Speaker 1 (00:09):
Lovely windy Orchard Park, New York, where I've been plenty
of times. I don't think I've ever seen an orchard,
but I'm sure they have parks.

Speaker 2 (00:16):
Our cam Wolf is live.

Speaker 1 (00:17):
He's going to talk to us about the etymology of
the place's name, but also about the Bills and the Dolphins.
That is coming up ahead of Thursday Night Football. Two
times the Rams faced the Eagles last year, both times
the goal stopping sa Kwon Barkley, both times unable to
accomplish that goal. Guess what the goal is. This week,
we're going to talk about this matchup and how long
the Rams have been working on it, not just this week. Plus,

(00:39):
Michael f Florio is along for your fantasy starts and
sits for Week three in the NFL.

Speaker 2 (00:45):
A lot of people needed his help.

Speaker 1 (00:46):
You can't see, but I've got my hand raised, so
stay tuned for that. Welcome inside with the insiders, Judy Batista,
Ian Rappaport along with me as Mike Carre follow as
we get set for Thursday Night Football and you Week
three action.

Speaker 2 (01:01):
As always, we will.

Speaker 1 (01:02):
Have all the information from around the league to provide
you ahead of tonight's game and ahead of this weekend.
Speaking of tonight's game, Jalen Waddle for the Miami Dolphins,
he is a bit of a question mark coming into
this game. But are Ian Rappaport, who you just saw
applauding right there, reported this morning that the Dolphins are
optimistic that Jalen Waddle will play tonight despite that shoulder injury.

(01:25):
He will be a necessity if the Dolphins plan on
keeping this game close. Cameron Wolf always a necessity. My
understanding is there's going to be a pregame workout at
some point, so okay, you'll be there on the scene
to cover that for Jalen Waddle.

Speaker 2 (01:39):
Or of Jalen Waddle for us. But in the meantime,
how do the Dolphins prepare for this? How do they
keep it close?

Speaker 3 (01:44):
And again, Waddell's got to be a big part of that.

Speaker 4 (01:47):
Yeah, First of all, Mike, gu's a beautiful day here
in Buffalo, mid seventies. Almost feels like Miami social media
went on a buzz a little bit this week. When
you see two with sungle by Lowa going on the
team plane with a jacket that US streams colder Buffalo weather.

Speaker 3 (02:02):
He won't need that jacket today.

Speaker 4 (02:03):
I already saw some Bills fans shirtless as I came through,
driving up through the tailgate. I'd imagine breaking through those
tables is a little bit easier in the warmth versus
the cold. But the reality is the Bills have dominated
this Dolphins team and that Dolphins need everyone all hands
on deck to have any chance today.

Speaker 3 (02:22):
You guys mentioned.

Speaker 2 (02:23):
Jayalen Wattle earlier, I'll duplicate that.

Speaker 4 (02:25):
I talked to Wattle on Tuesday inside the Dolphins locker room.
He had a little high tech contraption on his left shoulder.
He just smiled at me, said I think I'll be okay,
but the reality is I just got to get a
little bit more rehab. We'll see his workout, but I'd
be surprised if he did not go today. On the
Buffalo side of things, defensive tackle at Oliver, linebacker Matt
Malone won't play today. They will get Jarron Johnson out.

Speaker 2 (02:48):
There as well.

Speaker 4 (02:48):
So the key for the Dolphins is can they run
the ball against this banged up Bills defense?

Speaker 2 (02:53):
Will if this be the same story that we've.

Speaker 4 (02:55):
Seen time and time again when Buffalo plays the Dolphins,
they have not won a game here in Buffalo since
twenty sixteen, and the MVP doesn't want to change that.

Speaker 3 (03:03):
Stay yep.

Speaker 1 (03:05):
Cam will have final word on Jalen Waddle here and
also on NFL Network as we get closer to the game.
Thank you very much, Cameron wolf Ian, as I get
ready to throw it to you and we get ready
for this matchup tonight on Prime Video.

Speaker 2 (03:21):
We've been through this before. We know what the Thursday
game means.

Speaker 3 (03:24):
It means that.

Speaker 2 (03:25):
There's extra time on the back end here.

Speaker 1 (03:27):
So if you wanted to, let's say, make a coaching change,
now would be the time to do it, to give
your interim coach more time to get set up. It
does feel early in the season to have this kind
of conversation, but this kind of conversation is being had
because there were questions about the Dolphins and Mike McDaniel
coming into the season. So where do things stand with
McDaniel and whether or not he will be let go

(03:47):
if the Dolphins lose and lose badly.

Speaker 5 (03:50):
Yeah, First of all, my understanding, here's what I know
on this situation regarding Mike McDaniel and as coach access
Stephen Ross, the Dolphins owner does not want to fire
Mike McDaniel. He likes him, he believes in him. He
has invested in not just time but also with money.
Member he got an extension a couple of years back,
about a year or so ago, he wanted to work
with head coach Mike McDaniel. In fact, Dolphins people are

(04:12):
a little surprised, very surprised that the team has jumped
out to an zero to two start. So I do
not sense, based on the people I've spoken with, that
there is anything imminent, regardless of the result tonight with
Mike McDaniel.

Speaker 6 (04:24):
That said, it is early, but it's never too early.

Speaker 5 (04:28):
To discuss these things because this is the NFL judy,
and you know, when a team is losing and they've
spent a lot of money on big time players, these
are the conversations that you have to have, right, I mean,
these are the conversations the fans want to have their
flying planes over over Dolphins games, talking about fire this person,
fire that person. These are real conversations that we were

(04:48):
all honest with each other, should have. I just do
not sense anything imminent, And as long as the players
keep playing for Mike McDaniel, I believe that is exactly
where it will stay.

Speaker 7 (05:01):
It certainly is very early in the season to be
having this conversation, but this feels like a continuation of
last season when the team was went on a downslide,
and now it has continued. Don't forget they finished eight
and nine last year, they missed the playoffs. Tyreek Hill
said I'm out of here, bro or whatever it was,
and then immediately Stephen Ross came out and said Mike

(05:22):
McDaniel and Chris would return. So that settled it immediately
at that point. But then the season has started so badly.
It's not just that they're ow and too, it's the
way they are owing to They're making like dumb mistakes,
clock management issues, pre snap penalties, things they simply shouldn't
be doing. Their defense got torched by Danny Dimes and

(05:45):
Drake May. The defense is really struggling. Some of these
issues are personnel related. They remade the defensive backs and
that hasn't really geled yet, and the offensive line is struggling.

