John August is the author of Arlo Finch and the Valley of Fire and the host of Scriptnotes and Launch. He’s mostly known as a screenwriter. His credits include Go, Big Fish, Charlie’s Angels, Titan A.E., Charlie and Chocolate Factory, Corpse Bride and Frankenweenie.
