsol,
though that's clearly a thing too.
Speaker 4 (18:52):
This one.
Speaker 10 (18:53):
Sauce Gardner suffered a calf strain in yesterday's game.
Speaker 4 (18:56):
You could see him hobbling around.
Speaker 10 (18:57):
He said after the game he felt like he got
shot in.
Speaker 4 (18:59):
The back of the leg. That's what an achilles feels like.
Speaker 10 (19:02):
But this is not that, which is good, not catastrophic,
but still expected to miss some time. Going to learn
today how much time he is going to miss. And
then for Justin Herbert, the Chargers quarterback, took a hit,
missed some time, came back with a glove on.
Speaker 4 (19:17):
His left hand.
Speaker 10 (19:18):
That is because he had a metacarpal fracture in his
left hand.
Speaker 4 (19:21):
Gonna have surgery today.
Speaker 10 (19:23):
Now they do have an extra day going into Monday
Night football next week against the Philadelphia Eagles. My understanding
is Herbert plans to play, so we'll play with a
fractured left hand.
Speaker 4 (19:33):
There's a lot of that going around this year.
Speaker 10 (19:35):
Actually this is not the first time this year, but
Herbert does in fact plan to play.
Speaker 2 (19:39):
Herbert's like, fine, if Rogers is gonna do it, just
wrap it up and play, then I'm going to have
to do it too. The bonus day does help erhaps sheet.
It's a good point. Thank you very much, and we'll
talk to you when we need too.
Speaker 3 (19:50):
Until then, here's the question.
Speaker 2 (19:51):
Who had the most impressive performance from your eyeballs in
week thirteen? Get a game ball. We have a bag
of them, we ship them out. We call out a guy, Kyle.
I am wondering about yours, whether it comes from Sunday
or I'm earlier in the.
Speaker 1 (20:05):
Week, I can tell you mine's a weird one. It's
not what you'd expect, but I'm really pleased with it.
Coming up next, though, Jamie, we're gonna talk about the
team with the number one seed in the National Football Conference.
It's wildly improbable. I don't know what the gambling odds
are on it. I don't gamble, but the fact is
that it is now reality.
Speaker 4 (20:22):
Can they maintain it?
Speaker 1 (20:24):
And the Bears have a huge, huge game this week
Morgan Morning Football.
Speaker 4 (20:29):
Right after the.
Speaker 11 (20:40):
Good mon Football, Ah, this brisk afternoon in Philadelphia, we
have a premium matchup Williams. The swift touchdown.
Speaker 4 (20:52):
What a drive.
Speaker 11 (20:53):
Here's the nun guy and he goes with the touchdown.
They kid stop him. The toush push. You gotta football here.
Speaker 4 (21:01):
There's right going forward to football right there. He did.
Speaker 12 (21:03):
He got it out, he freed it away, got it
away from Jalen Hurts.
Speaker 11 (21:07):
Williams ring throwing open making the grab touchdown one of
the Eagle fans or heading to the parking lot.
Speaker 4 (21:16):
And his Bears team should be fired up.
Speaker 12 (21:18):
It's a huge win for them to come on the
road in Philadelphia.
Speaker 2 (21:30):
After the game, Kayleb Williams was asked about his head
coach taking a shirt off from the locker room.
Speaker 3 (21:35):
He was like, yeah, he's a man of the people.
You know who else is on GMFB.
Speaker 2 (21:38):
Kyle Brant, Kyle, if you saw those fans fleeing the
stadium in Philadelphia, in the seat still was an anonymous family,
a dad, a mom, and two kids dressing all black
watching that Bears Eagles game on site? Kyle, how was
the day on Friday to watch the Chicago Bears improved
two nine and three.
Speaker 1 (21:56):
It was a great thing. And I have to keep
it real, Jamie. We left early too. That kid's really
getting cold. Like the hotel they liked. The hotel had
an indoor pool, so they're like, when we go back
to the pool, I'm like, we'reright.
Speaker 4 (22:06):
Eagles, Bears. It's on Amazon.
Speaker 1 (22:08):
They want to go back to the hotel we left
after the third quarter.
