En México, donde el 95.4% de los delitos quedan impunes y sólo el 0.7% de las denuncias por violencia sexual llegan a condena, este caso revela una dolorosa verdad: no importa la gravedad del delito cuando quien lo comete tiene poder, dinero y padrinos políticos.
En mi columna expongo cómo el fuero constitucional, creado para proteger a legisladores de persecuciones políticas, se ha convertido en un escudo de impunidad que deja a las víctimas en total desamparo.
