Un misterioso personaje recién llegado a Nueva York está cometiendo una serie de asesinatos durante la fase de la luna llena. La detective Sara Corman se encontrará ante el caso más difícil de su carrera. Durante la investigación descubrirá que hay algo fuera de lo normal en todas esas muertes. Mientras tanto dos cazarrecompensas, un tanto peculiares, buscan conseguir su objetivo.
