Speaker 1 (00:00):
Wow, Hey, everybody, welcome to another edition of the NFL
Fantasy Football Show. It's me your man, MG. Marcus Grant,
joined by Michael F. Florio and Lakwan Jones. We have
made it to another Wednesday. Hooray, burkfast burgfelltaest of Week ten.
Speaker 2 (00:27):
We're in double digit weeks now, which means you have.
Speaker 1 (00:29):
One two, three, four five five five five five weeks
left in the fantasy regular season, so it's time to
make some moves. A lot going on. We got plenty
to talk about on the show today. We are digging
through the Week ten slate of games, our fantasy spin
after the NFL trade deadline. Plus we're handing out some
mid season awards, and of course we'll give you our
Week ten sleepers. Let's get started, as we always do,
(00:51):
with some fantasy headlines. We will start down in the
desert where it'll be Jacoby Brissett getting the start for
the car Knows against the Seahawks as Kyler Murray continues
to be soft bench.
Speaker 2 (01:03):
I mean, excuse me, heal from an injury.
Speaker 1 (01:06):
Look those are my words, not not the coaches, nobody
in Arizona, but playing well, So Florio, does that mean
it's wheels up for Marvin Harrison Junior in Week ten.
Speaker 3 (01:16):
I think so. Like I know, in the two of
the three games, he hasn't been great with Prissette, but
we saw last week what the upside could be. Uh,
Seattle has been elite at stopping the run, so I
wouldn't be surprised if we see the Cardinals have to
throw it a little bit more. Plus their offense has
been elite at putting up points, so we could just
naturally see them having to throw the ball more. And
(01:37):
it's funny because yesterday someone sent me a text. It
was like Gannon says that Kyler Murray will be the
starter when he's healthy, and I was like, well, what
he's not saying is he won't be healthy until Jacobyssett
has a bad game.
Speaker 1 (01:47):
Right.
Speaker 2 (01:48):
It's like, hey, Kyler, yeah, you're no Just hang on,
rest up, just.
Speaker 4 (01:52):
Focus on healings. That was the exact words, to focus
on recovery. And that sounds like see you next year, buddy.
Speaker 1 (01:58):
Why this sound He's going to be in a Matthew
Stafford a stream trailer for a while.
Speaker 2 (02:01):
Hey it works until morale improved. So there you go. Ah.
Speaker 1 (02:05):
So anyway, we know that for set starting against the Seahawks.
Speaking of the Seahawks, that's a perfect way to get
us to what happened in the NFL trade deadline a
couple of days ago, and starting with these Seahawks making
a trade, they acquire Rashid Shahed from the New Orleans Saints.
So luquan rip for Tory Horton the year.
Speaker 4 (02:26):
I wouldn't say rip, but he does take a step
back in fantasy because you love the talent that he possesses.
I mean, like this season he has shown flashes and
the games that he played more than forty percent of
the snaps. Four out of his five games, he's had
eleven plus Fantasy points in each of those outings. But
Rashishah is coming in as a deep threat. They tried
to get Tory Horton deep downfield, not making that strong
connection with Sam Darnold, but this is a move that
(02:49):
Rashi shi Heed is one of the elite ball trackers
on the deep ball. Derek Carr was out there slinging
it to him and listen, I understand that Rashi Shah
he is coming in. It's gonna be one of those
things where Tory Horton becomes a drop. But I'm actually
stashing Tory Horn in deeper leagues, especially for the more
wounded rosters out there that need the wide receiver help
Berry buster boom. But I'm strapping myself to talent. This
(03:09):
guy's got five touchdowns tied with a Mecca Buka, like
you cannot ignore that.
Speaker 1 (03:14):
Yeah, I think it's gonna be interesting though, because the
Seahawks definitely needed a compliment to JS and I mean, yeah,
as much as they've tried to build the whole plane
out of Jackson, Smith and Jig, but at some point
you do have to throw it to somebody else.
Speaker 2 (03:24):
So I think rashis Shahe sort of fills that boom
you can fill there.
Speaker 1 (03:28):
On the other side, though Florio in New Orleans, Chris
olave is still going to be Chris o'lave. But who
else possibly gets a boost from this?
Speaker 3 (03:35):
I could see Juwan Johnson just because of volume, and
he last week had some volume from Tyler Schuck. But
with the Saints, I'm really not excited to play anyone there,
even Chris a Lave. This week I have as a
sit because it's a really tough matchup and now there's
even more focus that can go his way. So yeah,
to me, he's kind of the only saint that I
(03:57):
think you start with confidence and even him.
