Speaker 1 (00:00):
What Tampa needs, what are we missing as a city,
or well, we'll do the whole Tampa Bay community in general,
because we're gonna say something real quick. Jed's got something
that he wants to He is a statement to make.
And then maybe with us doing this, someone might actually
call in and go, well, hold on, you know, we

(00:22):
we have it in you know wherever.

Speaker 2 (00:24):
I don't know.

Speaker 1 (00:24):
I can't even come up with a place because I
don't think that there is a place. Yeah, We're going
to Orlando this afternoon to do what.

Speaker 3 (00:31):
We are going and getting Korean barbecue. Now, there's a
place in Orlando that Joe and I particularly like going to.
It's called U Turn Barbecue. That is sensational. No, we're
not paid to say that it's sensational either. It is
just it's endless meats. It tastes so good. And I
lived in Korea for a couple of years, so I
know what authentic Korean food should tastes like. That is
one of the spots. Now, I've been to several places

(00:52):
in the Bay Area. I can't I can't find like anything.
And the one like, like the one right across the
street from radios closed down, and that was like Joe
and I's go to and it was it was all right.

Speaker 2 (01:04):
And I'm just looking for that that Korean barbecue.

Speaker 3 (01:08):
Or a Korean restaurant in general that can really just
knock my socks off. That is something in Tampa Bay
that we need. We need a good fire Korean spot,
and I have yet to find one.

Speaker 4 (01:19):
Maybe someone will text in nine seven seven two zero
saying we are that place.

Speaker 1 (01:22):
So we have friends who work at Weebel, which is
like an investment app. They're right across the street from
our radio station, and we've been trying to plan a
day to go get Korean and it's like to the
point now where I got to think of a different
type of food to get because there's nothing around eight

(01:43):
hundred and four nine ninety three ninety three.

Speaker 2 (01:44):
So that's Jed's submission and mine as well. We need
a good Korean place in Tampa Bay. But what else
do we need? I mean, you could take it as
far as.

Speaker 4 (01:54):
Sports gotta have nbaighteen.

Speaker 2 (01:57):
We need it.

Speaker 4 (01:57):
I'm tired of driving to Orlando.

Speaker 2 (01:59):
It'd be so much fun if we just had one
more team.

Speaker 4 (02:02):
I mean, my god, we have everything else.

Speaker 1 (02:04):
They'll play it amily the Raptors did it, you know
during COVID, and it was kind of cool to watch
games there, So like why not. I mean, there's so
much that happens when you have a new team come
into the city, more money, more jobs exactly, and another
excuse to go out and drink.

Speaker 4 (02:25):
You know what I mean.

Speaker 2 (02:28):
Yeah, I need that in my life.

Speaker 4 (02:31):
I see.

Speaker 1 (02:31):
I thought someone was going to call in and say this, Chad,
you want a specific fast food establishment.

Speaker 2 (02:38):
Yeah, go ahead.

Speaker 5 (02:40):
I think we're missing in and out because I know,
like that's a West Coast thing and I was born
and raised here in the Tampa Bay area and I
keep going over there.

Speaker 6 (02:50):
Yes, I have to Vegas.

Speaker 2 (02:54):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (02:55):
My it's funny because like I love it as well.
But all my family that lives is on the West Coast,
They're like, it's not that great. It's good, but I
think it's like one of those things where if you
have it a bunch, it all of a sudden, the
greatness is diluted, like you.

Speaker 2 (03:11):
Know, you know, it's like Stockholm syndrome. Almost.

Speaker 1 (03:14):
Yeah, But I'm with Chad on that. I I think
that it would be so much fun. Now there is
a place, Chad, you try habit Burger and it happens
to be next to canes. It's it's pretty good if
you're looking for, uh all of that? What else? Habit
h a b or well, I don't know how to

(03:35):
habit it just habited. I don't know why you jumped
into that habit habit.

Speaker 5 (03:38):
I'll definitely look it up.

Speaker 2 (03:40):
They got good They've.