Speaker 4 (22:11):
I wasn't even there for the cool comete touchdown. I'll
just admit it. Right now, I'm watching it on my
phone in the parking lot and I didn't really need
to be.
Speaker 1 (22:17):
And that was an incredible, credible atmosphere. And I love Philly,
I love Philly fans. I would stand up for them.
But I will tell you this, if you didn't know
anything about the Bears or Eagles, and you didn't know
where you were, you were just totally oblivious. And when
the Eagles walked out and the Bears walked out, the
game started. If I were to tell you, all right,
one of these teams is the raining Super Bowl champ
playing in front of their home fans, and the other
(22:38):
team is, you know, on a big stage, maybe a
little skittish, maybe kind of a pretender. And back to
the shallow end, you'd say, well, the Bears are obviously
the champs. The Eagles, I'm not sure they can't tackle anybody,
they can't stop anybody. It's not that the game went
the way it did early, it's how it went. It
wasn't the Eagles offense struggling. It was the Bears running
through the teeth of that Howie Roseman war chest of defense.
(23:02):
All these Jalen Carter and all these Georgia guys in
first round did nothing. They did not make a play,
they did not make a tackle. And instead of just
disparaging them, I will just say, this is the masterpiece
of Ben Johnson.
Speaker 4 (23:16):
This is what he envisions. Not all this. I'm talking
about the running.
Speaker 1 (23:20):
The misconception about the Ben Johnson Bears and who were
what he wanted them to be this year, was that,
oh he does the trick, plays right with the Lions
and he throws it up and down the field.
Speaker 4 (23:29):
No, no, no, no.
Speaker 1 (23:30):
Ben Johnson's bread and butter with the Lions was Montgomery
and Gibbs running and running.
Speaker 4 (23:36):
This is what he wanted. They have this old.
Speaker 1 (23:39):
Veteran in Swift who's incredible right now. They have this
young seventh round rookie and manung guy who looks exactly
what Ashton Genty was supposed to look like in the
first round, and they ran for damn near three hundred
yards against the Super Bowl champion.
Speaker 4 (23:54):
Never mind Jalen hurts and is he on the same page.
Speaker 1 (23:56):
Never mind all that this is the defense and the
Eagles fans were stunning because they're like, I'm not stunned
we're losing. I'm stunned, and how we're losing because the
Bears are doing the Eagles thing to the Eagles, this
is what they're supposed to be.
Speaker 4 (24:11):
So I'll just cap it and.
Speaker 1 (24:12):
Say, how long we've been talking about this guy, six
weeks that the Bears are fake good, they're the best
bad team or the worst good team, they never beat anybody.
Speaker 4 (24:20):
Well, what do you want now?
Speaker 1 (24:21):
They just stumped the Eagles in Philly, healthy defense, stump
them physically.
Speaker 4 (24:28):
And now, I mean, if you're part of.
Speaker 1 (24:30):
The endangered species of clowns online who are still saying
the Bears are fake and haven't played anybody, then you
just do you. We're not even going to try to
talk you out of it. But now they go to
Lambeau and it's Annie up again. This team runs, they
play defense, and all five of them remaining games are outdoors,
most of them in the cold, so it is perfect
and Ben Johnson is playing this thing beautifully.
Speaker 8 (24:52):
As much as you tip your hat off to Ben Jonson,
you also got to tip your hat off to Dennis
Allen and this defense.
Speaker 4 (24:57):
That's how our mention. Man.
Speaker 8 (24:58):
You talking about a group who's making timely stops and
really opposing their will when they need to. You talk
about the takeaways and they're attacking on the football.
Speaker 4 (25:06):
We gotta tip my off.
Speaker 8 (25:07):
Another half we got tip off too, is the Marco
Jackson did green dot linebacker for the Bears. He's the
guy who filled in, stepped in, has been money good.
Speaker 4 (25:15):
Since this defense. When you turn on the tape, man.
Speaker 8 (25:17):
They flat out played scrappy, rough, hard nos football. And
that's what you need to travel with this time yere
when you step into another stadium like or Frank win
Field over where the Philadelphia Eagles played, you gotta be relentless.
Speaker 4 (25:29):
You gotta play with a heart, and you.
