Speaker 1 (00:00):
On Tampa Bay's number one and only hit music channel
ninety three three FLZ. She is getting ready for her
promotion celebration type of.

Speaker 2 (00:08):
Thing she get an award at work.

Speaker 1 (00:11):
But I'm gonna call my fiance and I want to
talk about the fact that hello, Hi, Hi, I'm gonna
take your time for two minutes and then I know
that you've got a big thing coming up.

Speaker 2 (00:22):
Yeah, okay, okay, are we getting married today?

Speaker 3 (00:29):
Oh?

Speaker 2 (00:30):
My god? Was I not supposed to say that. We
haven't talked about this since last week? So we should.

Speaker 1 (00:43):
Alyssa and I are getting married next year. And if
you've never turned on the show before, welcome. My name
is Joe and Alyssa's here. That's my fiance. We're getting
married on twelve twelve of next year, and we need
to do the whole paperwork thingy before. And we have

(01:07):
heard that you should do it. If you know that
you have that long, you should do it on your anniversary.

Speaker 2 (01:15):
Thoughts should what do you mean you do it on
your anniversary?

Speaker 4 (01:19):
So basically, like if Joe and I decided to get
married and a couple of months say, I'm just gonna
use an example March second, like would March second be
our anniversary date.

Speaker 2 (01:31):
Or will twelve twelve, twenty six me our anniversary.

Speaker 4 (01:36):
So then I go back to look at my friend Ali.

Speaker 2 (01:38):
I'm like, okay, let me.

Speaker 4 (01:39):
See when her and Michael got married, you know, like officially,
and they got married on the date of their actual
wedding ceremonies. So now I'm panicked, and I think I
put it Joe into a panic too, because now we
have to get married today.

Speaker 5 (01:52):
You got to get married today twelve twelve, baby, Yeah,
you have to get married today eight hundred and four
ow N ninety three ninety three.

Speaker 2 (02:01):
Should I get married today? Yes?

Speaker 1 (02:04):
Well, here's the deal though, and I can't say too much,
but we have someone joining the show to kick off
the new year we are going to have and Alice
is very excited about it because she loves this person.
But they need to get married as well. So I
think that maybe we can get a bogo wedding save

(02:25):
some money.

Speaker 5 (02:26):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (02:26):
I like that idea. That's even better because you know,
I'm all about saving money.

Speaker 1 (02:30):
So the question is do we get married today or
do we wait and we'll make it. We'll do a
wedding on the air that changes the date though, but
does it really?

Speaker 2 (02:41):
It does? Yeah, it doesn't really there But Alyssa, you're right,
go ahead, didn't you?

Speaker 1 (02:46):
I'm sorry to cut you off. Didn't Luke and Kayla
get married before their wedding? I don't think that they were.
I think that they were officially married before that, like
they did?

Speaker 2 (02:55):
They did?

Speaker 1 (02:55):
They they were legally married. Yes, yeah, so we're just
getting the league married. It doesn't necessarily have to be
our anniversary.

Speaker 2 (03:03):
That's true.

Speaker 3 (03:05):
Honestly.

Speaker 6 (03:05):
The reason why I say do it now, Joe, is
because the tax breaks. I mean, you get, you get
some tax breaks. You're being married, babe. I'm not kicking
you off.

Speaker 2 (03:14):
Yeah I was.

Speaker 1 (03:15):
I was just about to see. I was gonna be
nice and I was gonna say, hey, I'm not kicking
you off. I want you to go focus on that.
But then you had to all right, I love you,
I love you, I love It was the tax comment
that got her. The question is do I get married
today today?

Speaker 2 (03:31):
Who's this?

Speaker 5 (03:33):
Katie? Hi?

Speaker 2 (03:35):
How you doing?

Speaker 3 (03:37):
I'm glad, are you?

Speaker 2 (03:38):
I'm fantastic I might get married today. So I'm fantastic.

Speaker 5 (03:42):
Exciting because I almost got married that five years ago. Today.

Speaker 1 (03:47):
Really, look at us we're like the same. Wait, hold on,
why didn't she get married?

Speaker 5 (03:54):
So my husband was in an accident six years ago
and he ended up becoming a bilateral amputee. Five years
ago today, we were in bed and he ended up seizing,
so he ended up spending the next week in the hospital.

Speaker 7 (04:12):
But to keep the twelve we.

Speaker 5 (04:14):
Decided to get married after he got out, and we
got married January second.

Speaker 2 (04:19):
Oh okay, haha one too, there you go. And how's
he doing now?

Speaker 5 (04:29):
He's gonna have surgery at the end of this month
for his leg. Again. It's just it was very traumatizing
and he was on his motorcycle and was hit head on.

Speaker 1 (04:40):
So motorcycles scare me, you know, like Ao, my man
rides a motor I hate hearing when he gets on
the motorcycle. They're so scary scary yea, yeah, what's his name?

Speaker 3 (04:54):
Sean?

Speaker 1 (04:55):
Tell Sean I love him, and tell him that I
hope that surgery goes well.

Speaker 2 (04:58):
And I love you two.

Speaker 1 (05:00):
And uh, if you guys need anything at all, don't
don't be a stranger reach out.

Speaker 5 (05:04):
Okay, definitely, thank you, and definitely get married today.

Speaker 1 (05:09):
Definitely. I don't even have my suit isn't even clean.
But Joe, think about the tax breaks?

Speaker 2 (05:15):
What does that even mean? You get?

Speaker 6 (05:17):
So I'm gonna give you all the details in just
a second, but you get uh, you save money on
taxes essentially if you're married.

