Speaker 1 (00:05):
NFL Now is a production of the NFL in partnership
with iHeartRadio. Oh look at Kansas City. Everybody had a
beautiful day. We'll pretend their sun.

Speaker 2 (00:24):
The sun's going to be shining on Thursday.

Speaker 1 (00:26):
However, for Night number one of the NFL Draft, it's
presented by Barizon. We are two big days away from
finally finally getting this thing going. We're happy, however, to
get this thing going. Which is a Tuesday edition of
NFL Now on NFL Network, presented by IKEA. From our
newsroom in Los Angeles, my name is Andrew Siciliano. That
right down there is the world's most interesting former offensive lineman,

(00:48):
Brian Boldinger with the great draft week suits.

Speaker 2 (00:51):
Well, yes, this is all all lay away. Of course
you have it. It's like Batman, you open up the
closet just for draft weeks.

Speaker 1 (00:58):
He always well dress. Steve White's good to see you, sir.
But we're also here to talk about Aaron Rodgers. As
we said yesterday, it was forty days, forty days since
he said it was his intent to play for the
Jets until the deal was actually made. In essence, his
exodus took forty days, not forty years, as they were
wandering through the draft deserts until finally the deal was

(01:20):
done yesterday.

Speaker 2 (01:22):
They do a pick swap, they do it two, and
they do.

Speaker 1 (01:25):
A conditional pick next year, which could become a one
if Aaron Rodgers plays sixty five percent of the plays
this season. Here for them New York Jets, the Jets
GM Joe Douglas on the podium moments ago in Floram Park,
who woke up to this back page headline of the

(01:47):
Daily News. Jets have a QB rejoice. Get used to
the back pages. Sometimes they're nice and sometimes they're not.
Let's go live to Kansas City now in and rapid
Ward Tom pelsero OWUR NFL Network Insiders live actually where
the draft is going to go down in forty eight hours.

Speaker 2 (02:06):
Gentlemen, Good afternoon to you.

Speaker 1 (02:08):
Joe Douglas also said on that podium ian that the
pick swap in the first round going thirteen to fifteen
here was really the key final piece to fall into
place for this deal to go through yesterday.

Speaker 3 (02:21):
Yeah, I would say one of the final pieces they
are going from thirteen to fifteen. Obviously, it does mean
that Jets could potentially lose out on one of the
top tackles if that is a position they want to hit,
but nothing more important than getting Aaron Rodgers. So yeah,
I would say that was probably one of the final pieces.
And then maybe one of the most consequential pieces of
this whole thing was coming off was the Green Bay

(02:43):
Packers being willing to come off a hard first rounder
and agreeing to some conditions. That certainly was something that
helped this deal get across the finish line. And the
word you heard from Joe Douglas are probably what you
would expect. Trying to tamp down an expectation just a
little bit. He knows everyone's talking Super Bowl or bust.
I'm really talking much about whether or not Rodgers is

(03:04):
going to be there ROTI traditionally, of course he has not,
and saying that they expect this to be a good
thing for Zach Wilson. It is clear they have not
given up on Zach Wilson. Him and Rodgers have a friendship.
So this actually could work out for now and then
maybe for the future if Zach can become what they.

Speaker 4 (03:22):
Hope he is.

Speaker 5 (03:23):
Nathaniel Hackett has never shied away from quarterback projects. Obviously,
he won a lot of games with Blake Bortles, He's
worked with different guys in his career. That something Hackett
is going to embrace. Aaron Rodgers thirty nine years old
at this point. He's not going to hold back in
terms of, at least to some degree, taking Zach Wilson
under his wing. They do have a lot of similarities
between the two of them. They play the game in

(03:43):
certain aspects a similar way too. I would anticipate that
this is a really good relationship that could be a
great thing for Zach Wilson as we move into the future.

Speaker 2 (03:51):
Here.