Speaker 1 (03:41):
Got good milkshakes to It's like a Santa Barbara Burger company.
But all right, Chad, you're the best?

Speaker 2 (03:47):
Tammy? What do we need.

Speaker 5 (03:50):
An adult water park?

Speaker 2 (03:53):
Well, don't we have.

Speaker 1 (03:54):
What's the name?

Speaker 2 (03:55):
I mean, do with Adventure Island? Is it not?

Speaker 1 (03:59):
You?

Speaker 2 (04:00):
So when you say yeah, when Tammy, when you say
an adult water park, what do you look?

Speaker 4 (04:03):
What do you want to know? That's what I'm thinking. Yeah, yeah,
I dropped in a group chat that I want theme
parks to stay up into three am.

Speaker 1 (04:11):
Could you imagine, like you know, it would become great
because you know, we uh you know, love and they're
they're a partner of the show chumba casino. Like wouldn't
it be awesome to like have like the tables in
the water, you know what I mean? Like a blackjack
team blackjack table. Sign up for that.

Speaker 2 (04:38):
I like it. I like it, Thank you, Tammy. Chris,
what do we need?

Speaker 1 (04:43):
All right?

Speaker 5 (04:44):
So when I was in my twenties, I used to
be a bungee jumping instructor, and that is one thing
that I've noticed I'd be missed over here in.

Speaker 2 (04:49):
The Bay Area. Your bungee jumping where jumping from.

Speaker 5 (04:56):
The tower?

Speaker 2 (04:57):
Wow? So you just go up on a tower, you
for you shoot back up.

Speaker 5 (05:02):
So what it was it was a tea tower. You
go up an elevator and then you jump off the
one side and then there's a pool underneath and you
can get dumped in the pool. It's kind of fun.

Speaker 3 (05:11):
Yeah, okay, by the second, I mean, but Chris, we
do already have Scottish City, so it's like.

Speaker 2 (05:19):
We kind of already had a man jumping out of
a plane. He jump and then shoot back up.

Speaker 5 (05:24):
Well, unfortunately, that's also like forty minutes to an hour drive.

Speaker 2 (05:28):
That is unfortunate. That's a thrill of a lifetime, dude,
it is it is.

Speaker 5 (05:32):
I've gone, I've gone, all right, and.

Speaker 2 (05:35):
You liked it, right?

Speaker 1 (05:36):
Jed's partnering up with them, by the way, so say
something nice about the nice.

Speaker 2 (05:39):
Things I'm jump with you.

Speaker 5 (05:42):
I've got four times.

Speaker 1 (05:43):
Okay, see any less, all right, let's do it again, Chris,
you're the best. See and and you know what the
other thing about doing this, and we're talking about things
that Tampa Bay needs, like let's make a list. In
eight hundred and four oh nine ninety three, ninety three,
we have so many great things like we do. Our
football team is a super Bowl champion within the last

(06:05):
five years.

Speaker 2 (06:06):
We know about the success with the.

Speaker 1 (06:08):
Lightning the Rays, if we won the World Series, getting
very very close, and even this year they thought, man,
not going to be that great. I think that we'll
be in the number one spot at some point this season.
So the sports are fantastic. Let's add an NBA team
theme parks. We got Bush Gardens. What more could you
ask for? And then you drive to Orlando and it's great.

(06:30):
We're doing this though because Jed and I have to
drive to Orlando to get Koree. And I hope someone
hears this and they go, you know what, I'm inspired,
I'm doing it.

Speaker 2 (06:38):
Let's make it happen.

Speaker 1 (06:40):
We all start doing this because someone might call in
and say, hey, we need this, and there's already it. Stephanie,
you're in Sarasota. Right, and you want pasta fast food?

Speaker 2 (06:53):
I do, so check this out Dal Morrow's Deal Morrow's
in Saint Pete. Oh, I've heard.

Speaker 6 (07:03):
About this place. I've never been, though I've heard great things.