Speaker 1 (03:58):
I don't love this. Yeah, I put this thing together.
I didn't see an obvious answer to the next man.
Speaker 2 (04:04):
Up there is in New Orleans.
Speaker 1 (04:06):
So Chris o'lave continues to get a lot of looks
beyond that. You know what the answer is, nobody Taysom
Hill Hill. Yeah, You're no Hill. The answer is always
Taysom Hill.
Speaker 2 (04:17):
Uh. The Las Vegas Raiders also made a trade.
Speaker 1 (04:20):
Kobe Myers before the season said he wanted to be
traded and he finally got his wish by Jacobe Myers.
Speaker 2 (04:25):
Like, why didn't you do this on Sunday?
Speaker 1 (04:26):
I could have taken the Jaguars playing back to Jacksonville
with them. But whatever, he's gonna go to Jacksonville be
a Jaguar lakwan. We know Travis Hunter is out for
at least a few more weeks as he's dealing with
a knee injury. Ryan Thomas Junior also having an ankle injury,
but that one not as severe. Kobe Myers coming to
Jacksonville does that mean this is a rap on BTJ
(04:46):
as a fantasy wide receiver one.
Speaker 2 (04:48):
I mean, when did it start? How is it a rap?
Speaker 1 (04:50):
He was drafted like into the first round, so people
seem to believe he was well.
Speaker 4 (04:54):
The fantasy streets fell for another eggle on the face
because Trevor min Lawrence is his quarterback.
Speaker 1 (04:58):
Man.
Speaker 4 (04:58):
Update to the fantasy out there that we're out there
standing all summer long for Trevor mid Lawrence. Brian Thomas
Junior is averaging thirteen Fantasy points per game with him.
We gave him that wide receiver badge because of the
nineteen fantasy points per game we saw with Mac Jones.
News flash, Trevor mid Lawrence is still the quarterback. We
can get rid of this dream that he has wide
receiver production for the rest of the season because obviously
(05:20):
him banged up, not being able to connect with Trevor
mid Lawrence at a wide receiver one level for fantasy
out outing. So I'm looking at this as like right
before the fantasy trade deadline, I'm recommending get rid of him,
get what you can sell this guy off, because you're
going to sit here and look at Jacoby Myers with
reliable hands operating out of that slot where we know
Trevor mid Lawrence loves going, so therefore there's gonna be
(05:40):
fantasy relevance there where Brian Thomas Junion is going to
be lost in the win trying to get ten points
on the week.
Speaker 2 (05:46):
Yeah, yeah, I'm kind of glad I didn't really invest.
Speaker 3 (05:48):
I'm glad I didn't invest heavily. I would still be
trying to buy low on Brian Thomas Junior.
Speaker 2 (05:52):
Guys a sick man.
Speaker 3 (05:53):
He is the best wide receiver there, and Jacoby's gonna
be playing out wide, So like I think BTJ could
still be the one.
Speaker 2 (06:00):
Back in Vegas. Is it Trey Tucker season?
Speaker 3 (06:03):
It's Trey Tucker season in a sense of he's still
boom er Buss, but he has more chances to go
boom now because he's gonna get more volume. But I
think Brock Bauers is and Jentier the only Raiders that
I want.
Speaker 2 (06:14):
Bowers is back there.
Speaker 1 (06:15):
Chatter they might go more twelve personnel, maybe Michael Mayers
starts to work in here as well.
Speaker 3 (06:21):
They should go twelve more because those are their two
best play man game wide receiver.
Speaker 1 (06:26):
Who's really thin Right now, they're in Las Vegas. Time
to turn our attention of course to Week ten. Four
teams on a bye this week, the Bengals, the Cowboys,
the Chiefs, and the Titans.
Speaker 2 (06:37):
A lot of wide receiver talent and not available to
you this week.
Speaker 1 (06:40):
You look at Chasin Higgins, Pickens and Lamb Rashid, Rice
Xavier Worthy.
Speaker 2 (06:46):
Even look Jim Ray DK was starting to become a thing. Yeah,
I mean a lot of touchdown like that. Those are points,
a lot of it out this week.