Speaker 8 (05:56):
So those are personnel issues.

Speaker 7 (05:58):
But the reality is they talked a lot about also
remaking the leadership in the off season, culture change things
like that, and you really need to see tangible results.
That's great to talk about, but they're not getting the
tangible results right now. And again it's not just the record,
it's the way they're losing. And certainly this is a
bad setup going into Buffalo such.

Speaker 8 (06:20):
A high scoring team.

Speaker 7 (06:21):
The Dolphins are struggling on defense, and the Bills have
just dominated them over the years. So this is a
very tough setup right now for the Miami Dolphins.

Speaker 1 (06:33):
They have, but the games in Buffalo under Mike McDaniel
for some reason have been close and they've been high scoring.

Speaker 2 (06:38):
So the Dolphins need to put points up and they
need to keep this thing close.

Speaker 1 (06:41):
If not, you could say, well that's a drop off
because we're used to seeing them be successful up there
in Buffalo. So a key not just winning the game,
but if they lose, what are the style points? As Judy,
you just talked about, Joe Burrow set for surgery on Friday.
According to Ian, the grade three turf toeuly turf toe
does it require surgery, but it is this bad it does.

(07:03):
So Burrow going to be on the road to recovery
after that surgery again three months, so you're looking at
a potential December return. If Jake Brown gets keep this
team afloat and they're confident that he can. Joe Burrow
could return for the home stretch of potentially the post season.

Speaker 3 (07:17):
Ian for the.

Speaker 5 (07:20):
Washington Commanders, they still have a quarterback question regarding Jaden Daniels,
who did not practice today. Again, that is two days
of not practicing on that knee sprain for Jaden Daniels
and Marcus Mario to talk to me yesterday. It took
first team reps today. Certainly seems like that is the
way it is trending. But Judy head coach Dan Quinn
said he will have more information Friday, that is tomorrow,

(07:42):
so figure it will be some sort of quarterback decision
tomorrow from the Commanders.

Speaker 7 (07:50):
All the way out in San Francisco, we've got a
rock party sighting at practice today and yesterday, So that
is a good sign as Perty comes back from his
multiple injuries shoulder and so. Earlier in the week, Kyle
Shanahan said there is a chance he has a chance
that he.

Speaker 8 (08:08):
Will play Sundays.

Speaker 7 (08:09):
Certainly, we have to see how he responds to the
fact that he practiced on Wednesday on a limited basis,
but then is out here on Thursday. Is certainly a
good sign. All of this is a good sign that
even if he is not ready for Sunday, guys, certainly
it's pointing in the right direction for next week.

Speaker 3 (08:26):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (08:26):
So there's been a lot of quarterback injuries.

Speaker 1 (08:28):
Around the league, and I know some folks are saying, well,
what about Kirk Cousins. He's there and available for the trading,
which he has been really all off season. But the
Falcons are not just going to give Kirk Cousins a way.
They made a significant financial investment.

Speaker 2 (08:40):
Frankly, if they need them, they want to be able.

Speaker 1 (08:43):
To rely upon a backup the caliber of Kirk Cousins,
So that plays a part in this as well. And
a lot of these quarterback injuries are short term, not
necessarily long term.

Speaker 2 (08:52):
So it's got to be the right situation. It's got
to be the right injury.

Speaker 1 (08:55):
In the Bengals case, they feel really strongly about Jake Browning.
So all that being said, Kirk Cousins is still a
guy that I believe could be a target for teams
if there's a need as we get closer to the
trading deadline. And I know that he still believes he's
got good football left, feels really good about where he
is health wise and plans to play beyond this season
as well. So Ian, hearing all that, I know that

(09:18):
you probably agree with a lot of all that. What
are your thoughts with regard to Kirk Cousins being the
name that we'll be talking about in the coming weeks.

Speaker 6 (09:25):
First, the facts part of it.

Speaker 5 (09:27):
Does not seem like anyone has called the Falcons trying
to trade for Kirk Cousins thus far in the season.
It is early, but we have had a significant quarterback
injury Joe Burrow obviously, so worth noting that the Bengals
have not called anyone for possibly trading for a veteran quarterback.
But there is a good reason for that, Judy, and
to me, the good reason is that Kirk Cousins has

(09:49):
incredible value. I know it's one hundred million dollars. I
know the Falcons are going to pay all that, but
really he is a proven starting quarterback who happens to
be the backup quarterback and if Michael Pennings gets hurt,
Cousins will step in there. That allows the Falcons to
drive a very very hard margain. In other words, if
you are going to trade for Kirk coutains, if you're
a team who says, all right, we got to have

(10:09):
this guy. You're gonna have to pay some of the salary,
and you're gonna have to get give a real draft pick.
That is the luxury the Falcons happened because if they
keep they got to keep them.

Speaker 6 (10:18):
They can just keep them because he is an.

Speaker 5 (10:20):
Excellent, excellent backup quarterback. Perhaps that is why we have
not seen a deal yet. But every time there is
a real long term quarterback injury, we're gonna have the
same conversation this season.

Speaker 7 (10:32):
Judy Well, first of all, they're not going to give
him away for a song, But second of all, there
just doesn't seem to be a fit right now at
this point in the season. Most of the quarterback injuries,
and they're been a flew of them, but most of
them are short term injuries, right Like I mean, brock
Party is going to be back, you know, maybe this week,

(10:52):
maybe maybe next week.

Speaker 8 (10:54):
Like there's a JJ McCarthy is going to be back
in a couple of weeks.

Speaker 7 (10:57):
That maybe would be the most logical place that would
pay up the phone if that were a long term injury.
The long term injury is in Cincinnati with Joe Burrow,
who's going to miss at least three months, perhaps the
entire season. But they really really like their backup quarterback,
Jake Browning, and they have reason to They've won with
him in the past. They just won with him last

(11:17):
week where he led the game winning drive at the
end of the game. So they have a lot of
confidence in him. They have a lot of comfort level
with him. Don't forget. I mean, even if you bring
in a guy as talented and has experienced as Kirk Cousins,
there's going to be some sort of learning curve as
they adjust to the new team. They feel really comfortable
with Browning right now in Cincinnati that he gives them

(11:38):
the best chance to win. Could all of this change, yes,
and are we going to see more quarterback injuries? Unfortunately, Yes,
probably so we are, and so all of these options
may change for the Falcons and Kirk Cousins. But right now,
it doesn't feel like there's a good fit for Kirk
Cousins anyway.

