dormant for a couple of days,and boy, when I left work here
on Tuesday, started to catch upwith me. I was kind of limping
around and you know what I mean, I just didn't feel myself. But

The joints are hurting and all thatstuff. Pete knows a thing or

the working hours, so they justcanceled all the It was phenomenal. It
was the easiest drive when I gotto the bu overpassed there on the pike,
and I had heard the same thingjust before. But when I got
to that point, I usually startto look for the giant arrows telling you
to get in the left or theright, and there was nothing. And
I was like, this is theeasiest drive in no work crews out there

and enjoying on. That's a goodquestion. What are they working on?
We've been asking that question for years. Oh you don't know. No,
See, I knew there was aset up. There was lighting in the
prow tunnel they were working on fora while, and I knew there was
some structural stuff on the side therebecause I think they're putting something else across
the highway now closer to bus.Those are just good educated guesses. Yeah,

that's all I can do is speculate. But are they maybe checking the

and when the youngest hits a certainage, that's when they start to feel
old. Yes, So Jamie hitsforty, which she's celebrating with her family
in Disney World because she's a millennialand Disney World is the place to like.
She can't get enough of it ofDisney World, so she I don't

even know what to do. Imean, I'm going to say Avid Birthday,

Jamie. But I feel so badfor my parents because I know today
they're going to be in like mourning, you know. I mean, I
just thought about it the other day. My daughter's thirty three, and that
came into my head because you've mentionedthat before, and I thought, she's
seven years from being forty. Thatmeans I'm going to be really old.
That means you're going to be thefather of a forty year old. But

in seven years. Yeah, butstill, I know my mother was so
my mother was twenty when she gotmarried and just slightly older than that when
I was born. So when Iturned a certain age, I think for
her because it wasn't as big adeal because we were not so close but
so close in age, whereas mysister, it just gets to her.

Is there going to be a specialsister's trip this year. Like you guys
like to take we do like totake trips. But because they're spending the
year at Fort Knox, it kindof screwed everything up because, yeah,
talk about lucking it down. Yeah, which, by the way, when
my parents went to visit, mydad came back, he goes, Fort
Knox is very nice. They visiteda lot of bases in their lives because

my sister she moves a lot,and my dad was not expecting he goes,
I really liked it there, AndI'm like, I was not expecting
you to like Fort Knox. Thoughtthat was going to be like your saddest
place you've ever visited. But heliked it there. That's funny. They
asked Caitlin Clark what she thought aboutCleveland, you know, because a women's
final fours in Cleveland, and shewas like, wow, I didn't know

this had so many gems. Right, Well, she had just been in
Albany, New York, and notso many gems. I mean, you're
in downtown Albany and it looks likeyou're in a neighborhood, like a suburban
neighborhood. Central ab goes right downand it's basically homes like one story and
two story homes almost the whole wayinto the city. And then there's the
big gold dome right there, andthen you're just and then it's just boom

Albany. So Cleveland's like, aIt's funny. I've been I've been by
Albany a million times, going backand forth Boston and Cleveland on the throughway.
Yeah. I have always gone aroundAlbany, right, And when you
do, sometimes you probably pass whatyou think is the city and it's actually
sony Albany. You see these bigbuildings and you're like, whoa, look
at that and those are dorms right, That ain't city. No. So

anyway, happy birthday to Jamie's Happybirthday. Birthday Jamie, even though she's

wear shorts today. I've been bundledup under blankets, right, sweatshirts,

sweats, and I had my houseslippers on for two and a half days.
I was your fever, Did yourfever break? It finally did yesterday
morning. Like I got up andkind of got going around a little bit
and got some fluids in me,lots of fluids, and uh yeah,
I was taking my temperature like Idon't know, three or four times a
day, and it finally came backdown. And I was like, oh,

thank God, because it's like youhave these sweats and you're just like,
I'm achy, I can't sleep yahdaYadA ya da. It's just I
don't know. It's one of thesetransitional things, I guess at the end
of the year. And the worstpart is, and I told you guys
this earlier. I took my flushot back in November, and I guess
whatever this strain was just had thewherewithal to battle through that found its way.