Speaker 5 (03:51):
Also notable there that Joe Douglas said, you know, they
have not yet crossed the finish line. That's because there's
some procedural things that need to take place before this
deal can be done. Rogers has to sign a revised
contract with the Packers to help their CAP and facilitate
the deal. The Packers then have to hold that contract
on their CAP for twenty four hours, so sometime after
four pm Eastern time tomorrow. Assuming Rogers signs the contract today,

(04:16):
then the trade paperwork will be submitted, Aaron Rodgers will
pass a physical and officially Andrew will become a member
of the new York Jens.

Speaker 2 (04:22):
But that's got to get done.

Speaker 1 (04:23):
All of that's got to get done in that twenty
four hour window there for the cap and on their books,
has to be done before pick thirteen is actually on
the clock, coming up on Thursday. Before we let you go,
I want to say, well done. Can we throw this
up here on the screen. You two went like, wow,
out of control barbecue last night?

Speaker 2 (04:42):
Did you clean your plates? Did you eat all those ribs? No?

Speaker 3 (04:48):
No, Now, we ate all the burd ends, we ate
all the almost, all the brisky, we ate all the
pope pork, we ate all the turkey, we ate all
the sausage. But there were a couple of ribs left over.
Our guy, Mitch was killing it.

Speaker 5 (05:02):
Meet Mitch an old series of barbecues as champion. UH
has a place over in Leewood, Kansas, so it was
gracious enough to have us in there. Big fan NFL Network,
big fan of all the shows here too, says he
doesn't even change the Changle channel. So hi once again, Mitch,
thanks for the me.

Speaker 1 (05:17):
Thank you how much for just one rib? Someone once
asked Hall of Famer Jim Brown, Thank you guys. In
the meantime, the Packers went from a Hall of Famer
out of Jordan Love, who may one day reached Canton
as well.

Speaker 2 (05:31):
We just don't know.

Speaker 1 (05:32):
He hasn't really played it hasn't really played at all.
But now it is. His ballgame is yesterday. Brian gouda
Kunz finally did the deal.

Speaker 6 (05:42):
Yeah.

Speaker 7 (05:43):
I think he's excited.

Speaker 8 (05:43):
You know, he was.

Speaker 7 (05:44):
He popped in a month ago or so for a
few days and then obviously he's been back since. He
you know, maybe a week four or five days before
the off season program started. So you know, I think,
you know, he's uh. I think he's eager for his opportunity.
I just think, you know, as we move forward, you know,
we're really excited where Jordan can go. He needs to
pull and having him sit another year, I think what

(06:08):
really delayed kind of you know, where we're going and
what we're trying to build, all right.

Speaker 2 (06:12):
Brian Guducunz now tries to build around him. Hih.

Speaker 1 (06:14):
There Stacy Dale, who's in Indie, but we'll talk Packers
here because you're there all the time. Wow, Goody builds
around him with not pick fifteen, but pick thirteen.

Speaker 2 (06:24):
That could change things for Thursday nights. That is right,
you got to ding on yourself. Cheen yards on me?
Got you fifteen yards on me? Yep, oh penalty.

Speaker 9 (06:39):
Hey listen, the Packers now have eleven picks in this draft,
and one thing that stands out that Brian Kuducunz spoke
on yesterday was we value volume. He said, I'd rather
have more picks, more volume, and so moving back is
always an option. They add that second rounder via the Jets.
They move to thirteen from fifteen because of that Jets
trade with Aaron Rodgers. But I see them moving back

(07:01):
is Listen, the Packers never really do anything sexy in
the draft and turn of some of these first round
picks we all want like a Jackson Smith and jigbas
So I'm not going to say anything sexy here. I
think maybe they move back Andrew out of that thirteenth
pick to stay in the first round, maybe a late
teen or an early twenty tight pick, and add something

(07:21):
maybe in the third, fourth or fifth round. Right now,
they've got two two's, they've got one three, one four,
and one five. So maybe that target area is where
they could add something in this draft. And I'm looking
at tight end. I know again that's not sexy, but
they haven't drafted a wide receiver in the first round
since two thousand and two. It is a deep tight
end group, but the ones at the top are really good.

