Speaker 1 (00:00):
Wow.
Speaker 2 (00:10):
It's a Monday Fantasy Live edition of the Fantasy Football
Podcast on Patrick Claybon, I'll be joined by Adam Rank
and Cynthia Freeland.
Speaker 1 (00:16):
Today we dig into.
Speaker 2 (00:17):
Some major surprises at the top of the fantasy leader
board for Week fourteen, plus all the players were panicking
over the fantasy stocks on the rise and the fantasy
impact of Daniel Jones injury. All that and more as
the NFL Fantasy Football Podcast starts now.
Speaker 1 (00:32):
Everybody, Welcome to NFL Fantasy Love.
Speaker 2 (00:34):
Patrick Claibon here with Cynthia Freeland and Adam Rank. Congratulations
to everybody who secured a spot in your fantasy playoffs.
If you have been mathematically eliminated, Cynthia, we can tell
the people that despite the results, the decisions they made
were still the right call.
Speaker 3 (00:47):
Trust the process, worst ever to maybe you know, hey, here,
what are you gonna do?
Speaker 1 (00:53):
I listen.
Speaker 4 (00:54):
I've seen a lot of people crashing out in my
mentions and everything, talking about like Justin Jefferson and players
like that like you. I mean, they're great players. You're
drafting great players. Sometimes it doesn't always work out.
Speaker 2 (01:06):
Yeah, for those who have been eliminated, thank you for
spending time with us.
Speaker 1 (01:08):
We'll give you some opportunities to maybe hate.
Speaker 2 (01:11):
On the other people in your league who are still
playing because they started these guys on Sunday as we
get into our Sunday studs and yeah, Cynthia, there goes
that man once again.
Speaker 3 (01:20):
Oh, Josh Allen, you know, I was thinking about saying
something on whatever last week's show of like, oh, you know,
he doesn't even need to score a rushing touchdown to
be really no, No, he just did doesn't matter. Seventy
eight rushing yards too, just ridiculous. So I don't know,
thirty eight points, you're gonna be pretty happy, bad Josh.
And it was a snow game, which is visually appealing
for all.
Speaker 2 (01:40):
Let's go to a place where there was decidedly no snow,
but the Arizona Cardinals. I got blown out, but you
know what that means, Jacoby Bressett. Aaron hit out to
Michael Wilson, who had a career high thirty seven Fantasy points,
cashing eleven of his sixteen targets for one hundred and
forty two yards and two touchdowns. You want to find
a cardinal with ten catches one hundred and forty and
two scores. You need to go back to two thousand
(02:01):
and seven Larry Fitzgerald. Right now, Wilson is averaging thirty
in games without Marvin Harrison Junior, all those garbage time
points leading to COVID versset to a QB twelve spot
with nineteen Fantasy points. So congratulations to the fantasy managers
of the Arizona Cardinals.
Speaker 1 (02:17):
The team not so much.
Speaker 4 (02:19):
It's like clockwork watching those garbage time points come in
for the Arizona Cardinals. And it's also like clockwork watching
the LA Rams go out there and dismantle teams.
Speaker 1 (02:29):
Pokin Acua scoring.
Speaker 4 (02:31):
Over thirty five Fantasy points in this one, Matthew Stafford
having another great game, and once again, this is why
you don't get two up and two down week to
week when you're dealing with the NFL, because these teams
that look, I don't know average one week, come back
in this rally and have these monster performances. I will
take a little bit of a humble brag here because
in the stacks on Stacks on Stacks, I had a
(02:55):
triple stack of the LA Rams, which included pukin Acua
and Matthew Stafford.
Speaker 1 (03:01):
And Cynthia I dare you to find one that was
better than that?
Speaker 3 (03:05):
Well, I also was on Thursday show and I also
got to do a stack and I chose Chador Sanders.
Harold Fanit okay, we will talk about quin Shawn Juggets.
Speaker 5 (03:14):
He did fine, but two.
Speaker 3 (03:15):
Of the three were really good. In fact, my beautiful home,
it's so rare these ns Ah, It's just that makes
me so happy. Look at Chador Sanders, and this is
the thing you need to tell your grandkids, because he
is the first Cleveland quarterback with at least three hundred
and fifty passing yards, three or more touchdowns and one
rushing touchdown in a game ever. So that's why I'm saying,
(03:35):
we're probably just tell your grandkids because is lightning in
us rig twice? I don't know. Maybe he can be Also,
he'd still be the first one if he does it again.
