The Tampa City Council is one step closer to new
regulations targeting unsafe cycling behavior on these cities multi model trails,
including the River Walk in Bay Shore Boulevard. So the
proposed ordinance would prohibit feeding Wheelli's stunts and tricks on trails,

while establishing a ten mile per hour speed limit and
requiring cyclists to ride no more than ten of brist So.
The proposed rules come after years of complaints from residents
who are intimidated by these people creating these unsafety hazards
on the Riverwalk or Base Sure Boulevard. If you are