Speaker 8 (25:30):
Gotta play with great You gotta tackle, and you gotta
be disciplined. You got to stay in your rustlings, and
you gotta pursue all four quarters.
Speaker 4 (25:36):
And they did that.
Speaker 8 (25:37):
They really put the Eagles in the blender. And Kyle's
one hundred percent of right where you turn on the tape,
he was like, man, what am I watching? And my
seeing the Eagles get bullied at the line of scrimmage
and I seeing feeling Hurts run sidelide of sideline. Look lost,
am I seeing the secondary of the Bears really suppressed
aj Brown and Devonte Smith. You saw it all, and
Kyle was in the building, so you can speak well
(25:59):
as a first hand witness. But when you talk about
this defense overall getting ready for the playoffs and what
they did, look like they're right on schedule. Running the ball,
defense schemes is all working for the Bills right now
and they leading the division.
Speaker 7 (26:12):
Yeah, Willie, that defense is really taking the ball away
and that's the thing that they lead the NFL in now.
I want to go back to what KB said about
Ben Johnson. I think so many times we get infatuated
with the trick plays and all of these fancy developing
offensive routes that he runs.
Speaker 4 (26:27):
Ben Johnson wants to run the ball.
Speaker 7 (26:29):
And he didn't mention Jamier Gibbs and David Montgomery and
what Ben Johnson had in Detroit. But that duo didn't
do what this duo did this past weekend Kamanung Guy
and DeAndre Swift. Kamanungamanonguy had one hundred.
Speaker 4 (26:41):
And thirty yards rushing. He averaged almost six yards of carry.
Speaker 7 (26:44):
DeAndre Swift had one hundred and twenty five yards rushing,
averaged almost seven yards of cary both had a touchdown.
That's the first running back duo to have at least
one hundred and twenty five yards rushing and the touchdown
since two thousand and eight when Chris Johnson and Lindel
White did it for the Tennessee Titans. That's how dominant
these two have been. That's how dominant Ben Johnson in
this run game has been the for the Chicago Bears.
(27:06):
And Ben Johnson has mastered what I call the influence.
Right you see how you see how that fullback.
Speaker 4 (27:12):
Just ran past the d end. They're plenty eleven on ten.
They're not blocking one.
Speaker 7 (27:16):
Guy and putting that one defender in a pickle, Like
what am I going to do? Am I going to
go out with the guy that's blocking that going out
for a passer?
Speaker 4 (27:22):
Or I'm going to tackle the running back.
Speaker 7 (27:23):
Ben Johnson is a guru when it comes to blocking
schemes and running games. And so I got to tip
my hat to Ben Johnson and his running game with
the two guys that he has, because he's doing things
with the Bears that he hadn't even done with the
Detroit Lions.
Speaker 4 (27:36):
So shout out to Ben Johnson.
Speaker 2 (27:37):
Here's the thing about being the team that no one
saw coming in an NFL season.
Speaker 3 (27:41):
And Kyle, I, this is quick questions for you.
Speaker 2 (27:43):
As the representative of the friends that are in your
group chat the family members that are Bears fans. Last year,
at this time, the Vikings were amassing fourteen wins, and
I had like this lump in my throat, like when
is the other shoe going to drop? How's this thing
going to go? What is the feeling you have? Are
you tipping the seesaw at this point of almost like Okay,
now it's going to be too much attention. Or do
you think this team is equips down the stretch to
(28:05):
handle the heat that comes with a thirteen win season,
perhaps hosting some playoff games.
Speaker 1 (28:11):
That's a good question for Caleb, and I'm going to
ask them tomorrow. I'm going to Scagla tomorrow, guys reaky
news on Good Morning Football. I'm sitting with Kayleb Williams
tomorrow one on one in Hallis Hall in Lake Forest, Illinois,
and I can ask him pretty much anything.
Speaker 4 (28:23):
And Jamie the question is right there.
Speaker 1 (28:25):
I think for Bears fans going into this season, it's
gone like this the get go. It's like, let's just
get the train on the tracks. Let's just hope this
Caleb ben Johnson thing sort of works. Wow, it's working.
Let's win some games. Wow, we're winning some games. Let's
win the North. What is it now? What is the
goal for this team? And what is the possible if
you are the one seed right now in December and
I know there's football, if it's December, can you win
(28:46):
the Super Bowl this year?
