whole concept of that scares me. The permanence of being
told I can't do something, it really does freak me out.
And maybe it's my just immense, uh, just sickening feeling
(00:31):
of I want to be liked and appreciated by everyone,
and I want everyone to be my friend, and I
want to make anyone mad. And I feel like if
I get banned, that means that they're mad at me.
Anyone they'll get banned because I guess, like you know,
it could be as little as a fantasy football league.
You guys banned your your friend in a fantasy football.

Speaker 2 (01:03):
So Joe, Ashley Terry, I found out that I'm being
kicked out of my longtime fantasy football league. This is
with my college buddies. We all had the same dorm
in our freshman year of college. This is the tenth
year league, the tenth the universary of the league, so
we up the prizes this year, paid a little bit
more in Well, I've been really bad this year at
(01:24):
setting my lineups, so there will be times where guys.
That means that there'll be players that are either injured
or not playing on a bye week and I don't
I don't take them out of my lineup. So people
are like, I'm basically an easy win this. I feel
you have me on the schedule.
Speaker 1 (01:41):
They don't feel like you're putting an effort correct.
Speaker 2 (01:43):
They think that I put the fantasy football league on
the back burner. Which is this the work one or
just no? This is the one with my college friends
that I've been a part of ten years. They took
a vote in our group chat and I have been
asked to relinquish my team and they are going to
add somebody who is also in our dorm our freshman
(02:03):
year of college and they will be replacing me.
Speaker 1 (02:06):
You saw these boat go out?
Speaker 2 (02:08):
Yeah, I lost. I lost six to four.
Speaker 1 (02:11):
I lost six to four.
Speaker 2 (02:12):
I voted for myself to stay in the league. Obviously,
I have my my best friend.
Speaker 1 (02:16):
Give you a chance to like state your case in
this chat, like, hey, guys, life's been moving, gotta go,
I get well.
Speaker 2 (02:22):
I told them, Look, it's been a busy's discussing. I
told him this fall has been really busy for me.
We've had our Joe Show cruise. I had my brother
get married in October Joe's thirtieth birthday party, which was
a bit actually, do.
Speaker 1 (02:40):
We do anything big for your thirtieth birthday?
Speaker 3 (02:42):
Hey?
Speaker 1 (02:43):
But that's okay.
Speaker 2 (02:44):
Well regardless, I.
Speaker 1 (02:48):
Said, hey, can we celebrate my birthday? Do you guys?
He's mine? I only turned thirty once, and everyone just said, uh,
you know, that's how busy we were. We couldn't even
celebrate my thirtieth birthday. Hey, Whitney, Oh hold on, I
got to turn up the phones. Hey Whitney, there you go. Hey,
(03:09):
wouldn't you know if I don't turn up the phone line,
I won't be able to hear you.
Speaker 4 (03:13):
It sounds like a problem.
Speaker 1 (03:15):
Yeah, so you got Oh no, you got kicked out
of what it's.
Speaker 4 (03:19):
A Facebook group? So I'm in a small I live
in Plant City and they have a perge page, so
basically whole bunch of moms or people they sell stuff
on a page. Well, I got kicked out, and now
I'm like, crap, I really want to be of that group.
Speaker 1 (03:35):
What'd you do to get kicked out?
Speaker 4 (03:38):
So there was two of them. It was kind of
like a battle of a group. So I stuck up
for one group.
Speaker 5 (03:44):
This is like a few years ago.
Speaker 1 (03:46):
I stock up.
Speaker 4 (03:46):
For one group because they were like battling each other
and I was like, y'all are literally being stupid, Like
this is so childish. Well, the girl kicked me out
of the group. Well, now as of today, the group
that I got kicked out of is bigger.
Speaker 1 (04:01):
Than the other. You're missing out all the good stuff.
Speaker 4 (04:05):
Then, well, I know I have to have my husband
does shop for me.
Speaker 1 (04:10):
Say the words Whitney, and I'll get into that group
for you. That's what we'll do. Tara, Hey, why would
you get banned off of Facebook dating? That's crazy?
Speaker 4 (04:21):
No.
Speaker 3 (04:22):
I got banned off of Facebook dating because I posted
a meme on my sister's Facebook and they thought my
meme was inappropriate. It was a chef and he had
like a pupew on next to his head with pasta
and it said pasta La vista baby, And they said
that that was like, you know, show him self harm
(04:43):
and I was like, it's pasta.
Speaker 1 (04:48):
What you don't know is the moderator on Facebook has
a gluten allergy, so it hit a double time. That's
what happened. Terror Probably Susie, Hello, you're little beautiful niece
got banned from goat carts.
Speaker 6 (05:05):
Yeah, because like so they had signs specifically up that
you had to follow the people's flags and that you
had to make sure that you didn't like crash into
the walls. And when he was waving the flag for
her to slow down, she did not slow down, almost
like hit this man and ran straight into the wall.
And he's like, yeah, no, your band, you can never
(05:26):
come back here again.
Speaker 1 (05:27):
Dang. How old was she?
Speaker 6 (05:29):
She was twelve?
Speaker 1 (05:31):
I mean, what do you think it like as the
the guy doing that, do you think he's like, screw
this kid, or do you think any part of him
was like why don't you do this to a twelve
year old? Like she's a kid? Wud?
Speaker 6 (05:43):
I mean, he was probably mad that she almost hit
him at that point that he was like screw this kid.
Speaker 1 (05:48):
Yeah, fair enough. Your does your niece have bad tendencies?
Speaker 6 (05:54):
What do you mean by like bad tendencies?
Speaker 1 (05:56):
I mean, is she a little bit of a brat sometimes?
Does she ever find out what the rules are and
purposely break them because it's funny?
Speaker 6 (06:05):
Possibly?
Speaker 1 (06:07):
Fair enough. You gotta do what you gotta do. Oh
more family craziness. Thank you, Susie. We're gonna move on
to Lauren though, because Lauren got kicked out of her
family group chat.
Speaker 5 (06:19):
Good morning I did. I have a couple family group chats.
We've got my more liberal side of the family, and
we've got my more Republican side of the family. And
I don't really talk to my liberal side of the family.
But I was just in there for like trip planning
and you know, pictures of the kids and whatnot, and
(06:40):
every once in a while they would start get going
on a like just talking about there was, for instance,
Thanksgiving dinner, and every once in a while I would
just throw in, like a trumpet your president or like
just randomly just to stir the pot, make everybody mad.
And finally, after two years they kicked me out, and
(07:02):
it was pretty sad.
Speaker 2 (07:03):
I really.
Speaker 3 (07:06):
I don't think he knows what he said either.
Speaker 1 (07:07):
Do you ever throw that in there too?
Speaker 4 (07:11):
I will, I will.
Speaker 5 (07:12):
I'm gonna find my way back in there. I don't
think he knows what the new year, so it's pretty depressing.
Speaker 1 (07:22):
Best of luck to you. Yeah, I'm I'm on neither
side of the fence. I really, Jenny, if I'd be
sitting on that fence, actually, I'd be trying to run
away from both sides. But I will say it's the
liberal side of my family always seems to kick the
people out of the groups. But then I will say,
the people on the right side of my family just
want to fight the people in there. Yeah, it's always drama,
(07:45):
it is. And meanwhile, I'm just the guy who walks
into the Thanksgiving meal and I sit down and as
everyone's eating, I just go, Man, did you guys see
that new bill that was passed? Shoot, I don't have
mashed potatoes.