Speaker 1 (06:54):
Take a look at the first touchdown odds for the
Thursday night game between the Las Vegas Raiders and the
Denver Broncos. JK Dobbins a top the list, followed by
Ashton Genty.
Speaker 3 (07:04):
Where's j Harvey?
Speaker 2 (07:05):
Nowhere Harvey? He's been scoring touchdowns in the fourth quarter?
The last disrespect all right, Troy Franklin brock Bowers has
a three touchdown game and he's plus one thousand. Really,
I mean, I know it's the Broncos, but it's brock
Bowers Like he seems like a last week right, exactly
what's happening? What does he have forty three points last week?
That seems disrespectful to me.
Speaker 1 (07:27):
But Florio, as we get into this game, I want
through nine weeks and Ashton gent vibes check from.
Speaker 3 (07:33):
You, Ashton genty great running back himself can be the
victim of a being on a bad offense with a
bad offensive line, but he has used enough in the
passing game that I still think you start him each
in every week. Like I know, this is a tough
matchup for him. You have to worry about him falling
behind and get a game scripted out. But then he
(07:54):
could at least make up for it with some catches
and he's always a big play threat. So maybe we
did push him up a little bit too high as
a like mid first round pick. But yeah, to me,
he is still in RB one and one that you
start weekly.
Speaker 2 (08:06):
I'm gonna do a little bit. And I told you so.
This was why I had no interest in him in
the middle of the first round. Acts. That's why I
really wasn't super interested at least published information that the
Raiders O line was trashed.
Speaker 1 (08:17):
None of that right, It had nothing to do with
the player and everything to do with the situation that
like that he was being drafted, not even at his ceiling,
like above his ceiling for where this offense can be.
So I'm sad I didn't get more eeshton gent, but
I just kind of heat this, yeah with.
Speaker 3 (08:33):
That line of like they can't tackle me, and I
think everyone got hiding.
Speaker 4 (08:36):
Yeah, definitely the Michael Meyers standing and then the draft
analyst hyping him up. When the draft analyst gets outside
on the fantasy streets, there's kind of an overlap where
fantasy where we can't turn that switch off, where we're
just fall in love with that hype. Like, no, they
could step back. Look at the old line, look at
the team.
Speaker 2 (08:53):
It was always it just always seemed like it was
heading this direction. On the other side.
Speaker 1 (08:56):
Speaking of running backs, Lakwan, let's spin the wheel of
bronk those running backs. Where does it land?
Speaker 2 (09:02):
In Week ten?
Speaker 1 (09:03):
R J.
Speaker 2 (09:03):
Harvey by load up.
Speaker 4 (09:04):
You already know this guy, but listen, it's been a
very long time since JK. Dobbins has found the end zone.
The one thing that we've seen in these last three
games is RJ. Harvey getting design plays in the red
zone and scoring these touchdowns. Three touchdowns in the last
three games. Receiving touchdowns, I should say, and since Week
four he's been leading the Broncos in receiving touchdowns. That
(09:24):
is insane. Cortland Sutton's on this team. Troy Franklin, who
was top three in red zone targets, is behind r
J Harvey since Week four when it comes to receiving touchdowns.
Speaker 2 (09:32):
So spinning the wheel.
Speaker 4 (09:34):
I'm obviously going to be rocking with RJ Harvey with
expectations as a flex moving forward. I know the touches
are not there, but Sean Payton loves him some.
Speaker 2 (09:41):
R J Harvey. It's starting to blossom. Now, it's starting
the blossom, folks.
Speaker 3 (09:44):
Yes, I basically tweeted out the moneyball gift the other
day and I was like, RJ Harvey does something amazing
every time he touches the ball. The issue is Champayton
never lets him touch the mall. He goes to the
bathroom whenever he does.
Speaker 2 (09:56):
That's all.
Speaker 1 (09:57):
It only happens in the fourth quarter, and a lot
of has happened lately because they were driving meeting to
get points. I don't I think Gamescript's gonna be more
the JK. Dobbins favor.
Speaker 4 (10:07):
It's been over a month since he's found the end zone. Folks, like,
I think JK. Dobbins is getting eaten the lie with
RJ Harvey's valuable opportunity.
Speaker 1 (10:14):
The Raiders have given up the second most rushing touchdowns
this season.
Speaker 3 (10:17):
R J.
Speaker 2 (10:18):
Harvey season, Baby, Let's go.
