blame but himself. For nearly onehundred days, he refused to negotiate with

House Speaker Kevin McCarthy. Even whenMcCarthy and the Republicans passed a bill that
will lift the debt limit by overa trillion dollars way until next year,
Biden still is refusing to negotiate,saying he wants a clean lifting of the

debt limit, nothing else will beacceptable. McCarthy, on the other hand,
is acting like the only grown upin the room. We have a
spending problem. We are running twotrillion dollar deficits every single year. Our
debt is nearly thirty two trillion.We are now the most indebted country in

the history of the world. Idon't know about you, but in my
family, if we have maxed outall the credit cards, the answer is
not just keep lifting the debt limitand spend and spend and spend. It
is to rain in the spending,reduce, cut the spending, put our

house in good economic order. AndJoe Biden continues to insist we don't have
a spending problem. We do.McCarthy wants to reign in spending. He
will slow the rate of spending growthone percent a year for the next ten

years. Not one program is beingcut. We are just going to limit
future spending. Revenue is at anall time high, and eventually we will
be able to cut into the debtby four point eight trillion dollars. It's
not the magic bullet, but atleast it's a start. It's fiscally responsible.

Biden wants nothing to do with this. He is now saying, either
you completely cave on the debt sealingnegotiations, or I will do something utterly
unprecedented. I will invoke the fourteenthAmendment and this will allow me to unilaterally
circumvent Congress lift the debts on myown, mark my words. If Biden

goes down this road, it willplunge the country into a constitutional crisis,
a legal crisis, and an economiccrisis. He does not have the constitutional
authority to invoke the fourteenth Amendment.It is the equivalent of taking a sledge
hammer to the constitution. He wouldbe making himself a king, an emperor,