Speaker 2 (07:06):
It's pasta in a box. It's so good, it's so good.
They don't have a dress.

Speaker 1 (07:16):
You know what. Actually, Stephanie, if anyone is listening at
del Marrow's, put a window up for.

Speaker 4 (07:22):
Stephanie and got to get out the cars.

Speaker 2 (07:25):
That's right now.

Speaker 6 (07:26):
I got kids. I'm not trying to do that.

Speaker 2 (07:28):
We need that. We need that.

Speaker 1 (07:30):
Oh my god, five boxes of pasta sounds like the
best party of my life.

Speaker 2 (07:35):
I love that. Stephanie, You're the best. Thank you.

Speaker 6 (07:38):
Have a great day, you guys, you too.

Speaker 1 (07:40):
Hey, Jules, Hey, this is a oh my girl, So Jeules,
I didn't we don't have any of these in Saint Pete.

Speaker 2 (07:51):
What do you want?

Speaker 1 (07:53):
No?

Speaker 6 (07:54):
So we have gay bards, but we don't have any
lesbian bars.

Speaker 2 (07:56):
Really, I did not know that.

Speaker 4 (07:59):
What's that one?

Speaker 2 (08:00):
Gable cocktails?

Speaker 5 (08:00):
Yeah, love cocktails with cocktails.

Speaker 6 (08:03):
But there are phallic things hanging from the ceilings.

Speaker 1 (08:06):
Oh my god, it's hilarious. I went in there one time,
and I'd never been in there before, and my fiance
was like, look up when we get in there, And
then I looked up and I'm like, this.

Speaker 2 (08:16):
Place is amazing. Yeah, And there was a furry in there.

Speaker 1 (08:19):
I've never seen a furry in real life. Yeah, furry
just dancing in the middle of the dance floor was cool.

Speaker 4 (08:24):
I like it nice.

Speaker 2 (08:26):
We need a lesbian bar, though, Can I still go
to the lesbian bars?

Speaker 1 (08:29):
Like?

Speaker 2 (08:29):
I still go to bars like then I'll go like
want to make sure, yeah, because I love them too.
What would a lesbian Ashley and Jules? What would a
lesbian bar have?

Speaker 4 (08:39):
What do you think?

Speaker 2 (08:40):
I pas? No, no construction, softballs hanging from the ceiling.
What would it have?

Speaker 1 (08:50):
Oh?

Speaker 6 (08:50):
There definitely still be drive shows.

Speaker 4 (08:52):
Oh yeah shows.

Speaker 2 (08:54):
That's a lesbian thing too.

Speaker 5 (08:56):
Yeah, yeah, I don't know.

Speaker 6 (09:00):
I had a friend out with a beautiful woman and
was a drag king.

Speaker 5 (09:06):
Construction.

Speaker 2 (09:07):
So we would do drag. We would do drag kings, jewels,
not drag.

Speaker 4 (09:11):
Qu've never seen a drag king.

Speaker 2 (09:14):
Okay, I.

Speaker 1 (09:17):
Like this.

Speaker 4 (09:18):
I would go to that.

Speaker 2 (09:19):
Bar all the time. Yeah. What would the name Ashley's? Yeah,
that's the name.

Speaker 1 (09:27):
We've got it all right, jewles. Thank you so much
for calling in. Jonathan. You want a space needle. You're saying, hey,
we need we need like a very tall building so
we can see all that we have.

Speaker 3 (09:40):
Yeah, it's simple when he's something iconic.

Speaker 5 (09:42):
There's nothing in downtown that really states, hey, this is Tampa.

Speaker 3 (09:45):
You know it's kind We got.

Speaker 2 (09:47):
Like the Coke Can building, but sex building we.

Speaker 5 (09:51):
Got beautiful, but nobody can see it unless you're part
of the Tampa Club or something.

Speaker 2 (09:55):
Yeah, you're right, all right, Well I kind of love
that too, Like what's that landmark.

Speaker 6 (10:01):