Speaker 3 (10:19):
It's kind of annoying because it kind of makes both
of them where you don't trust.
Speaker 2 (10:23):
Yes, it's actually the correct hits. That's what it is,
and trust him.
Speaker 1 (10:28):
Turning to the Sunday Slave of Games, it will start early,
especially on the West coast here in Berlin, the Falcons
and the Colts doing battle there in Germany. You can
see that, of course on NFL Network and on NFL
Plus Floria. If you were setting a DFS lineup, this
game has two of the premier running backs in the NFL.
Which of the two, between John Robinson and Jonathan Taylor
(10:50):
would you be more willing to pay.
Speaker 3 (10:51):
Up for Jonathan Dale? Because I think Gamescript has a
better chance of being on his side. I just think
the Cults are the better team here plus as much.
Just the Falcons love to come out and call Bejeon
Robinson the best player in the world. They love to
get their RB two involved as well and start giving
him touches over Beijon, especially when they get near the
goal one. Whereas with the Colts, we know their entire
(11:13):
red zone offense operates through Jonathan Taylor. So look, there's
not a wrong answer here. They're two of the what
two best maybe running backs in the world. But I
would lean Taylor just because I like the game scripts
better for him a little bit more.
Speaker 1 (11:27):
Yeah, it's just so weird that the they love Beajon Robinson,
but then like they can't quit Tyler Algier for something.
Speaker 2 (11:34):
Oh he's good, Bro's good. They put him thousand yards
this year Robinson.
Speaker 3 (11:38):
Yeah, he's at sharbonnay in this.
Speaker 1 (11:43):
Yes, I actually think I like Algier better than Sharponna,
but that's just me. Uh. Patriots at Buccaneers and one
of the better games on the schedule this week. I'm
a Buccaneers defense has been good against the past. Lakwan,
can you can you trust? Can you start a Patriots
wide receiver in this?
Speaker 4 (11:59):
All your expectations here, because like for Stefan Diggs, like
when you look at what the Bucks have allowed on defense,
that like wide receiver ones, guys who are game planned
to be the wide receiver one the main focus. They
allowed a floor of thirteen and a half fantasy points
to wide receiver one. So I think with Kayshauan BOUDI
dealing with a hamstring.
Speaker 2 (12:16):
He's day to day.
Speaker 4 (12:17):
I think Themario Douglas could be in play and those
more wounded rosters. I think in deeper leagues he's worth
a flex. But Stefan Digs. To me, my expectations is
flex opportunities here. So I do think with Drake May
being matchup proof of what we can actually stamp him.
I mean, he's in that MVP conversation, but he ain't Stafford.
But I would just put that out there. But I
do think at the end of the day, like you
(12:37):
can trust Stefan Diggs this week, back to back games,
He's found the end zone. So just gonna hang my
hat on that. Hey, Stefan Digs is your guy this week.
Don't try to get cute and try to put Hunter
Henry in there. Stephan Dicks has been going off this
season at times when given opportunity.
Speaker 2 (12:51):
Drake Mans pancakes, Matthew Stafford's waffles. Nobody was asking about waffles, right,
I'm sorry, that's a whole I just need to make
it clear of like who should be the.
Speaker 1 (13:00):
Drake May and Josh Allen have similarities in the sense
that both are guys we love and we're starting every
week in fantasy, and neither one has a pass catcher
that you're like, yep, yes, every single week.
Speaker 3 (13:09):
Yeah, And what they have in common is whichever one
wins the division probably gonna win the MVP.
Speaker 1 (13:14):
It's very, very good point, So easy to troll him.
Speaker 2 (13:20):
It's great. It's insane.
Speaker 1 (13:21):
Speaking of trolling Rams and forty nine ers, they meet
for the second time this season, this time in Santa Clara.
Speaker 2 (13:28):
Temu Molemeir is back for this week, is back this week.
Speaker 1 (13:35):
So we decided that whoever whoever's team loses this game,
you're gonna that person will wear the jersey of the
other squad. So you'll see that this time next week
on this show, So stay tuned for that. But from
a fantasy perspective, in this game, Florio rock Purty looking
like he's got a good chance to start after missing
several weeks with turf toe. If he does start, does
(13:55):
that change which wide receivers you trust?
Speaker 2 (13:58):
No, because I.