(07:43):
Dalton Kincaid, Sam Laporta. How about Darnel Washington, who's massive,
who would just absolutely add to that offensive line. With
the loss of Mercedes Lewis, I think maybe a tight
end could be an option, though again, they could surprise us.
They could go O line. Somebody needs to play opposite
David Baktiari, who's had injury issues. Maybe it's a defensive player,

(08:03):
as we've seen most recently. They took too in the
first round last season.

Speaker 1 (08:07):
Well, we'll surprise you. We had a tweet for Ian
and Tom. I have a tweet for you as well.
Stacy Dale's. Your your whiteboard has its own Twitter account.
Remember invented yesterday? Stacy, you left me at home. You
didn't pack the whiteboard.

Speaker 9 (08:24):
I'll hit up a office depot Andrews here.

Speaker 2 (08:28):
I got you. You know what I got you at
the stupid ping. I apologize, Stacey Dale's.

Speaker 9 (08:35):
I'm going to make sure my phone's on. I'm going
to make sure my phone's on for my next Tad.

Speaker 1 (08:39):
You interrupt me every time I open my mouth. Please,
thank you, Stacy. Bucky Brooks's final mock draft. Everybody has
Bryce Young one, but has Tyree Wilson going to and
c J. Stroud getting the four man. Okay, but we

(09:01):
still do think as Bryce Young number one. Cam Wolf
is live with the Carolina Panthers now as they look
to build around whomever I Cam that quarterback may be,
not only with the pieces they've brought in so far,
but the piece is on the coaching staff.

Speaker 2 (09:17):
It's a veritable.

Speaker 1 (09:18):
Who's who there that they've hired there to help build
this quarterback up.

Speaker 10 (09:25):
Yeah, Andrew, the Panthers coaches are actually leading an OTA
practice today right now adjacent to the stadium behind me,
and it's one of their last practices without their new
young quarterback.

Speaker 8 (09:37):
And look, we have been talking about it throughout the week.

Speaker 10 (09:40):
The Panthers at this point when you talk to people
around the league, are expected to take Alabama's Bryce Young
with the first overall pick. But they've already started to
build this offense with him and Matt Mitt and office
of coordinator Thomas Brown is the one that's putting together
this playbook. He actually talked to the Panthers site about
a month ago about what he's looking for in his quarterback.
He said, I want to point guard, a distributor, a

(10:02):
guy who can get the ball to us playmakers, but
on third down situations in the red zone can be superman.
And we've seen time and time again Bryce Young be
that point guard but also can work outside of scheme.

Speaker 8 (10:14):
We talk about that coaching staff.

Speaker 10 (10:15):
They've got Frank Wright, who's been an NFL quarterback, who
has coached a bunch of different NFL quarterbacks throughout his career.
We've got Thomas Brown, Josh McCown, Jim Calwell. Really a
who's the guys that you want for your young quarterback
in that building? And a quick glimpse on maybe what
that offense looks like. Running back Miles Sanders says, expect
a lot of RPOs, run pass options, and he said,

(10:37):
we are not rebuilding.

Speaker 8 (10:39):
We're building this offense.

Speaker 10 (10:40):
This easy for a quarterback, our rookie quarterback to come
in and have success early in year one. So the
playmakers they're bringing in, but also the coaches they are
surrounding this young quarterback with gives them confidence that there
will not be a hard transition for this player coming
into the NFL.

Speaker 1 (10:57):
Remember this team with Steve Wilkes the interim head coach
in charge, was very much in this Week sixteen. If
they held a lead or Week seventeen, big your pardon
against Tom Brady and the Buccaneers in the fourth quarter,
they could have won the division. And they wouldn't have
had the first overall pick or the knife to get
to one.

Speaker 2 (11:12):
It would have been too expensive. Thank you, Cam Wolf.
They're live. Stroud on the move, flips of the cross.

Speaker 4 (11:20):
Stroud fires deep down to the end zone and it
is crafting the end zone.