Speaker 4 (28:47):
Can you win the NFC this year? Why not?
Speaker 1 (28:50):
You're sitting there at nine and three, You're the one
what one seed?
Speaker 4 (28:54):
Doesn't think? Let's win the super Bowl this year? You
are well passed?
Speaker 1 (28:58):
Yeah, yo, wild card win would be great, great thing
to build out on the off season. Now with that win,
the whole damn thing, I'll say the same thing I
would say to the Broncos, to the Patriots, who cares
how young your quarterback is?
Speaker 4 (29:08):
Who cares anything?
Speaker 1 (29:09):
If you are sitting at nine and three in December,
your goal is winning the Super Bowl. So I will
talk to Caleb specifically about that. He will probably have
a great answer, but we're going to talk about it all.
Speaker 4 (29:19):
Anything you can possibly imagine. I got time with Caleb.
Speaker 1 (29:21):
Caleb got time, he's got it's got thoughts and can
you just imagine, guys, let's just put our heads together
as like people.
Speaker 4 (29:26):
Work in media. Can you imagine a better timing to sit.
Speaker 1 (29:28):
Down with the franchise quarterback of the Bears as they
just beat the Eagles. They're the one seat and they're
going to Landbou this weekend. I'm so excited. I feel
like I'm going to the Chalcolate factory. I cannot wait
to get there tomorrow.
Speaker 2 (29:38):
Cayle, You've got a good luck too going because I
remember you interview Daniel Jones and then five minutes later
the Cole Spring in Sauce Gardner, like you got a
good to do.
Speaker 3 (29:46):
In these buildings.
Speaker 2 (29:47):
My question, though, if you're going to be interviewing Caleb tomorrow,
my question for you is when are you doing angry
runs and tearing your shirt off during the segment?
Speaker 4 (29:55):
Maybe on Wednesday. I only want to take my shirt
off if it's below zero New York, So that's yeah,
I'll do it, Willie you baby the.
Speaker 8 (30:02):
Fall at this point, yes, trying to be an asset,
not live building.
Speaker 4 (30:06):
So whatever, its.
Speaker 13 (30:09):
Phenomenal game, man, Congratulations, that's just let's just have a
freaking great game. That's a win, and we gonna go
stack one but more here we're going back east and
we're rolling. Okay, that's a freaking heck of a job. Man,
that's a hell of a job. Throughout the week, you
guys repaired your off, you fought your you guys play harder.
Speaker 4 (30:28):
Okay. Five takeaways on defense two three.
Speaker 3 (30:36):
I feel like Mike McDonald was like, should I swear?
Should I not? He was like, that's a that's a
that's a good.
Speaker 2 (30:42):
Good game everybody, and then the bleeping started. Manti, So
shout out to those who had edit those words out.
Speaker 3 (30:47):
I know it's always a heavy lift.
Speaker 4 (30:48):
Yeah, somebody who had a great game.
Speaker 7 (30:49):
But I think more importantly an inspirational game with somebody
who my game ball goes to is to Alex Singleton.
Speaker 4 (30:55):
Yeah, the middle linebacker for the Denver Broncos.
Speaker 7 (30:57):
If you guys don't know his story, late October early November,
he underwent a random league mandated drug test and he
revealed some stuff that he could have testicular cancer.
Speaker 4 (31:06):
Anyway, they confirm it. November sixth, he plays against the
Raiders where he has nine tackles. Guys, the next day
he gets surgery, yeah, to remove that tumor.
Speaker 7 (31:15):
He misses three weeks, only two games, and he plays
last night and had six tackles and.
Speaker 4 (31:21):
Two huge PBUs.
Speaker 7 (31:22):
So, Alex Singleton, this is for a great game, but
even more so an inspirational story about what you had
to overcome.
Speaker 4 (31:28):
So game ball Alex Singleton for the Denver Broncos.
Speaker 8 (31:31):
Willie, Yeah, that's a goodwill man tal you talk about inspiration.
Speaker 4 (31:34):
I gotta give this game.