Speaker 3 (14:00):
Do think Juwan Jennings is the only one I'm playing
with confidence right now. Kendrick Bourne, I mean, well, placing
Quinton Drake so but he's kind of faded in the
last couple of weeks. He really hasn't been a thing.
But we saw Juwan Jennings kind of come to life
last week, and I do believe that there is a
(14:21):
special connection with Brock Perdy and Juwan Jennings. But really
the answers are still CMC and George Kittle are the
top two targets, which leads Juwan Jennings. He might be
the wide receiver one, but he also might be the
third target there.
Speaker 1 (14:33):
Yeah, I think that's probably probably the best idea. I
do think this is sally a good week for George Kittle.
We know Christian McCaffrey is gonna get like eleven d
touches averages.
Speaker 3 (14:42):
Thirty one points per game against the Rams in his
career like k does.
Speaker 2 (14:45):
No NOMC, it would.
Speaker 1 (14:48):
Have made sense if you said Kittle too, because both
those guys, those those I tend to eat against their
I mean, look, they're the guys who get fed the
most too.
Speaker 2 (14:54):
So are we done here? Can we go to the
next game?
Speaker 4 (14:56):
Because I'm about to crash right now? What are you
guys doing good? I mean, okay, can we get that
in there?
Speaker 1 (15:02):
Like?
Speaker 2 (15:02):
What do we think there's gonna be a slarter game.
Speaker 3 (15:04):
No, I just I was shocked thirty one points per
game again in CMC.
Speaker 1 (15:08):
Okay Lakwan is the football equivalent of a pop star
stand like you could be a Swifty or a Beehive member.
Like if you don't say something completely positive about his
team in it crashes out, he crashes out. So we're
taking break so he can compose himself. He can do
a few Wu saws and get ready for the second
half of the show. We have midseason Fantasy awards. We
got more Week ten previews and some sleepers coming up
(15:30):
on the NFL Fantasy Football Show. Get the halfway point
of the NFL regular season, so it seemed like a
good time to do mid season fantasy awards. Plus, our
bosses said that they want to do that'sname limit and
put it in content on the NFL website. Anyway, we're
gonna do some Rookie of the Year stuff halfway through
the season. Laquand, who is your fantasy rookie of the Year.
Speaker 4 (15:51):
I would say a Rondez Gaskins because just coming off
the waiver wire, like you see this guy really blossom
into a lethal threat on the offense for the Chargers
and like honestly runner up Skataboo, a Mecca Buca, Mariin Hampton.
These seasons have been cut short with injuries, but looking
at who can finish ash Rookie of the Year, it
has to be a Rendez Gaskins. As a tight end,
he has the most Fantasy points on his team outside
(16:12):
of Justin Herbert.
Speaker 3 (16:13):
Yeah, I think he is a great pick. I like
Jackson Dart though, who since he's became a starter, is
averaging twenty two point four fantasy points per game. The
only quarterbacks averaging more are Lamar Allen and Mahomes. You
would have draft those guys in the second, third, fourth
rounds of drafts who were able to pick up Dart
on waivers in a lot of leagues, and he has
just given you elite production.
Speaker 1 (16:34):
Now I'm gonna go with him like Abuka, because he
stepped right in and in his very first NFL game
had a pair of touchdowns. He had another touchdown the
following week. He's gone over one hundred yards a couple
of times.
Speaker 2 (16:44):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (16:45):
I know he had the injury, but hopefully he's back
and ready to go for the second half of the
season and on a team that had Mike Evans, that
had Chris Godwin.
Speaker 2 (16:53):
It's a Mecca Abuka that has been the highlight guy
in that passing game and a big part of the
reason I think the Baker Mayfield was in that MVP
conversation for a few weeks. Maybe he still is, I.
Speaker 1 (17:03):
Don't know, but the a Mecca Abuka gets the nod
from me as the Fantasy rookie of the Year.
Speaker 2 (17:09):
Back to our Week ten game previews, the Ravens at
the Vikings in a matchup of Purple people and up
teams tuperple teams.
Speaker 1 (17:19):
Right like, this would be this would be the best.
I'd say it'd be a matchup for Prince. But Prince
is a Vikings fan, So you know that's all I sense.
We know you're starting justin Jefferson mcquan. I mean, that's
that's a no brainer. JJ McCarthy backer, quarterback. Do you
start Jordan Addison though against this Baltimore defense? Uh?