Speaker 1 (11:56):
Yeah, JJ McCarthy. Again, a short term injury. If it
was a longer term Jay, if he was out for
the season, Let's say I think that that's one team
that would certainly show.

Speaker 2 (12:03):
Interest in bringing Kirk Cousins back again.

Speaker 1 (12:05):
It's got to be the right situation and the right
match with regard to compensation with the Falcons. Micah Parsons
off the injury report for the Green Bay Packers. Does
that mean that he is a full go? We'll see.
That's the quote from Matt Lafleur. Of course, he's not
going to tell you for sure what he's doing. But
Carson's has Parsons excuse me, has been on a snap count.

Speaker 2 (12:27):
At some point he will come off. It will it
be this week, We'll see. We'll see if a Mecca Abuk.

Speaker 1 (12:32):
Is going to practice on Friday, because for the second
straight day he did not, and I know there was
an expectation that he would return to practice. The Tampa
Bay Buccaneers, who are dealing with a bunch of injuries
on their offensive line, the last thing they possibly would
want is to have their sensational rookie out for this game.
We shall see about his status as we get closer
to game action. I talk about the Buccaneers injuries, Cody

(12:55):
mak out for the season, Klijah Cansey as well. I mean,
there's an outside chance potentially Cassey could.

Speaker 2 (13:01):
Come back, but for now it does not look good.

Speaker 1 (13:04):
And Luke Gadecki, who just got paid by the Buccaneers,
he is on injured reserve illness at least four weeks
with that foot injury.

Speaker 2 (13:10):
So Todd Bowles and company have their work to do
the rest of the way. Welcome back to the insiders.

Speaker 1 (13:20):
Speaking of the insiders, here is information into us a
Tucker Craft. How about the game he had last Thursday night.
He suffered a knee injury in practice. He is going
undergoing a full evaluation, but our sources are telling us
it's not believed to be a long term issue at
this point, not been ruled out for this upcoming weekend

(13:40):
against the Cleveland Browns. But you don't want to see that,
especially with the impact that he has had early on.
So we'll keep an eye on that. Let you know
what we come up with as for it this Thursday's.
As for this weekend in the NFL, you've got the
Eagles and the Rams set for a rematch. Remember the
Rams were the team that gave the Eagles the most
trouble in the postseason, nearly knocked off their run to

(14:03):
the Super Bowl. And yeah, that left a lot of
the Rams thinking about what could have been including Kobe
Turner who joined us back in July.

Speaker 2 (14:12):
Here's what he had to say, brutally honest.

Speaker 3 (14:14):
Here, I'm at that.

Speaker 9 (14:15):
Lost in the back of my mind for a while.
Obviously it's on to a new season and on to
continue to progress. But I definitely have I believe this
week three circles. I mean, even in the individual training
right now, we're breaking down. Okay, this is how some
of the guys, some of the offensive linemen for the Eagles,
this is how they block, and this is how we're
going to defeat that. So, I mean, ultimately, the thing

(14:36):
that really got us last year is there's a couple
of big runs. We stopped the run for the most part,
handled it really well, but a couple of those.

Speaker 2 (14:42):
Runs where we didn't fit it up right where you.

Speaker 9 (14:44):
Know, Satan is able to get to the second level
fast and he's super dangerous.

Speaker 1 (14:49):
Love me some Kobe Turner love when a guy is honest.
Usually they say we're just looking at week one, not
beyond that, Kob Kobe Turner says, not, I got that
thing circled in Week three.

Speaker 2 (14:57):
Well, week three is upon us.

Speaker 1 (14:59):
Brian Baldinger and Mark Ross bald they want to start
with you on Saquon Barkley, because that was not those
two you just saw. Those are not the only big
runs for Saquon in the postseason, down the stretch in
the regular season.

Speaker 2 (15:09):
We're still looking for that from him this season.

Speaker 1 (15:12):
What are you seeing with regard to when he's about
to break loose?

Speaker 10 (15:17):
Well, he has had forty six touches so far in
the run game in receiving. His longest play from scrimmage
is sixteen yards. Now, last week he's scored in a
thirteen yard touchdown run against Kansas City. They if that
was seventy yards away, he would scored from seventy yards.
I mean, he hit that thing the way we saw
him hit those plays right there on that highlight reel
against the Rams. So I think the big players. I

(15:38):
remember last year, Mike Week three, they went to New
Orleans and the Eagles were struggling on offense, and Saquon
told me before the game that he's really close. He
wasn't really pressing the safeties when he got through the
hole well enough.

Speaker 3 (15:51):
He was flattening too quick and the big plays weren't there.

Speaker 10 (15:55):
And then in that game against the Saints, he hit
two plays over sixty yards cards and scored all the
touchdowns to the game. And I feel like that's how
Saquon's thinking now. If he gets a split, it's up
to him to really set that safety up or whoever's
the force, and then use that breakaway speed that he
showed all year last year, because I don't think he's

(16:16):
slowed down at all. But I feel like this is
the game. A struggling offense for the Eagles could use
a real boost from Saquon and some of the Saquon
magic that he rolled out a year ago and a lot.

Speaker 3 (16:27):
Of it against the Rams, and there was two wins.

Speaker 1 (16:30):
You Kobe Turner say, we were even in the spring
talking about how the Eagles are blocking and starting the
game plan and figure out where do we make the
mistakes last year?

Speaker 2 (16:39):
How do we correct them this year? So mark that front, that.

Speaker 1 (16:42):
Rams front that's got a bunch of good young players,
including Jared Verse, how do they stop the Eagles make
sure Saquon doesn't get through that first level.

Speaker 11 (16:50):
Yeah, no one can really replicate how impressive sapon was,
but Jared Verse absolutely crushed it in that game as well,
with two sacks and three tackles for loss. You know
a pregame he was gone with the Eagles fans and
he delivered. So we really need the Rams defense for
Jared Vers to step up. He has no sacks and
no tackles for loss so far this season. He is
playing well, but the numbers just aren't there yet to

(17:13):
go with that Rams front. As you said, who's number
one in the league in points per game only giving
up fourteen and second in sacks with eight against Houston
and Tennessee. Byron Young leads the team with three sacks
right now, and Kobe Turner only has one.

Speaker 3 (17:28):
Sack as well.

Speaker 11 (17:29):
So I would expect Jared Versus to say, you know what,
I've got to step up.

Speaker 3 (17:33):
We've been talking, Kobe Turner, I got to step up.
I've been talking. We've been waiting for this game.