Speaker 8 (31:35):
Ball to my good old teammate Nick Folk on hitting
the fifty six yarder game winning field goal yesterday against
the Atlanta Falcaus.
Speaker 4 (31:44):
He missed one earlier in the game.
Speaker 8 (31:46):
They called him back out there and he bangs it
through the upright.
Speaker 4 (31:50):
I love Nick Man.
Speaker 8 (31:51):
We were all watching this the studio I covered the
Jets pre and post, and we were all like, hey man,
the old man still has It was a cold, rainy
day and they willed him out there and he got
it done for the New York Jets.
Speaker 2 (32:01):
So this Game Bowl goes to Nick faull ohtt Falkiro excellent.
Speaker 3 (32:07):
That was well done, way to go. They had it
at already.
Speaker 2 (32:09):
My game all goes to a player from Steelers Bills,
and it would be as if I have this game
ball and I just hold it for the whole segment.
Speaker 3 (32:17):
Because that's what the Bills did. They went to Pittsburgh,
they ran the heck out of the ball.
Speaker 2 (32:21):
In fact, two hundred and seventy three games Aaron Rodgers
has started his career, which includes the postseason, the Bills
having the ball for forty two minutes.
Speaker 3 (32:30):
Of that game is the most.
Speaker 2 (32:31):
Time the opposing team has possessed the.
Speaker 3 (32:33):
Ball against Aaron Rodgers.
Speaker 2 (32:35):
They kept it, they ran it, and it came at
the hands and the feet of that man right there
in James Cook one hundred and forty four yards rushing
thirty two carries, which is a career high.
Speaker 3 (32:45):
And for all those who were.
Speaker 2 (32:46):
Losing their minds in August over the Bills paying him
for a four year deal, you were wrong.
Speaker 3 (32:50):
They were right. Well done Brandon be and James Cook.
You get my game ball, Kyle.
Speaker 4 (32:54):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (32:54):
At one point they had the ball for half an
hour of real time. It was like over thirty minutes
without giving the ball back to Rodgers. I'm going to
go for a name from the pass who is now
making a name in the presence San Francisco forty nine
er Cleveland Ferrell. I love this. Cleveland Ferrell was the
leading tackler for the Niners yesterday and he had two sacks.
And this Niners team that just get through all these injuries,
(33:17):
be real. Did you know Cleveland Ferrell was on the Niners.
Cleveland Farrell is the guy who was drafted in the
top five by the Raiders, by the Oakland Raiders back
in the day when it was John Bruden and Mike Mayock,
and they decided to build their franchise around Cleveland Ferrell.
Speaker 4 (33:32):
It didn't work out in Oakland. He was with the.
Speaker 1 (33:34):
Niners and was been the Commanders, he was the Charterers,
and now he's back with the forty nine ers and
he's one of these guys who gets stamped as, oh,
you were drafted high, didn't live up to it.
Speaker 4 (33:41):
Cleveland Farrell was great yesterday.
Speaker 1 (33:44):
He not only is it great for him, he really
symbolizes what this Niners team is about. Guys stepping up
and making plays. And when you hear next man up,
look at Kyle Shanahan, look at Robert Sala. Look at
Cleveland Farrell, who was I think the Niners' best player
on defense yesterday. He's been all over the place in
his career, but I'm very pleased to give him this
game ball.
Speaker 4 (34:02):
Great game.
Speaker 2 (34:02):
It's true after that game that didn't really played from Spaccaffrey,
He's like, I love who were in the locker room
with going to war, And I'm like, never would I
have thought Cleveland Ferrell would be on that list.
Speaker 3 (34:10):
But here we are.
Speaker 2 (34:11):
Put him on the list. Check the depth chart, it's there.
Fact check it.
Speaker 3 (34:15):
Farrell gets a game ball from Kyle. Well done. Everybody
going right back on GMFE.
Speaker 4 (34:29):
Good mon football.
Speaker 7 (34:33):
Each week at this time I hand up my defensive
Pro Player of the Week. Today, we're headed to the
Pacific Northwest, where the Seattle Seahawks Ernest.
Speaker 4 (34:40):
Jones bought out.