Speaker 4 (17:37):
Yes, I think once JJ starts getting in rhythm and
starts playing at a higher level than what we've seen
in the beginning the season. I like what I saw
from JJ last week, and with Jordan Addison, sometimes we
overlook his deep threat ability like he has a playmaker
ability in every route and every target. He has a
high a dot over ten and a half yards. And
then you look at the chemistry that JJ and Jordan
(17:57):
Addison were building in the summer, because we have to
remember Justin Jefferson was out with a hamstring all summer long,
so Jordan Addison was wearing that wide receiver one mass
and acting as and we see the little sprinkles of
how JJ McCarthy is targeting him deep downfield. So I
think the yards high upside is there for Jordan Addison
against his Ravens defense, where we know they allow a
ton of production to the wide receiver position.
Speaker 1 (18:19):
The only thing that worries me one they're not letting
McCarthy throw it a lot. I think he's having thrown
more than twenty five times in a game. I think
his season highs like one hundred and fifty eight passing yards, Like.
Speaker 4 (18:29):
Hey, we we thought we thought the same about Jackson
Dart and then he came out and had that really
strong passing game. Like I was down on dark because
he was averaging less than two hundred passing yards per game.
And then he goes out there and slingets against a
really good defense. It's like these things can happen and
blossom over time. So I love the intensity that JJ
McCarthy's bringing it, like he should be the Sifflorid honestly.
Speaker 1 (18:50):
No, No, that's Jackson dar No, he's Dark Vader.
Speaker 4 (18:54):
Come on, man, I don't Star Wars. Okay, I'm not
a Star Wars nerd. I'm sorry. Maybe he wears the
but look at the.
Speaker 2 (19:01):
Little black You just upset. I just I know that
you were a nerd, and you do. I didn't. I
didn't know that was a blind spot for you. It
was a I never grew up and watched Tar Wars.
I'm sorry you should. I'm sorry.
Speaker 1 (19:14):
I need to take the rest of the show off.
I'm sorry. Giants at Bears. Do we stream Colston Loveland
after I can't recover? I think you do because he
went off last week. Look, you're not going to get
one hundred and eighteen yards and two touchdowns out of
him again. But that game winning touchdown was all Colson Lovelin,
Like he broke that tackle. And yah, I know he's
(19:36):
not playing the Bengals, but guess what, he's playing the Giants,
And that's pretty close.
Speaker 2 (19:40):
They rank the middle.
Speaker 3 (19:41):
Of the back against tight ends, but they allow a
ton of production through the air. So yeah, in a
week where a lot of people need streaming tight ends
with no Craft, no Ferguson, no Kelsey, he is towards
the top of the list for me.
Speaker 2 (19:53):
I bet you know.
Speaker 1 (19:54):
Adam Rank pointed out by the way that you know,
Colston Lovelan was hurt at the start of the year
and that sort of slowed him down a little bit.
Now he's healthy, he's getting into a rhythm. Cole Comet
being phased.
Speaker 3 (20:03):
Out of that offense and Ben Johnson hand picked.
Speaker 2 (20:07):
Which is why a lot of us drafted Fantasy. Right,
We're like, hey man, the bear still kim over Tyler Warren.
There has to be a reason, right, Uh, that's maybe
starting that one.
Speaker 1 (20:16):
Maybe yeah, I mean that might be a swing and
a miss, but still Lovelin's starting to come around.
Speaker 2 (20:20):
I think we're positive about that one.
Speaker 1 (20:22):
Bills at the Dolphins. I think Adam Rank said, this
feels like a trap game for the Bills after you know,
they thumped the Panthers, they beat the Chiefs. He's like,
this feels like a trap game.
Speaker 3 (20:33):
Josh Allen has the best stats in the NFL against
any one opponent, it's against the Miami dollars.
Speaker 2 (20:39):
I'm just I'm just relaying with other people.
Speaker 3 (20:41):
Is like raiders for mahomes, you know, they just beat.
Speaker 2 (20:44):
Up on them every time.
Speaker 1 (20:47):
That being said, we talked about Drake may not having
a pass catcher you can trust, similar to Josh Allen,
is there one you would consider starting against the Dolphins
this week?