Speaker 11 (17:37):
So that's going to be tremendously important for them to
get after Jalen Hurts, but also to stop Saquon because
as we've mentioned, this Eagles offense really has not been clicking.
Saquan is so important with those huge runs. That Rams
front I think is going to be ready.

Speaker 1 (17:54):
Jared Vers was also the guy that had some words
for the Eagles fans. He was walking around the field pregame.
He was getting booed. It was a great scene. This
is a nice little non divisional rivalry. And I'll be
there on Sunday. I believe Baldi will be there with
me as well to see the rematch up close.

Speaker 2 (18:09):
I love seeing Baldy on game day.

Speaker 1 (18:11):
Man, I'm talking ear to ear, talking to everybody getting
all that information.

Speaker 3 (18:15):
I love it.

Speaker 2 (18:15):
Can't wait to see it.

Speaker 5 (18:17):
You're talking about Lola and the Miami Dolphins face mbding,
Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills.

Speaker 3 (18:22):
It's Dolphins versus Bills. Find way to get it done.

Speaker 1 (18:25):
Cooking and cut it back.

Speaker 6 (18:26):
And out the gate to the races.

Speaker 1 (18:28):
Touchdown James Cook, Craig Tua over the middle, eight Chan touchdown,
Salad throws to Flint in.

Speaker 3 (18:38):
A car, my movement.

Speaker 2 (18:40):
Tua taking a shot at the end.

Speaker 11 (18:41):
Ze bottle us down there, touchdown, Alan.

Speaker 1 (18:44):
Backer Pat looking over the middle and he's got in
the XI for a touchdown.

Speaker 2 (18:49):
It's jolted hit Dany.

Speaker 12 (18:51):
Tua taking a deep shot, throwing it down the field
for hill and he makes the catch.

Speaker 5 (19:00):
There's it at Football is the best because you go
a couple of days about football.

Speaker 6 (19:03):
Did you get those highlights. You know, like, all right,
that was long enough. We are now back.

Speaker 12 (19:08):
We are for sure back from.

Speaker 13 (19:09):
High Mark Stadium Orchard Park, New York aka Buffalo, where
our good friend Cam Wolf is not cold, he is warm,
The weather is glorious, and he is going to go.

Speaker 5 (19:20):
See hopefully for all of us, an excellent, excellent football game. Cam,
thanks for hanging out with us. As always, Josh Allen
is going to be seeing tonight, but he is going
to be seeing through a very very cool advisor because
he get his nosed all smushed and it was bleeding
all over the place, and he still returned to the
game and played, what is he going to be dealing
with tonight for the Bills.

Speaker 9 (19:42):
Well, yeah, and.

Speaker 4 (19:42):
Yes, Josh Allen will wear that clear visor for the
first time in his NFL career, and it's not something
he loves. He talked about wearing it in practice this
week and said gets a little hot in there. His
voice echoes a little bit, but he said his vision
is great and the reality is you got to protect
that nose. And I'll tell you this, he got hurt
in this past game and I talked to general manager
Brandon Bean and he was feeling everything that fans were feeling.

(20:05):
He said, I went silent completely. I grabbed my binoculars.
I didn't know what was going on. I just saw
blood everywhere. But in typical Josh Allen fastest, he comes
back and shows that toughness, only misses two plays and
there's no worry going forward. He wasn't even on the
injury report, just the bruise, but certainly after wear that
visor going forward. One thing I did find funny is

(20:25):
I talked to Terrell Bernard, one of their linebackers. He said,
we've been joking on him all week in the locker
room about his nose. He had a little bit of
a black eye, and there's a running joke that his
nose has become the size of one of the Boza brothers.
Josh Allen is taking that on and saying, I'm the
third Boza brother in the league. Regardless, the Dolphins are
going to have to face the MVP, a guy who's
dominated them thirteen and two against the Fens, and regardless

(20:48):
of his nose, his arm and his legs will be
at fore most of our eyes today.

Speaker 6 (20:53):
Yeah, they got enough to worry about.

Speaker 5 (20:55):
But if Josh Allen morphed in't the third Bosha brother
and started hitting people like Data.

Speaker 3 (20:59):
I don't think anybody would to be surprised.

Speaker 6 (21:01):
Certainly he's physical enough.

Speaker 5 (21:02):
Meanwhile, on the other side, for the Miami Dolphins, not
so great wing to start.

Speaker 6 (21:07):
It has gotten loud in Miami. You live there, you
get it.

Speaker 5 (21:11):
It's been a lot to talk about the Dolphins through
the course of the first couple of weeks of the season.
How will the Dolphins respond to and how have they
responded to your knowledge over the last couple of days.

Speaker 4 (21:23):
And I spent some time in the Dolphins facility this
week just to get that vibe, and I talked to
several players really to get an idea of had they
quit on their coach, had they quit on the season
like some people have wondered. And the answers have been no, Yes,
we wanted a starter, a faster start than we've had
at this stage. But they still feel like there's a
lot to fight for and they expect to fight today

(21:44):
against this Buffalo team. They know that on paper they're
double digit underdogs. But one thing I found interesting is
Jayla Wattle, who was expected to play today, was one
of the most vocal guys after their loss. I'm told
he stood up in the meeting room and essentially said
this is not who we are, this is not our standard.
And it really held strong in the locker room because
Jalen never talks. He's a quiet guy, and so for

(22:05):
him to speak up and advocate for change. They think
they'll come out and fight for their head coach, fight
for their team, and.

Speaker 3 (22:11):
Maybe surprise some people with how well they play.

Speaker 4 (22:14):
But Ian, as I'm looking at you, I saw your
shirt that you wore yesterday on the show, and I
wanted to give you a little bit of critique. I
know we do this weekly fashion deal. I'm not sure
if this is like a you know, Charlie Brown special
or if we're doing something where you know, you got
to figure out something new to wear.

Speaker 3 (22:33):
But this would have never made.

Speaker 6 (22:34):
A top five fashion list.

Speaker 3 (22:36):
You've had better.

Speaker 4 (22:38):
We have our top five fashion lists on NFL dot com.

Speaker 3 (22:41):
Tyrod Taylor was the winner of this week.

Speaker 2 (22:44):
A lot of other good fits.

Speaker 4 (22:46):
But I'll tell you what, Ian, I need more from
you in that department for you to be in consideration.

Speaker 3 (22:53):
Well, I will tell you this.

Speaker 5 (22:54):
I bought that shirt to wear with a jacket, but
it was a little too hot in the office to
wear the jacket yesterday.

Speaker 6 (22:59):
So I take criticism, I take coaching. Next time you
see that shirt.