Speaker 1 (05:24):
Yeah, but what about save money on a wedding if
us uh and I say us as an Alyssa and
I And also the new addition to the show, which
is happened in January fifth, do not miss it. We
both could get married that day and shoot, man, you
and Redeena. Maybe if things are going good, we get
a three for one.

Speaker 6 (05:44):
I don't know.

Speaker 2 (05:46):
Well, do you get to wait it out? No? I
just hey, shall be? You say?

Speaker 1 (05:50):
You say, why are you doing it in advance? What
the hell is wrong with you? You say it shall be?
You say you're you're crazy?

Speaker 2 (05:55):
Joe? You said that.

Speaker 7 (05:56):
I mean, I wouldn't say crazy, but I don't understand
why you're doing it. A year and I just got
married and we got the paperwork maybe three days before.
I think three days is the latest you can go.
And then whoever officiated our weddings signed it the day
of our wedding, and that's our marriage certificate date was
the day of our wedding. So I don't understand why
you're doing it a year before your wedding.

Speaker 2 (06:18):
I don't understand it either, That's why I asked the question. Shelby.

Speaker 7 (06:23):
Yeah, I don't think it's necessary. If the twenty twenty
six is you're going to be your wedding date, why
not that be your anniversary marriage certificate date as well?

Speaker 1 (06:31):
Oh so it does say on the certificate anniversary. What
does it say just as like married?

Speaker 2 (06:36):
What is it? Yeah? Also, is it like a diploma?
Is it like a diploma?

Speaker 1 (06:39):
Where I got I got it, I gave it to
my mom and I have any I don't even know where.

Speaker 2 (06:43):
It is now.

Speaker 7 (06:44):
I mean you should probably keep it handy because if
she changes her last name but her travel documents aren't
up to date, you have to have your marriage certificate
with you.

Speaker 1 (06:52):
Hey, Shelby, she better change her last name. Agreed, Marie Carbollo.

Speaker 2 (07:01):
It's got to reach theaters like that. Our life is
a movie.

Speaker 7 (07:10):
I vote the actual day of your wedding.

Speaker 1 (07:12):
Okay, all right, I'm gonna take that into account. Put
Shelby down for next year. Hey, Brittany, you say do
it today?

Speaker 5 (07:21):
Do it today?

Speaker 8 (07:22):
Because I don't know what Shelby was talking about. I
got married in the state of Floria, Florida, about eight
years ago. And the date of your wedding anniversary is
the date you file for paperwork. It's not the date
the person signs it. It's the date you file.

Speaker 2 (07:36):
Okay, all right, you don't have to you don't have.

Speaker 8 (07:39):
To have a suit, Joe. You just go in file
the paperwork and then leave and then do your ceremony.

Speaker 1 (07:44):
I'm in sweats stuff. I'm in a full sweatsuit right now,
like a true Italian. Do you think I can do that?

Speaker 8 (07:50):
I did my husband and I went and literally just
Jim Shorts a tank top. I went and Jim Shorts
a T shirt, filed, and then we got dressed up
when we did our ceremony.

Speaker 2 (07:58):
All right, but Brittany Down is getting married today? Love you, Brittany, Shla.
What do you think.

Speaker 3 (08:04):
I say?

Speaker 5 (08:05):
Get married today twelve twelve twenty five sounds so much
better than twelve twelve twenty six.

Speaker 2 (08:09):
Hey, don't go after my wedding.

Speaker 1 (08:14):
Days the whole day, Shaila. I'm gonna put I'm gonna
put Shyla down is get married today, Carrie?

Speaker 2 (08:22):
Get married today?

Speaker 5 (08:27):
Carrie Hello, Yeah, Hello, Carrie?

Speaker 2 (08:33):
Hello, Yeah, Yeah, you're on the air.

Speaker 1 (08:37):
Can you hear me?

Speaker 2 (08:38):
Yeah? The third time you're on there? Yeah? Hey, be
nice to her? Hi, Carrie? Should I get married today?

Speaker 5 (08:45):
Can you hear me? Carrie?

Speaker 2 (08:47):
Can you hear us? Four time you're on the air, Carrie?
Can you hear yes?

Speaker 5 (08:52):
I can hear you.

Speaker 2 (08:53):
Okay, hear Carrie? Carrie? Talk to me though? Tell me?
Can I get married today?

Speaker 3 (09:02):
You can't get married today.

Speaker 5 (09:03):
You have to get your marriage license and then wait
three days.

Speaker 7 (09:08):
To get married.

Speaker 2 (09:08):
Ba humbug? What does ba humbug mean? I don't know.
This is from like Christmas? Bah?

Speaker 6 (09:25):
Yeah, it's from Christmas Carol, written by Charles Dickens to
show contempt and annoyance to the nonsense.

Speaker 2 (09:33):
Are you annoying?

Speaker 3 (09:33):
Father? Ba?

Speaker 2 (09:37):
Carrie?

Speaker 1 (09:37):
You're the best. I'll figure out a loophole though, all right?
Maybe we filed today? Should we file today? We're gonna
have to figure it out, Jules. You say full send,
full send it.

Speaker 3 (09:50):
I'm telling you, full send it. Yolo. You only live once.
I saw that in my in my meditation, I was
in a whole nother plane. I saw you. I saw
a mathematical equation and it said six x twelve, I
x two six x two. Yeah yeah, And in my
deep state of meditation it said fixed x two, fix

(10:13):
x two. I thought it was sex spelled backwards, but no,
I realized it was twelve twelve twelve, twelve twelve twelve.
I'm fading, I'm fading, I'm fading.

Speaker 2 (10:37):
Jules has been that, he's been on when the last