But I'm looking at him to Harold's fan and him
to David and Jokhu. I think we have something really
fun and special brewing in Cleveland. And if they're going
to allow another team to run on them all you
know that defense is going to let them run, then
we're gonna have to see more passing out of Chador,
(03:58):
So I'm here for it.
Speaker 2 (03:58):
Yeah, I was not Olders Show, but if I was,
I wouldn't have taken Tony Pollard to have the in
terms of rushing yards game of his career. Yesterday on GDL,
A tweeters timed in and said it was vintage Tony Pollard.
Speaker 1 (04:10):
I like Tony's twenty eight years old. Let's not haven't
been unkstatus yet.
Speaker 2 (04:14):
But he had twenty five carries with two touchdowns the
thirty plus yard variety. Two of those touchdowns you'd have
to go back to King Henry in twenty eighteen. A
great fantasy performance, perhaps because they were Hayden trying to
keep Miles Garrett from getting the record, So a lot
of opportunities for Tony Pollard to run the ball right.
Speaker 1 (04:32):
Oh, the old man.
Speaker 4 (04:33):
They act like it was Tony dor Sat or somebody
Tony Poller he's played recently. It's fine also somebody who's
been playing very well except for last week and again
fans crashing out severely when Jackson Smith and Jigma did
not have a great game last week. Rallies this week
with over twenty eight Fantasy points. He was targeted ten
times seven receptions ninety two yards a pair of touchdowns.
(04:56):
He has nine games this season with at least twenty
fantasy point that's most amongst wide receivers. But I will
reserve my HB for my guy from San Clemente, and
I'm talking about Sam Clemente Donald, who also had a
huge game. Oh everybody, even the USC fans on this show,
(05:17):
we're giving up on Sam Darnald. Not me. I've been
down with him since he was a Triton down at
San Clemente High School. Had a great game, close to
two hundred and fifty yards, three touchdowns. He did add
twenty three rushing yards to help make up for the interception.
I truly believe that Sam Darnold is going to be
back safe to play in the playoffs.
Speaker 1 (05:37):
Both of these guys are going to be good to go.
Speaker 3 (05:39):
Patrick avert your Ears rankor you're really you just make
sure you cover years, Okay, Because I'm talking about Christian
Watson here against the Bears, who had two touchdowns on
four targets, meaning he got all four for eighty nine yards.
It's his fifth receiving touchdown in four games. So he
had touchdown four and touchdown five in four games. He's
also at eighty or more receiving yards in two straight
(06:00):
games for the first.
Speaker 5 (06:01):
Time in his career.
Speaker 3 (06:03):
Rank You can listen now here in a second, but
I just remind me everyone, Christian Watson is right now
your wide receiver number six.
Speaker 1 (06:10):
Yeah, a solid game for him.
Speaker 2 (06:12):
In another great wide receiver game was t Higgins against
the Buffalo Bills. He had twenty seven point two fantasy points,
including two touchdowns, one of which came on a great
catch in the fourth quarter after he actually left the
game in a situation where that looked dangerously similar to
the play where he had the concussion a couple of
weeks ago. He is now within the league's concussion protocol.
(06:34):
After finishing this game in the snow in Buffalo and
what was a loss for the Cincinnati Bengals. That one
injury that took place over the course of this weekend.
Let's get you some more injury updates as we get
into the news in case you missed it on NFL
Fantasy Live. The Colts and Nows today, quarterback Daniel Jones
has torn his achilles as he initially feared, knocking him
out for the rest of the season. With Anthony Richardson
(06:57):
still on our Riley Leonard finished the game for Indy,
who also picked up a knee injury during the game.
Brett Rippen the only other quarterback on the roster for
the Colts. How much does dimes injury change the Colts
fantasy values?
Speaker 1 (07:09):
Right? Yeah, I mean it's pretty significant.
Speaker 4 (07:12):
I mean, when you think about this loss right here,
Daniel Jones had come in and stabilize this team. Not
only was Jonathan Stewart running pretty well, but we were
having a lot of fun with.
Speaker 1 (07:20):
Some of their pass catchers.
Speaker 4 (07:22):
Obviously, Tyler Warren has been one of the great finds
in fantasy as well.
Speaker 1 (07:26):
So this is a significant thing. And not only that,
I mean like.