whether Kenny would return on Friday ornot or take the weekend to recover.
Fully. I'm gonna do that too. But and then he threw in the

I texted the only buddy I knowthat gets migraines, Victor, Yeah,
and he texted the same thing back. It's been a long time since
I got one of those too.It's like light, sound, so sensitive
to everything. I couldn't even keepmy eyes oupen. It was terrible.
I don't know that experience. Andthen I yeah, that happens to That
happens too. But yeah, Igot bundled up like Randy from a Christmas
story. And I went to drovethe mile down to the wallgreens in that

slop yesterday and I just walked overto the pain relief section and I was
like, there it is the body. I have like a gallon jug of
them. That's the biggest bottle youcould. And then I was afraid,
like cause I popped two as soonas I got home. I popped two
of those with like some liquid IV. And then I was thinking, I

better eat something now too, becauseI don't want to like have it come
up and then I have to takeit again. And it was all you
just took e C and Migraine witha glass of scotch. Better eat something.
It was not scotch. Yeah.I mean, on the bright side,
you develop a viral thing like this, and I think I'm probably down
three and a half pounds solas.My wife called me a quote cheater for

doing that. I said, believeme, you don't want what I had,
all right. So again, sleepingin the separate bedrooms came in handy
this week too. Hey, Ijust noticed too this is the final day
of our Rock the Whole week,so as we've been doing all week,

know, Kenny, were you herewhen we talked about how many billionaires there

have a billion. Like just goback to your childhood and think to yourself,
the insane concept of thinking there wasgoing to be someone even that you

have a You said a bajillion.If you wanted to say an absurd amount,
you made up a word for billion. Yeah, like I'm going to
be a bajillionaire. We had tolook it up. How do you get

ninety nine thou that's what I mean. Like when you went higher than a

When I buy a little side hustleticket for the Big jack bars,
Uh, well, I had someissues with the app, so I've been

buying physical tickets. But my newstrategy is I'll go to like an out
of the way like po Dunk conveniencestore, like Ladle Place, because guess
what, it's always one of thesethe way places you hear about in California
or Florida. Maybe like a grocerystore. But I like those little out
of the way convenience story I shotthere, Yeah, did I probably one?

Yeah, walked right by the machine. I brought one of those Jaws
tickets by the way, and Idid. And it's funny because before I
scratched, I was scrolling through Twitterand I noticed from w CVB and the
woman won a million dollars on theJaws. And I was like, this
is great timing because I just askedthe guy, the clerk. I just
asked the quirk, Yeah, doesanybody won on this yet? So lash
and he said no, and hesaid, perfect, give me one.

Nope, I won. Yeah.Dorchester was oh, so, so it's
ten dollars. Maybe I'll buy one. I mean they seem fun. They
are fun. They're cool to lookat. But we should do what Kenny
did and just go to an outof the way place like they You know
what I mean, that's what we'lldo, like Al's Market and Variety exactly.

Tuesday is the SOX home opener,so hopefully we'll have sunny skies and some

kind of warm weather for that.The only part I dislike about going down
to Cover Socks home opener for thestation is those days when I've had like
the ski jacket on, the winterhat, the gloves and I've done it.