Speaker 2 (11:24):
C J Stroud, CJ Streuts, de.

Speaker 6 (11:27):
Money, Straut doing what he loves to do.

Speaker 2 (11:30):
It's a beautiful downfield grow wow with a grown.

Speaker 1 (11:34):
Talk about the Texans and talk about number two, and
we'll throw in twelve at the conversation as well.

Speaker 2 (11:40):
C J.

Speaker 1 (11:40):
Stroud, Tyree Wilson, Chad has will Levis kind of all
over the map here with this idea as we go
live to Houston inside the Texans building with Omar Ruiz
that forty eight hours before the draft and really plans
their line and Houston. Omar started this a couple of
weeks ago this idea that maybe the Texans pass on

(12:00):
a quarterback at two, which at the time seemed like
mind blowing. But let's not forget they have twelve here,
so we have to consider both of these picks in
how they address Thursday Night.

Speaker 11 (12:13):
Yeah, Andrew two and twelve, and when you factor in
that they have five total picks in the first seventy
three of this draft, a lot of maneuverability for Nick
Caserio to get through this first couple of days of
the draft. Now they do have that glaring need at quarterback.

Speaker 8 (12:29):
Of course, they brought.

Speaker 11 (12:29):
In case Keenum to join Davis Mills in that quarterback room.
But Dimiko Ryan cited his first year coaching in the NFL,
the twenty seventeen forty nine Ers, where they started losing
their first nine games. They lost ten of eleven. Then
they traded for Jimmy Garoppolo. He was inserted into the
starting lineup and they won five straights. So he's seen
up close and personal the difference a franchise altrin quarterback

(12:54):
to make. Now they've done their due diligence on all
four of the big quarterbacks that we associated with the
first round. At the same time, Dimiko Ryans and Nick
Cassio have both said they don't want to put all
that pressure on a young quarterback, no matter who they
pick at number two. They said, it makes no sense
to make that player the face of the franchise before

(13:15):
he's ever played a down. But like you mentioned, there
is so much intrigue about what the Texans are going
to do. From people I've spoken with around the league,
there is no clear sense, and perhaps that's by design.
Everything at this point appears to be on the table.
Nick Cassero said he has fielded calls for the number
two pick. He said that it's his duty to listen.

(13:37):
Is he open for business? He's open for listening. And
with that, forty eight hours before the draft, the intrigue
continues surrounding the Houston Texans.

Speaker 1 (13:44):
Omar Ruiz will be there Thursday night with the team
picking two. And let's not forget twelve. Thank you, Omar.

Speaker 2 (13:54):
Let us find yours.

Speaker 5 (13:55):
Throws a dark Let's it gone right on the money.

Speaker 2 (13:59):
Love the decision here about will leviis and let us
with the quarter back run drin the first down. It's
the easiest touchdown for will Levice. A lot of buzzz
last week, it's Will Levis. The Colts are are looking
at are they? I don't know. Here's what our latest
mocks have.

Speaker 1 (14:17):
And by the way, DJ and Buck, DJ and Charles
Rather have their final mocks coming out tomorrow.

Speaker 2 (14:22):
But it goes from Anthony Richardson at four to C. J.

Speaker 1 (14:25):
Stroud to Will Levis to Lands their line throwing out there.
Maybe they just trade for Lamar, although that was pre
OBJ trade or OBJ signing, so I don't think that's
going to happen regardless. As we go live to Stacy
Dale's in Indianapolis to talk number four and Boldi's back
with me as well. Stacy Dale's, I want to read
to you a quote from Chris baalor the Colts GM

(14:46):
last Friday at his pre draft presser quote.

Speaker 2 (14:49):
Everybody's lying.

Speaker 1 (14:51):
I might be the most honest, unfortunately, but everyone is lying.

Speaker 2 (14:57):
Stacy. Was Chris ballor telling the truth.