Speaker 4 (07:28):
From an NFL perspective too, Like, just a couple of
weeks ago, it looked like the Colts were going to
run away with the AFC South. Now they've lost three
consecutive games, the quarterback status is in doubt. We were
sitting here before the show started, running through the litany
of quarterbacks throughout Colts history, all the way from you know,
(07:50):
Peyton Manning to Johnny Unidas to Tom Maddy coming in
and starting a game like bleila. Literally there was a
famous Baltimore Colts game where Tom Maddy, who the full back,
ended up playing quarterback and we're like, what are they
going to do? Direct snapitch to Jonathan Taylor.
Speaker 1 (08:06):
Now, it is going to be.
Speaker 4 (08:07):
Something to work at a monitor this week here on
NFL Fantasy Live.
Speaker 1 (08:10):
Yeah, rough one.
Speaker 2 (08:11):
Get well soon to Daniel Jones, who was having a
great season to start before he had multiple injuries. Elsewhere
in quarterback news, Jade Daniels left Sunday's loss after taking
a fall that came after an interception Marcus Maro to
finished the game, but head coach Dan Quinn said this
morning Daniels could have finished the game if the score
been closer. Keep an eye on his practice status throughout
the week. The early indications are that Daniels will be okay. Unfortunately,
(08:35):
not the same for his teammate tight end Zach Ertz.
The veteran tore his ACL against the Vikings, which will
end his season. Awful news for a great veteran tight
end in the league who had his actual first full
season in twenty twenty four with the team.
Speaker 1 (08:50):
From a short term.
Speaker 2 (08:51):
Fantasy perspective, Cynthia, is there a tight end out on
the waiver wire that you look to as a replacement.
Speaker 3 (08:56):
Well, we love Breton Strange on the show. We are
the Breton Strange Show of Record, So I think you're
gonna want to look at the jag. In many ways,
if you watch what he does on every single down,
you'll see how valuable he is. So in many ways,
like it's all about being on the field, but he's
also a very shorthanded target for Trevor Lawrence. And even
(09:16):
though he got in the end zone this week, there
was you know, a little bit of a penalty situation,
but he probably should have even scored a touchdown this week,
So I don't know, I still think that was a
very strange outcome for him. Just a little weird that
he didn't score the touchdown this week.
Speaker 4 (09:29):
You know, Yes, I was sitting there, I'm like, this
could happen at any time, and then it didn't, And yeah,
I was a little disappointed.
Speaker 1 (09:38):
Certainly a strange outcome in that capacity.
Speaker 2 (09:41):
And yes, whatever zach Ertz decides to do, it's been
a spectacular career.
Speaker 1 (09:45):
We wish him the absolute best.
Speaker 2 (09:47):
Other injury news, after what was a really good game
for the Pittsburgh Steelers for DK Metcalf, he got off
the team plane and stayed the light the night in
a local hospital instead of going back to Pittsburgh with
the team after complaining of stomach pain.
Speaker 1 (10:01):
He did not miss any game time.
Speaker 2 (10:03):
The team says the move was precautionary but something to
monitor because the Steelers will get an extra night. They
get a Monday night matchup, a big one for them
against Miami coming up in week fifteen. Speaking of that game,
Dolphins running back to Von Hchan left Sunday's game with
a rib injury after falling on the ball, but head
coach Mike McDaniel says the MRI.
Speaker 1 (10:20):
Came back clean. Hn could have come back in if
the team needed him.
Speaker 2 (10:24):
Yesterday, both Jalen and Right and Olli Gordon got into
the end zone for Miami. So, Cynthia, even though it
seems like a Chan might be okay for the Steelers game,
which one of the other fins backs would you target?
Speaker 3 (10:36):
Well, you do need an insurance policy here, because I
as much as I would like to say, like, yeah,
sure he could have come back in, Well, what's he
going to say? He comes from the lying liar who
lis train of coaches, So I don't know if I
think this is going to be, you know something, Maybe
it changes later. I just keep an eye on this one.
Jalen Wright got more of the run in last week's game,
but in earlier games we'd seen Oli Gordon. I'm gonna
(10:58):
say it's probably Jalen going forward. However, if you have
room and you were in the playoffs, just go ahead
and pick up both so you don't have to make
the decision. I'm not suggesting this is the best idea ever,
but I'm saying, if you're in the devon Chan situation,
you got to do something. You could either guess or
do both and figure it out. But if to me
it's Jalen right, Obviously he had twenty four rushes compared
(11:19):
to Ali Gordon lle at five, so that's where I'm
getting that from.
