Jed had forgot that back in college he had signed up to be a bone marrow donor... well he got a very compelling call that might have him donating.

thing to do. I saw I thought it was I
saw so many documentaries on how how it helped people. Well,
I got a phone call that I thought was kind
of interesting, and they said, hey, would you still be

interested in donating your bone marrow? I said, what does
it entail? What do I have to do? I did, like,
take a bunch of medication, I have to undergo a surgery,
do this, that and the other. And I don't have
a problem doing it necessarily because but you do need
two weeks of rest time and recovery. So while I
would like to do it, I just don't know if

I really have the time for the two weeks because
we're so busy with the show and I don't want
to and I want to put the show first.

You're talking about two weeks off.

Yeah, I got to have two weeks off, and I
know it. I don't have enough vacation.

that I'm just getting a call back from it is crazy.

take a big needle and they put it in your
butt bone.

Yeah, they put it in like your tailbone, and then
they extract the own marrow and you're supposed to donate
with people who have I think it's leukemia. I'm not
one hundred percent that assured. The exact disease is that it? Oh,
this is for people with cancer, people with cancer. You
got to do a buddy, Yeah, you gotta do it.

What did you talk to them and say.

I told them that they need an answer by the
end of the month, so I have some sometime.

That really, I mean I have blood type. Yes.

The reason why I was a candidate for Joe's because
I'm I'm a Type O negative, which means I'm a
universal donor, which is kind of what is a double
edge so sword, because I can donate blood to everybody here,
but I have to have a specific blood type to
donate to me.

Do you know the person who would be getting it
it is? Find out who it is? Somebody don't say
their name. No, I don't know.

I don't think they tell you.

They don't want to know. They just tell you the

had a liver transmit and she didn't find out who
it was until I want to say, like months later.

and unfortunately my donor was deceased, but a year from
my transplant, I may get the opportunity if his family
wishes to to know the family, and I would be
so grateful for that opportunity. So if you know, if

would just be such an amazing thing.