Speaker 9 (15:02):
I don't even not answer that. Isn't that a That's
an oxymoron. Andrew somewhere in this building he's watching us laughing.
He's laughing because he's listening to all these rumors, or
maybe he's not because it's draft week and there are
so many rumors, But what I will tell you is
given the nine picks that they have in this draft
total and the fourth overall, there is a confidence in

(15:25):
this building. The esthetics are different with Shane Steiken here.
They have historical pictures of players, the legends of these
Indianapolis Colts, and they've got the fourth pick overall. And
with that confidence and the ability to be flexible on
draft day because they will be prepared to move up
or move back. I look at this, Baldy and Andrew.
This is to me a generational draft for the Indianapolis Colts.

(15:47):
Why it is the highest draft pick they will have
had if they use it or move up since Andrew
Locke in twenty twelve he went first overall. He was
a quarterback at that point in twenty twelve, he was
the highest draft pick for the Indianapolis Colts since Peyton
Manning in nineteen ninety, who was the first overall pick.
You see the trend I'm going with here. This is

(16:10):
a very important pick. We expect the Colts to use
it on a quarterback. Baldy, which one on their board
they covet most is the question, and who they deem
the best fit that they can build an offense around
with their new head coach and Shane Steiker.

Speaker 12 (16:24):
Stacy, I expect you to be a good gum show
in the next hour when you go meet with that
general manager Chris Ballard to find that out.

Speaker 2 (16:32):
But I am curious about this, Stacy.

Speaker 12 (16:34):
Just how in lockstep Shane Steiken, the new head coach,
and Chris Ballard are when it comes to making this
quarterback selection.

Speaker 8 (16:43):
Is it a lens through Shane Steikin's eye.

Speaker 12 (16:47):
Who has worked with Philip Rivers and Jalen Hurtz and
Justin Herbert, Or is it Chris Ballard going this is
what we're looking for because we have seen it what
it looks like with Peyton Manning, We've seen what a
quarterback looks like in Angelock. I'm kind of curious how
they're going to work together on this.

Speaker 9 (17:06):
Yeah, well, I can tell you Shane Steiken has been
very involved the luxury that Chris Ballard has and by
the way, Shane Styken is here because it was an
immediate marriage and match between the two and between the
staff that Shane wanted to bring in. But the luxury
that he has is what you just talked about. The
aforementioned quarterbacks. He has coached so many different stylistically stylistic quarterbacks,

(17:28):
from Philip Rivers to Jalen Hurts, that not only will
Shane have a voice in this process, but the belief
is that he will curtail an offense around the chosen
guy and be able to use whichever skill set he gets,
whether that's a pocket guy or it's somebody who can
get out on the move. And we'll see maybe Anthony Richardson,

(17:50):
maybe Will Lovis or maybe C. J. Stroud does fall
to four.

Speaker 1 (17:53):
We'll see, maybe maybe we use gumshoot next hour as well.

Speaker 2 (17:59):
Call it was like a Castlely reference. All right, gumshoe here,
all right, that's it, Thank you, Dale's hands. Robson again,
beach up breaks for you. Poogo Bardi who the Bertie
say your good night to this one? Bee Sha.

Speaker 1 (18:16):
Robinson takes it a touchdown and blake side run head out.

Speaker 6 (18:21):
Into the yep and all out of the sunline.

Speaker 2 (18:24):
That Jon Robins stay who standing touchdown? He speaking at
Gideo Here we go he John here the yup here
to the ends. One touchdown forty one yards and he's
out of Robinson. But take it home.

Speaker 1 (18:41):
I have a lot of fun getting ready for the draft,
watching highlights and and I'm not a scout, but I
know what looks awesome. John Robinson highlights are are fun
to watch. Mark drafts are fun as well. Chad's got
him going as highs number eight to Atlanta. He is,
you know, in my eyes, he is the best player
on the draft, and he's joining us Live now Curtesy

(19:02):
of Old Spice Live on NFL Now.

Speaker 2 (19:05):
Jean Robinson, how you doing.

Speaker 4 (19:07):
I'm doing awesome. I'm doing awesome. How's everything going with you?