Speaker 2 (11:21):
Yeah, and again both got in the end zone, so
maybe maybe not out of the Roman possibilities to have
all three on the roster, you Canurio Yes Gino and
to Ron Taylor had to have backups come in and
finish the game as Gino had shoulder and Taylor with
a growing injury. Keaton Mitchell left the game against the
Steelers after his best run did not return. Nick Chubb
left with a rib injury on Sunday night against Casey
(11:42):
Ceedee Lamb. Of course, after a great start level with
the concussion, David Djoku, we already discussed the numbers for
Harold's fan and junior, and not a lot of Darnel
Washington yesterday. That's because he is within the league's concussion protocol.
Why don't we give you some early options to look
ahead to for later on in the week. Who would
you be targeting right now, Cynthia.
Speaker 3 (11:59):
Well, I'm looking at Blake Korum, you know, and he
plays against Detroit. Okay, great. I love picking players against
my team. It's just really good for me. But I
think Blake Orum's explosivity this is something that we saw
on display. I know it was a blowout win, but
his touches have been increasing and what he does with
them just absolutely is the type of stuff that you love.
(12:21):
If you are Sean McVay, you say, this guy, he's
getting me at least ten yards every time I put
the ball in his hands. Let's just go go ahead
and do that. And I'm looking at de Troit. Guess
who's out, Brian branch Oh. Things stink if you're alliance fan.
We can't have nice things. But ultimately, Blake Korum, he's
going to be back in Michigan, you know, or he's
here in Michigan's coming to him. He went to school there.
(12:41):
It'll be good news for him.
Speaker 4 (12:43):
Somehow that feels like a revenge game. I don't know how,
but it does. He's going back to Michigan or whenever,
Michigan's coming to that whatever, Ryan Florno, Ryan FLORINOI for
the Dallas Cowboys is purely a spec elative ad for me,
especially for anybody who as Ceedee Lamb. Obviously you're not
gonna be able to go out there and pick up
George Pickens or anything like that. However, you want to
(13:05):
be protected because Ceede Lamb is going to be in
the concussion protocol. Hopeful he can play this week against
the Minnesota Vikings. However, if something goes awry, this would
be the next available option. The Cowboys have the second
most targets to wide receivers this season. The Vikings defense
has looked vulnerable at time. I thought they looked really
good on Sunday, but I think they've looked vulnerable at times.
(13:27):
So again, I want to have parts of this Cowboys
offense if I get the opportunity. So this is going
to be one of my waiver priorities for the coming week.
Speaker 2 (13:35):
And with not just Ceedee Lamb, but also T Higgins
in the concussion protocol, you don't have to wait right
now if you want to go because the Giants were
on a buy.
Speaker 1 (13:44):
And pick up Darius Slayton. You can do that.
Speaker 2 (13:46):
He's at eleven or more fantasy points in three of
the last four weeks and he's going up against the
Washington Commanders, a team that's given up the second most.
Speaker 1 (13:52):
Yards per target to wide receivers this season. They just
got beat thirty one to.
Speaker 2 (13:57):
Nothing by the Minnesota Vikings, so I think there may
be a solid opportunity for Darius. Slate of the twenty
twenty six NFL Pro Bowl Vote, presented by Jersey Mike's
is open and the roster is up to you now
through December fifteenth. Cast your ballot and honor the players
who dominated for your fantasy team this season. It's the
ultimate way to say thank you to your squad for
(14:17):
their great work. So don't wait, go to Pro Bowl
dot Com slash vote today. It's time for panic or
patience here on NFL Fantasy Live. The panic button is here,
and if you've made the Fantasy playoffs, it will tell
you whether or not you should make some changes loudly
and violently, or will tell you if you haven't made
the playoffs, that you can get ready to join some
(14:38):
schoddenfrud regarding somebody in your fantasy league. So, Cynthia, I
will start with the button in your hands. Because Rashe
Rice did not have the ball in his hands. It's
some key situations, some rough drops for Rashi Rice because
he still got the target.
Speaker 1 (14:50):
So are you panicking?
Speaker 3 (14:51):
So the chiefs, everything feels fine there. I don't know
what anyone's talking about things. Things seem great, of course.
Speaker 6 (14:57):
I yeah.
Speaker 5 (15:00):
You talk about drops.
Speaker 3 (15:01):
Let's talk about the number of drops five drops since
week seven that has tied for the most in the NFL,
such as one drop Patrick, It's five a lot of drops.
