Expongo la crisis que México enfrenta hoy: detener criminales sin lograr justicia.
En 2023 detuvimos a 12,842 personas—28% más que el año anterior—pero nuestro sistema judicial sigue con heridas abiertas: 94% de delitos no se denuncian y menos del 1% reciben sentencia condenatoria. Parece que la justicia se ha convertido en un privilegio que solo compran quienes tienen recursos, mientras las víctimas enfrentan una burocracia deshumanizada.
Comparo los primeros 100 días de AMLO (con apenas 31 detenidos) frente a la nueva estrategia de Sheinbaum (con 7,720 detenciones y reducción del 16.3% en homicidios), destacando el papel de García Harfuch.
Advierto sobre los riesgos de la renovación total del Poder Judicial y propongo soluciones que otros países han implementado con éxito. Como sociedad, estamos en una disyuntiva histórica: ¿seguiremos simulando resultados con operativos mediáticos o construiremos un sistema de justicia digno para todos los mexicanos?
Sin justicia, no hay paz posible.