Speaker 5 (23:04):
It'll be with a jacket and then you can can
rewigh in on it.

Speaker 6 (23:07):
Cam, Thank you very much.

Speaker 3 (23:08):
I love us.

Speaker 6 (23:09):
Always enjoy the game. It is going to be a
good one, Judy.

Speaker 7 (23:12):
Take it away, all right, guys, these are our three
prime time games this week.

Speaker 8 (23:19):
Obviously, we've got Dolphins that.

Speaker 7 (23:20):
Bills in what looks like a gorgeous day in Buffalo.
Can't say that very often about games there. Obviously Chiefs
Giants on Sunday night, and then the Monday Niger Lions
in Baltimore to face the Ravens. Let's bring in our
Jeffrey Chidia and Mark Ross because it's time to do
a little bit more patience or panic or panic or patients,

(23:41):
depending on how you're feeling, guys, Let's start with the
Cleveland Browns. Is it time for patients or panic?

Speaker 3 (23:48):
There, it's time for patients, Judy.

Speaker 14 (23:50):
This team did not have a ton of expectations on it,
and it actually hadn't played that poorly. They played the
Mangles pretty top. They had good defense in that game.
It was a ten point game. In ball more last
week and they gave away a lot of points, came
up four touchdowns on short fields or defensive scored. So
I don't think they're going to be great, but I
don't think there's awful as an hero to two record
would suggest. And look, they had quarterback situations, quarterback situation

(24:13):
coming into this season.

Speaker 3 (24:14):
Mark, I think people need to be patient with this team.
Let them figure it out. Well, I'm just looking at
it as it's always.

Speaker 11 (24:20):
Panic time in Cleveland with this team over the years.

Speaker 3 (24:22):
It's something always popping up.

Speaker 11 (24:24):
And yes, they've been competitive, but if you're looking at
the long term.

Speaker 3 (24:27):
Is well, we're going to panic because how long are.

Speaker 11 (24:30):
They going to keep throwing Joe Flacco out there throwing
interceptions and fumbling the ball. Of course, they've got the
rookies there with Dyllian Gabriel and Schidora Sanders, but are
they the answer either. You know, Joe Flacco beat them
out for a reason. So although they've been competitive, I'm
still looking as panic and looking at maybe those two
first round picks next year. Already eye on that up

(24:50):
with quarterback, they're going to take.

Speaker 7 (24:51):
Judy all right, this may be one of the most
surprising Owen to teams. The Houston Texans patients panic, Jeffrey, I'm.

Speaker 14 (25:02):
Panicking here, And look, I know they've played some tough
teams lost and the Rams and the Bucks, and those
games were close.

Speaker 3 (25:07):
But I look at the way their offense looks right now.

Speaker 14 (25:10):
It is not encouraging that they're having a tough time
running the ball without Joe Mixon there c j.

Speaker 3 (25:15):
Stroud has not gotten back to where.

Speaker 14 (25:16):
He was a couple of years ago when he was
the offensive rookie of the year. And this new system,
Nick Hayley, their office accordator brought in.

Speaker 3 (25:22):
Is not hitting it just yet. And the Colts are real.

Speaker 14 (25:25):
I mean, you have to look at that divinion now
and say they could literally Indianapolis is legitimately a contender
for that. So Mark, I don't like whether Houston Texans
are heading with a really tough AFC and a tough
AFC South all of a sudden.

Speaker 11 (25:37):
Patience patience, jeff All those things you mentioned are going
to get better.

Speaker 3 (25:40):
They got a new.

Speaker 11 (25:40):
Offensive coordinator, so the offense going to jail. New body
is up front there on the offensive line. They're going
to play together get better. And you mentioned Joe Mixon
is going to come back, so he's going to inject
some life into that offense, and CJ. Stroud is going
to settle down, started hitting those open throws and get
some confidence. As long as that defense is playing the
way it is, they're going to be in every game
while the offense figures it out.

Speaker 8 (26:05):
All right.

Speaker 7 (26:05):
I know what people in my circle are thinking about
the New York Giants.

Speaker 8 (26:09):
What are you thinking, Jeffrey.

Speaker 14 (26:12):
I'm thinking, look at the quarterback situation and be patient there,
because Russell Wilson was cooking last week four and fifty
yards was lighting up that Cowboys secondary.

Speaker 3 (26:20):
Yeah, they're going to show the.

Speaker 14 (26:21):
Interception he through at the end in overtime. That was
a big part of their loss. But I like the
way he played coming back from a tough Week one,
and that gives Jackson Dart some time to develop. Their
best strategy moving forward is to get Jackson Dart as
much time to get used to playing this league.

Speaker 3 (26:36):
I know the defense thinks.

Speaker 14 (26:37):
I know they got a tough game with the Chiefs,
but Russell Wilson mark is buying them some time here.

Speaker 3 (26:41):
Give them some patience.

Speaker 11 (26:43):
Well, Jeffrey, I know you're not in judy circle, because
I know what people in Judy circle are thinking.

Speaker 3 (26:47):
This is panic time.

Speaker 11 (26:48):
In New York, and that's just because they've been so
dreadful here. Yes, they're waiting on Jackson Dart, but the
biggest panic reason is the defense. You mentioned where we
all thought the defense was going to hold it together,
with that front of Burns and Thibodeaux and Dexter Lawrence
and rookie of Duel Carter dominating while they held things together, Well,
they can't stop anybody right now.

Speaker 3 (27:08):
That secondary is really poorous.

Speaker 11 (27:09):
The linebacker level has not been good, and those guys
really have not delivered. Burns has flashed a little bit,
Carter has flashed a little bit, but they have not dominated.
So if that defense keeps playing like it is, no
matter who's back there at quarterback, they're not going to
be able to stay in games. They might be fun
like they did best offensive game in twenty years, they
still lose the game.

Speaker 3 (27:28):
They're just snake bit right now.

Speaker 8 (27:31):
They were pretty encouraged by Russ though. I'll say that
all right.

Speaker 7 (27:34):
Finally, let's turn to the Carolina Panthers panic or patients
for a Carolina I'm.

Speaker 14 (27:40):
Going patience here for the same reason I went with
patients with the Browns and with the Giants, a young
team trying to find itself. The quarterback situation is not great,
but I have patients here because we saw Bryce Young
rebound the second half of last year. He has not
started strong this year, but I think there's hope that
he can figure it out.

Speaker 3 (27:57):
They got to run a football better. Last year they
were a bill of the pack.