Listen to this playoff schedule. You ready Chargers Tennessee? Okay,
that was.
Speaker 5 (15:16):
Good, Denver sounds awful.
Speaker 3 (15:19):
So if you can afford to only use him in
the middle week that Tennessee week, good.
Speaker 5 (15:23):
On you go ahead and keep him. But in my opinion,
this one is very scary.
Speaker 1 (15:28):
Yes, all panic, all out panic.
Speaker 2 (15:31):
A question for you, right regarding John Robinson, a friend
of the show, great play, he's on a thousand yards,
but the Falcons were adjacent to.
Speaker 1 (15:39):
Nothing on Sunday against the Seattle Seahawks. Is at time
to panic on bajon? Oh my god, you look at it.
Speaker 4 (15:45):
Not only that, but he's also giving up some carries
at Tyler Al's year. How could you not push the
panic button except not pushing it?
Speaker 1 (15:51):
Why would we do such a thing.
Speaker 4 (15:53):
He is still one of the lead leaguer, one of
the lead lead hold on, I'll get it, hold on,
he is one of the league leaders.
Speaker 1 (16:01):
Now be company scrimmage yards this year. Honestly, like the
Seahawks go into this game. They're the number two rush
defense entering Week fourteen. But Jeohn Robinson had a bad game.
Speaker 4 (16:11):
He ran the ball twenty times, he did get eighty
six yards. It's just hilarious. How many people are crashing out.
You're like, he got nine, he got nine fantasy plaints.
You're like, yeah, that happens. That happens sometimes when you're
playing a really good defense. Hopefully for a lot of you.
If you had Jon Robinson hopefully your roster management was
such that you were just playing for seating, you were
(16:34):
not playing to get into the playoffs. You just listen,
it's gonna be fine. He's gonna be he's gonna be Okay,
it's gonna be great. Don't worry about jon Robbins. Yeah,
pick those folks back up.
Speaker 2 (16:43):
After for a nine point four Fantasy points, it was
not nine fantasy ports. Was the third of that for
Tyler Warren, a season low. And you also see the
quarterback on the ground. He's out for the rest of
the season. But I am not panicking, oh Tyler Warren, No, sir,
I am he's the quarterback.
Speaker 1 (16:59):
I am not saying that he's gonna be Taysom Hill.
I don't think so.
Speaker 2 (17:03):
But you have to facilitate targets an opportunity for Tyler Warren.
And yes, I do think that includes him maybe running
the ball a bit, maybe handing the ball off to
Jonathan Taylor. Maybe the offense is essentially just Tyler Warren
and Jonathan Taylor. I don't think it's time to absolutely
lose it go scouring the place for backup tight ends.
Speaker 1 (17:23):
I think you're okay with Tyler Warren for the time being.
Speaker 2 (17:26):
There is a question, though, Cynthia about Kenneth Walker the
third he had three point eight fantasy points.
Speaker 1 (17:31):
He had one catcher those for negative yards. As a
time to panic, I mean.
Speaker 3 (17:35):
Look, if you're in a win like this, like you
should be running the football, right, You should running football
and should run it really effectively. Right.
Speaker 5 (17:41):
Really? I meant no, patience, Kenneth.
Speaker 3 (17:45):
I must day not like we're going to be real
calm here in a large part because look at that
snapshare fifty seven percent after being forty five percent in
weeks one through ten.
Speaker 5 (17:57):
I understand that it doesn't.
Speaker 3 (17:59):
Necessarily look good when he gets you three point eight
fantasy points.
Speaker 5 (18:02):
However, here's what I tell you. He wants to get
that bag.
Speaker 3 (18:06):
And you know what happens at the end of a
season when a playoff team and you want to get
that back, Ok, you run extra hard.
Speaker 5 (18:12):
We know, we know, right Patrick? Do you believe it
more than anyone more motivating? Extra extra No?
Speaker 3 (18:18):
But ultimately I think this team is well positioned. They
have a great offensive line, and they run the ball
a ton volume volume, baby, And of course you know,
being motivated by money.
Speaker 2 (18:29):
Volume, motivation, opportunity and the patients inspired by Cynthia Freeland
to bringing me to our next player.
Speaker 1 (18:37):
Right, Justin Jefferson.
Speaker 2 (18:38):
He's Justin Jefferson, Right, we don't care about the low points,
so we're not on a panic on JJ.
