Speaker 1 (00:00):
Hey, We're Live Joe Show ninety three to three FLZ.
We gave away over one hundred thousand dollars worth of
prizes last year. Over one hundred thousand dollars worth the
prizes were given away last year. Hi, and the last
prize we gave away, Yeah, Tara, take a seat. This

(00:22):
is this is the woman of the Hour the month
the year. I was saying, we gave away over one
hundred thousand dollars worth of prizes last year. The biggest prize,
and it wasn't even close, was our ten thousand dollars
secret sound. Yes, you look nervous. Are you nervous?

Speaker 2 (00:42):
I am.

Speaker 3 (00:43):
I'm not a public facing person. I'm very shy and
no reality. But when I won ten thousand dollars, that
was like a whole different ballgame that day.

Speaker 1 (00:50):
Well, let's listening to you. So basically the way that
the secret Sound, how it worked was we played one
single sound and thank you to Ana Jar and Levine
Accident Attorneys. They gave us ten grand ten the year.
They said, listen, get rid of it. It must go
before December thirty first, twenty twenty five. And our boss

(01:14):
Tommy came in and goes we're gonna do this game.
We're gonna do the secret sound for the cruise, and
that did well, so we thought, let's do the secret
sound for the cash. It was originally one thousand dollars
sound with every wrong guas it grew by one hundred,
and it was growing and growing and growing and growing
and growing and growing and growing and growing and growing,
and no one could figure it out. No one could.

(01:34):
And then this happened, by far, my favorite moment that's
ever happened on the show. Let's listening to Tara and
that winning moment. And by the way, is it Tara, Yes, it's.

Speaker 2 (01:46):
Me, I'm calling for weeks please, Yes.

Speaker 1 (01:49):
I love it. I love it, Tara. During the commercial break,
I was with my boss Tommy and I said, pick
a number one through six, which no favorite number.

Speaker 2 (02:01):
That's why you got me.

Speaker 1 (02:02):
You know, it's so funny too. Three. I was in
a casino a couple of weeks ago. I put three down.
I put the money on three and it hit and
I went, knots.

Speaker 3 (02:11):
Three is like my fris going to be the winner.

Speaker 1 (02:14):
Well, we're we're gonna see. Hey, you're not the first
person to call in and go listen. I know what
the sound is.

Speaker 2 (02:20):
I've got this.

Speaker 1 (02:22):
Okay, all right, all right, all right, okay, I'm gonna
play this sound for you twice. Let's see if we
can get a winner here. Everyone, let's get very quiet.
Here we go, Tara, this man, what was going through

(02:44):
your head? Once? I played that sound effect? And then I.

Speaker 4 (02:47):
Honestly replay it more than once?

Speaker 1 (02:50):
Did you?

Speaker 4 (02:50):
I do? I play it all the time. They're like
daily motivation, like I do.

Speaker 3 (02:55):
I play it for daily motivation, and I can remember
that sound in my sleep.

Speaker 1 (02:59):
Here we go listening on that winning This is for
ten thousand dollars, Tara, what is the Joe Shows ten
thousand dollars secret sound?

Speaker 2 (03:13):
It's the sound when you insert a key card into
the door to unlock it, the key card into a
hotel door when you're unlocking it.

Speaker 1 (03:25):
To get what was going through your head? When I
didn't say anything.

Speaker 4 (03:28):
I didn't know what to think. I was like, did
he hear what I said? Did he not understand what
I was saying?

Speaker 2 (03:32):
Hello, listen to me into your hotel door?

Speaker 1 (03:38):
Tara in seminal, Come on, Tara in seminal, that is correct.

Speaker 4 (03:55):
I do that.

Speaker 1 (04:00):
I love it. I'm jealous. Listen, Tarren seminole is in
here because you won our ten thousand dollars secret sound.
I mean, when did you figure it out?

Speaker 4 (04:10):
It was a round?

Speaker 3 (04:11):
Well, I thought I knew around sound sixty, so I
was listening the whole time, but I didn't start participating
until sound sixty, and I sincerely thought it was a
ratchet s trap. So like I came home from dropping
my daughter off and then I told my husband and
then like I got everybody on board and I started calling.
After that, I had three cell phones and an iPad,
going stop it.

Speaker 1 (04:30):
Really, that's how you do it. I love it.

Speaker 3 (04:32):
And I started doing that every single day every morning,
and that like became my morning routine, like that consistently
every single day because I really needed the money and
to pay off that's from the hurricanes and stuff, and
like I needed that for my family, and like that
was my go to. And I was like, you know,
if I do it, I do it, and if I don't, like,
what time am I wasting?

Speaker 4 (04:49):
So I had everybody literally invested.

Speaker 3 (04:52):
Someone eventually picked the ratchet strap and I thought it
and then I knew it was wrong, so I hadn't
move on to something else. We were pulling up sounds
on YouTube. I pulled out the ironing the iron, I
played with the ironing board. I played with the iron,
I was pulling out the strap and I was like, listen, guys, like,
I think I got it, and I made it make
that sound, so I thought it was that. Next someone
eventually guessed that. So then I went to the hotel

(05:14):
door key. I wasn't so confident at first, but the
more people kept answering it and getting it wrong, I
was like, it's got to be and the Picey's intuition,
the Piscey's intuition, Thank you Dad, I was right and
well and behold, I did it. I've never want anything
when paces don't have that kind of luck, but they
have luck when it matters. Yeah, and I got it.