Speaker 1 (19:10):
Everything is good here in Los Angeles. When you see
those mock drafts, what do you think?

Speaker 6 (19:15):
They're just my drafts? So we just we just don't know.

Speaker 4 (19:19):
Obviously everybody's you know, we all have opinions, but even
for myself, you know, I just kind of want Thursday
to get here to know.

Speaker 6 (19:27):
What team I'm actually going to be on.

Speaker 2 (19:28):
You know, yeah, I cannot imagine what that weight must be.

Speaker 6 (19:31):
Like.

Speaker 2 (19:31):
We saw one of those mocks up there.

Speaker 1 (19:33):
A couple of them had the Eagles at ten, which Jon,
I know you've talked about this, You've heard about this,
like that would be the most nony, like the.

Speaker 2 (19:40):
The Eagles don't do that.

Speaker 1 (19:41):
Like they don't take a running back at ten, but
they are one of the two teams that you visited.

Speaker 2 (19:47):
Did you get a good feel?

Speaker 6 (19:50):
Oh? Absolutely.

Speaker 4 (19:51):
I mean for both teams that I visited, Like with Eagles,
it was it was an amazing visit. Coaches, to GM,
to the janitor, the staff, I mean, everybody there was
just amazing and just even me just building those relationships
throughout the draft process, you know, with those guys, it's
been it's been awesome. But yeah, man, I mean every

(20:13):
team that I talk to has has been amazing, and
I think that you know, now I'm just really excited
to see like where I'm gonna end up, uh in
these next couple of days.

Speaker 1 (20:21):
The other visit was Tampa. Let's throw the Falcons question
out there. We had one guy up there saying, you,
Chad Ryder could go to the Falcons today, that one
seems to be gaining some late momentum.

Speaker 2 (20:32):
Jon, Do you feel that? Do you feel that at all?

Speaker 6 (20:35):
Yeah?

Speaker 4 (20:36):
Yeah, I mean even the Falcons, like you know that
that's a that's a great organization. Uh, you know, great coaches.
You know, I had a chance to meet with them
as well. Uh, and it was it was an awesome meeting,
So I kind of see where that's going in uh
and where that's headed at. But obviously, like like I said,
like for me, we.

Speaker 6 (20:54):
Just don't know.

Speaker 4 (20:55):
Uh, you know, we can have a surprise or we
can you know, anything could happen. But I just know that,
you know, God's gonna put me in the right right team,
right position, and it's gonna be fun wherever I'm at.

Speaker 2 (21:06):
You had a great current Texas.

Speaker 1 (21:07):
You also made some great friends, one of them being
guy that we see all the time there on the
sideline in Austin one, Matthew McConaughey. And it's more than
the fact that you guys are just buddies. Bjon, you
want to be an actor from when you were a
little kid, not just a football player, but an actor.
So if you're going to be an actor, are you
gonna be like McConaughey and True Detective? Are you more

(21:29):
like Interstellar where you're gonna be an astronaut and save
the Earth?

Speaker 2 (21:32):
Are you more like Dazed and Confused? Like what kind
of genre.

Speaker 8 (21:38):
I mean?

Speaker 4 (21:39):
You know, obviously like it's definitely probably an after football thing,
but you know, maybe by superhero movies, you know, dramas,
rom coms, action films, you know, hopefully, hopefully anything that
makes sense obviously, but you know, we'll definitely see where
that takes me, uh, and where that goes in the future.

(22:02):
But yeah, I mean, Matthew's a he's my guy, man,
that's my guy, another big brother to be and you
know he's taught me a lot and he's had great
time together. So you know, I'm excited to see, like
where the relationship goes in the future for sure.

Speaker 2 (22:15):
All Right, all right, I love that you'd say rom Com.

Speaker 1 (22:18):
Most guys would just go Marvel, like I want to
wear a superhero suit and save the world.

Speaker 2 (22:23):
You went rom Com.

Speaker 6 (22:25):
Hey, you gotta you gotta be gotta be versative.