Speaker 4 (18:44):
You're building a roster right now, and you could pick
any wide receiver currently playing in the NFL. It's clear
that Justin Jefferson would be amongst the first chosen.
Speaker 1 (18:56):
You want to lose your.
Speaker 4 (18:57):
Fantasy anybody who did perk him.
Speaker 1 (19:03):
Over like this is funny.
Speaker 4 (19:05):
I actually I guess in a way, if you pick
Justin Jefferson this year, perhaps you shouldn't be panicking because
you're only playing for a consolation prize. It has been
that disastrous and he has such a huge, huge factor,
a huge name, Like you're still compelled to start him,
Like who are you going to bench him for? I
(19:27):
get tweets all the time. We get him where people
are like, I can't start him anymore. You're like, no,
I'm still starting. Like it's just one of those things,
like I really don't have a much better option unless
I have, Like you know, Ceedee Lamb and Jamar Chase
are my other two choices.
Speaker 1 (19:42):
You're probably gonna have to start him. So, yes, the
panic is necessary.
Speaker 2 (19:46):
And unfortunately, sometimes folks can't hit the panic button because
their season.
Speaker 1 (19:50):
Is already over.
Speaker 2 (19:51):
And again we appreciate those of you who are out
sitting on the bench watching everybody else play.
Speaker 1 (19:55):
You're like the Squidward meme.
Speaker 2 (19:56):
And so we ask for submissions in terms of my
sea an ended win, and we will start with this
first one coming from Benny the Jet going to you.
Rank traded DeVonta Adams for a Mecca Buka in week six.
Speaker 4 (20:10):
Oh dude, we talked about this like we we told
you weeks ago that it was going to be tough
for these rookie wide receivers to continue their positive momentum
because it is something it's a trend that happens each
and every season that these guys will come out like
a house of buyer, but at some point either the
tape comes out or the riggers of the NFL get
to them, but if they fall off a little bit. So, yes,
(20:34):
Benny the jet, I'm sorry. I'm sorry that it happened.
Speaker 1 (20:36):
To you, though, yeah, it happens. I see the vision, Benny,
how about this was Reusentia?
Speaker 2 (20:41):
Was seid he drop the walk in touchdown against the
Raiders in week eleven, he lost Part four.
Speaker 3 (20:45):
Oh no, a drop stinks. It is a stinky way
to lose. I'm sorry he should have just held onto
the ball. But at least, you know, at least you
had cde Lamb, which is more than a few of us,
because yeah.
Speaker 2 (21:01):
He picked the guy in the top and he had
a successful season. A lot of folks didn't pick Rico
on the top, but you know Bella mecal Aesthetics had
Rico who needed one more yard against San Francisco a
couple of weeks ago. The playoff push can be tough,
the one yard, but those are those are tough.
Speaker 1 (21:18):
But it is cute.
Speaker 2 (21:19):
It if this one going from you from Chandler right
took Joe Mixon early?
Speaker 6 (21:24):
Uh?
Speaker 2 (21:24):
Did did the draft before the news came out? Yeah,
we haven't seen Joe Mixon all year?
Speaker 1 (21:28):
Could I be more broken up about this play? I
don't think so.
Speaker 3 (21:34):
Sorry, you need to pivot?
Speaker 1 (21:38):
Are these friends character? Wrong? Character? That's ross My friends
was pivoting, was pivoting with the can So maybe something
this one from ian I started the break DJ Moore
and lost by two points.
Speaker 6 (21:57):
Oh I I'm sorry, I mean like these, these like
sub five point losses just are heartbreaking.
Speaker 2 (22:07):
Yeah, well, I mean losing in general can be heartbreaking.
So why don't we share our tales of ultimate failure
with the people?
Speaker 1 (22:14):
Lynn was your one of your seasons over?
Speaker 3 (22:17):
So my league of record was over this week and
I got I did. It wasn't two points. It wasn't
like some like close thing. It was like one hundred
points because I went against some of the plays in
the team that I follow, which is Jamier Gibs.
Speaker 5 (22:30):
Jamior Gibbs absolutely just smoked my whole fanacy team.
Speaker 3 (22:33):
I think I lost end up losing by like twenty
five points. I'm crazy like that. And it was because
so I was so hard for It was like no, no,
not that last time, just not yeah.
Speaker 5 (22:42):
Okay, do it, okay, don't do it, Mary Standards.
Speaker 1 (22:45):
Oh god, I.
Speaker 3 (22:46):
Don't know what to do.