Speaker 7 (34:42):
The Seattle Seahawks linebacker was everywhere, twelve total tackles, two picks,
one of which an eighty five yard house call. As
a team, the Seattle Seahawks had five turnovers and recovered
there and recorded their first shoutout victory and over a decade.
Jones reaching out top speed up nineteen miles per hour

advanced analytics platform available on desktop and a mobile web
share it burst the stay on this defensive train.
Speaker 4 (35:15):
Shall we.
Speaker 14 (35:16):
I know that is definitely your wheelhouse and you're gonna
love this because we know Panthers fans certainly are.
Speaker 4 (35:21):
They had a lot to love.
Speaker 14 (35:22):
This Monday morning after they're winning over the Rams Carolina
above five hundred thirteen games through the first thirteen games
through for the first time since twenty seventeen. That's also
the last time they made the playoffs. One of their
stars is defensive player Derek Brown, who went one on
one with our very own Sarah Walsh after their big win.
Speaker 15 (35:42):
We know we had a lot of misspeaces, We lost
a lot of guys in the short week. Being able
to come out here and just be able to it
was about.
Speaker 4 (35:48):
Being resilience this week.
Speaker 15 (35:49):
You know, coach said, nobody's don't give us a chance,
so let's roll with it.
Speaker 1 (35:52):
This is a Panthers seam very much in the hunt
right now.
Speaker 4 (35:56):
For that division title. What does that mean to you, guys,
given all.
Speaker 15 (35:59):
You've been through, Keep going, Baby's resilience, it's all it is.
We come here every single day no matter what it is.
When we were one and three, it didn't matter what
it was. We came here with the same attitude. And
you know, just thank God for the sess we've had.
Speaker 3 (36:11):
Congratulations, what a game, Thank.
Speaker 4 (36:12):
You so much.
Speaker 14 (36:13):
They're certainly gonna try to keep this thing going. And
you maybe thought there is no way that the Panthers
were gonna win.
Speaker 4 (36:19):
Well they did, and there were.
Speaker 14 (36:20):
Some other incredible plays and performances from this weekend also
saying there's no way, but yes, those two also happened.
Gonna look back at some of the incredible moments from
this weekend.
Speaker 2 (36:30):
Stay here with us, that's right, Week thirteen edition of
There's No Way, Willie, what you got coming off the
top rope?
Speaker 3 (36:38):
There's no way.
Speaker 2 (36:39):
You only got a couple of minutes and we must
have covered everything.
Speaker 8 (36:42):
No, Yeah, I got Saints linebacker Danny Stutsman looking like
me trying to chase my four year old around bathtime,
trying to catch up. Plus the whole bank lays them down,
tackle with Devon ah Chin lays them to the mat.
Sit down, young fella. Ball stops here congratulates Danny Stutsman.
Speaker 2 (37:03):
It was a good thick those gonna hit Advanie Chancel
plan out of his mind for the Dolphins, So I
guess you could have that one Stutsman. All right, Moving
on somehow, it's the off season from baseball, but some
of Major League baseball has entered the chat, and by
that I mean Kamanie ye Al for the Chargers.
Speaker 4 (37:20):
All right.
Speaker 2 (37:21):
He twenty five carries yesterday for one hundred and twenty
six yards, which is a career high for him, and touchdown.
A bunch of injuries to the running back room for
the Chargers show that Kimani Medel is the great nephew
of the great Hank Aaron. Baseball runs in his blood.
So why is it that when another baseball great enters
the chat on social media, You're like, wait, hold up,
(37:42):
what does Chipper Jones have to.
Speaker 3 (37:44):
Do with Kamani Videll.
Speaker 2 (37:46):
I'm gonna go ahead and venture that when I searched
Chipper Jones's social media, big fantasy football guy, So everybody's.
Speaker 3 (37:52):
Got Kamani on his roster.
Speaker 2 (37:54):
Although Kamani did grow up in the Atlanta area, which
Chipper obviously is a Braves legend, but from a great
nephew of Hank Aaron to Chipper Jones probably winning his
late season fantasy roster on the on the feet of
combining Midel with twenty five rushes one hundred and twenty
five yards, Kyle's a good.
Speaker 3 (38:11):
Day for baseball and for football.
Speaker 7 (38:13):
I guess, Manty, well, I want to look at yeste
Chipper Jones.