Speaker 14 (28:00):
Now they're one of the worst rushing offenses in the league,
and I just think some young receivers there mark there's
time for this to get figured out because they figured.

Speaker 3 (28:06):
It out last year.

Speaker 11 (28:08):
Yeah, that's why I had some expectations in here and
wanted to be patient. But I got a panic now
with my man, Bryce Shaan. When he came out of Alabama,
I loved him. I thought he was going to be
a star. I keep rooting for him. I keep hoping,
just like last week, he starts looking like he's going
to turn.

Speaker 3 (28:23):
The corner in that game, and then he just.

Speaker 11 (28:25):
Looks like, man, I just got to give this guy
a hug. He just keeps making mistakes, he keeps getting sacked,
he keeps just doing things that high level quarterbacks do
not do so, I think at this point with Bryce Young, unfortunately,
I'm panicking because I've given him so many opportunities duty
I just don't think he has it at this point.

Speaker 8 (28:43):
Sorry, jeff I love when you guys disagree. I gotta
be honest.

Speaker 11 (28:48):
He's always I'm trying to held the Michian guy off
his level.

Speaker 3 (28:54):
They wanted to defeat everything.

Speaker 7 (28:55):
Very generous of you, Thank you, Jeffrey, Thank you Mark.
You should be reading Jeffrey every week his First Read
column NFL dot Com slash First Read.

Speaker 8 (29:05):
I read it every week. You should be reading it too.

Speaker 7 (29:08):
And when we return on The Insiders, it's time for
Fantasy starts and sits. Our Michael f Florio is going
to be here to tell you what to do for
tonight's game.

Speaker 8 (29:19):
When we return on the Insiders.

Speaker 1 (29:31):
It is time for starts and sits with our guy
from NFL Fantasy Live, Michael f Florio. We've got a
lot of questions to ask us. We're going to get
right to it. Let's start with Thursday Night football. And
speaking of starts, who are our starts for this Dolphins
Bills game?

Speaker 12 (29:45):
Well, you keep saying a lot of people think it's
going to be a lot side of games. So get
Bills into your lineup tonight, and obviously you know how
to play Josh Allen and James Cook. I think you
should also be playing Keon Coleman tonight. I still think
he is going to be the wide receiver one for
the Bills. He has been a first read on twenty
seven percent of passes per Fantasy Points data. The Dolphins secondary,

(30:07):
it's looked like one that can be had. And Josh
Allen in his career has averaged three passing touchdowns or
close to three passing touchdowns per game. And Coleman is
the go to Enzel option there. While we're talking about
Bill's receivers, shout out to my guy Stevie Johnson, who
is the legend of the game tonight. I also think, look,
we talk running backs and receivers a lot and stuff,

(30:28):
what about a kicker. Matt Prader here at least eleven
Fantasy points in each game so far this year. And look,
you don't have to worry it's gonna be a heavy
run game or a heavy pass game. You don't worry
about that with the kicker, you know who doesn't get
polled in blowouts?

Speaker 2 (30:41):
The kicker.

Speaker 12 (30:42):
He is attached to one of the best offenses in football.
So I am starting Matt Prater in a surprising amount
of leagues tonight, and I think others should do the same.

Speaker 3 (30:50):
Yeah.

Speaker 5 (30:50):
Way too much time on a kicker. Let's get to
something that's more important. Well, you're gonna sit tonight, and
I have a feeling I know where you're gonna start.

Speaker 12 (30:58):
Yeah, I'm gonna go with to a tongue of iiloe
here as a sit with the Dolphins. Look, I like Tua.
I do not like him in this matchup at all.
He has really struggled against the Bills in his career.
In fact, in his last seven games against them, he
has topped two hundred and forty passing yards just once.
He is just two games in that span with multiple

(31:18):
passing touchdowns. And Mike McDaniel's offenses have never scored more
than seventeen points on three days rest. And if you're
still not sold, the Bills have allowed the fewest passing
yards in the NFL. So if you need a streaming quarterback,
I think there's better ways to go than with Tua.
And if I'm sitting Tua, I'm thinking can play Tyreek,
But I'm sitting Jalen Waddle if possible. He had a

(31:39):
good game last week, and he has a history of
success against the Patriots, not the case against the Bills.
He has been held to under fifty yards against this
defense in three straight games and in five of his
last seven against them, and nearly his last thirty one
games just seven touchdowns. That is nearly two seasons worth
of games. And it's showing that we can't rely on

(32:00):
touchdowns to save his day. The yardage hasn't been there
against the Bills. So I would if you have an option,
I would take it and get away from water.

Speaker 1 (32:08):
All right, let's expand this to the entire weekend of
Week three in the NFL.

Speaker 2 (32:12):
You heard earlier in the show, A.

Speaker 1 (32:14):
Mecca Abuka did not practice again for the second straight
day for the Buccaneers.

Speaker 2 (32:17):
So where do we stand on Abuka? Is he a
start or is he a sit this weekend?

Speaker 12 (32:21):
If he plays, obviously we've got to make sure he
plays for a third straight week. I'm sitting in the
studio saying to start a Mecca Abuca. Three touchdowns at
eighteen fantasy points per game so far, So why would
you get away and we're seeing the Jets allow Sauce
Gardner to shadow number one wide receivers again this year.
He did so over ninety percent of the plays in

(32:41):
Week one against DK Metcalf. If that's the case with
Mike Evans this week, it could mean more targets his way.
And no team has allowed more yards to slot receivers
than the Jets.

Speaker 6 (32:51):
I have Mike Kevin, so that's actually not great to hear.

Speaker 5 (32:53):
But one guy I do not have his Tyler Warren.
Probably should have drafted him one Coast and Level one instead.
That's looking not a great pick. But whatever, my fantasy
him has other issues. What about Tyler Warren? What are
we dealing with him?

Speaker 12 (33:04):
Look, originally I was going to talk Tucker Kraft and
say I am sorry for doubting him last week, but
you broke the news that he's up in the air
now with an injury. So Tyler Warren, Look, he had
one hundred and fifty five yards through two games. Brock
Bauer set the rookie record through two games last year
with one hundred and fifty six. He missed it by
one yard. That's how good Tyler Warren has been. And

(33:26):
I still don't think the best. We've seen the best yet.
We've seen those safe floor games. I think those big
like McBride, Bowers Kittle explosion type games are coming, and
it could be this week because the Titans don't generate
a lot of pressure and Danny Dimes has been money
this year from clean pockets, so if he is getting
time to throw, he's gonna pick that defense apart, largely

(33:48):
by going to Tyler Warren.