Speaker 1 (22:47):
At least it happened on Thursday. You had Tom to adjusts.
What about you? Right, Yeah, it's one of those things too.
Speaker 4 (22:53):
I could point to drafting a quarterback or anything like that,
but two were the first three weeks of the season.
I was in that position where I was the second highest.
Speaker 7 (23:02):
Scorer in the league and I lost anyways, Like God,
it's not that big a deal it all, even it
doesn't know because those two losses are what's keeping me
out of the playoffs right now.
Speaker 4 (23:12):
And I know that there'll be some hipsteris out of
the league. That's why my league does this algorithm of
like the guy was, shut up. If you want to
do it that way, then do straight Rotisseriy. This is
playing against your friends, and I have to wear it
for an entirety of the offseason. I'm bitter about it
right now, but I do see the humor in how
ridiculous this thing is, and I'm just gonna wear it
(23:33):
and move on and it is what it is.
Speaker 2 (23:35):
Yeah, my bitterness also, you know, stems for eternity, and
you have a part in that, right because my league
of record is the NFL Fantasy Live League, and I'm
so in Week eleven, where I needed to win, I need.
Speaker 1 (23:47):
To push for the playoffs, I had Askton genty, I
needed to get ten points. Ask Jendy finished with nine points.
Speaker 2 (23:52):
The Raiders elected to not play in the final drive
and take a knee out despite the fact that they're
kicking field goals late here, and all I needed was
was one more catch from mashon genty But congratulations ring
in your spot in the Fantasy Live League playoffs, Naked Zero,
You didn't.
Speaker 1 (24:10):
We both lost, so how great was that? Peric victory
is for all?
Speaker 2 (24:14):
As we come back here on NFL Fantasy Live, the
browse looked a whole lot more exciting.
Speaker 1 (24:19):
With Shador Sanders under center. Are we buying in on
the Browns?
Speaker 2 (24:22):
It's a week fourteen fantasy stock report coming up next
on NFL Fantasy Live. We're back here on NFL fanas
A love time for a fantasy stock report before the
final game of week fourteen and stock up stock down
as we track the market movement regarding some certain fantasy players.
Speaker 1 (24:41):
Why don't you start us off with your stock reports? Cintia?
Speaker 5 (24:43):
Ah, okay, well, you know I love a good stock report.
Speaker 3 (24:46):
Here. Jerry Judy his stock is up. Why you're gonna
want to buy him? He's running forty four routes. That's
his most since week sick. We trade on fundamentals around here,
and the fundamentals show us that the volume is there,
which means it's going to drive the price. Look at
that that finish is incredible as well. That's the second
most fantasy points per this season, and he's had three
(25:07):
point three two fantasy points per target. That's the most
since twenty twenty two. So this stock is looking great
ahead of the holiday season. A real Q four surprise
for us. But just like the Nasdaq and the S
and P, some things do do fall down. You know,
they close down this week today. Davante Adams, when you
talk about fundamentals, he is very touchdown dependent.
Speaker 5 (25:28):
So you're gonna need to have that touchdown if you're
gonna have.
Speaker 3 (25:31):
The day that you expect from him. So on the
days when he doesn't get the touchdown, you're gonna end
up with sub seven fantasy points. That's wide receiver number
forty six. I'm not saying he's not great. I'm not
saying he's not gonna get in the end zone or
be the leader in total touchdowns this season. But I'm
just saying, if I'm a fantasy stock watcher, which i am,
and I'm buying hot like you had to buy him
very high, you need him to throw.
Speaker 2 (25:51):
The touchdown, especially when you normally think if the Rams
get a blowout like that, because Davante's getting in the
end zone.
Speaker 1 (25:56):
But just like the markets when things are going great.
Speaker 3 (25:58):
You know, sometimes you can do sometimes just connected from
the fundamentals, so very high volatility just not good out
of there.
Speaker 1 (26:04):
But they could just turn the markets off sometimes. It's interesting.
All right, what's your stock report here in week fourteen?
You know, I'm going to start with r J.
Speaker 4 (26:12):
Harvey, And as Cynthia sits here and talks about the
complexities of the stock market, I would rather sing lyrics
from one of the most random bands of the nineteen
nineties and talking about Harvey, danger and Flagpole sitting because
I'm sick, but I'm not well at any event.
Speaker 1 (26:28):
R J.
Speaker 4 (26:29):
Harvey has been very well over the last couple of weeks.