Speaker 1 (05:35):
So your husband, Corey's in here, Corey, what was going
through your head this whole entire time that your beautiful
wife is going listen, I'm going to figure this out.
I'm gonna get us as ten thousand dollars. When she
got through, I just grabbed the phone inside recording so
I could get a reaction. Yeah, it was did you isless?
It was great? Did you have that feeling when we

(05:56):
picked her up that she was going to when did
you like, did you believe it was the hotel room
key as well? I did because we were on YouTube
playing sounds of hotel keys. Where are you? That's awesome? Yeah,
and shout out to one of my favorite people. He's
one of all of our favorite peoples. He's the guy
who talks in between songs. His name is Drew. Here

(06:18):
let me see if this is Drew talking here three
three the Joe Shows Secret sound. So that's Drew and Drew.
He went out. He had to because we couldn't grab
him from YouTube and stuff, just in case. I don't
know what if it wasn't the actual sound on YouTube,
just said it was. Drew went to a hotel and
recorded himself. Did they send that to you or anything

(06:38):
like that? No? No, okay, And well the moment we've
been waiting for. Check this out. I've never been able
to do this before, but all thanks to Anna Jar
and Levin accident attorneys Tara.

Speaker 4 (06:54):
Yes, I've always wanted to see big.

Speaker 1 (06:57):
Big, big, ten thousand dollars.

Speaker 3 (07:01):
And thank you to Ana Jar and Levine and to
all of you, Like I cannot thank all of you enough,
and to everybody who's listened. I saw people's comments cheering
me on. Like I said, I'm not a public forward person,
so I didn't respond to anybody's comments, but I did
see everybody cheering me on and saying they.

Speaker 4 (07:16):
Scream for me when I screamed. So thank you to everybody.
Thank you so much.

Speaker 1 (07:20):
It's a huge deal. You mentioned the hurricanes, something that
was absolutely horrible for our whole entire community to go through.
And it's crazy to think that it happened a year ago.
It feels like it happened thirty seven years ago. It
also feels like it happened yesterday.

Speaker 4 (07:36):
Fifteen sixteen months now.

Speaker 1 (07:38):
What was the effects?

Speaker 3 (07:41):
So we have a business in John's Past Village at
convenience store, and it was totally destroyed by both of
the hurricanes, so you know how it goes with FEMA
and permitting, and people are still living in trailers. It's
been taking a long time to rebuild, so we're hoping
to be opened by March and that's what we're looking
forward to. So it's been a tough rebuild process and finances,

(08:03):
losing a business that's held us together for the last
six years and has been a big staple in the community. Yeah,
so this will help us pay back some of those
back debts and not keep us moving forward. So like
you're gonna bring me the tears, but I cannot. Again,
this came at the perfect time to help us move
forward so we don't lose more. So thank you, and
again to Anna Jaralvie.

Speaker 1 (08:24):
Yeah, hey, I love you, love you. Yeah. I'm so happy,
so happy to hear that this is going to help out.
I hate that all of that happened. I'm trying to
think of my head, what is your convenience? I feel
like I've been in This's John's past convenience. John's that's
right on the alley. So we're kind of hidden, okay.

(08:45):
I mean there's still visitors that have come four years
later and still don't know that we exist because we
are on the alley. But yeah, I mean we have everything.
We have beer for those who want to go boating
or go to the beach, we have sunscreen for those
who don't want to get burned, and and everything in between.
So hopefully we'll be back open by March, and if
you haven't met us before, by all means come.

Speaker 4 (09:04):
We're just so small, little family run business.

Speaker 1 (09:06):
I bet you mean some crazy tourists.

Speaker 4 (09:08):
Oh my god, I do.

Speaker 3 (09:09):
But there's so many fun people at the same time.
But yeah, the stories that you hear are pretty crazy.

Speaker 1 (09:15):
Comclutely.

Speaker 4 (09:15):
I would love to keep up a camp.

Speaker 3 (09:16):
We have cameras, but I would love to just take
like blooper shots and just post.

Speaker 1 (09:19):
Oh you should, you should, iron TikTok. You are going
to put this towards the store. You're gonna do all that.

Speaker 4 (09:29):
Towards our bills.

Speaker 3 (09:30):
Bills, Yeah, towards our bills, and a little bit of
the rebuilding process. Like that's parts taking care of it's
just the rebuilding timeline. But because we don't have our
store up and running like we normally do, it's take
an impact on us financially. So this will be paying
back all of our debt, maybe.

Speaker 1 (09:46):
One hundred bucks towards yourself just to buy something there.

Speaker 3 (09:48):
We're hoping a small trip to Disney for our six
year old, but that might take a little time because
that's our more important to us at this point. But
Disney's always here and we live in Florida, so that's
not off the tape. In the future, once we get
our stuff back together and get back open.

Speaker 1 (10:03):
So noted. I'll take note of that. I like that.
I like to hear that, Tara, Thank you so much
for listening.

Speaker 3 (10:10):
Thank you guys so much once again, and too, Ana, Jaron,
Levine and I love all of you, and.

Speaker 4 (10:14):
We love you so much.

Speaker 1 (10:16):
I think a jar and Levine loves you.

Speaker 2 (10:17):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (10:18):
Acted an attorney's baby. That's right, Tara. Hopefully we have
to see you more often once it opens up. We
got to get you to call in and talk about
the business and all of that too. Absolutely, we can
do that. Well, listen, let's play a quick song. I
want to take a picture with you. Can we do that?

Speaker 2 (10:35):
Oh?

Speaker 3 (10:35):
I would absolutely love that. And do I get to
bring home?

Speaker 1 (10:38):
Yeah?

Speaker 4 (10:39):
My daughter asked if she could have it. Absolutely, it's
going to go up by my wall for a while.