Speaker 2 (33:50):
All Right, and Chris o'lave is also who we're asking about.
Where do you stand on him with regard to starting
or sitting.

Speaker 12 (33:57):
I have him as they sit this week, and it's
not even Chris ol fall. I just don't really trust
the Saints' offense. Olave has been a safe floor option
for fantasy, but we really haven't seen much upside. In fact,
of all players with twenty targets this year, he has
the fewest yards. Second fewest is his teammate Juwan Johnson
and the Seahawks. They've allowed the second fewest yards to

(34:20):
wide receivers, the lowest completion percentage on passes two receivers.
The thing about floors, they get lowered when you have
a tough matchup and if Olave has been all floors
so far.

Speaker 3 (34:31):
That's going to get lower.

Speaker 12 (34:32):
I just think you could get away from Chris Alave
this week for you.

Speaker 5 (34:37):
There's something kind of weird going on with the Giants
running back situation. We came into the year with Tyrone
Tracy as the starter. Cam Scattibell has played pretty well. Actually,
where do we stand on Tyrone Tracy on the Giants
start or sit?

Speaker 12 (34:50):
I'm sitting him. I think if you start any running
back there this week, it's Cam Skattaboo. We saw last
week Tracy played just forty two percent of the snaps
and he had only five carries. The goal line work
went to Cam Skattaboo ran more routes, even though targets
did salvage the day for Tyrone Tracy. And the thing
about the Chiefs run defense, it's very good and it

(35:11):
makes life really tough on running backs. So if he's
already getting limited touches in a tough matchup, that is
a situation to avoid. And yeah, we didn't expect to
be sitting him three weeks in for Camp Scattaboo, but
we're quickly getting to that point.

Speaker 1 (35:25):
All right, now to the pointed question part of the
program because we have questions about our own teams.

Speaker 3 (35:30):
Get to it.

Speaker 1 (35:31):
Look, I know you've been high on Trevion Henderson. You're
a big reason why I drafted him. We talked about
him plenty on the program. There are plenty of big
days to come, not only this season but in this future.
But am I in a position now where I need
to put him on the bench until we.

Speaker 2 (35:44):
Start to see it.

Speaker 12 (35:45):
A lot of people were hitting me up this week,
like you're sitting him right, And I almost came and
did it. But while I was researching him as they sit,
I was like, wait. The Steelers allow the most explosive
runs to running backs in the NFL. They have shut
down the bigger powerful backs like Zach sharpning averaged yard
per carry against him. They shut down Braylan Allen. But
the speed guys, Breese Hall, Kenneth Walker dash this Steelers defense.

(36:06):
So I'm giving Henderson one more rod. I think this
is the week. If he doesn't come through this week,
you could sit him until we see it happen. All Right,
that wasn't that important. Now let's get to something that
is important.

Speaker 2 (36:17):
My fans say thing every week.

Speaker 6 (36:18):
I got a tight end.

Speaker 5 (36:19):
This Shark, and I say likely as my starting tight end.
He may or may not play this week they play Mondays.
What I think I'm going to try to do is
pick up some and off the waiver wire to start
him by likely some time and then start likely moving forward.
Who should I target on the waiver wire?

Speaker 12 (36:33):
If Harold Brandon Junior is out there, and he's there
in about half of NFL dot com leagues, he is
my top pickup. But if he's not there, Hunter Henry,
I know he's coming off of a down game, but
he has a lot of chemistry there with Drake May
and if all else fails, Luke Musgrave from the Packers,
if Tucker Craft is out, he could see some targets there.
I actually picked him up in a league right before

(36:54):
this segment because I heard your report that Tucker Craft
might be dealing with anything, might be out, So I
picked up Luke Musgrave.

Speaker 3 (37:00):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (37:01):
Well, knowing Ian and his lack of scruples, I'm sure
he picked him up before he even tweeted about Tucker Kraft.

Speaker 2 (37:06):
And he's just pretending that doesn't sound like you, because
he is. He admitted on the air he's done that.

Speaker 1 (37:12):
He absolutely does that Michael Mario. We got our money's
worth from you this week.

Speaker 3 (37:17):
Pal.

Speaker 1 (37:17):
Looking forward to your insight throughout the entire season, and
hopefully I'll have a victory to tell you about come Monday.

Speaker 2 (37:24):
I'll let you know.

Speaker 7 (37:24):
Welcome back to the insiders. Here is a look at
the five. It's five. Last week, I think I might
have said six, maybe three, but it's five marquee games
for this weekend. Lions, Ravens, Rams, Eagles. It's hard for
me to read some of these. Obviously Dolphins Bills. Tonight

(37:45):
you see the rest five games. It is time for
more key matchups. They've got animation for us and everything.
I'm sure you get the joke. Mar Key, I got Mark,
I got Baldy, I'm Judy. Let's talk about Markis this weekend,
and let's stick close to home. Mark Eagles, not Eagles.

(38:05):
We're going to start with the Giants, Chiefs and Giants.

Speaker 11 (38:08):
Yeah, let's go Chiefs and Giants and Baldi gud someone's
oh's gotta go owing two teams would have thought KC
be sitting right here.

Speaker 3 (38:15):
And for me this is intriguing because.

Speaker 11 (38:17):
Is this finally the week that this Giants defense that
we all thought was going to dominate upfront, gets right
against a struggling Chiefs offense where Patrick Mahomes is the
leading rusher.

Speaker 3 (38:27):
So this chief offense really struggled.

Speaker 11 (38:29):
If he has to do that, can they get that
run game going or will that Giants front Baldy be
able to feast in the return of Steve Spagnolo to
the metal Lands.

Speaker 10 (38:40):
I agree with you, Mark, I mean the Knsa City
Chiefs have not run the ball well at all. I
mean Patrick Mahomes is a sixteenth leeting rusher in the
NFL with one hundred and twenty three yards. But Pacheco
and Kareem Hunt have not been good. They weren't good
last week, they weren't good against the Chargers. And that
Giants defense right now much Ballyhood in the preseason, giving
up almost six yards a rush. So if the Chiefs

(39:02):
are going to get right in the run game, maybe
this is a defense to do it in or maybe
the Giants have a statement to say about it. And
then the other part to this Kannasy offense is they've
struggled to get explosive plays. Is this a defense where
you get down the field and maybe not Miss Taekwon
Thornton like they did last week on that particular throw.

Speaker 7 (39:22):
It's been a rough go for those teams early on.
All right, next up, Ravens Lions. What say you, Mark Man?
This is going to be super fun.