He said he had twenty two Fantasy points on Sunday,
ran the ball seventeen times, also was active as a
receiver out of the backfield six receptions, which was tied
for the most on the team, and he's had twenty
one Fantasy points in back to back games.
Speaker 1 (26:46):
This is huge for him.
Speaker 4 (26:48):
Unfortunately for Zach Sharboney, he is trending in the other direction.
He has had fewer than ten touches in two of
his last three games, and you know what, he's.
Speaker 1 (27:00):
Not playing enough Snaps.
Speaker 4 (27:01):
Kenneth Walker the third played sixty percent of the Snaps
on Sunday or over the last three weeks. Excuse me,
you know what, Jack Sharbonay has seen that number fall
to below forty percent.
Speaker 1 (27:12):
So this is a real eye opener.
Speaker 4 (27:14):
For anybody who's been counting on Zack Charboney so far
in the season.
Speaker 3 (27:17):
How do you factor in that I've been around the
world and found that only stupid people.
Speaker 5 (27:21):
Well, don't worry about it, dontorry about the rest of that.
Speaker 1 (27:24):
What am I doing? What? What are the stupid people doing? Cynthia,
I'm perplex What is it exactly?
Speaker 5 (27:31):
You know years gooot were watching this show.
Speaker 3 (27:34):
We're gonna have to google for.
Speaker 4 (27:34):
Them, saying listen, I just want to publish zines and
rage against machines.
Speaker 1 (27:39):
So just let's go.
Speaker 3 (27:40):
It's kissing me.
Speaker 2 (27:42):
We index very highly on Harvey Dander and also Henry Danger,
which my son just finished a binge.
Speaker 1 (27:48):
Let's get a stock report.
Speaker 2 (27:49):
The markets are screaming about Tyler Shuck's two rushing scores,
salidating about future success. I'm not sure if it's sustainable,
at least the rushing aspect. Much like our global means
of resource this shy, but if you see him, Tyler
Schuck move around pretty well the last couple of weeks.
In fact, he was on the field with Taysom Hill
and he's the one that ran the ball. So that's
(28:10):
some positive positivity. Like I say, it's too extract from
the Saints offense, the negativity actually comes from the same team.
I think it's a stock down for Chris o'lave. Good
news he got fifty percent of the air yards. The
bad news is a lot of them just weren't very
viable in the rain and weather in Tampa and he's
only had two red zone targets in the last six games.
(28:31):
So the stock for Chris o'lave, unfortunately, is going down.
That is our stockwatch here on Fantasy Love.
Speaker 1 (28:38):
Time for a.
Speaker 2 (28:39):
Data deep dive because the new Fantasy tool on NFL
pro gives us access to so much information and data
that we have to share it with the people.
Speaker 1 (28:47):
What did you see this weekend?
Speaker 3 (28:48):
Cynthia Well, Jackson Smith and Jigua has so many great
data points, but the one that I really liked was
his matchup with aj Terrell, who's been very excellent this season.
So five of his seven five of his seven tar
it's he caught for eighty one yards and a touchdown.
That was in twenty two matchups against AJ Terrell. That's
the most he's allowed since twenty twenty three. So what
(29:08):
does this potentially mean when you're looking Atlanta's playoff schedule?
Could you potentially target a wide out against him? Now?
The only other guy that's had somewhat similar success has
been Tedro McMillan, who's very tall, like six'. Four so
that's kind of not a great comp Because jackson's pit
the jig what isn't quite as tall as. That tampa
the schedule Is Tampa, Bay arizona and The. Rams So
(29:28):
i'm looking To Chris godwin And i'm, thinking, hmmm that
could be a tasty little, treat, right there'd be a
little to make a booka action as. Well BUT i
mean The, rams come. On either one of those guys
is just going to have an elite matchup Against Eddie
corner in the. League, Arizona you're gonna want to see who's.
Playing But Marvin Harrison junior does have that big. Frame
that could be a nice matchup as.
Speaker 2 (29:46):
Well All, RIGHT i saw BEFORE dk got hospitalized with stomach.
Speaker 1 (29:50):
Problems he gave his all for The. Steelers he had one.
Speaker 2 (29:52):
Hundred and twenty one yards on targets with twenty or
more air.
Speaker 1 (29:56):
Yards not just a.
Speaker 2 (29:57):
High for The steelers in a season where they went
months without any of those, completions it was a career.
Speaker 1 (30:03):
High FOR Dk, Metcalf so.
Speaker 2 (30:04):