my friend Ryan and I took hWe drove our boys in for a concert

at the Garden a JR. WhichI know neither of you have heard of,
but they have two sold out showsat the Garden. Forget about a
g R. I've never heard ofyou doing any school night drinking. Yeah,
especially in the last ten years.So we dropped them off because they
both can drive, but we justdidn't want them, you know, to
park at the garden, and sowe you know, and Ryan and her
husband had lived in the North Endfor so long that she's very comfortable there,

like drive finding out of no inthe middle of nowhere, parking and
walking and she has favorite restaurants.So we parked and then we went to
Luca Have you guys been to havesat at the bar and had drinks and
some appetizers while we waited for theboys to finish up the concert. There's

going to be a two and ahalf hour show or something. Well I'm
a little more because there was anopener and the boys loved it. It
was amazing, you know, theysaid they rocked it out. They checked
the playlist beforehand, setlist, andthey knew it was coming, you know.
So anyway, we sit down andI start out with the Manhattan.
Now mind you, we didn't startout with food, Okay, I started
with Manhattan. I'm like, I'llgo light after this. So after the

Manhattan, I had a glass ofwhite wine because I'm like, this is
light, and I'm okay, yeah, I'm not driving. Tell no food.
And then I had a second glassof white wine, and uh,
we had some appetizers. Okay,one of them. They have the best
deviled eggs there no one ever gets. Yeah, as an appetizer at a

restaurant, there was phenomenal. Itwas like a little spicy. It was
a hot right nice. And sowe get like two or three appetizers,
tiny ones, and we don't eatany bread. Uh. And then I
eggs and booze gets worse, andthen they and then they give us a
drink on the house, which waslike this, like a little like Martini

glass. It was like a chocolateyespressoe wonderful drink. And I drink that.
And then because stupidity, I saidthe bartender, who's so nice?
I think? I think he andnice? He was already good looking.
I he goes, do you wantanother glass of white wine? And I

go, yeah, what the hellis wrong with me? School night?
Three glasses of wine? Some freedrink. I don't know what it was?
And uh a Manhattan. I wastotally wasted. Were swimming Ryan maybe
on the weekend. During the weekwell, she does have today off,

so it makes it easier for Iwill tell you that I threw up when
I got home. I was poisoned. Want to hear that enough. You
didn't need enough. There wasn't muchto throw up, but there. I
was so drunk last night and Ididn't even go to a concert. And
I had such a good night evenwith not feeling well. When I got

home, I still enjoyed myself somehowyou did. I can't. I don't
even have a headache. How doI Is that that's because that's because you've
hydrated since though? Right? Well? Yeah, my husband, My husband
was at the car when we pulledin. Someone must have given him a
heads up text, maybe my son, maybe Ryan. So when we pulled

into my driveway, he was waitingfor me, because that's when I woke
up at the passenger side door,arms folded. Oh no, no,
no, he's so good about itany and walked and walked me into the

sleeping. I'm surprised I set myalarms, but I think I remember at

Like she knew I was going becauseI'd still be asleep right now.

I was completely passed out in thecar. I didn't hear about the show

We talked, vented, plotted threepeople's deaths. We walked through the
North End in a rather crispy temperature, but she held me through it all,
and then she goes, uh,the boys had a She goes,
the dudes had an effing great time. Uh, and then we got back
right right. Well, she gaveme a synopsis because she knew I wasn't

He's having at it. But eachtime I've watched that viral video now
and it's to what the vogue songfrom Madonna when they put that over,
but I think they were clearly dancingto something else. But anyway, each
time I've watched it, I focuson like a different character. Yeah right,
because there's so many. It's likethat original church one where all those

people look like they're dancing the demonsout of their bodies. The eyes they
look like Mormon's doing that. Whenyou watch that one, you don't know
who to focus on. This isthe same thing, and it ends with
a man dressed as a cowboy butwearing pink pumps. It's dangerous I mean,
you can break an ankle that way. Yeah, he definitely knows what
he's doing. Oh my gosh.Yeah, I mean, this is what

happens when you're scrolling the grams rightas you know. I had a little
time on my hands the last twodays. I did a little bit of
scroll on when my head would allowit. But yeah, at one point
I felt like, what am Idoing? What are we doing with ourselves
here? And then on the otherside of it, I was like,
well, what am I doing watchingthese people? You know what I mean?