Speaker 4 (38:17):
Come on, Chipper Jones, how buy your roster? Yeah? But min,
there's no way.
Speaker 7 (38:21):
Moment comes from the forty nine ers when Brock Purdy
scores his touchdown, let's go to the cliff.
Speaker 4 (38:27):
No, let's just stick right here. Watch him score this touchdown,
all right? So I got to preface this.
Speaker 7 (38:31):
On the live TV copy, you couldn't see his celebration
the field goal post is blocking, but you could see
George Kittle's reaction to.
Speaker 4 (38:39):
What Brock Purdy was doing.
Speaker 7 (38:40):
So before they went to commercial, they showed us this.
Speaker 4 (38:43):
This is supposed to be a dougie, but I think.
Speaker 16 (38:46):
They got to rename it to a party because there's
a little bit of groove in there. By Purty a
little bit, but there was some there was some some style.
I would say, do we have the clip, Let's do
the clip up there, thank you.
Speaker 17 (38:59):
I've always been able to Douggy, but I haven't really
just done it, you know, publicly. And so you know
my wife, you know, she could tell you actually like
I annoy her in the kitchen and all that kind
of things. So that's where I got That's where I
got my practice.
Speaker 4 (39:13):
He just is really good at it. And I was
more just surprised. I mean, God, preval a white guy
has a little bit of motion. You gotta love it.
You gotta love it.
Speaker 7 (39:22):
Brock Perdy, I'm a big fan of your Dougie. We
might have to brief brand it to the party.
Speaker 4 (39:27):
Katy, Oh, I like that. It's good. I mean, he
looks cool.
Speaker 1 (39:31):
And the shot of Kittle that we had seen around
a million times reacting to it is just as funny.
You need a good wingman to sell it for you
sometimes believe yes, it will.
Speaker 4 (39:38):
Trust me, it looks cool.
Speaker 1 (39:40):
There's no segue to this from that dance too. The
people need to be familiar with a player named Marsollino
McCrary ball. He plays for the Jets, and I have
no earthly idea what he was doing on this play,
but we're gonna roll it.
Speaker 4 (39:54):
The Jets won.
Speaker 1 (39:56):
Marcellino McCrary ball, Okay, just bear with me on this.
You see Bijon gets lifted up and tackled, and there's
McCrary a number forty one.
Speaker 4 (40:07):
Down on the turf.
Speaker 1 (40:09):
Oh boy, yeah, and he's a fish. But also there's
some there's some pelvis like yeah, I'm sure there's a backstory.
In my experience, it probably relates to TikTok.
Speaker 4 (40:21):
I don't know.
Speaker 1 (40:22):
There's gonna be a thousand people who tell me what
he's doing.
Speaker 4 (40:24):
Will we got to have a clue? He got a flag,
Yes he did.
Speaker 1 (40:26):
It was a good Marcelino McCrary ball, who has an
amazing name, makes a great play.
Speaker 4 (40:32):
And then for some reason, you're a fish on a
dock with a hook in your mouth.
Speaker 1 (40:36):
This is probably some dance that all the kids are
doing that I don't know about. But the image is fascinating.
And I have nothing to contribute to the dialogue than not.
Speaker 4 (40:45):
Let's go that's good. That's a heart. I think that's
what Jamie.
Speaker 2 (40:57):
If we did it the other day when someone was
just sleeping on the ground.
Speaker 3 (41:01):
We gotta get down.
Speaker 7 (41:03):
I think this floor is a lot harder than the
turf that he was playing on, you know, so it
was Yeah, it's a little bit more difficult, you know.
Speaker 3 (41:09):
I'm just do that standing up. It looks a lot cooler.
Speaker 1 (41:12):
What year old does when you say you mean Marcelona
mccrarry ball.
Speaker 4 (41:16):
I ain't know Marcelona McCarry.
Speaker 8 (41:18):
The second it sounded like you fell down steps.
Speaker 4 (41:21):
Yeah.
Speaker 7 (41:21):
Yeah, it wasn't as graceful as it looked.
Speaker 4 (41:23):
When he did he make up and wardrobe.
Speaker 3 (41:26):
Well done, well, good football.