Speaker 4 (20:57):
I think each and every week, like we have the
answers to this test. It's Klose Shakir. And like from
pass catches like don Ky Kate is also coming up
in the radar where he could start being trusted as
a tight end one like don Key Kate is leading
them in yards and touchdowns, where you have Klose Shakir
who's leading them in catches in red zone target So
like looking outside of those two is options. It starts
any any week, like you're playing yourself. Okay, So I
(21:19):
look at Klose Shakir. He helps me sleep better at
night with that safe floor. And Miami is actually allowing
the second highest completion percentage to the slot position, So
we know we could sleep better at night with that
safe floor, not a high ceiling it's a mini apartment
Kyler Murray size. But I do think that close Shakir
can still have a great fantasy outing against Miami.
Speaker 1 (21:37):
Slowly takes Curtis Samuel out of his start line just
for the b But we love Curtis sam I like him.
I don't like him for fantasy, but I do.
Speaker 2 (21:54):
There's a plan for him. I just have to Google
to make sure he was still on.
Speaker 4 (21:58):
The Bills off because the Bills didn't make a move
during the trade deadline, and him and.
Speaker 2 (22:02):
Dawson Knox contracts are a huge reason why I do love.
Speaker 1 (22:06):
The king of crashouts pointing out somebody else crashing out
right now, that's amazing.
Speaker 2 (22:11):
All Right, it's time to see who will deliver. Presented
by Uber Eats, this is where we give you our
sleepers for week ten, and I will tell you that
as the person who writes these Sleepers column every week
for NFL dot Com, it was a tough week to
come up with sleepers across the board. Not a great week,
Sola Kwan, who is your snore? Lax?
Speaker 1 (22:29):
Four?
Speaker 2 (22:29):
Week ten snore?
Speaker 4 (22:30):
Relax, baby, We're going with Jalen Warren. I think we
look at Jalen Warren as a guy, thats a flex.
I think he's going to ascend to run back one
production this week against the Chargers. The weak spot that
they have, they allow a ton of explosive plays at
the second highest rate. They're one of six teams who
will allow over five point zero yards per carry to
the running back position. Warree should be able to bust
(22:50):
off a couple explosive plays put up some fantasy points.
I'm thinking a twenty Burgers in store for him this week,
So that is definitely my sleeper. So you can go
ahead and lock that in, not soft lock it all in.
Speaker 2 (23:01):
I'm kinda sad we could have had the Naji Harris
revenge game this week. That's not gonna happen. Floria. Who
is your sleeper for the week.
Speaker 3 (23:08):
It's Dalton Schultz because again I said a lot of
people need tight ends this week, and I think it
goes under the radar that since Week three, Dalton Schultz
has eight or more Fantasy points in every game but one.
I know that doesn't sound like a lot, but for
a tight end that is a safe.
Speaker 2 (23:23):
That's amazing.
Speaker 3 (23:23):
Yeah, tight end, I love it, and he is in
his last four games three times over eleven. That's a
ceiling for a tight end as well. And then the
Jags are fourth in yards allowed and second in touchdowns
and fantasy points allowed to tight ends. So if you're
streaming this week outside of Colson Lovelin, I think Schultz
is the next man up for me.
Speaker 2 (23:42):
Well, I'm gonna keep the Dalton train going, and I'll
give you Dalton Kinkaid, Dalton Dalton.
Speaker 1 (23:47):
We talked about the Bills and their pass catchers, Dalton Kinkaid.
As Lakwan mentioned, he does lead the team in receiving
yards and in receiving touchdowns.
Speaker 2 (23:55):
And on top of it, the.
Speaker 1 (23:56):
Dolphins defensively have been good against wide receivers. They have
not good though against tight ends. They have the fifth
most fantasy points per game to the tight end position.
They've given up the third most receptions to the tight
end position.
Speaker 2 (24:08):
Kinkaid's getting a lot of looks.
Speaker 1 (24:09):
I do think that passing game mostly goes through Khalil Shakir.
Speaker 2 (24:13):
And Dalton Kinkaid. So when Josh Allen's ready there too,
ready to sling it, I think you're gonna see his
tight end get some love.
Speaker 1 (24:19):
As long as we're not getting too much like Dawson
Knox or who's the other tight end that shows up out.
Speaker 2 (24:24):
Of all Yeah, you know it's a real person. Yeah,
he had a Josh Allen laser.
Speaker 3 (24:31):
We can go off his hands the other day and
I was like they might not throw to him again.
Speaker 2 (24:34):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (24:35):
Yeah, well let's get let's keep it with the Dalden
Kinkaid and we'll be fine. That was Who Will Deliver