Speaker 1 (22:27):
Absolutely, you're running back in what you could play wide receiver,
So there you go.

Speaker 2 (22:34):
Uh, you could be versatile.

Speaker 1 (22:35):
For those who don't know, your name means hero. So
I know a lot of teams, whoever they draft you,
their fan base think that you are going to be
a hero. But when we see your highlights beach on,
like I said before, I don't blame them for thinking that.
You said recently that your favorite play of all your
plays as a Longhorn was a run against West Virginia

(22:58):
when you were a freshman.

Speaker 2 (22:59):
Tell me why this is your favorite.

Speaker 4 (23:02):
Yeah, I mean that that's definitely my favorite play because
that was kind of the play that you know, started
my career in college football. You know, it showed so
many different skill sets all in one play. Like I
did a spin move, I can see like stiff armed
two dudes dragged the other dude. And after that run, like,

(23:23):
that's when I that's when I just started becoming comfortable
with the game. And that's when the game started slowing
down for me.

Speaker 6 (23:28):
Uh.

Speaker 4 (23:29):
And that's all I knew that I could put all
the all the talent and all the gifts that that
God's given me on the football field. So that's why
I say that's my favorite run ever, just because that's
the play right there, that that I felt immediately comfortable
in when I started saying on the football field.

Speaker 2 (23:46):
For the record, they blew it dead. We didn't show
you scoring because they said you were out of bounds.

Speaker 1 (23:50):
I don't think you actually ran out of bounds, But
you know, I don't have the other angle to prove
that you didn't run out of bounds, did you?

Speaker 6 (23:56):
Absolutely not? I was crazy. That was crazy.

Speaker 4 (23:59):
The referee that refed that game the year the year
later was like, yeah, may at a bound.

Speaker 6 (24:05):
I don't know why. I was like, that's crazy, that's crazy,
all right.

Speaker 2 (24:09):
So let's let's add it.

Speaker 1 (24:10):
So your freshman year, you actually scored seven touchdowns there,
not six, all right, So we'll all add that one
to the list. You're obviously there with Old Spice and
John tell Us where you're done with them.

Speaker 4 (24:22):
Yeah, So you know, I'm really happy to be here
with Old Spice and you know, just to help to
build confidence and mentorship for guys and just empower them
to to want to, you know, really look.

Speaker 6 (24:35):
Forward into into mentoring.

Speaker 4 (24:36):
And I think that for me for myself, you know,
I've had a lot of great mentors along the way,
from from family, two coaches, and there's there's a guy
named Kevin Washington that that really you know sticks out
to me as a mentor just because you know, my
faith is really a big thing in my life, and
you know, he really helped me out with my faith
and you know, kept that positivity in my in my

(24:57):
life when it came to college and college football and
you know, meeting meeting people, Uh, being a positive I
said to other people.

Speaker 6 (25:07):
But you know, there's a.

Speaker 4 (25:08):
Lot of kids out there that that don't have that
same mentorship in their life. And I think that, you know,
it's important, you know, for for you know, big Brothers,
Big Sisters wish List that a lot of people signed
up to Old Spice you know, school Swagger and just
because there's over thirty thousand kids that are on the

(25:28):
that are on the you know, wishless to to to
you know, try to graduate high school and they're just
they just need that mentor to to really push them
in the right direction. So I think that it's awesome that,
you know, Old Spices is doing this for kids, and
and I think that for me, just partnering with them,
I believe in that, you know, wholeheartedly, and I think

(25:48):
that it's it's a great opportunity to set something up
for success for those.

Speaker 6 (25:53):
Kids and for everybody else. So that's why, that's why
we're here.

Speaker 4 (25:56):
And you know, I just love being a part and
it's pretty special to build with Old Spies for sure.

Speaker 2 (26:01):
Yeah, it's pretty special. And that's great.

Speaker 1 (26:02):
Man well said, can't wait to see what you do
on the field, but also after listening to you there,
can't wait to see what you do in the next
community that you're a part of, wherever the NFL Draft