Speaker 11 (39:30):
Could be remnists of the Ravens Bills game a couple
of weeks ago with all this offensive playmakers, and we're
going to see whether the Detroit of Week one against
Green Bay, who struggled, or Detroit from last week who
put up fifty plus against the Bears.

Speaker 3 (39:45):
Which Detroit team will we see? We know the Ravens
with that run game going lamar.

Speaker 11 (39:50):
Doing spectacular things, we'll probably see from there, but will
their defense be able to hold up? And two years ago,
if you remember that, Ravens absolutely crushed the the Tree
Lions are in the regular season. Of course, that's a
couple of years later, but similar sort of styles that
we'll see. So I'm just going to sit back and
have fun, hopefully a lot of entertainment. I actually picked

(40:10):
this as my Super Bowl preview and preseason air Baldy,
so let's hope they both team up to that.

Speaker 10 (40:16):
You know, it's interesting, Mark, because last week the Ravens
run game got completely shut down by Cleveland, and they look,
they put five guys up there, they put six guys
up to the line of scrimmage. They were determined to
take Derek Henry Lamar Jackson out of the run game,
and they did that. Lamar Jackson beat him with four
touchdown passes. And so that's that's just how good they are.

(40:36):
You can sell out to take something away. But Lamar
is seeing the field, well, he's the highest rated quarterback.

Speaker 3 (40:42):
In this league.

Speaker 10 (40:43):
Nobody's even close right now with the six touchdowns no interceptions.

Speaker 3 (40:47):
I mean, how he sees Derek.

Speaker 10 (40:48):
I mean DeAndre Hopkins right there was amazing on that
scramble right here, and so I think Detroit's defense has
their their work cutout for him. But this might very
well be a fast break football game engineered by two
really good quarterbacks.

Speaker 7 (41:05):
All right, let's finish this up with a big divisional game,
Cardinals forty.

Speaker 11 (41:09):
Nine ers another Someone's oh got to go. But on
the other way, two undefeated teams who would have thought,
just like k C not having a win, who would
have thought both of these teams would be undefeated, especially
with the injury to Brock Purty there for San Francisco,
Mac Jones filled in admirably last week against the Saints.

Speaker 3 (41:26):
Can't say he's top tier, but can he get them
through another game if Brock Party is not ready to
go there?

Speaker 11 (41:32):
And then on the other side, we know what Arizona
and Kyler Murray got out to the big league last
week and then just kind of stalled out Baldy. They
didn't do anything and the Panthers gave Panthers a chance
to get back in the game ultimately came up with
some stops. So a game to really see in a
division like are both of these teams one of these
teams actually legit or just a product of the schedule

(41:53):
the early schedule so far.

Speaker 10 (41:56):
I like the way Arizona's defense is Playmarke and it's
interesting they lost both starting corners last week, both Max
Melton and Garrett Williams, so they had rookies out there.
Denzel Burke, their fifth round pick out of Ohio State,
was awesome. Will Johnson might have been the best rookie
in the NFL the first week of season in a
win against the Saints.

Speaker 3 (42:14):
Both those guys have stood up, stood tall.

Speaker 10 (42:16):
There'll be challenged whether it's Brock Perdy or Mac Jones
this week, They're going to get challenge on the outside
by San Francisco's passing game, and Mac Jones was very
good last week flipping those three touchdown passes, not turning
it over in the passing game. So I want to
see if the back end of this Cardinal defense can
hold up and give that front led by Josh Wett
and Kalayas Campbell and all the guys they brought in.

(42:37):
They got a good return on investment last week from
those guys they brought in free agency and through the draft.
Let's see if they can hold up to maybe claim
that first place spot right here in September.

Speaker 3 (42:48):
With an undefeated record, it.

Speaker 7 (42:49):
Does feel like the biggest game the Cardinals have played
in quite a while.

Speaker 8 (42:53):
Guys, thank you very much.

Speaker 7 (42:55):
Before we go to break, we want to remind everybody
where you can find us The Insiders. We're basically everywhere.
We've got a podcast, We're on YouTube, obviously, We're on
the NFL Network on Tuesday, Wednesdays and Fridays. We're here
on the Fast Channel today on Thursday. We're all over
the place, and find us The Insiders five days week.

(43:17):
Wherever you can find us we'd love to have you.
When we return, We're going to talk more about those
two and O teams.

Speaker 1 (43:32):
Bringing it home here on the Insiders as we get
set for Thursday night football on Prime Video the Dolphins
and the Bills, a divisional matchup that has been close
and high scoring when these teams have played in Buffalo
the last couple of years. Let's see if we will
get that once again today tonight, and whether the Bills
can remain undefeated. Here are your two and O teams
after the first two weeks of the season.

Speaker 2 (43:54):
Some of them we expected to be there, some quite surprising.

Speaker 1 (43:57):
Ian So with that being said, let's go to you
on which team maybe is the most surprising for you.

Speaker 5 (44:05):
I will go with the Chargers, right And it's not
just because they started being the Kansas City Chiefs on
National TV and the fact that they backed it up
again with another National TV win. It's that they look
so tough and physical. They made a ton of plays
They've done in the variety of ways. This defense looks nasty.
The Chargers are good, and I probably shouldn't have been
surprised by it.

Speaker 7 (44:29):
It is the Indianapolis Colts, the Daniel Jones experiment, has
worked spectacularly well in the first two weeks. They are
running the ball really well, the defense is playing really well.
They are a complete team. They are the biggest surprise
to an OH team. They haven't been to an OH
since two thousand and nine. They won the Super Bowl
that year.

Speaker 2 (44:48):
Judy, I like the Buccaneers coming into the season.

Speaker 3 (44:51):
I really did.

Speaker 1 (44:52):
And so when I say that they're surprising or a surprising,
excuse me, it's because they played two games on the road.
They've had a bunch of injuries, including the Chris god
to Mecca Buka has been a revelation.

Speaker 2 (45:01):
We'll see about him playing potentially this weekend. So Todd
Bowles done a great job of navigating all this.

Speaker 1 (45:06):
The late game heroics in both games, Todd Bowles got
the Buccaneers off to a two and zero start, facing
his former team with a chance to go three and
ozer against the Jets this up oncoming weekend.

Speaker 2 (45:18):
Thank you for joining us on the Insiders.

Speaker 1 (45:20):
We are back on NFL Network on Friday as we
get you set for the rest of the week. Three
after reaction after tonight's Thursday football game, thank you
